Abstract

Value added is the value added of a commodity because it undergoes a process of processing, transporting or storing in a production. In the processing process, value added is defined as the difference between the value of the product and the price of raw materials and other inputs, excluding labor, while this margin is covered by the components of the production factors used, namely labor, other inputs and the remuneration of processing entrepreneurs. Smart CCO Production Rotat is one of the agro-industries engaged in producing coconut oil. The sample used in this study was the Mayang Sari Production House, Nitakloang Village, which became one of the CCO production house businesses under the auspices of PT. Smart Asia- Smart CCO Production Rotat in Sikka District area. This study aims to determine the added value of CCO (Crude Coconut Oil) production produced by the Mayang Sari Production House, Nitakloang Village, Nita District, Sikka Regency. The analysis used uses value-added analysis with the Hayami method. The added value generated from the processing of coconut milk into CCO (Crude Coconut Oil) at the Mayang Sari Production House, Nitakloang Village, Nita District, Sikka Regency is IDR 219,550.00 / one production process with a value-added ratio of 90.45%.

Abstract

Development prospects are a business that is carried out by paying attention to the environmental conditions of the region both internally which includes strengths and weaknesses and external which includes opportunities and threats. The purpose of prospect theory is to describe how consumers make decisions if there is a condition of uncertainty in the consequences of their choice. The strategies used are, Stability strategy, Retrenchment strategy, Growth strategy, and Combination strategy. The purpose of prospect theory is to describe how consumers make decisions if there is a condition of uncertainty in the consequences of their choice. The strategies used are, Stability strategy, Retrenchment strategy, Growth strategy, and Combination strategy.The results of this study show that the prospect of developing tomato farming in Ladogahar Village, Nita District, Sikka Regency is in the quadrant I position with a value of 5.38 which is the most profitable position for farmers because at this time tomato farming has opportunities and strengths so that it can be utilized. The strategy that must be done in this condition is to change the old strategy by replacing the new strategy, which is to utilize the strength and opportunities for the prospects of developing tomato farming in the future

Abstract

The problem in this study is the low student achievement which is thought to be due to the lack of student interest in participating in learning activities. One of the efforts to increase students' interest in learning is to utilize the Discovery Learning learning model, because the learning model is Discovery Learning. has the appropriate characteristics to solve problems that occur so that the learning process becomes more effective, besides the Discovery Learning learning model is in accordance with the curriculum applied at MAN 2 PADANG. This type of research is classroom action research. The results of the implementation of the Discovery Learning learning model in the first cycle reached 91.67%, while in the second cycle the implementation of the Discovery Learning learning model was able to reach 100%. So it can be concluded that the implementation of the Discovery Learning learning model has been carried out optimally in cycle II.a Furthermore, the results of data on student interest in learning in cycle I show that student interest in learning is 72.19%, while data on student interest in learning in cycle II is 80.12%, so it can be concluded that the interest of the students increased in accordance with the predetermined success indicator limit, which was 80%, and was achieved after the second cycle took place. That is, it can be concluded that the implementation of the Discovery Learning learning model can increase the learning interest of the students of class XI IPA 1 MAN 2 Padang City. This is evidenced by the increasing percentage of students' interest in learning to achieve predetermined success indicators..

