Abstract

This study discusses the analysis of the piercing process in the manufacture of joint brake rod products based on data in the field. The analysis of the piercing process carried out is to maximize the maximum value that must be taken. The purpose of the analysis in this comparison process is to understand the workings and forces required by the stripper plate and those required during the piercing machine capacity process. The research method used is through direct observation of literature studies that have been obtained in the form of books or journals and the internet as references. This calculation is carried out to be used as a benchmark as a comparison material from the calculation results with information data on the number of joint brake rods in the field. This comparison material is based on several basic theories and conclusions obtained from the calculation results. Therefore, the process that occurs in the press machine, especially in the piercing process, there are several things that need to be considered to produce a good and optimal product. From this study it can be concluded that the amount of force required to carry out the piercing process is 13,782,96 N. The force required for the plate stipper to hold the material during the piercing process is 137,829,6 N and the core capacity of the machine determines the amount of emphasis for the production process by adding up all the forces. what happens in the process.

Abstract

In this industrial era 4.0, an educator can create an interesting, creative, innovative and fun learning process, by utilizing some of the current good media to achieve the goals of the learning process. Because the fulfillment of the learning criteria can make the world of learning effective. The results of observations related to problems in the biology learning process at Islamic Junior High School 2 Ternate City indicate that teachers consider problems in learning to be related to students including the average value of learning material for ferns below the average as a result of which it has an impact on the low learning outcomes of biology. In addition, the limitations of learning media are the second learning problem experienced by teachers. This study uses the Research and Development (R&D) method by following the Borg and Gall procedures. Research and Development (R&D) is a research method used to develop products used in education and learning. The purpose of this study is to produce a product in the form of audio-visual video media and test the effectiveness of the product. The use of learning media in the learning process can help concrete concepts or ideas and generate motivation and stimulation for learning activities and even bring psychological effects on students. For students, the media can be a bridge for critical thinking. Learning videos make the lesson more interesting. Because it is equipped with audio visuals, the material is not only conveyed through words. By using video in the learning approach, learning is expected to be more meaningful and foster interest in learning in students. Based on the development of learning videos that have been carried out by three experts, namely media experts, material experts, linguists and group trials, it can be concluded that the media that has been made the final result shows that the learning media is valid. that the presentation value is 3.694 (good).

Abstract

Radiator hoses are generally round and made of polymer rubber. Utilization of this modified hose aims to distribute heat in the coolant to the environment in the hose using a finned pipe so that the heat of the cooling liquid can be wasted with the fins when it is passed, so that when entering the radiator the liquid has a lower temperature. The simulation was carried out using the CAE Ansys Student 2021 R2 software. In this study, water was used as a fluid with an inlet temperature of 360 K, 20 fins, 3 types of fins, namely square, circular, helical and 2 materials, namely aluminum and low carbon steel. The results show that the lowest outlet temperature is in the circular fin with low carbon steel material with a temperature of 348.4 K, and the finned pipe that has a high temperature is the aluminum square fin pipe with a temperature of 359.9 K. There is a change in temperature in each type of fin and material. indicates a decrease in temperature in the flow, this will be very useful and will make the radiator work better because the incoming temperature is lower.

Abstract

The city of Palembang experienced an increase in activity and population growth of 5% per year, causing many areas in the middle of the city to experience saturation, encouraging the development of Gandus sub-district as a new residential area. Settlements must be built on the land according to their designation. So the purpose of this research is to analyze and determine the suitability of land and priority areas for development as residential land. The descriptive quantitative method was used in this study, with a spatial analysis approach and ArcGIS 10.8 as the analysis tool. Overlay analysis with tools union and intersect, scoring, buffering, cross, and elimination are the analytical techniques employed. The results of this research are that the Gandus sub-district is divided into two area functions, namely the function of the 4754 ha cultural area and the function of the 35 ha nutrient area. Then the suitable land to be developed into residential land by eliminating the limiting factors and land use that is not suitable for settlements obtained unsuitable land is 2455 Ha and suitable land for settlement is 2351 Ha, the land is defined as priority area with priority area I 21.37 ha, priority area II 1355.27 ha and priority area III 986.24 ha.

