Abstract

Waste4Change is a company that provides responsible and reliable waste management solutions. According to Report Operation (Monthly Issue) data from Waste4Change, from August to November 2021, users experienced several problems when using the Waste4Change website. Based on this data, the research was conducted that aims to analyze user experience problems from the Waste4change website, design the solution design, and find out the level of convenience provided by users when testing the solution design. The research was conducted by collecting literature studies and prospective respondents first. Next, the Design Thinking stage is carried out to collect data on problems and user needs, define problems, collect solution ideas, and design the user interface to become a prototype. The last stage is a usability testing prototype with 5 respondents using the Single Ease Question method. The results of this study are that 7 user problems have been successfully defined, there are 78 user interface design pages and 8 user flows on a mobile-based prototype from the Waste4Change website that was successfully designed, and got an average SEQ value of > 5 during usability testing so that the prototype has a good level of convenience.

Abstract

Domestic violence is a widespread phenomenon in people's lives. Domestic violence often results from a variety of factors, including different perspectives and economic problems. Domestic violence (DRT) usually occurs between women / wives and can be experienced by anyone, anywhere, anytime. From a sociological point of view, this study shows that domestic violence is a type of crime that pervades without boundaries of ethnicity, beliefs, or social status. Domestic violence was originally a privacy issue, but it has been regarded as a public interest and criminal act because the impact of all types of violence on physical, sexual and psychological victims is severe and serious. In Indonesia itself, the patriarchal cultural perspective predominates. A culture that supports men and their pedigree as household policy makers. Law No. 23 of 2004 prohibits domestic violence against any person in the household, regardless of the form of physical violence, psychological violence, sexual violence, or domestic violence. It states that there is. It is also considered a crime against humanity based on human rights principles.

Abstract

Al-Qur'an as the main source of Islam contains a myriad of wisdom that serves to guide the path of human life. At the time of the Prophet Muhammad SAW., life, the substance of the Qur'an he practiced himself and he taught his friends. In addition to the Qur'an, the actions, words and attitudes of the Prophet Muhammad SAW are also a reference in Muslim life, both concerning relationships with God, fellow humans and nature. This is what is called a hadith. Al-Qur'an is used as a source of Islamic education and other sciences, including management of Islamic education, because the Qur'an has absolute values that are derived from Allah SWT. Allah SWT created humans and it is he who educates humans, so that the content of education has been contained in His revelations. There is not a single problem, including the issue of Islamic education management that escapes the reach of the Koran.

Abstract

The function of proselytizing is not just advocacy, but proselytizing is basically a change in society. The movement for change cannot occur while in its place, but it must be managed properly and appropriately, requiring professionalism from missionary actors, especially those who work in missionary institutions. The Prophet (pbuh) showed great seriousness and concern in managing his vocations in Mecca and Medina. After a deeper study with the approach of management theory, it was found that the Prophet Saw. had carried out his proselytizing by applying management principles. Rasulullah Saw. as the leader of the people, has the ability to compile his proselytizing plans and strategies, he has been able to mobilize and motivate the companions during his proselytizing so that the entire Arabian Peninsula can accept the presence of Islam.

Abstract

Internet Of Things-Based Automatic Trash Can Bot Telegram Using the Hybrid PV Grid System is a tool that serves to make it easier for people to dispose of garbage without touching the lid of the trash can to enter trash and equipped with a notification system via the telegram bot application to notify the cleaners when the trash can is full, as well as a source of voltage the trash can is equipped with two sources of power generation using solar panels and using electricity from the State Electricity Company (PLN). This automatic trash can can be a solution to the problem of garbage dumpers who are lazy to open the lid of dirty garbage so they put garbage outside the trash can and reduce the problem of garbage accumulation because the cleaners are late to empty the trash so that the smell of garbage comes out and pollutes the surrounding air.

Abstract

The government's efforts through financial services authorities in supervising fintech based on peer to peer lending that harm lenders for default of fintech agreements based on peer to peer lending that have failed to pay and legal protection for lenders The nature of this research is descriptive analysis because this study is intended to provide data that be as thorough as possible about the problems discussed and analyze the data obtained to answer the problems. This research approach uses a statutory approach and a case-by-case approach. A normative juridical approach is used to find out all legal provisions, especially the protection of fintech service users in Indonesia. A case-by-case approach for the purpose of studying legal standards or rules applied in legal practice. The need for a new law on Fintech Peer To Peer Lending so that the public does not experience confusion with what is called Fintech Peer To Peer Lending and that law enforcement can be done better.

