Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan (JIWP) Diterbitkan sebagai upaya untuk mempublikasikan hasil-hasil penelitian dan temuan di bidang pendidikan . Abstract

This study aims to find out, analyze and explain the influence of free variables, namely Experienced regret, Risk tolarance, Illusion Off Control, and Financial literacy on variables bound by investment decisions. The sample of this study was 145 respondents domiciled in Karawang, this research was included in quantitative research and data collection methods using questionnaires with the Probality Sampling sampling technique using the Purposive Sampling method. In this study, it utilized SPSS 22 for Data Validity Test, Classical Assumption Test, and Hypothesis Test. The results of the T statistical test showed that Eperienced regret had a significantly significant negative effect on investment decisions. Risk Tolarance has a partial and positive effect on investment decisions. Illusion Off control partial signific and positive towards investing decisions . Financial Literacy has a partial and positive effect on investment decisions while the F test results show that the variables Eperienced regret, Risk Tolarance Illusion Off Control, and Financial Literacy have a significant effect on investment decisions. The value of the influence of the variables Eperienced regret, Risk Tolarance Illusion Off Control, and Financial Literacy was 57.3% while the remaining 42.7% was influenced by variables that were not studied in this study. It is known that these variables affect a person in investing, therefore the Tokocrypto company does not only educate about the fundamentals of an asset but educates about financial psychology factors as well.

Abstract

The purpose of research is to make it easier to manage the sales data of the Rumah Batik Danar Hadi store so that it becomes more effective and efficient as it can help slove the job problems related to the management of sales data. The research method used in the analysis and design of Java Netbeans-based sales system is a qualitative descriptive that is with direct observation, and also conduct interviews with related parties to get the information needed. In addition, researches also conduct research with literature methods based on references and various discussion as well as from various media that contain the necessary information. Analyze needs, design, implementation and coding, and testing. The result of this research is a computerized system that Can facilitate the work of Rumah Batik Danar Hadi in the collection of incoming batik, sold batik, employee data, and buyer data, up to sales reports that can be printed every month or every day. There is also a member card for customers who want to get special discounts for members only. This can draw the buyer's attention to a regular customer at the store.

Abstract

In Assessment is the process of collecting and processing information to determine the achievement of student learning outcomes. Currently, the assessment system at SMKN 63 Jakarta is still carried out in a simple computerized way using Microsoft Excel and manual recording, causing various kinds of problems. The problem faced by SMKN 63 Jakarta is the assessment in the student data collection process, subjects, grades are not recorded accurately and well-integrated so that in the search process one has to look for student grade data one by one and is slow in reporting student grades. Lack of security in the system is also a problem at SMKN 63 Jakarta because it can be accessed by anyone. Therefore, to facilitate the work of admin staff, teachers, and homeroom teachers in managing student score data so that it can be completed more quickly, precisely, and efficiently in student assessments, a Java-Based Student Assessment Application was designed at SMKN 63 Jakarta. The research method used in the application of student assessment at SMKN 63 South Jakarta is quantitative. In addition, researchers also researched with data collection methods which included field studies and literature studies. And in developing the system, the researcher uses the waterfall method. And testing the system with the black box testing method. This application is designed using UML (Unified Modeling Language) and using the JAVA programming language with Netbeans IDE, and MYSQL database using XAMPP

Abstract

In Indonesia, teachers' ability to undertake research is still below average. This is due to a lack of research knowledge and experience among teachers. As a result, teachers rarely conduct research and have never published a scientific paper. As a result, mentoring in the form of formal training in research competence is required. There is, however, no training structure designed expressly for instructors to improve their research competency. The goal of this study is to create a training system that will eventually improve instructors' research skills. The research and development process is based on a modified Dick & Carey development model. As a result, an upgraded teacher competency training system including training modules, training agendas, teaching books, and learning videos has been developed and tested by specialists. Teachers in Indonesia are expected to use the training system to increase their research skills.

Abstract

Analysis of students' reading literacy through of language activities in the second grade of SD Negeri Kaliwlingi 01. The objectives in this study were to: (1) describe the implementation of students' reading literacy in language activities in the class II, (2) describe several supporting factors and inhibiting factors in the reading literacy students of the through language activities in the class II. This study uses a qualitative research approach with a qualitative descriptive research design. Data collection techniques using interviews, non-participant observation, and documentation. The validity of the data is done by triangulation. The triangulation used in this research is source triangulation and technique triangulation. Data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that students' reading literacy through language activities in its implementation was not optimal. Where in the implementation of reading literacy there are some students who are still not fluent in reading and there are also students who can read but are still stammering. Reading literacy is carried out every time the learning is finished when students go home from school, students are called one by one to read a few sentences. This activity aims to find out how students can read and read fluently, the techniques used to be able to read and read fluently and to find out the characters that exist in students. Therefore, with the existence of students' reading literacy through language activities in second grade, it is expected that students have knowledge and skills in reading literacy through language of activities.

