Abstract

This research aims to understand public relations strategies in building the image of the Sidoarjo Regency of Ministry of Religious Affairs. This research is qualitative research, data collection techniques using interviews and observation. Meanwhile, in this research, the data analysis used is systematic and logical data carried out from the beginning of the researcher until the end. The research results show that the Sidoarjo Regency of Ministry of Religious Affairs has implemented a Public Relations strategy optimally. One way is through active communication with mass and social media, both by providing the latest information regarding the Sidoarjo Regency of Ministry of Religious Affairs. The subjects observed were employees of the Sidoarjo Regency Ministry of Religion in the general department, especially in public relations, optimizing work units under the leadership of the Sidoarjo Regency of Ministry of Religious Affairs. Keywords: Public Relations Strategy, Community Relations, Institutional Image. Abstrak: Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk memahami strategi public relations idalam membangun icitra pada iKantor iKementerian iAgama iKabupaten iSidoarjo. iPenelitian iini merupakan ipenelitian ikualitatif, iteknik ipengumpulan data dengan imenggunakan wawancara dan iobservasi. Sedangkan pada ipenelitian iini, analisis idata yang digunakan adalah idata yang sistematis dan logis yang dilakukan pada awal peneliti datang hingga akhir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kantor Kementerian Agama Sidoarjo telah mengimplementasikan strategi Public Relations dengan optimal. Salah satunya adalah melalui komunikasi aktif dengan media massa dan sosial, baik dengan menyediakan informasi terbaru terkait Kantor iKementerian iAgama iKabupaten iSidoarjo. Subyek yang diamati adalah pegawai Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Sidoarjo dibagian umum terutama pada humas melakukan optimalisasi satuan kerja yang berada dibawah pimpinan Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Sidoarajo. Kata Kunci: Strategi Public Relations, Hubungan masyarakat, Citra.

Abstract

The use of the Madrasah Management Information System (EMIS) has become an integral part of the data processing process at the Kediri Regency Ministry of Religion. This research aims to optimize the use of EMIS in managing madrasa data. The research method involved data analysis, interviews and surveys conducted at a number of madrasas in Kediri Regency. The results of observations found that the implementation of EMIS at the Ministry of Religion in Kediri Regency was not optimal. Madrasah data does not correspond to real conditions and madrasah operators have difficulty operating EMIS because operators do not know the scheme for using EMIS correctly. This research suggests that madrasas consider the importance of EMIS data and complete the data on time to avoid delays in data collection.

Abstract

The independent curriculum has been implemented since the school year 2022/2023. Changes in the 2013 Curriculum to the Merdeka Curriculum demanded a quick adaptation from all parties. Factors such as school readiness and the role of teachers are crucial in the process of implementing. This study aims to determine the management and implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum policy in SMA Negeri 3 Yogyakarta. Writing this scientific article uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Data obtained through interviews, observation, and document review. The results showed that management played an active role in the preparation of curriculum implementation, as carried out by SMA Negeri 3 Yogyakarta. Although it is not a mobilization school and has only been running for one year, through the process of planning, development, implementation, and sustainable evaluation, SMA Negeri 3 Yogyakarta is able to implement the independent curriculum well.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi pegawai dan kualitas sistem informasi e-payment dan e-revenue terhadap efektivitas penatausahaan keuangan daerah dengan komitmen pimpinan sebagai variabel moderasi. Lokasi penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Badan Pengelola Keuangan Daerah (BPKAD) Pemerintah Kota Surabaya sebagai subjek penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner penelitian dengan ketentuan jumlah populasi 140 orang pegawai bendahara PPK SKPD dan pengambilan sample menggunakan random sampling sejumlah 92 responden. Pengujian data penelitian menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 26. Berdasarkan hasil uji regresi hierarki pada penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa; (a) kompetensi SDM tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap efektivitas penatausahaan keuangan, (b) kualitas SIM e-payment& e-revenue tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap efektivitas penatausahaan keuangan, (c) kombinasi kompetensi pegawai dan kualitas SIM e-payment & e-revenue tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap efektivitas penatausahaan keuangan daerah, (d) setelah adanya variable moderasi komitmen pimpinan terhadap kompetensi pegawai dan kualitas SIM e-payment & e-revenue terdapat pengaruh signfikan terhadap efektivitas penatausahaan keuangan daerah.