Abstract

This study has the following objectives: (1) Analyzing the income level of gepuk milkfish for one month obtained by the Gepuk Milkfish Home Industry in Tirtajaya District, Karawang Regency, (2) Analyzing the added value of gepuk milkfish for one month obtained by the Gepuk Milkfish Home Industry in Tirtajaya District, Karawang Regency. The determination of the research area was based on the consideration that, in Tirtajaya District, the raw material for milkfish is very abundant and there is processing of milkfish into gepuk milkfish. In this study, researchers set 4 people as respondents with the census method. This study uses data analysis in the form of cost, revenue, income and added value analysis. The results showed that: (1) The average total cost incurred by the processor was Rp. 26,073,441.62 per month. The average acceptance of gepuk milkfish is Rp. 44,550,000 per month. The average income is IDR 18,476,558.38 per month. (2) The added value obtained from processing milkfish into gepuk milkfish for one month is an average of IDR 8,782.17 per fish with a value added ratio of 45%. So based on these results the added value of gepuk milkfish is said to be high because it has a ratio of > 40%.

Abstract

Curriculum development in order to improve the quality of education, among others, by carrying out a curriculum update. The purpose of this study was to determine the operational curriculum of Kindergarten based on local wisdom that was developed suitable for use in the Kemala Bhayangkari PAUD education unit, Tidore Islands City. This research method is a research and development method. Data was collected by means of observation, interviews, field notes, documentation and instrument validation/verification of curriculum documents. The results showed that the development of local wisdom-based curriculum in Kemala Bhayangkari Kindergarten in Kindergarten in Tidore Islands City was reviewed from the cover aspect and the validation sheet obtained an average value of 94.38, the preliminary aspect was 96.25, aspects of the vision, mission and goals. of 91.67 aspects of curriculum organization of 96.50, actualization of school culture of 96.69, planning and learning processes of 95.63 while mentoring, evaluation and professional development amounted to 85.00. From the results of the feasibility analysis obtained, it can be declared valid or very suitable to be used for the Kemala Bhayangkari Kindergarten curriculum in the City of Tidore Islands.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to improve learning outcomes in thematic learning by using animated video media for third grade students of SD Negeri 1 Dofa, West Mangoli District, Sula Islands Regency. This research is a classroom action research (CAR). The research was carried out in two cycles. The subjects of the research were the third grade students of SD Negeri 1 Dofa, totaling 20 students. Sources of data come from teachers and students. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and evaluation/test questions. The results showed that through the use of learning animation video media can improve learning outcomes. The increase occurred in cycle II, learning outcomes increased so that it could support a quality learning. The conclusion of this research is the use of animated learning video media thematic theme 1 sub theme 1 characteristics of living things, can improve the learning outcomes of third grade students of SD Negeri 1 Dofa sub-district Mengoli Batar, Sula Islands district.

Abstract

This study aims to improve Premulaan Reading Ability through synthesis analysis structure methods in the subject of Indonesian Shiva Class I SD Negeri 26 Ternate City for the 2019/2020 School Year. This study is a Class Action Research (PTK) of the research subjects of grade I students totaling 20 male students 11 and 9 women. Research procedures: (1) planning, (2) action or action (acting), (3) observation (observationing), (4) reflection (reflecting). data and data sources in the form of information about the learning process Indonesian with the Synthesis Analysis Structure method and the ability to read the beginnings obtained from the results of the cycle I test, and the CYCLE II test. Indicators of the initial reading ability of students passed the KKM (65) from the number of all students (20 students). The results of this study show that the learning process regarding the ability to read the beginning using the Synthesis Analysis Structure method makes grade I students of SD Negeri 26 Ternate City become more active, so that learning becomes more effective. In addition, it can improve the ability to read the beginning in bajasa Indonesia subjects, this can be proven by the increase in learning in the first cycle of students who are categorized either only 8 students or (40%0 while the low category is 5 students or (25%) and the lace category once there are 7 students or (35%). In cycle II, students experienced an increase in the number of reading completions at the beginning of grade I students in cycle II and reached the set indicator of 100%. the average score of students learning the Synthesis Analysis Structure method in cycle I was 5.65% while cycle II was 8.27%.

Abstract

The transition from conventional learning to online learning is not an easy thing, especially in English courses. Students consider that English courses are difficult subjects. Students assume that English is a difficult subject to understand. As a result, appropriate learning media are required, one of which is kahoot media. This study used a qualitative approach, with semester 1 students in the PGRI Madiun University's class B Informatics Engineering Study Program taking a direct quiz using the Kahoot program. Students were given a questionnaire relating to the use of kahoot media at the conclusion of the study, and the measuring scale utilized was the Likert scale with five indicators. The study's findings are as follows: 1) In the English learning process, kahoot media is employed as an easy-to-understand, entertaining, and creative learning medium. 2) Using Kahoot media can help students become more interested in learning. The use of kahoot media can assist students in being more interested in and motivated to learn English. Their English abilities can be strengthened as a result of this increase in interest and motivation. 3) The media kahoot quiz as an online learning innovation. The usage of kahoot aids lecture in giving creativity and innovation in learning material, as well as introducing pupils to the right use of technology.