Abstract

This research aimed to develop contextual-based handouts on reaction rate material with valid, viable, and interesting responses used as teaching materials in the learning process. The development model used in this study is the Borg and Gall models. The validity of the handout developed is divided into two validity of material and media by 84.1% and 93% respectively. Responses from 6 teachers and responses based on the questionnaire given were 91.17% and 90.77%. Handout developed is applied in the learning process with a total of 20 learners using pretest and posttest. Data obtained by researchers using the N-gain formula to find out the improvement of cognitive learning after giving treatment with the number of N-gain scores is 0.513. Based on the hypothesis test with the t-test on the known output sig (2-tailed) = 0.000 < 0.005 then Ho was rejected, meaning there was a significant difference in learning outcomes before and after using contextually based handouts. Based on the data above it was concluded that the results of contextual-based handout development research can be declared valid, feasible, and the response is interesting and can improve the cognitive learning

Abstract

Every learning activity certainly requires a test to see how far the participants follow the study. Likewise with the foreign workers at PT. XYZ who took part in Indonesian language learning in each of their offices. They took an Indonesian language proficiency test to test the oral and written Indonesian competence which was held by the author. The test results are related to the length of work of the foreign workers, and after being tested using the Chi-Square Test the conclusion showed p-value = 0.000 <0.05, which means that there is an interrelation between the fluency of the spoken and written of the foreign workers at PT. XYZ. The results of statistical analysis showed the p-value = 0.014 <0.05, meaning that there was a relation between length of work in Indonesia and the oral skills of foreign workers at PT. XYZ. The results of statistical analysis showed that the p-value = 0.112 > 0.05, which means that there is no correlation between the length of work in Indonesia and the written skills of the expatriates at PT. XYZ. The UKBI test for expatriates is recommended to do regularly to control their Indonesian language competence. Keywords: Proficiency test, foreign workers, Bahasa language

Abstract

Distance Learning (PJJ) during the pandemic increased sedentary behavior caused by lifestyle problems in today's youth, namely a sedentary lifestyle that is influenced by the environment, with one of the activities being playing games. This study aims to examine the relationship between sedentary behavior and nutritional status in adolescent online game users during the Covid-19 pandemic at SMKS Jayabeka 01 Karawang. This research method uses a cross-sectional research design. The research sample was the students of SMKS Jayabeka 01 Karawang totaling 155 respondents. The sample was taken using a simple random sampling technique. Collecting data using observation, interviews and questionnaires with the test used is Gamma. The results of the analysis of this study are that there is no significant relationship between sedentary behavior and nutritional status with a p-value of 0.623 (p>0.05) in adolescent users of online games at SMKS Jayabeka 01 Karawang during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of e-service quality and customer trust on Traveloka customer satisfaction in Indonesia. This research method uses primary data directly obtained from questionnaires distributed to respondents. The population of this study were Traveloka followers via Instagram which found 890,000 people. This study uses the Taro Yamane formula with an error rate of 5% in the calculation of a sample of 400 respondents and is determined using a non-probability sampling technique. The analysis in this study uses path analysis with SPSS 26 software tools. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence between e-service quality and customer trust on customer satisfaction. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas e-service dan kepercayaan pelanggan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Traveloka di Indonesia. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh langsung dari kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada responden. Populasi penelitian ini adalah followers Traveloka melalui Instagram yang didapatkan sebanyak 890.000 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan rumus Taro Yamane dengan tingkat kesalahan 5% dalam perhitungan sampel sebanyak 400 responden dan ditentukan dengan menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling. Analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis jalur dengan perangkat lunak SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara kualitas e-service dan kepercayaan pelanggan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan.

Abstract

It is undeniable that every social environment has its own ideal beauty standards. In a social interaction, body shape is something that is often judged by a woman. This is what causes women, especially those who do not meet the ideal beauty standards in their environment, to experience body shaming, body shaming is an activity to humiliate, ridicule, and comment on a person's physical form, body shaming can trigger body shaming or feelings of shame that arise when other people's judgments and self-assessment are not in accordance with the ideal self that is set. This body shaming phenomenon makes the writer interested in conducting research on female celebrities who experience body shaming to find out the meaning of body shaming and the meaning of self from female celebrities. The author uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. The theories used include Alfred Schutz's phenomenology and the theory of the construction of social reality. The results show that each informant has a different meaning, which is influenced by the social environment, family and how the informant interprets himself. The meaning of body shaming as motivation, as pressure, and as a demand. While the meaning of self, as a valuable woman, as a woman who is not worth it.
