Abstract

During the Covid-19 Pandemic, the government's obligation to provide education does not stop, the government is required to find certain ways so that the education process continues to run optimally. The government then took various kinds of policies by considering two things, on the one hand the education process must continue, but on the other hand the implementation of education should not cause or facilitate the rate of transmission of Covid-19, so the Limited PTM program was established. The purpose of this research is to (1) describe the constraints of teachers in the implementation of face-to-face learning which is limited to the teaching and learning process at SDN Pebatan 01 Wanasari Brebes (2) describe the solution to the constraints on implementing face-to-face learning which is limited to the teaching and learning process at SDN Pebatan 01 Wanasari Brebes. field research using a descriptive qualitative approach Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation The validity of the data was carried out by technical triangulation techniques and source triangulation. n data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the constraints of teachers in implementing PTM were limited to the process of teaching and learning activities, namely the delivery of materials was carried out in a limited manner, students did not fully understand the material presented, and students ignored health protocols. Abstract

This study aims to describe the impact of school literacy programs on students' interest in reading. This research employs a qualitative, case-studybased methodology. In this study, the informants or subjects were third graders from SD Negeri Klampok 02, a total of ten students with categories in increasing students' reading interest and one class teacher. The ability of students during reading literacy activities is a crucial first step in the success of the learning process in this activity. Because with proficient reading skills, students will have a strong memory and access to a wealth of information from a variety of sources.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 yang telah berlangsung kurang lebih dua tahun telah membawa dampak di segala sektor kehidupan, tak terkecuali sektor Pendidikan. Untuk memutus mata rantai penyebaran penyakit ini maka, pemerintah memberlakukan Pembeljaran secara daring. Akan tetapi pembelajaran daring ini membuat kualitas pendidikan menurun khususnya di wilayah Kecamatan Juwana. Penurunan kualitas belajar ini terlihat pada hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran Matematika. Berbagai upaya direncanankan untuk meningkatkan kembali kualitas pembelajaran. Salah satunya dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran yang dapat mengakitifkan siswa, sehingga hasil belajar dapat mengalami peningkatan. Model pembelajaran yang digunakan adalah Group Investigation dan Student Teams Achievement Division Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) Untuk mengujii pengaruh penerapan model Pembelajaran Group Investigation terhadap hasil belajar Matematika siswa kelas V SD Negeri di Gugus Jendral Sudirman Tahun Ajaran 2022/2023, (2) Untuk menguji pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran Student Teams Achievement Division terhadap hasil belajar Matematika siswa kelas V SD Negeri di Gugus Jendral Sudirman Tahun Ajaran 2022/2023, (3) Untuk membuktikan apakah ada perbedaan hasil belajar Matematika siswa kelas V SD Negeri di Gugus Jendral Sudirman Tahun Ajaran 2022/2023 selama penerapan model Pembelajaran Group Investigation dan Student Teams Achievement Division. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian quasi eksperimen. Sampel berasal dari kelas V SD Agungmulyo, SDN Bakaran Kulon dan SDN Langgenharjo 02. Desain yang digunakan adalah pretest posttest control grup design. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes yang terdiri dari prestest dan postest. Uji instrumen terdiri dari uji normalitas dan reliabilitas, uji prasyarat adalah uji normalitas dan homogenitas, analisis data menggunakan tingkat kesukaran, dan uji t-test sampel independen. Hasil penelitian:1) Model Pembelajaran Group Investigation (GI) berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar, hal ini berdasarkan perolehan nilai Thitung 40,858 > t-tabel 2,016692 dan taraf signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. 2). (2) Model Pembelajaran Student Teams Achievement Division berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar. Hal ini berdasarkan perolehan nilai 54,829 > t-tabel 2,007584 dan taraf signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 . (3) Terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar selama penerapan model Pembelajaran Group Investigation dan Student Teams Achievement Division, hal ini berdasarkan nilai Thitung sebesar 3,514 > Ttabel 2,012896 dan taraf signifikansi 0,005 < 0,05 serta nilai mean yang diperoleh GI lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan nilai mean pada pemebalajaran STAD (84,09 > 77,50). Simpulan: Model Pembelajaran Group Investigation dan Student Teams Achievement Division berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa. Model Pembelajaran Group Investigation lebih efektif untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar disbanding model Student Teams Achievement Division.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the big book teaching aid on the learning outcomes and interest of third grade students at SDN Pebatan 02 and SDN Pesantunan 01, the material of folding symmetry and rotational symmetry. The method used in this study is a quantitative research type of experiment, with a pretest-posttest control group design research design. The sampling technique used in this research is saturated sampling. The research instrument was in the form of multiple choice questions for data collection on learning outcomes, and a questionnaire was used to collect data on interest in learning. This study was analyzed using the t test with the help of SPSS 22. The results obtained in this study are (1) descriptively there is a difference in the average value between the experimental class and the control class with the acquisition value of 74.55 and 63.14. The t-test of the learning outcomes obtained the value of sig. (2-tailed) is 0.021 < 0.050, so Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. This the big book teaching aids have an effect on student learning outcomes. (2) Descriptively there is a difference in the average value between the experimental class and the control class with the acquisition value of 34.10 and 29.64. The results of the t-test of interest in learning obtained the value of sig. (2-tailed) of 0.002 < 0.050, so Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Thus, the big book props have an effect on students' learning interest.

