Abstract

The Influence of Online Customer Reviews and Online Customer Ratings on Purchasing Decision in the Tokopedia Marketplace”, Thesis of Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics, University of Singaperbangsa Karawang.The purpose of this study is to find out, analyse, and explain the description of each variable, the magnitude of the relationship between Online Customer Reviews and Online Customer Ratings on the Tokopedia Marketplace, and the amount of influence partially and simultaneously Online Customer Reviews and Online Customer Ratings on Purchasing Decision in the Tokopedia Marketplace. By using quantitative methods and using descriptive analysis and verification. The analysis tool used is path analysis (path analysis). Samples taken were 125 respondents. Data collection techniques used are literature and field data collection by distributing questionnaires online. The results showed that Online Customer Reviews and Online Customer Ratings have a strong relationship. As well as Online Customer Reviews and Online Customer Ratings have a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decision.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of defense drills on training the results of receive smash in volleyball in Bintang Muda club athletes, Bandar Sribawono district. this research is using experimental method. The design used in this research is ordinal pairing per-test, post-test design. The population in this study were female volleyball athletes at the Bintang Muda club. The sampling technique in this study used total sampling. The instrument in this study used a receive smash test result. The results and conclusions in this study are that there is a significant effect of defense drills training on the receive smash results of Bintang Mas female athletes. where the receive smash results increase after doing defense drills

Abstract

This study aims to describe the writing skills evaluation instrument and describe the evaluation of the writing skills assessment instrument used by Indonesian junior high school teachers. This type of research is a qualitative research using descriptive method. The data sources used in this study were 3 Indonesian language teachers who teach in junior high schools. The instruments in this study were the researchers themselves and interview guidelines. Data collection techniques were carried out by: (1) interviewing and asking for documentation in the form of lesson plans to 3 Indonesian language teachers. (2) marking the results of interviews and the part of the lesson plan related to research data, and (3) making an inventory of these data into data analysis guidelines. The analysis stage is as follows: (1) identifying the data according to the research concept. (2) classifying data based on the theory that is the reference. (3) analyzing the data by recording words related to the research. (4) interpret the data that has been analyzed in accordance with the theory used to analyze the research, and (5) conclude the results of the data description by writing a report. So, the results of this study can be concluded as follows. (1) The assessment of writing skills used by Indonesian junior high school teachers is in the form of a test. The test used is a description test. (2) In general, the writing skills assessment instrument designed by the Indonesian junior high school teacher is quite good.

Abstract

This study aims to study and find out about the Political Communication of the Prosperous Justice Party in non-Muslim communities in Karawang Regency. The theory used is Political Communication and Nimmo with five main elements which include, communicator, message, media, audience and effect. This research is a qualitative type with the technique of determining the informants carried out by snowball sampling. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out through triangulation which included interviews, observations and documentation studies. The result of this study is that communicators in PKS communication in gaining votes among non-Muslims are carried out by three figures, namely PKS cadres as politicians, scholars as professionalism and the success team as activists. The political message that is built is a promise, the media used are digital media and direct field media. The mass audience is disorganized and the effect obtained is not optimal, because there is still a lack of voice and enthusiasm from non-Muslim groups towards political communication used by PKS.

Abstract

The use of social media is not only to communicate between humans and other humans, but nowadays, social media can be a place to exchange ideas about various things, such as Twitter social media. Twitter is widely used in Indonesia to discuss various things that are currently happening or phenomenal events such as terrorism. So that an analysis of public sentiment against terrorism can be carried out on Twitter using NLP and LSTM. The use of NLP for preprocessing data is to remove urls and mentions and tokenization of tweet sentences. Meanwhile, the use of LSTM when modeling can provide an accuracy rate of 59.34% with a unit value of 20.

