Abstract

This research aims to discuss the implementation of gender and ecology mainstreaming policies in Sekolah penggerak in elementary schools and eco-green schools in Surabaya through an ecofeminist approach. This research uses a qualitative multi-case study approach, with the research subjects being four schools, namely SD Negeri 2 Benowo, SD Muhammadiyah 4 Surabaya, SD Al Khairiyah Surabaya, and SD Kristen Kalam Kudus Surabaya. The research results show that schools with the Adiwiyata or similar labels can better implement ecological awareness programs such as green and eco-green schools. They adopt programs such as hydroponics, recycling, and zero-waste healthy canteens and integrate them into the curriculum with relevant themes. Apart from that, these schools also apply the principles of gender-oriented, child-friendly schools. This research examines how gender mainstreaming and ecology are practised in schools. Both in the form of policies, learning design and related infrastructure. The results of this research illustrate that although there has been progress in implementing gender mainstreaming and ecology policies in schools, further efforts are still needed to increase students' understanding and awareness of these issues. In some aspects, gender and ecological approaches still seem symbolic and insubstantial.

Abstract

Management of the Mt. Penanggungan destination which has not been managed well. Can management science contribute to the Mt. Penanggungan adventure tourism destination? This research examines marketing management in adventure tourism destinations, which is usually synonymous with customer loyalty, and the determinant is always "satisfaction" but here we try another variable, namely "perceived value", then its influence on visitor experience and revisit intention. The aim of this research is to determine the role of perceived value in adventure destinations in Indonesia, and how much visitor experience influences it and then its influence on revisit intention. The sample used 233 visitors to Mt. Penanggungan who climbed at least once according to Hair et al., infinite population, using the Convenience Sampling technique as part of a non-probability sampling design. The method uses a quantitative approach with descriptive research according to Creswell, and explanatory according to Neuman. Statistical analysis uses Path Analysis, previously testing the data: validity test and reliability test. Analyzed using descriptive analysis. Tested using classic assumption tests: normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test. Hypothesis tests were carried out: t test, F test, and R² test. And finally analyzed using path analysis. The results of this research hypothesis test: visitor experience influences revisit intention, visitor experience influences perceived value, perceived value influences revisit intention, visitor experience and perceived value influence revisit intention. Managers are advised to maintain the stability of the influence of each variable, Visitor Experience to Perceived Value, Visitor Experience to Revisit Intention, Perceived Value to Revisit Intention, so that all paths are consistently positive and significant on an ongoing basis, and ultimately increase the number of return visits to Mt. Penanggungan, indirectly improving the economy of residents around the slopes of Mt. Penanggungan, especially residents of Tamiajeng Village on the south side, residents of Seloliman Village on the west side, residents of Wonosunyo Village on the east side, and residents of Watonmasjedong Village on the north side.

Abstract

Indonesia adheres to a negative publication system in land registration activities, where the state does not guarantee the correctness of the data presented in the certificate. This briefly illustrates the condition that legal certainty is not guaranteed in land registration activities. Many people still think that the land statement they own is proof of ownership of land rights. The results of the analysis show that basically the negative publication system adopted by Indonesia is not a publication system that does not guarantee legal certainty. This is because the negative publication system does not apply forever. The negative publication system in Indonesia still adheres to positive elements, where the government will guarantee the correctness of the data presented after 5 years of the land being registered. These restrictions actually aim to provide legal protection for land owners, so that it is possible to file lawsuits by parties who feel entitled. This can be seen in land cases in the judicial process, such as the case of decision Number 160/Pdt.G/2020/PN Plk, where the Judge stated that the Land Declaration Letter was valid and had binding legal force in the name of Mr. Baturung. Land Statement Letter Number: 140,594/300 /KL-MTG/PEM. This research uses normative research methods accompanied by primary legal materials and secondary legal materials. To answer legal issues by describing, examining, studying and explaining accurately and analyzing applicable laws and regulations as well as various legal expert opinions, with the aim of getting answers to the problems raised. The Land Declaration Letter is a letter issued by the sub-district.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) evaluate students' C1 hearing comprehension challenges; (2) examine students' C1 listening comprehension improvement techniques; and (3) track students' C1 listening comprehension through self-directed learning. Five students from the State University of Jakarta's Magister degree in English Language Education participated in this study, which used a case study methodology. The study involved watching the weekly data report for written self-reflection. The results show that the majority of pupils struggle with filling gaps in C1 Listening. Most of them got difficulties in determining detailed information, mishearing, and because of speaking fast of the speaker. From the results, it is also clear that the students employed note-taking, focus, and attention skills as well as metacognitive strategies to address the challenges they experienced. As part of their self-directed learning in listening comprehension, the students can consider what they have learned or experienced, develop, and define their methods for gathering and assimilation new information.

