Abstract

This study used a comparative quantitative approach with purposive sampling as the sampling technique. The sample used is the quarterly financial performance for 2017-2021 with a total of 20 samples. Data is obtained secondary through quarterly reports published on the website of each bank in 2017-2021. Data analysis in this study used the help of eviews 10.The results of this study revealed that at Bank BCA all variables were at a very healthy composite-1 (PK-1) rating. For Bank BCA Syariah, only the NPF and CAR components in composite-1 (PK-1), partially there are significant differences in the two banks related to the variables that affect their profitability, namely NPL and BOPO at Bank BCA while for Bank BCA Syariah, namely BOPO and CAR, simultaneously there is no difference, where all level variables together have a significant effect on profitability, namely at Bank BCA (Sig 0.00 < 0.05) and Bank BCA Syariah (Sig 0.00 < 0.05) so that with a high RGEC value it will give good results healthy on the profitability of a bank. Keywords: NPL/NPF, GCG, BOPO, CAR, ROA

Abstract

The COVID-19 outbreak has affected PT Perbankan in Indonesia. This study aims to determine the difference in Islamic and Conventional Banks' stock prices before COVID-19 and after COVID-19. The data used in this research is secondary data from quarterly stock price reports listed on the IDX. The results of the differential test using the Paired Sample T-test and Wilcoxon Rank Test show that there are differences in the share prices of Islamic Banks before COVID-19 and after COVID-19, and there are differences in the share prices of Conventional Banks before COVID-19 and after COVID-19. Researchers hope this research can add knowledge and insight for readers, and further researchers can add other factors or variables.

Abstract

Mobile Banking become one of the main components in digital strategy. Bank Syariah Indonesia also provides BSI services Mobile. BSI usersMobile continues to increase but not yet comparable to the total number of BSI customers. This study aims to determine the factors that influence behavioral intention in using Mobile Banking BSI. In this study applying quantitative methods and using the theory of UTAUT-3. This study took a sample of Islamic banking students in Yogyakarta. The research was analyzed using the SEM approach (Structural Equation Model) PLS based (Partial Least Square). The statistical test results show that the Facilitating Conditions (Facilitating Conditions) and Price Value (Price Value) influencing intention in usage behavior Mobile Banking BSI to Islamic Banking students in Yogyakarta. Keywords:UTAUT 3, Mobile Banking, Behavioral Intentions

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of company size, liquidity ratio, and operating expense ratio partially and simultaneously on the profitability of Islamic insurance companies in Indonesia for the 2017-2021 period and discuss the profitability of Islamic insurance companies from an Islamic economic perspective. The data analysis consists of descriptive statistical analysis and panel data regression techniques with Eviews 12 sv software. Using a purposive sampling technique, the research sample consisted of 20 Islamic insurance companies in Indonesia from 2017-2021. The research results showed that only company size influences profitability (ROE). The influence showed a significant positive effect. Meanwhile, the liquidity and operating expense ratios do not affect profitability (ROE). Meanwhile, these three variables simultaneously influenced Islamic insurance companies' profitability (ROE) in Indonesia in 2017-2021. Then, the profitability of Islamic insurance companies from an Islamic economic perspective not only considers ways to gain profits but also aspects of the blessings and pleasure of Allah SWT so that it is not only worldly profits but falah or prosperity in the world and the hereafter. Abstract