Abstract

The tight competition in restaurants makes business actors continue to compete in providing satisfaction for their customers. Customer satisfaction is one of the necessary things that need to be maintained to survive in the face of intense competition. Restaurant business actors continue to innovate in every product and quality of service they offer. This study aims to determine the relationship and influence of product qualities and service quality variables on customer satisfaction at the Zonatri Seafood Restaurant. This study uses a quantitative approach method. In this study, 125 respondents using the purposive sampling technique. The data obtained from researcher is primary data or data directly obtained from sources through questionnaires distributed using google forms with measurement techniques using Likert scale measurements. Researchers used multiple linear regression analysis techniques to analyze the data. Based on the results of these studies indicate that the variables of product quality and service quality have a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction. This study provides theoretical implications as reference material for future research, especially regarding the effect of product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The Transportation Agency of Morotai Island Regency, which is a technical institution, needs to implement policies on the system of land and inland water transportation that are interconnected with each other and fully integrated with traffic spaces (roads, bridges, and or rails) which are under the regional autonomy system. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research, where the data collected is in the form of words, pictures, not numbers. Law No. 22 of 2009 concerning Road Traffic and Transportation in Improving Traffic Safety and Security among Adolescents in its implementation is considered less than optimal, as can be seen from the violations committed by drivers, especially young people, which have increased significantly from year to year. This is quite reasonable, considering that Morotai Island is a group of new regencies, which is experiencing population growth, both from the exodus of people around the Morotai Island district, also followed by an increasingly rapid number of vehicle ownership. On the other hand, it is also followed by limited facilities, law enforcement officers, implementation of policies that have not hit drivers and stakeholders which have resulted in various traffic problems and traffic accidents. lack of awareness of vehicle owners (in this case parents) who provide vehicles for their children who are, on average, not old enough who do not yet have a driver's license (SIM), compared to using public transportation. This is a dilemma in making policies, on the one hand we are justified that the technical law No. 22 of 2009 regulates technical matters regarding SIM ownership, but on the other hand they think it is more effective.

Abstract

This study aims to examine organizational commitment and work motivation on employee performance by considering work discipline as a mediator. A total of 129 responses were collected through the distribution of questionnaires to employees of the Regional Personnel Agency (BKD) of North Maluku Province using the saturated sample technique. The analytical technique used in this study is Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with the help of the SmartPLS version 3.3 application. The results of the analysis show that organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on work discipline. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on work discipline. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has no significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline positively mediates the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance. Work discipline positively mediates the effect of work motivation on employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of Live Music Facility and Price on the Purchase Decision of a case study on Instagram followers @warunknonstop. This study uses quantitative methods with descriptive and verification approaches. The sample in this study was taken from the number of Instagram followers which amounted to 1,708 using the Slovin formula with a total sample of 273 followers. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. This research uses path analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that there is a correlation between Live Music Facilities and Prices. Partially Live Music Facility has a significant effect on Purchase Decisions as well as Price has a significant effect on Purchase Decisions. Simultaneously Live Music Facility and Price have a significant effect on Purchase Decision by 49.7% while the remaining 50.4% is influenced by other variables not examined. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mendeskripsikan wujud nilai moral yang berkaitan dengan hubungan manusia dengan Tuhan, hubungan manusia dengan diri sendiri, hubungan manusia dengan lingkup sosial yang terkandung dalam novel Fajar dan Senja karya Ar Rosim Atta. pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik baca dan catat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan terhadap novel Fajar dan Senja karya Ar Rosim Atta, dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa Ditemukan total 35 data dalam analisis nilai moral hubungan manusia dengan Tuhan. Ditemukan dengan total 43 data dalam analisis nilai moral manusia dengan diri sendiri. Ditemukan total 67 data dalam analisis nilai moral manusia dengan lingkup sosial. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa dalam novel Fajar dan Senja karya Ar Rosim Atta terkandung nilai moral yang berkaitan dengan hubungan manusia dengan Tuhan, hubungan manusia dengan diri sendiri, hubungan manusia dengan lingkup sosial yang terbukti kebenarannya.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of finger painting media on children's writing skills. This study used an experimental methodology with a sample of 10 children aged 5-6 years from group B, using a one-group pre-test-post-test design. The survey was conducted 10 times in class B TKQ An-Namlu Karawang. According to survey findings and data analysis, early childhood writing skills improved by 34 and 57 points on pretest and posttest, respectively. The findings of the Paired Sample T-Test table show the t-count value of 36,037 and sig (0.000). Therefore, it can be said that finger painting media has a significant influence on children aged 5-6 years.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the number poster learning media at TKQ An-Namlu Palubonsari Karawang has an impact on the ability of early childhood to recognize early numbers. At TKQ An-Namlu Palumbonsari Karawang, this study used experimental research and a one group pretest-posttest design with a sample of 10 children in group A. The research findings show that the use of poster media has an impact on people's ability to detect initial numbers. that the mean score on the pretest, SESA, was 33.50, and the average score on the posttest, 61. In addition, as seen from the findings of the paired sample T-test table, the calculated T-score was 38,439 with sig. (0.000), then the data can guarantee that the use of poster media greatly affects the ability of children aged 4 to 5 years to recognize basic numbers.