Abstract

Curriculum development is a very important discourse in responding to educational challenges that are always growing and changing from time to time. This research analyzes the development of Islamic religious education curriculum of public universities in Indonesia. The research design uses a qualitative approach with literature study methods and interviews with 5 informants, namely graduate students as well as PTU alumni (at the undergraduate level) with qualitative descriptive data analysis. The results of the study revealed that: First, the Islamic religious education curriculum in Indonesian public universities is on average implemented through “Islamic Religious Education” courses as personality development and supported by religious programs designed according to the uniqueness of the university. Second, in terms of material substance, it is basically the same as Islamic religious universities, because it refers to the college curriculum guidelines, but the material presented is more essential and there are adjustments to the local culture of each university. This research concludes that the Islamic religious education curriculum of public universities in Indonesia has been well developed, but in the future it still requires innovation / renewal so that it is more cultured and integrated.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the utilization of artificial intelligence (AI) in lesson planning, implementation, and assessment by pre-service teachers. The study used a mixed methods approach, involving 150 students through quantitative questionnaires and in-depth interviews with 15 students as the qualitative sample. The findings reveal that while students' knowledge of AI remains relatively low, there is a strong interest in further integrating AI into teaching practices. AI tools, such as ChatGPT and Canva, significantly assist students in drafting lesson plans, creating visual learning media, and designing interactive assessment tools. However, limited digital literacy and a lack of proper training present major challenges in AI adoption. This study recommends intensive AI training for pre-service teachers and suggests expanding the research to other study programs to understand variations in AI adoption.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the promotional strategy carried out by Pondok Pesantren Mukmin Mandiri Sidoarjo to increase sales of its product, namely coffee. Sales is a way to stimulate purchases immediately or to increase the number of purchases made by customers. Of course, if you want to market an item so that many customers do promotions. Without product promotion, it is likely that the product will not attract customer attention. This study used a qualitative method, namely by using literature and interview techniques. Interviews are needed because this research requires the opinion of the school principal and school members and also this research refers to field studies so interviews are needed. Meanwhile, literature study is needed because it is necessary to see several references that are relevant and in accordance with what will be studied. The result of this research is the need for promotional activities to promote coffee products so that people are interested and know about the existence of these coffee products.

Abstract

Multilevel leadership at Indonesian School of Jeddah is a managerial approach where the principal oversees several educational levels, ranging from kindergarten to high school, by distributing responsibilities in a structured manner. This concept emphasizes the importance of distributed leadership, collaboration between levels, and the empowerment of all organizational members, including teachers, staff, students, and the community. The implementation of multilevel leadership at Indonesian School of Jeddah is driven by the lack of human resources and the imbalance between the number of teachers and students at the school. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The data collection methods include interviews and observations conducted over two months. The findings of this study indicate that the implementation of the multilevel leadership concept at Indonesian School of Jeddah is an effort by the principal to improve efficiency, encourage collaboration among school members, strengthen accountability, and develop leadership at every level, ultimately enhancing the quality of education at Indonesian School of Jeddah.

Abstract

Pendidikan sebagai pilar utama pembangunan bangsa perlu meningkatkan kualitasnya untuk menciptakan sumber daya manusia yang kompeten, kreatif, dan inovatif. Kepemimpinan visioner krusial dalam merumuskan visi dan misi sekolah, menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif, membangun tim kerja yang solid, mendorong inovasi, meningkatkan kompetensi guru, menjalin kemitraan strategis, dan melakukan evaluasi berkala. Penelitian menggunakan metode studi pustaka mengungkapkan peran penting kepemimpinan dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dengan mengutamakan sumber-sumber seperti buku, artikel jurnal, dan laporan penelitian. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan efektif seperti transformasional, instruksional, dan kolaboratif memiliki keunggulan dan aplikabilitas yang bervariasi dalam pendidikan, bergantung pada tujuan dan kebutuhan spesifik lembaga pendidikan. Memahami serta menerapkan gaya kepemimpinan yang sesuai dapat memperkuat lingkungan pendidikan yang dinamis, adaptif, dan fokus pada peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran serta hasil pendidikan yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Self-efficacy guru memiliki peran krusial dalam meningkatkan efektivitas pengajaran dan pembelajaran siswa. Guru dengan self-efficacy tinggi mampu menciptakan pembelajaran yang berpusat pada siswa serta mengembangkan keterampilan berpikir kritis dan kreatif. Tidak hanya dalam aspek akademik, self-efficacy guru juga berkontribusi pada pengembangan keterampilan sosial, emosional, dan kepemimpinan siswa, sehingga mempersiapkan mereka menghadapi tantangan dunia nyata. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi literatur dengan menganalisis berbagai sumber yang membahas peran self-efficacy guru dalam proses pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa self-efficacy guru mendukung pencapaian tujuan pendidikan dalam membentuk generasi yang kompeten, kreatif, dan berdaya saing. Dengan menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang positif dan inspiratif, guru tidak hanya mengajarkan pengetahuan, tetapi juga menanamkan nilai-nilai penting yang mendorong siswa menjadi pembelajar sepanjang hayat. Oleh karena itu, penguatan self-efficacy guru menjadi strategi utama dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan secara berkelanjutan