Abstract

The implementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) is one of the goals to ensure all fixtures and production machines operate in the best condition so as to avoid damage so that they can prevent problems in the production process. The implementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) carried out by the company, one of which is Planned Maintenance (PM) where the procedures for carrying out Planned Maintenance (PM) activities start from the Planned Maintenance Plan then the Planned Maintenance Work Instruction and are equipped with a Planned Maintenance Record. As an indicator is OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) where at PT. XYZ in the three months starting from January to March 2022 where the achievements are in January by 91.09%, in February by 91.83% and in March by 93.53%, so that the average OEE achievement is 92, 15%. And these results exceed 1.15% of the target set by the company, which is 91.00%.

Abstract

PT. XYZ adalah perusahaan yang berfokus pada bidang manufaktur dengan memproduksi suku cadang otomotif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menekan angka produk cacat dan meningkatkan kualitas produk Arm Rear Breake (ARB) menggunakan metode lean six sigma dengan konsep DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve dan Control). Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukan, ada 4 (Empat) jenis cacat produk pada Part Arm Rear Beake (ARB) selama periode Maret 2021. Diantaranya: Gores, Hole Burry, Bolt Plag dan Serectation Tumpul. Didapatkan cacat Gores pada produk ARB adalah jenis cacat yang paling sering terjadi dengan persentase Gores 42%, Hole Burry 25%, Bolt Plag 23% dan Serectation tumpul 10% Dari hasil perhitungan didapatkan rata-rata DPMO yaitu 2.604 dengan nilai rata-rata level sigma sebesar 4,32. Kemudian dilakukan analisis sebab akibat menggunakan fishbone, diketahui bahwa faktor manusia, material, tools, mesin, lingkungan dan metode menjadi faktor penyebab terjadinya keempat jenis cacat. Adapun tahap improvement dilakukan usulan perbaikan menggunakan metode 5W+1H sebagai bentuk perbaikan dalam peningkatan kualitas.

Abstract

The presence of the Covid 19 pandemic in Indonesia has now greatly affected many sectors, starting from health, politics, education and the economy, which has harmed many people. Even the business sector which has fallen drastically, one of which has been affected by this pandemic is the food and beverage business. From this condition, there is a lot of competition in this business sector which is getting tougher. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze the promotional strategy carried out by Jurnal Risa Coffee in advancing sales during the Covid 19 pandemic through Instagram social media. This study uses the theory of Promotion Strategy, Promotional Mix, Instagram Social Media. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative approach with observation and in-depth interviews. The results obtained from this study are that Jurnal Risa Coffee has carried out its promotional strategy by implementing promotional stages that optimize marketing. Then include the promotion mix, Advertising through the concept of an ad copy strategy, sales promotion which focuses on the current pandemic conditions, namely sterilization of products by giving vouchers, Direct Marketing through Instagram Social Media, and Personal Selling through Instagram face to face.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of principal management in improving the quality of education at Mts Ibnu Sina. The method in this study uses a qualitative method. Research location at Mts Ibn Sina. The research participant is the principal of the school. The object of research is management aspects including planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating. The results of this study indicate that the principal as a manager plays a role: the principal of Mts Ibnu Sina makes plans to improve quality, namely holding a meeting at the beginning of the year or what is often referred to as the School Annual Work Meeting (RAKER) Together with teachers, employees, and stakeholders at Mts Ibnu Sina. The organization carried out by the principal of Mts Ibnu Sina by dividing the duties of employees (Tupoksi) according to their responsibilities. In practice, the principal provides direction and motivation for teachers to teach using various methods and provides fair treatment to teachers if the teacher gets an achievement. The principal of Mts Ibnu Sina did a gradual evaluation. The evaluation is carried out once every 1-2 months by holding meetings with fellow teachers and school principals, and the foundation's overall evaluation of education management is of course.
