Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan (JIWP) Diterbitkan sebagai upaya untuk mempublikasikan hasil-hasil penelitian dan temuan di bidang pendidikan . Abstract

This study aims to determine, explain, and analyze the effect of work discipline and compensation on the performance of the Tenga Teknik staff of the Telagasari Section of the Watergate Officer, Karawang Regency. This research uses descriptive and verification methods. The sample in this study were 104 respondents using non-probability sampling. Data analysis with the help of Microsoft Excel 2019 and SPSS version 26. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant simultaneous effect of work discipline and compensation on employee performance by 71.9% and 28.1% influenced by other variables not examined.

Abstract

This journal contains the process of implementing the Creative Park educational tourism development training program through social media as an optimization of promotion in Pipitan Village, Walantaka District, Serang City. The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of the training program for the development of social media for educational tourism at Taman Kreatif by using a brief socialization method which included several stages of implementing activities, namely preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The preparation stage consists of two main things, namely field observations and literature review. Sources of data in the study obtained through interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the lack of promotion through social media Instagram is carried out optimally. This is shown by the many accounts belonging to the Creative Park educational tour, but not many of them are active and the social media used is not up to date. In the implementation of this program, there is also a training process on the use of social media for the surrounding community in order to be able to promote the Creative Park educational tourism to the fullest

Abstract

The Cash Social Assistance Program (BST) is assistance sourced from the Ministry of Social Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia which will be provided to the community based on Integrated Social Welfare Data (DTKS). The purpose of this research is to find out how the effectiveness of the implementation On Social Cash Assistance program during the Covid-19 pandemic in Pasir Pengaraian Village and to find out what are the factors that hinder the implementation of the BST program. The theory used in this research is the theory of program effectiveness by Budiani using 4 indicators (Accuracy of Target, Program Socialization, Program Objectives, Program Monitoring). To be able to answer these problems the researcher used a qualitative method with a descriptive approach / in this qualitative research the writer used data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation and documentation then analyzed based on the research problem. The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness of the implementation On Social Cash Assistance program during the Covid-19 pandemic in Pasir Pengaraian Village is seen from 4 indicators (Accuracy of Target, Program Socialization, Program Objectives, Program Monitoring) have not been effective. The inhibiting factors in this study were data validation and programs that were issued suddenly.

Abstract

In Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages, Village-Owned Enterprises are business entities whose capital is wholly or most of the capital owned by the village through direct participation originating from village assets which are separated from managing assets, services, and other businesses for an amount of - the welfare of the village community. This BUMDes was established at the initiative of the community and/or village government to utilize all economic potential, natural resources, and human resources in the village in order to improve the welfare of the village community. The purpose of this study was to determine the existence, role and impact of BUMDes for the welfare of the village community. In this study, researchers used descriptive research methods with a qualitative approach. The focus in this research is BUMDes in the village, how the participation of the village community. The result of this study is that the role of BUMDes in Tanjungbaru village in improving community welfare in the economic field has not been realized due to the lack of community participation and the lack of contribution from BUMDes administrators in managing and developing BUMDes in Tanjungbaru village.

Abstract

The concept of effectiveness is a condition that indicates the level of success or achievement a person or organization, as measured by the quality, quantity, and time of previous plans. In other words, the more successful plans implemented, the more effective the campaign Performance is the result of work done by a person or group people in an organization, according to their authority and responsibility respectively, to lawfully and not against the law achieve their goals the organization concerned. Morality and Ethics. Therefore, the performance is important for a company or organization. The main mission of the Service Women's Empowerment and Child Protection in Bekasi City is to assist the Mayor in lead, control and coordinate the administration of government affairs and services that are the main tasks of the Office of Gender Mainstreaming (PUG), Empowerment and Family Quality (PKK), Achievement of Children's Rights (PHA), and in some areas, especially in Bekasi City, Prevention and Management of Violence Against Women and Children (PKTPA), to achieve the vision and mission.

Abstract

An organizational climate of communication is vital in an organization. Negative organizational communication climate results in poor service to customers. The study aims to understand the organization's climate of communication, the causes of the organization's communication climate problem and the effort to address the organization's communication climate problem with STIKOM PROSIA. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques use observation and interviews and then analysis by reposing data, presenting data, drawing conclusions. The results of this study are still negative on the organization communication climate found in STIKOM PROSIA is still negative due to organizational communications that are still subject to both communication patterns, information flow and organizational dynamics, so efforts to correct them are seeking a superior initiative to establish communication to all employees in order to create better communication, There are often divisional and top coordination meetings to be identical and expected to be discrepancies, as well as to emphasize job descriptions for all employees, so as to minimize conflicts between fellow workers and no overlapping of jobs. The study concluded that to improve the service of civitas academic, a positive organizational climate of communication would require a positive organizational climate of communication by improving good communication and coordination between divisions and reinforcing a current job description

Abstract

Through the process of applying competencies in everyday life, students will feel the importance of learning, and they will gain a deep meaning for what they learn. The purpose of this study is to elaborate PAI learning with a contextual approach and its implications for the Muslim personality of students. The research method used is a case study with multi-site research objects, namely MTs N 4 Indramayu, Indramayu district and MTs Darul Falah, Indramayu district. Data analysis is in the form of qualitative analysis and data is collected based on observations, interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that Islamic Religious Education Learning with a contextual approach in shaping the Muslim personality of students, that by carrying out the rules of the teaching and learning system of the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) model can shape the Muslim personality of students. The application of PAI Learning with a Contextual Approach (Contextual Teaching and Learning) in Madrasahs is because; first, the components in the contextual approach are in accordance with the needs of students, second, learning leads to student activity (student oriented), so that students are happier and more enthusiastic in learning, third, the contextual approach is an effective means for teachers in a meaningful and memorable learning process, fourth, contextual learning using a thorough assessment. fifth, the components in the contextual approach are appropriate and very supportive for the realization of the madrasa's vision and mission.

Abstract

One method for improving quality is Lean Six Sigma with the concept of DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control). This is oriented to analyze mismatches of production activities. This research and development aims to improve the quality of the FWA LH post parking brake bolt products. This is because the occurrence of problems that are not in accordance with work standards. The results of research and development show there are 2 main problems. From the results of the define step analysis, it can be seen: workers take bolts by manually and are not suitable for the amount needed. At this step it is supported by the 5W+1H concept. The results of the measure step analysis can be known through the fishbone diagram. This will know the beginning of the problem (Man, Material, Machine, Method and Environment). Analyze step results are used by FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis). With the aim of identifying problems and ranking every failure mode with RPN (Risk Priority Number). Furthermore, the results of the improvement step analysis are used by APFM (Action Planning for Failure Mode). With the aim of providing recommendations in the form of solutions from FMEA results. Then as a result of the control step analysis for periodic checks.
