Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan (JIWP) Diterbitkan sebagai upaya untuk mempublikasikan hasil-hasil penelitian dan temuan di bidang pendidikan . Jurnal ini terbit 4 bulanan, yaitu bulan April, Agustus dan Desember. *Ruang Lingkup* Memuat hal kajian, analisis, dan penelitian tentang perancangan, pengembangan, pengelolaan, pemanfaatan, evaluasi, dan penelitian dalam bidang pendidikan yang berkaitan dengan peningkatan kinerja dan memfasilitasi belajar di lembaga pendidikan formal, non-formal dan informal serta lembaga-lembaga pelatihan. *Deskripsi* Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan merupakan media komunikasi ilmiah bagi dosen, guru, widyaiswara, mentor, mahasiswa, dan praktisi pendidikan lainnya serta pemerhati kependidikan. Abstract

Constitutionally, the Republic of Indonesia can be said to be designed as a welfare state. This can be seen in a series of articles in the 1945 Constitution, starting from Article 27, 28, 31, 33, and Article 34 of the 1945 Constitution, the welfare state is one type of legal state that is considered modern. The principles of good governance were born during the development of the welfare state. This study reveals the legal basis of the general principles of good governance of some regulations. The results showed that the general principles of good governance is currently regulated comprehensively in the legislation in Indonesia. These regulations include 1) Law No. 5 of 1986 on administrative justice amended by 2) law No. 9 of 2004 (Administrative Court Act 2004) 3) Law No. 28 of 1999 on the implementation of a clean and Free State KKN 4) Law No. 37 of 2008 on Ombudsman 5) law no. 5 of 2014 on the State Civil apparatus 6) law No. 25 of 2009 on Public Service 7) Law No. 23 of 1024 on Local Government and 8) law no. 30 of 2014 on Government Administration). As a modern country, the general principle of good governance is the spirit for the implementation of the administration of the Republic of Indonesia, especially in the context of clean implementation of governance based on expediency, justice, and legal certainty.

Abstract

PT. Kalbio Global Medika (KGM) is one of the first and pioneer biopharmaceuticals in Indonesia and is a subsidiary of PT Kalbe Farma, Tbk., a leading healthcare provider in Indonesia and Southeast Asia. Liquid pharmaceutical waste from the results of drug production activities will be collected and processed in the Killing Tank System machine before being sent to Lippo's wastewater treatment plant so that the hazardous substances contained do not have a negative impact on the environment. There are 2 methods to kill bacteria in production waste water, namely by the method of ozonation and heating with steam. Currently, when the Killing Tank is in Steam mode, someone has to wait for 2 hours during the Holding process. When it's finished, the steam mode wastewater treatment process must be turned OFF manually by rotating the selector switch to stop the supply of steam from the boiler to the Killing Tank. If the process continues for more than 2 hours, there will be a waste of steam used during the wastewater treatment process. This research aims to provide a solution to this problem, namely to simplify and increase the effectiveness of the Killing Tank machine. By adding the Omron H3CR-A8 timer to the Killing Tank, it will automatically stop the steam supply from the boiler according to the set time.

Abstract

In Indonesia, the problem of stunting is still a serious problem, as evidenced by the existence of the 2020-2024 National Medium-Term Development Plan, namely the National Strategy to Accelerate the Reduction of Stunting Rates through Presidential Regulation Number 72 of 2021. The issue of stunting is a national issue because it can threaten human resources that will become the next generation Indonesian nation. Nutrition interventions must be carried out to narrow the possibility of stunting in children under 5 years of age. GrowUp is present as a platform that functions to monitor the occurrence of Nutrition Interventions. The 3 main features of GrowUp are data collection on important matters related to stunting, such as age, height, weight, and zScore calculations, socialization features for educating parents starting from the need to prevent stunting since pregnancy, reminder features to remind parents about immunization and providing adequate nutrition in the food of his baby. GrowUp is a Web Based Application that uses Software Code Editor tools, namely Visual Studio Code, Git, Xampp, Composer and also uses the PHP Programming Language, HTML/CSS, mySql, Javascript. Abstract