This research investigates the influence of Islamic work ethic, work motivation, and work experience on employee performance at BMT Ummat Sejahtera Jepara. The research design employed is quantitative. Primary data were collected through questionnaires distributed to BMT employees, while secondary data were obtained from online books, research journals, documentation, and available files. The population consists of 60 employees, and the sampling technique used is probability sampling with a census data approach.Data analysis in this study utilized Multiple Linear Regression with the SPSS application. The results indicate that the Islamic work ethic variable significantly impacts employee performance, as evidenced by the obtained T-value of 3.614, which exceeds the critical T-value of 1.673. The significance level (sig) is 0.00, indicating a probability value less than 0.05. Therefore, it can be concluded that the Islamic work ethic variable positively influences employee performance.Similarly, the motivation to work variable shows a positive impact, with a T-value of 3.255 exceeding the critical T-value of 1.673. The significance level (sig) is 0.002, indicating a probability value less than 0.05. Hence, it can be inferred that work motivation positively affects employee performance.On the other hand, the work experience variable exhibits a T-value of 1.030, which is less than the critical T-value of 1.673. The significance level (sig) is 0.308, indicating a probability value greater than 0.05. Consequently, it can be concluded from the test results that work experience does not have a significant positive effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The presence of technology in this increasingly advanced era has a very high impact, technology is here to facilitate the daily activities of the social community. One of these technological advances is manifested in the development of a service system for customers in the form of digital applications, one of which is PT. Pegadaian which launched the Pegadaian Syariah Digital (PSD) application, this application was launched in 2018 to make it easier for customers to make transactions. The aims of this study were (1) to find out the operationalization of the Pegadaian Sharia Digital application at the Sharia Pawnshop branch of Radin Intan Lampung (2) to find out the effectiveness of the Pegadaian Sharia Digital application service at the Pegadaian Sharia of Radin Intan Lampung. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method with a type of field research. Respondents in this study were 4 customers who used the PSD application and 4 FROM Pegadaian Sharia of Radin Intan Lampung. The data sources for this research are primary data obtained directly from observations and interviews with customers and the Sharia Pawnshop branch of Radin Intan Lampung and secondary data obtained from books, literature in the form of journals that support research and other references. In analyzing research data, the authors use the E-Servqual Theory proposed by Zeithaml about the quality of online services.

Abstract

The achievement of a company is largely determined by the quality of the people who work in it. Changes in the environment require their ability to capture the phenomenon, analyze its impact and prepare steps to deal with these conditions. Superior performance has an impact on the company's reputation and growth. This research uses a quantitative approach with data collection methods in the form of questionnaires, observation and documentation. Primary data was obtained from answers to questionnaire questions given to all employees of Bank DKI Syariah Lampung Branch. While secondary data is obtained from various related references. The results showed that competence has a significant effect on employee performance, then the work discipline variable has a significant effect on employee performance, the motivation variable shows a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the financial performance of Bank Syariah Indonesia. After the merger for the 2021-2022 period using the du pont system method. The data used is secondary data in the form of financial report data from Bank Syariah Indonesia, Quarter I-III in 2021 and financial report data from Bank Syariah Indonesia Quarters I-III 2022, as well as journals and theses related to this research. From the data analysis carried out on the financial reports of the last two years using the financial performance method carried out by Bank Syariah Indonesia in 2021-2022 using the Du Pont System method, it has fluctuated or changed. This can be seen from the Du Pont table which shows the condition of the ratios which change in each period. The Net Profit Margin and Equity Multiplier ratios show an increase in the ratio in each period, while the Return on Investment and Return on Equity ratios increase in each period, but these ratios experience a decrease when entering the first quarter period in 2022.

Abstract

Pegadaian Syariah Digital Service (PSDS) is used to make it easier for customers to carry out transaction processes and make payments.  This research aims to determine the influence of marketing strategies and the consumer environment on customers' decisions to use the Pegadaian Syariah Digital Service (PSDS) application at Pegadaian Syariah Bandar Lampung City, and to analyze transactions using the PSDS application from the perspective of Islamic Business Ethics.  The sample for this research is customers who use the Pegadaian Syariah Digital Service (PSDS) application, totaling 89 respondents.  The data collection technique uses a questionnaire via Google Form with multiple linear regression data analysis techniques using SPSS version 24 software. The results of this research show that marketing strategy and the consumer environment have a positive influence on customers' decisions to use the Pegadaian Syariah Digital Service (PSDS) application.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the Islamic Organizational Culture in moderating the influence of transformational leadership style on employee performance. The research was conducted at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Kalianda, with data collection using questionnaires on a sample of 30 employees. The data analysis technique used is Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) with SPSS software version 20. The results showed that transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Kalianda. Furthermore, Islamic organizational culture can moderate the influence of transformational leadership style on employee performance with a positive and significant value, which strengthens the relationship between transformational leadership style and employee performance
