Abstract

Companies that produce quality goods in the form of corrugated cardboard boxes, PT Karya Indah Multiguna Bekasi City must pay attention to the accuracy of production results specifically in the Production planning and control section. This research examines the impact of a Kaizen culture and a sustainable work environment. Kaizen is a Japanese culture means continuous improvement and improvement of the quality of the workplace or work environment. This culture has been adopte by many Japanese companies around the world, especially manufacturing companies. Understanding of the kaizen culture and the use of English in companies is very important to serve as a knowledge provider in the world of work. Lack of understanding of this can lead to wrong attitudes, behaviors and interpretations in the corporate workplace. With a descriptive quantitative method to explain the relationship and influence of the two independent variables on the dependent variable. The research instrument with a questionnaire on the linket scale was give to 66 employees as respondents. The results of research on the process of implementing a culture of continuous improvement or kaizen and the work environment, with the 5S concept as its core. The data are state to be valid and reliable and partially the kaizen culture and work environment are jointly state to be significant to the performance of PT Karya Indah Multiguna Bekasi City, with the contribution of two independent variables to the dependent variable being very good.

Abstract

Leadership as a management function is important to achieve organizational goals. This study aims to investigate the impact of the Village Head's transformational leadership on innovation and organizational health. Transformational leadership with a form of leadership that involves leaders in inspiring, motivating, and changing their subordinates. Innovation is an important factor in increasing the competitiveness of an organization, while the health of an organization reflects the welfare and sustainability of the organization as a whole. This research identifies the link between transformational leadership and organizational innovation. Transformational leadership has the potential to create an enabling environment for innovation. Transformational leaders who are able to communicate an inspiring vision, provide encouragement and support, and empower their followers, can encourage creative thinking, take risks, and create new solutions. In addition, this research also explores the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational health. The method used in this study is a qualitative method, which is carried out by observation, interviews, and document study. Based on the research results it can be concluded that the importance of developing transformational leadership in organizations and the attention given to aspects of innovation and organizational health as well as providing recommendations for leadership practices that prioritize transformational leadership and integrate innovation strategy and organizational health.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the most basic things in digital transformation, namely what are the factors that can improve customer experience, enhancing engagement and customer loyalty. In an effort to offer in-depth insights on this topic, this research seeks to provide direction for companies focusing on important factors in leveraging digital transformation to create a better customer experience, which in turn will increase their engagement and loyalty. To achieve this goal, this research uses a qualitative approach and case studies from existing literature with the aim of knowing what factors in digital business transformation affect customer experience in order to increase engagement and customer loyalty. This study uses purposive sampling by deep interviewing 11 active consumers from the e-commerce platform under study. Factors such as ease of use, product quality, loyalty programs, exclusive offers, responsive customer support, and special incentives and rewards are key to creating a positive experience, increasing customer engagement and strengthening their loyalty. By understanding and managing these factors, companies can create strong customer relationships, improve customer retention and increase overall business growth.

Abstract

The number of retail companies in Indonesia tends to decrease, especially during the Covid-19 Pandemic. This decrease was caused by increasing financial distress which led to bankruptcy. Financial distress is one of the causes of a decline in financial performance and ultimately leads to bankruptcy. Therefore, this study examines the impact of financial distress on stock prices at retail companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2018 to 2021. Financial distress as independent variable is measured by the Altman Z-score method. On the other hand, the dependent variable of this study is stock prices. Panel data regression using a random-effect model is applied to test the effect of financial distress on stock prices. The results of the analysis show that WCTA and MVEBVTL have no significant impact on stock prices. Meanwhile, RETA, EBITTA, and STA have a positive and significant impact on stock prices.

Abstract

The effect of capital structure on the profitability of the case study of property companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange is the aim of this study for the 2019-2021 research period, the company's financial reports which become the data in this study are called secondary data. There were 29 samples in this study where the sample was selected based on the criteria of having complete financial report data during the study period. Analysis of financial report data produces a Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) variable that has a positive and significant effect on profitability.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the performance of a shoe company, namely PT. XYZ, which is represented through the Assembly Division. The analytical method uses Malcolm Baldrige, with the type of research used is descriptive qualitative. The results of the study show that the performance measurement results in the Assembly Division are at the Average level with the title of Emerging Industry Leader. Based on the results of these measurements, it was found that some improvements were still needed, especially on the criteria that affect the financial results and the company's market as a whole. The Assembly Division plays a vital role in creating a product that will be sold to the market. Vertical and horizontal integration is urgently needed by the Assembly Division, in order to positively and sustainably improve performance for all other divisions. The implications of this research are expected to help the assembly division in particular to improve its performance. In addition, this research can be used as a benchmark for other divisions or PT XYZ as a whole to measure performance using the Malcolm Baldrige method, so that equity and company levels can be clearly identified

