Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan (JIWP) Diterbitkan sebagai upaya untuk mempublikasikan hasil-hasil penelitian dan temuan di bidang pendidikan . Abstract

This Research discusses the corporate branding built by the Karawang Regency Communication and Information Office on Instagram Social Media. The purpose of this research is to find out how the communication process carried out by the Karawang Regency Communication and Information Office and the obstacles experienced in building corporate branding on instagram social media. In this study, researchers used qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach and were supported by Harold Lasswell’s theoretical studies. The selection of informants was carried out using purposive sampling technique. The informants in this study totaled five people, with two people being main informants, and three people being supporting informants. Data acquisition in this study was carried out in several ways, namely observation, interviews, documentation, and literature studies. The results of this study indicate that the communication process carried out by Diskominfo Karawang Regency applies Harold Lasswell's theory, namely that a good way to explain communication is to answer the following questions: "Who Says What In Which Channel To Whom With What Effect" or "who conveys (source), what is conveyed (message), through what (channel), to whom (receiver), and what is the effect (effect)”. Then the obstacles experienced by Diskominfo Karawang consist of internal factors and external factors. The internal factor is the lack of adequate facilities and infrastucture that are not sufficient to support the activities of Diskominfo Karawang. While the external factor is for people who are less technologically literate, automatically the information shared is not evenly distributed as a whole because of the lack of the understanding of technology.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to improve learning outcomes students in the subject of physics viii science class smpn 17 tidore kepuluan to the concept of business.The subject is students penenlitian class viii smpn 17 tidore kepuluan consisting 20 students. A model role playing is a way of mastery a lesson materials through the development of the imagination and penghayatan school tuition .The development of the imagination and penghayatan done school tuition with memerankannya as of a character living or inanimate objects .This game is generally carried out on more than one person , that it depends to those who played .The concept of economic undertakings are the forces acting upon a body so that the package to a displacement . The results of the study showed that in the cycle i and the cycles ii before and after learning the form of test that used the form of an essay that consisted of 10 item with a score total 100 .Students study results showed 20 people school tuition class viii , the five people who received a value of students low under a score flattened flattened as a whole output are unsatisfactory while students received a value of 15 people and he 75 % ) , in the cycle ii learning outcomes school tuition by using a model role playing showed a score above 75 % average of the application of the physics to the number of participants who could be classified as primary school students in 20 highest 97 %. As a result of this research that the application of the physics learners class viii smpn 17 tidore kepuluan academic year 2017 / 2018 can be improved through model role playing.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the distribution of landslide-prone areas and to determine disaster mitigation in landslide-prone areas. As well as the method used in this study is a survey method with a type of qualitative research. Based on the results of the discussion on zoning with the potential for landslides, in the study area there is a potential landslide type B zone with an area of 2.24 km2 and there is a low to moderate level of landslide vulnerability. While the landslide potential zone is type C with an area of 42.46 km2 and there are high, moderate to low levels of landslide vulnerability. Land use in the type B zone is dry land agriculture and secondary dry land forest. Land use in the type C zone is settlement, dryland agriculture, shrubs, secondary dryland forest, mangroves and primary dryland forest. In addition, areas prone to landslides are at moderate to low levels. Landslides in this area have not been handled in terms of prevention, because the reason is that the landslides that occurred were far from residential areas and the level of vulnerability to landslides was low, so the area was not included in the investigation area of the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) of South Halmahera Regency.

Abstract

Discipline is a serious obedience and compliance with disciplinary regulations of members of the Indonesian National Police, the duties and authority given to members of the Indonesian National Police in carrying out tasks in the field of law enforcement are essentially obtained attributively, namely regulated in legislation, it is inevitable from the situation and conditions of the rapid development of information and technology today, there are still violations of discipline committed by members of the Indonesian National Police, who are actually protectors of the community. The purpose of this research is to know juridically about the regulations governing the discipline of members of the Indonesian National Police and understand the mechanism for resolving violations of discipline of members of the Indonesian National Police. This research uses normative juridical research method which is descriptive analytic through primary, secondary and tertiary data. The results of this study indicate that (1) the regulations governing the discipline of members of the Indonesian National Police are Law Number 2 of 2002 concerning the Indonesian National Police, Government Regulation Number 2 of 2003 concerning Disciplinary Regulations for Members of the Indonesian National Police and KaPOLRI Regulation Number 2 of 2016 concerning the settlement of violations of discipline of members of the Indonesian National Police; (2) the mechanism for resolving violations of discipline of members of the Indonesian National Police is organized through the stages of reports or complaints, preliminary examinations, examinations before disciplinary hearings, imposition of penalties, and recording in individual personnel data. In imposing disciplinary punishment, the superior who has the right to punish needs to consider the situation and conditions when the violation occurred, the repetition and daily behavior of violators of discipline, the realization of justice and being able to cause a deterrent effect, and still uphold human rights