High voltage substation is a crucial facility in the electric power system. This facility functions to distribute electricity from power plants to consumers through complex equipment such as transformers, switches and circuit breakers. The goal is to ensure a stable and secure supply of electricity. One of the important devices in a substation is the Power Disconnector (PMT), whose job is to cut off the flow of electricity in the event of a disturbance or overload on the electrical network. PMT has an important role in maintaining the security and availability of electricity supply in the power grid. Therefore, damage to PMT is very detrimental to the operation of the electric power system, so it is necessary to test it regularly to ensure its safety and controllability in operation. In this study, the simultaneity test was only carried out, namely by comparing the values obtained with the standard values for each test listed in SK-DIR 0520-2014. The test results show that the delta time values obtained both at open and close are each under 10ms, so it can be concluded that the PMT installed in transformer bay-1 of the Tasikmalaya Baru 150kv substation is still in safe condition and feasible to operate according to standards.

Abstract

The chain is one of the components used to transfer power from the engine to the rear wheels. These components are needed to transmit power from the engine to the rear wheels. Chain components consist of inner and outer plates, bushes, pins and rollers. This study aims to determine how much load is needed to test the strength of the chain. The component that will be discussed is the Suzuki Shogun FL 125 RCD motorcycle chain. In this study using an analytical method, which uses equations based on previous research references. The results of the analysis show that the selected chain is roller chain no. 40, rear sprocket speed is 1225 rpm, front sprocket speed is 3470 rpm, chain speed is 6.8 m/s, chain force is 144.1 kg, chain length is 1470 mm, and the chain life is 1625 days or about 4.5 years.

Abstract

This research is entitled "playing approach to long jump learning alternative solutions" the purpose of this study is to apply the playing method to long jump learning. The research form used in this study uses Classroom Action Research with two cycles consisting of planning, implementing, observing, reflecting , and conclusion. The subjects in this study were students of Kuburaya 3 Public Junior High School, totaling 36 students, namely 20 girls and 16 boys. The results of increasing long jump learning were obtained by comparing the observed values with the initial test before the action, which is known as the "pre-cycle". Based on the results of observations that have been carried out, there is an increase in student scores in each cycle in the pre-cycle completeness students only reach 8 students or 24% then a slight increase in the first cycle, namely to 15 students who complete or 44% then see the results of cycle 1 it is still not reached the specified target so that the researcher continued to cycle 2 while in this second cycle there was a significant increase, namely the number of students who completed reached 27 students or 87.5%. Looking at these data the target of 75% classical completeness has been achieved so that it can be concluded that through the playing method it can improve long jump learning outcomes in class VIII students of Middle School 3 Kuburaya.

Abstract

The development of national strategic projects during the era of President Joko Widodo was carried out intensively. This project was initiated with the aim of improving people's welfare. In every development, land is definitely needed. However, state land is already very scarce and even depleted. Therefore, the state uses people's land by way of land acquisition. However, land acquisition carried out by the government often differs from the procedures that have been implemented. Often, development that should bring prosperity to the people actually harms the people.

Abstract

Minimum Competency Assessment (AKM) Numerical Freedom Learning Program is one of the components that will be tested as a substitute for the National Examination (UN). The purpose of this research is to describe the teacher's perspective in implementing the Minimum Competency Assessment (AKM) in elementary schools. The perspective in question is based on the teacher's experience in the field. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research. This research was conducted on elementary school teachers in Ternate City. Data were obtained through direct interviews with elementary school teachers. From the results of the study it was concluded that teachers have a positive view of AKM because they are considered to be able to map the basic competencies needed by all students in depth and become a source of data for improving the quality of education at the elementary school level. Literacy in reading and mathematics (numeration) as measured at the AKM can be a comprehensive evaluation material for teachers and students. The implementation of AKM is not free from problems, but school elements are still trying to work together to find solutions to any problems that arise. Facilities and infrastructure are the main problems in AKM, especially schools that are unable to access technology properly

Abstract

In 2015 PT. Multazam was founded as a company in the field of collecting and transporting B3 waste based in the city of Makassar. However, in 2017 PT. Multazam received an administrative sanction lawsuit from the government for violating environmental regulations which caused serious environmental and health problems. This is caused by the collection and transportation of hazardous and toxic B3 waste. Administrative sanctions gave caused suspension and revocation of business licenses. Therefore, there is a need for strict supervision and law enforcement to prevent environmental violations and ensure environmental sustainability and public health.
