Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan (JIWP) Diterbitkan sebagai upaya untuk mempublikasikan hasil-hasil penelitian dan temuan di bidang pendidikan . Abstract

This article discusses an analysis of changes to the rules in Law Number 17 of 2008 concerning Shipping that occurred after the passage of the Job Creation Law. There have been several changes made to Law Number 17 of 2008 concerning Shipping, including those related to the amount of fines, criminal sanctions, and the delegation of authority to local governments. This article also discusses the need for certification for seafarers before entering the world of practitioners, as well as the imbalance in the rules in the RPP regarding general agents and business activities in special economic zones. It is hoped that this article can provide an understanding of changes to the rules in the Shipping Law after the passage of the Job Creation Law.

Abstract

objectives of this research are: 1. To examine the use of instructional media in Sula Aliyah Negeri 1 Sula Regency, Sula Islands Regency. 2. To analyze the use of instructional media in improving student achievement at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Sula, Sula Islands Regency. 3.To measure the significant level of influence of the use of instructional media on student achievement in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Sula, Sula Islands Regency. This study uses a quantitative method, with the type of survey research and the presentation of data in a quantitative descriptive manner. The population in this study were all students of class X MAN 1 Sula totaling 189 people, the sampling technique used simple random sampling of 105 people, the data collection technique used questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used was the one way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) technique. Prior to analysis, validity was tested by product moment and reliability tests. The results of the research trials showed that all research variables were valid and reliable before testing the hypothesis. The results of this study indicate that: 1. The use of learning media in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Sula is in the 56-100 interval with a percentage of 87.55% in the high category. 2. Student achievement at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Sula, Sula Islands Regency is in the 56-100 interval with a percentage of 89.59% in the high category. 3. Variable X (Learning Media) has a tcount of 9.067 which is greater than the ttable value. The distribution of t values is based on a significance level of 0.05 with degrees of freedom (df), namely: df=n-k or df=105-2=103, so the ttable value is 1.660. A significant value of 0.000 is less than 0.05. So it shows that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Thus Learning Media Has a Positive and Significant Influence on Student Achievement in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Sula, Sula Islands Regency.

Abstract

Teacher professionalism is an important aspect in education that influences the quality of learning and student development. This research aims to analysis the understanding, practices, and factors influencing teacher professionalism. The research method used is qualitative research with in-depth interviews conducted with experienced teachers. The research findings indicate that the majority of teachers at SMA Negeri 3 in Central Maluku have a deep understanding of teacher professionalism and consider it as the core of their job.Factors influencing teacher professionalism include a supportive school environment, support from colleagues and school leaders, and professional development opportunities provided by educational institutions. Challenges faced by teachers in carrying out their teaching duties include high workloads and high expectations from various stakeholders. Teachers employ various strategies to enhance their professionalism, including attending training and workshops, collaborating with colleagues, reading current literature, and seeking feedback from students and parents. This research provides a deeper understanding of teacher professionalism and its implications for teaching practices and professional development.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of training on employee performance at PT Digiprint Innovation Indonesia in Tangerang. The method used is explanatory research with a sample of 75 respondents. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this research variable Training obtained an average score of 3.799 with good criteria. Employee performance variable obtained an average score of 3.889 with good criteria. Training has a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 14.193 + 0.650X, and a correlation value of 0.763 or strong with a determination of 58.3%. The hypothesis test obtained a significance of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

The Strategic Plan Document (Renstra) is guided by the Regional Medium Term Development Plan (RPJMD), the Regional Long Term Development Plan (RPJPD) and by taking into account the National Medium Term Development Plan (RPJM). The purpose of this study is to conduct a strategic planning evaluation contained in the Strategic Plan (RENSTRA) of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Youth and Sports Service Office 2013-2017 using Rapid Assessment Procedures (RAP) method. The evaluation includes two evaluation stages, namely, the first stage is to evaluate synchronization between strategic planning documents. In this evaluation the evaluation method used is the Rapid Assessment Evaluation model. The second stage is an evaluation to measure the achievement of organizational performance. Gap Analysis evaluation model is to determine the comparison of actual performance with potential or expected performance. The results of the evaluation using the Rapid Assessment method, synchronization between the strategy documents that exist in the DKI Jakarta Provincial Youth and Sports Service for the 2013-2017 period have been realized, the percentage of documents from 2013-2017 is each criteria of the total policy (Objectives, Goals , Programs, Activities and Indicators) which should be explained still <10%. The results of performance measurement at the DKI Jakarta Provincial Youth and Sports Service for the 2013-2017 period on 5 (five) targets have been determined as many as 11 (eleven) performance indicators can be concluded that: 4 (four) performance indicators or 36.36% are categorized beyond the target, 2 (two) performance indicators or 18.18% with categories according to target, 4 (four) performance indicators or 36.36% categorized as not achieving the target, 1 (one) performance indicator is not available data