Abstract

Human resources are an important element in an organization, especially forbusiness organizations. Therefore, many companies are starting to seriouslybuild and develop their human resources. Considering the importance of humanresources in an organization, companies must pay attention to employeesatisfaction. Job satisfaction is also related to outcomes such as performance, sothat if job satisfaction is higher it will create enthusiasm for work.The aim of this research is to identify the influence of compensation and careerdevelopment on job satisfaction. The population in this study were employees ofthe PPIC department of PT. Shoetown Ligung Indonesia, numbering 305 people.The research sample consisted of 100 people taken using purposive samplingtechnique. The data analysis method is multiple linear regression analysis usingSPSS 26.The results of this research state that compensation and career development havea positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, both partially andsimultaneously

Abstract

Abstract. Increasingly sophisticated technological developments indirectly impact consumer lifestyles and behavior when making purchasing decisions online. The more businesses competing in the same field, the more careful and intelligent consumers will be in choosing products that suit their needs and desires. Purchase decisions made by consumers describe how far marketers are in trying to market a product to consumers. This study aims to determine the effect of electronic word of mouth and lifestyle on purchasing decisions for Scarlett Whitening products on the Shopee marketplace. The method used in this study is a survey method with a descriptive analysis approach and verification analysis. The population in this study were students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Majalengka with a total sample of 100 respondents. The sampling technique used is incidental sampling. The data collection used is by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale measurement. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis, and the coefficient of determination is first tested by classical assumptions and then tested by the hypothesis. The results of this study indicate that partially electronic word of mouth has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. This means that the better electronic word of mouth is given, the higher the level of decision to purchase Scarlett Whitening products on the Shopee marketplace. Lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. This means that the better the lifestyle is, the higher the level of decision to purchase Scarlett Whitening products on the Shopee marketplace. Abstract

The success and achievement of company goals is highly dependent on employeeperformance. It is expected that employees will work at optimal levels to achieve the desiredresults. However, they also face the challenge of balancing dual roles as both employees andparents, responsible for their families and work. This situation leads to multiple role conflicts,causing work stress and negatively impacting performance. This study aims to examine theimpact of multiple role conflicts and work stress on the performance of employees at PT.Suryamas Accuracy Cikarang, either independently or collectively.The research method employed in this study is survey-based, utilizing a descriptive andverification analysis approach. Through distributing questionnaires, data was collected. studypopulation consisted of 52 employees from PT. Suryamas Accuracy Cikarang, and thesaturated sample technique was used. Multiple linear regression analysis was the analyticaltool utilized in this study. It involved testing classical assumptions, determining the coefficientof determination, and conducting hypothesis testing.The findings from this study indicate that both multiple role conflicts and work stresssignificantly affect the performance of employees at PT. Suryamas Accuracy Cikarang, eitherindividually or collectively

Abstract

The large number of food and beverage businesses in Indonesia indicates thatthe level of purchasing decisions in Indonesia is high. The high enthusiasm of thecommunity makes companies have to compete to attract the attention of consumers so thatconsumers make purchases. One of the things a company can do to attract the attentionof consumers is Brand Awareness. If consumer awareness of the brand is low, then it iscertain that the brand equity will also be low. The other factor that also influences thepurchasing decision is Service Quality. Good Service Quality will affect profit andcorrelate with the results that will be obtained by a company. This study aims to determinethe effect of Brand Awareness and Service Quality on purchasing decisions for consumersof Mixue, Munjul Majalengka Branch.The method used in this research is descriptive and verification method. Thepopulation used is the consumer Mixue Branch Munjul Majalengka with a sample of 100people with a sampling technique using non-probability sampling with accidentalsampling. Data collection technique is by questionnaire. The analytical tools used in thisstudy are the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, coefficient ofdetermination (R2), Model Feasibility (f test) and Hypothesis Test (t test).Based on the results of this study, it shows Brand Awareness has a positive andsignificant effect on purchasing decisions and Service Quality has a positive andsignificant effect on purchasing decisions.