Abstract

In this era, the issue of global warming is a main problem that felt by entire population of the earth. With the increasing number of campaigns to save the earth, the industrial sector also switched to using environmentally friendly marketing strategies. Namely KFC which issued KFC Naughty by Nature with its trademark production of healthy food menus with quality ingredients. This study was conducted to determine how much influence green marketing has on KFC Naughty by Nature Senopati, South Jakarta brand image. The research was conducted using quantitative methods through a testing process, namely regression analysis, coefficient of determination, hypothesis, validity, and reliability. The results of hypothesis testing, it shows that green marketing influences KFC Naughty by Nature Senopati, South Jakarta brand image. The calculation results get the results that the value of t count is greater than t table because t count is 20.306 and t table is 1.960. So, Ha is accepted, which means that there is an influence between green marketing on KFC Naughty by Nature Senopati, South Jakarta brand image. And from the results of the coefficient of determination, green marketing has an effect of 50.9% on the KFC Naughty by Nature Senopati, South Jakarta brand image.

Abstract

This study dicusses the analysis of the banding process in the manufacture of joint brake rod products based on data in a field. Analysis of the bending process that is carried out is to maximize in reducing the percentage of scrap formed in the blank process. The purpose of the analysis in this comparison process is to understand how the bucket elevator works and find out the number of buckets (bowls) in the bucket elevator needed to transport the product. The research method carried out is through direct observation of the literature studies that have been obtained in the form of books or journals and the internet as references. This calculation is carried out to be used as a benchmark as a comparison material from the calculation results with information data on the number of joint brake rods in the field. This comparison material is based on several basic theories and conclusions obtained from the result of calculations. Therefore, the process that occurs in the press machine, especially in the bending process, there are several this that need to be taken into account to produce a good and optimal product. Some of these include bending styles. From this research, it can be concluded that the amount of force for bending process is 8,640 N. The amount of force required for the pad to hold the material during the bending process is 1,160 N. The total force required for the bending process is 10.8T.

Abstract

Motorcycle is a two-wheeled mode of transportation that is driven by an engine. There are several interrelated components in its use, including a shaft to transmit the rotation generated by the engine and to support balance. The purpose of this study was to determine the calculation of the rear axle of the Yamaha Jupiter MX 135CC. In this study, it can be said that the external load is 401.8 N, where the shaft that receives the bending load will produce a stress that occurs due to the shaft is 108.486 MPa with a diameter of 4.52. It can be said to fail if the stress that occurs is les than the material and the machine element will be said to be safe if the strength of the material is more than the stress that occurs.

Abstract

Motiviga is a local fashion brand that was founded in 2012 in the city of Bandung and is an industry pioneer that produces bags made of scraf in Indonesia. Sales of Motiviga products from December 2020 to September 2021 fluctuated and tended to decline and did not meet the sales targets that had been set. One of the factors that caused the sales target not to be achieved, namely Motiviga is included in the low level of involvement. A low level of engagement means that followers on that account are less engaged in any content so the performance of uploaded content is low. As for other factors that can be a trigger in purchasing decisions, namely brand awareness of a product. Motiviga has implemented several marketing communication mixes in the use of its tools but it has not been carried out optimally. This can be a factor in not achieving sales targets and low brand awareness at Motiviga. This final project aims to design an integrated system for improving marketing communications using benchmarking and Analytical Hierarchy Process methods. A benchmarking method that will be used to get the best marketing communication design from Motiviga which can then be used as a reference in the proposed marketing communication program implemented by Motiviga in the hope of influencing brand awareness and increasing sales targets and also the Analytical Hierarchy Process tool that will be used to identify competitors selected as Motiviga's benchmark partner. The design of an integrated system for improving marketing communication programs at Motiviga has 15 attributes of needs from the results of data processing that has been carried out.

Abstract

Based on the results of initial observations and interviews consisting of 9 male students and 9 female students from 18 students there were 6 students who were able to write letters, words, and sentences well, although they were still in the early stages. 3 students who cannot write letters, and 9 students who cannot write simple words with several letters. The method used in this study uses a quantitative method of correlation of sampling techniques with saturated samples. Data collection techniques for synthetic analytical structural learning used observation sheets, for writing skills using a short description test, and for learning outcomes for theme 5 sub-theme 4 learning 1 using multiple choice tests. Analysis of the research data using the t test. The results obtained are (1) the SAS method on writing skills from the t-test obtained a significance value of 0.018, which means 2.639 > 2.13145. This shows that Ha1 and Ho1 are accepted, which means that there is an effect of X with Y1. (2) the SAS method on learning outcomes for theme 5 subtheme 4 learning 1 obtained a significance value of 0.009. From the results of these calculations, it can be seen that 2.967 > 2.13145, or tcount > ttable and 0.09 > 0.05 or the significance value > 0.05. It can be seen that Ha2 and Ho2 are accepted, which means that there is an influence of synthetic analytic structural methods and writing skills.