Abstract

Philosophy is a concept of thought that originated in Greece with the use of reason as a foundation. Between the Koran and philosophy is a single whole in which philosophy itself is not specifically mentioned by the Koran. For this reason, in this study, the author tries to explain some descriptions of the meaning of the Quran and Hadith, the understanding of Islamic philosophy, the position and function of the Quran and Hadith on Islamic philosophical thought. The purpose of this study is to provide some elaboration related to the importance of the Quran and Hadith as a support in forming patterns of Islamic philosophical thought. Abstract

Limited Liability Company (PT) Pupuk Kujang is a subsidiary of BUMN in Indonesia, namely PT Pupuk Indonesia Holding Company PT Pupuk Kujang is a large company engaged in production, trading, service provision, transportation, and expeditions. PT Pupuk Kujang as one of the Fertilizer companies in the West Java area covering all areas in West Java. The problem of subsidized fertilizers in the market has always been the subject of discussion by the government. With the help of the subsidized fertilizer program by the government to make it easier for farmers who want to buy fertilizer or use fertilizer that has the best quality. In this study a test will be carried out to determine the effect of price and product quality on buying interest at stalls selling cleaver fertilizer products. The subsidized fertilizer program run by the government has a fairly cheap price compared to the original fertilizer price. Starting this year, there are only 2 fertilizers subsidized by the government, namely urea and NPK fertilizer. This year, the government will only limit 2 subsidized fertilizer products. The results of this study determine the satisfaction of farmers with subsidized fertilizers and are in accordance with what the farmers want.

Abstract

System testing has an important part to produce a product with high quality and time saving. Manual testing has many drawbacks compared to automated testing. This research discusses automation testing. Automation testing will greatly help quality application developers and time efficiency. Script automation testing based on cucumber serenity running behind the scenes using jenkis. Test scenario system, running with the Java programming language. Test conclusions drawn from testing automatically generate testing reports from the scenarios that have been made. Testing can be seen more easily in the form of an idex website compared to manual testing.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine how much influence ease of use and trust has on purchasing decisions on the Lazada online shopping site. This research method uses quantitative methods with descriptive verification. The data collection technique used in this study was respondent data which the researchers collected as many as 384 respondents from the Lazada Instagram follower study of 3.2 million followers. This study uses path analysis to determine how much influence ease of use and trust have on purchasing decisions. The significance value of ease of use (0.000) < (0.05) and trustworthiness (0.000) < (0.05). The partial effect of ease of use on purchasing decisions is 35.5% while the variable of trust in purchasing decisions is 15.2%, individually Simultaneous total effect of ease of use and trust in purchasing decisions is 50.7% while the remaining 49.3% is influenced by other variables outside this study.

Abstract

Fire is an event where small fires or large fires start that we don't plan and cause a lot of losses around it. Fire is a tragedy that often occurs in Indonesia. There are various factors that can trigger a fire including human negligence, natural factors and intentional factors. One type of fire that often occurs in Indonesia is a type of fire caused by human negligence, namely house fires where house fires can cause large losses, both material losses and fatalities. In 2020-2022 there will be lots of house fires caused by explosions of LPG gas where the initial cause of these explosions was not caused by gas cylinders but caused by devices from these gas cylinders such as hoses and regulators. Through this incident, we need a fire detection system that can detect the presence of leaking gas smoke or fire in the house. In this study the authors will create a fire detection system using Arduino Uno R3 as a microcontroller connected by an MQ5 gas sensor as an input that can detect the presence of methane and butane which will then issue an output in the form of a red LED, a green LED and a 5v buzzer as a reminder alarm.