Abstract

Covid-19 is a virus that was previously undetected by humans, infected various groups and attacked the human lungs. Then it was declared a global pandemic that had an impact on the whole world, including Indonesia. One of the government's changes in adapting policies is in the field of education. Entering the post-pandemic period, new policy changes in the implementation of the education system returned to blended learning. One of the subjects that are feared to open new clusters for the spread of the COVID-19 virus is physical education because its implementation are without health protocols. This study intends to determine the magnitude of the potential transmission of the covid-19 virus by Self Assessment Inarisk, the research method used is descriptive quantitative with a percentage distribution table as a data translation. It was found that the potential for moderate infection was 47.7% in this study.

Abstract

Losses caused by fires that occur in industry are very large, because they involve high asset values, and can cost lives. Fires can occur anywhere, one of which is in the office building of PT. XY which is classified as a light fire hazard. One form of security and prevention against fires is the installation of fire extinguishers. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the suitability of the application of a light fire extinguisher. The type of research in this study is qualitative, namely by comparing the actual condition of light fire extinguishers in the field with the Minister of Manpower and Transmigration Regulation Number 04 of 1980 through observation, interviews, documentation and measurement of the height and distance of the fire extinguisher. The results showed that the number of fire extinguishers as a whole was not appropriate, the type of fire extinguisher had been fulfilled properly, the condition of the fire extinguisher was still not up to standard, the placement of the fire extinguisher was still quite good at the distance between fire extinguishers but there were still some that were not suitable, the maintenance of the fire extinguisher was well maintained but still needs control and the level of knowledge of workers regarding the use of fire extinguishers is quite good but needs to be improved again because there are still some employees who have not received fire training. The conclusion that PT.XY, the, has implemented fire prevention by installing fire extinguisher, there are several indicator components that are not appropriate. Suggestions that can be given are to improve the fire extinguisher indicators that are not appropriate and always carry out routine monitoring to improve fire extinguisher maintenance and provide fire training to workers.

Abstract

This research aims to find out 1) the difference in the effect of the Direct Intruction Model on the passing down 2) the difference between before and after model. 3) to know the difference the method used in this research is. Fixed and Rotational Paired Down passing is a from of basic bottom passing ability training. The Problems raised in this study are 1) There are student and students who cannot do passing down 2) Lack Understanding Passing Down 3)Practice Value volley ball I see low. experimental 11 MIPA 2 target passing down from students 11MIPA2 totaling 20 people. The sampel of this research is half of the mathematics and natural sciences class, which is 20 people and the number is 45 people. The results showed that the correlatiaon (0,743) and the contingent coefficient (0.003) of the two research methods, it shows that there is a better change in students with lowr passing through the Direct Intruction Model. Abstract

Congestion is one of the society problems, especially in big cities. Congestion occurs because the number of vehicles with width of roads that are not comparable. Therefore an appropriate alternative route selection method is needed to reduce congestion problems. This study aims to determine alternative pathways that are more effective and efficient so as to reduce congestion in certain road segments by determining the smallest weights from each road segmen with Djikstra Algorithm. This research produces several alternative routes that can be used to avoid certain road traffic jams, that people can choose different alternative routes according to their respective goals. The results of this study indicate that Djikstra algorithm can determine the optimal path as an appropriate alternative route to reduce congestion problems in the city of karawang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki esensi untuk menganalisis bagaimana mengembangkan usaha Cilok Bogarasa Insan Cita. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian SWOT untuk mengevaluasi kekuatan (strengths), kelemahan (weaknesses), peluang (opportunities), dan ancaman (threats) serta analisis dalam perspektif komunikasi sosial dan pembangunan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara secara langsung dengan pemilik usaha Cilok Bogarasa Insan Cita. Yang nantinya akan memberikan solusi terkait kelemahan dari usaha makanan ini serta menggunakan Matriks SWOT untuk menciptakan strategi perdagangan. Dan juga penelitian ini menghasilkan model strategi pemasaran produk, yaitu melalui gaya dan rancangan produk, dan pelayanan penunjang produk.