Abstract

Various cases of mixed marriages show that not all mixed marriages are based on the motive of forming a happy family and continuing offspring, but there are also mixed marriages with other motives, including business, by using the Indonesian citizen partner as a tool to control land. property rights status and carrying out business activities at lower costs. According to the Basic Agrarian Law in Indonesia, foreign nationals are prohibited from controlling land with ownership status. The Basic Agrarian Law in Indonesia prohibits Indonesian citizens from controlling land with ownership status and only allows foreigners to hold land rights on Right to Use or Right to Use Building if they have formed a Limited Liability Company. The research method used in this research is the normative juridical research method. The research results show the importance of a legal theoretical basis in establishing mixed marriage arrangements as an instrument for preventing legal smuggling in business development in Indonesia. and proportionally placing marriage and business as different legal events, in accordance with statutory regulations, as well as returning mixed marriages to their natural, social and cultural aims and objectives, so that Indonesian citizen couples in mixed marriages can enjoy their constitutional rights as partners in a marriage like marriage in general.

Abstract

Land declaration (SPT) is the basic proof of ownership of a plot of land controlled by a person or legal entity. This right is generally used as a condition in the application process for the issuance of certificates of property rights by the National Land Agency. There are still many people who think that the Declaration of land owned is proof of ownership of land rights. It appears in many land cases in the judicial process. There are usually disputes between certificates and certificates, certificates and land certificates, or double certificates. However, the case that I take in this journal is taken from the decision of Case Number 160/Pdt.G / 2020 / PN Plk, which the judge declared valid and had legal force to bind the land declaration letter in the name of Mr. Basuki. Number: 140.594/300/KL-MTG/PEM Declaration of Land won from the Certificate of Title.. This study uses normative research methods that are accompanied by primary legal materials and secondary legal materials. To answer legal issues by describing, reviewing, reviewing, and explaining precisely and analyzing the applicable laws and regulations as well as from various legal expert opinions, in order to get answers to the problems raised.

Abstract

The present study aims to examine the phenomenon of the Virtual Public Sphere on social media, specifically focusing on the impact of digital hoaxes within the ILUNI Menwa UI Alumni WhatsApp Group. In the contemporary era of digital information, the proliferation of digital hoaxes, particularly those about the COVID-19 pandemic, has emerged as a noteworthy concern, exerting a discernible influence on public discourse. The primary objective of this study is to examine the effects of digital hoaxes on the Virtual Public Sphere. This research addresses a significant vacuum in the existing literature by integrating three critical theoretical frameworks: New Media Theory, Network Wealth Theory, and Jürgen Habermas' Concept of Virtual Public Spheres. The research inquiry examines the influence of digital hoaxes on communication and social interaction within the Virtual Public Sphere on WhatsApp and their potential ramifications on social integration within virtual groups. The existing body of research exhibits a notable deficiency in comprehending the significance of WhatsApp as a widely utilised social media platform within social communication, particularly regarding the potential risks associated with disseminating digital hoaxes. The research employed a qualitative methodology, specifically in-depth interviews with 30 ILUNI Menwa UI Alumni WhatsApp Group participants. In addition, a content analysis was conducted on the messages inside the group to gain insight into the impact of digital hoaxes on communication dynamics. The study's results indicate that digital hoaxes can impede logical discourse, generate disputes in information, and potentially undermine the integrity of communication on the WhatsApp platform. This study offers a comprehensive analysis of the function of social media, specifically WhatsApp, in forming a Virtual Public Sphere. It also examines the potential consequences of digital hoaxes on social integration within virtual communities during the COVID-19 epidemic.

Abstract

In Indonesia itself, the use of ICT, especially in education, is still lacking. Meanwhile, in facing the globalization era of the 21st century, the use of ICT is a necessity to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of performance, including in the teaching and education process. The purpose of this research is to find out the teacher's perception in education using ICT. To answer the formulation of the problem in this study, a descriptive research method was used. Descriptive research is a research method used to find the widest possible knowledge of the object of research at a certain time. This research method also aims to explain or describe a situation, event, object or person, or anything related to variables that can be explained. For the purpose of data analysis and hypothesis testing by Path Analysis and Sobel tests were used. The research sample used proportional random sampling technique, using path analysis (Path) and sobel test (mediation test). Based on the results and discussion of the study, it was concluded that attitudes interpreted in the context of cognition, affection and conation are able to mediate the relationship between perceived usefulness and self-confidence. The results of the mediation test produce a relationship pattern, namely the perception of usefulness with confidence can be explained either directly or through the mediation of attitudes towards the use of accounting computer applications. For wider interests not only in the field of education, future research can be directed at the use of public information system applications, by adding the dependent variable costs and benefits as well as the independent variable actual use.

Abstract

Inclusive education in Indonesia aims to provide equal access to education for all children, including those with special needs. The government's adoption of inclusive policies aims to create a discriminatory-free educational environment. Best practices involve developing a curriculum that supports diversity, providing teacher training to enhance their understanding of the needs of special students, and fostering an inclusive school environment. Despite challenges such as a lack of resources and social stigma, collaboration among schools, parents, and communities is considered crucial for success. Overcoming these challenges requires further efforts. The future direction of inclusive education policies includes teacher training, improving the accessibility of educational facilities for students with special needs, and expanding collaborations with relevant stakeholders. Policy updates and responsive educational programs are key to creating a sustainable inclusive education system in the future.