Abstract

This research is a literature study that discusses the Metaverse Opportunities or Threats for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in the Tourism Industry. In this research study, theory is used in entrepreneurial activities. The business in this research focuses on business feasibility and business growth in entrepreneurial activities. The research findings indicate the importance of using business theories in business feasibility and business growth. An interesting further research that can be developed is the Analysis of Human Resource Theory in Business for Entrepreneurial Activities.

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether the implementation of compensation for land acquisition according to Law No. 2 of 2012 on land acquisition for public interest development has been realized. Land plays a crucial role in human life, as human livelihoods largely depend on land. "Land is considered as a valuable asset with permanent characteristics that can be reserved for future generations." It can be said that in many cases, land acquisition for development purposes becomes a major issue in terms of the form and amount of compensation. Often, landowners whose lands are affected by development plans refuse to accept the form and amount of compensation, even refusing to negotiate for various personal reasons. Therefore, this thesis research seeks to delve into the issue of land acquisition for public interest, particularly related to compensation issues and legal settlement mechanisms when compensation is rejected by landowners whose lands are to be acquired by the government.

Abstract

Cultural village tourism is a cultural village tourism area that still preserves the traditions and culture of its ancestors. Local cultural village tourism that is there is characterized by conditions that are still in harmony with nature. Even though the times and technology are developing rapidly, the people in the area of a cultural village tour still maintain the existing customary traditions. Apart from maintaining existing traditions, the community also introduces domestic tourists to how life is in the area, this includes explaining how the daily life of the tourist population maintains the continuity of ancestral traditions. This paper aims to dig deeper into the prospects for cultural village tourism after the Covid-19 pandemic. In writing this paper, researchers used the literature review research method or literature studies obtained from several sources such as the Unas Journal, Researchgate, and AcademiaEdu. According to the University of Illinois, The Advantages Literature Review allows readers to get to know the latest insights into their particular topic, as well as about its limitations.

Abstract

Radicalism, Fundamentalism, and Religious Terrorism lead to acts of violence against the background of the phenomenon of religious fanaticism which will lead to a partial interpretation of the concept of jihad in Islam. The logical consequence of this interpretation is the juxtaposition of terrorism as the fruit of radicalism. Radical ideology or understanding of radicalism has developed so widely that it penetrates the boundaries of formal and non-formal education. The research used in this research is library research or library research where this research examines books, articles, and other information to be collected, processed, and concluded in order to find answers to the problems in this research. This paper seeks to reveal how the noble value of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) is in preventing radicalism, fundamentalism and Islamic terrorism.

Abstract

This research used the library research method or library, in which the method of collecting data on gender studies was through reference books, notes, articles and various other journals to obtain research results. Discrimination that occurs in the world of education is currently quite widespread. Discrimination results in losses for one of the parties who are cornered. The gap in educational participation between men and women is one of the aspects that must be considered in fair gender equality. There are several factors that influence the occurrence of inequality or injustice, namely structural and cultural factors. In addition to development policies that are not gender sensitive, the community still carries out cultural practices that are gender biased. Facing conditions like this, of course, real efforts are needed to empower women with education that is more gender-equitable. This study aims to reveal gender differences in equitable Islamic education.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out individual counseling and aggressive behavior in Class IX C students of SMP Negeri 3 Brebes for the 2022/2023 academic year. As well as to find out whether individual counseling has an effect on the aggressive behavior of Class IX C students of SMP Negeri 3 Brebes for the 2022/2023 academic year. This type of research is a survey method with a quantitative approach. In this study, the population used was Class IX C students at SMP Negeri 3 Brebes for the 2022/2023 academic year, totaling 29 students. Sampling in this study used a saturated sample, namely all members of the population were sampled, so that the sample in this study was 29 students with 16 male students and 13 female students. The results showed that the level of individual counseling services for students was in the high category. The level of aggressive behavior in students is in the high category. There is an influence of individual counseling services on aggressive behavior in students as evidenced by statistical testing of simple linear regression analysis, which shows that Ha is accepted. Suggestions in this study are that schools and teachers are expected to collaborate with parents of students to help schools evaluate the effectiveness of individual counseling services and ensure that students receive the necessary support at home
