Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan (JIWP) Diterbitkan sebagai upaya untuk mempublikasikan hasil-hasil penelitian dan temuan di bidang pendidikan . Jurnal ini terbit 4 bulanan, yaitu bulan April, Agustus dan Desember. *Ruang Lingkup* Memuat hal kajian, analisis, dan penelitian tentang perancangan, pengembangan, pengelolaan, pemanfaatan, evaluasi, dan penelitian dalam bidang pendidikan yang berkaitan dengan peningkatan kinerja dan memfasilitasi belajar di lembaga pendidikan formal, non-formal dan informal serta lembaga-lembaga pelatihan. *Deskripsi* Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan merupakan media komunikasi ilmiah bagi dosen, guru, widyaiswara, mentor, mahasiswa, dan praktisi pendidikan lainnya serta pemerhati kependidikan. Jurnal ini dimaksudkan sebagai wadah untuk menyebarluaskan hasil kajian, pemikiran, penelitian, dan evaluasi yang relevan dengan kawasan pendidikan yakni perancangan, pengembangan, pengelolaan, pemanfaatan, evaluasi dan penelitian dalam bidang pendidikan, pembelajaran dan evaluasi. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out: (1) the implementation of the Children Learning In Science learning model for class VII students of SMP Negeri 7 Ternate on temperature, (2) the results of learning physics for class VII students of SMP Negeri 7 Ternate. using the Children Learning In Science learning model; and (3) the effect of using the Children Learning In Science (CLIS) Learning Model on the Physics Learning Outcomes of Class VII Students of SMP Negeri 7 Ternate on Temperature Material. Tests of student learning outcomes and observation tables of learning and educational activities are used as aids in this research. Inferential descriptive statistical data analysis and t-test were used as data analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Observation table of analysis of teacher learning activities on the application of Children Learning In Science learning in class VII students of SMP Negeri 7 Ternate in the subject of temperature is in the very high category; (2) The test results of class VII students of SMP Negeri 7 Ternate on temperature material taught using the Children's Learning In Science learning model used in this study can improve student learning outcomes and are in the high category; (3) the children's science learning model is very effective in improving the learning outcomes of class VII students of SMP Negeri 7 Ternate in the subject of temperature. The conclusion in the research is that because the Children Learning In Science learning model can improve high learning outcomes, it is hoped that researchers/teachers will then conduct further research using the Children Learning In Science learning model according to the material to be taught

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of customer satisfaction on SiCepat Ekspress delivery services. This study uses a quantitative approach. Quantitative research aims to develop a mathematical model, where this research does not only use theory taken from literature or theoretical studies, but it is also very important to build hypotheses that have a connection with the natural phenomena to be studied. The direction and focus of the research are aimed at describing and describing objectively and logically the characteristics of the phenomenon or social symptoms studied in this case is the quality of SiCepat Ekspress delivery services for the Rawamangun Branch. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the capital adequacy ratio on return on capital in the Islamic banking sector and in conventional banks within five years of observation (2018-2022). The population used in this study consisted of 6 banking companies. The sampling technique is a purposive sampling technique. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis, it can be concluded that the effect of CAR on ROA in Islamic banks and conventional banks states that the CAR value based on statistical tests has a positive and significant effect on ROA

Abstract

The high intensity of using social media, especially Tiktok, is often felt by students. Students usually use Tiktok social media for self-promotion about their strengths, uniqueness, and beauty or commonly known as narcissism. One of the factors that influence it is self-esteem, where students need appreciation and respect from others when the narcissistic behavior appears. So this study aims to determine the relationship between self-esteem and narcissistic behavior of Tiktok users in college students. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling with a total of 100 respondents who are students of Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya University a social media Tiktok users. The measuring instrument used is the self-esteem and narcissistic behavior scale. The results indicated that the value of the correlation coefficient between the variables of Self-Esteem and Narcissistic Behavior is -0.384 with a significance level (p) of 0.000 (p <0.05), so it can be stated that there is a relationship between the variables of Self-Esteem and Narcissistic Behavior Tiktok users at Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya University students.

Abstract

The principle of learning history is learning that teaches students to emulate heroic values. During this, history learning is more than memorizing without knowing the meaning behind the event. Heroic values are often ruled out and not understood in-depth by their students. Moreover, local hero figures are less raised in learning material. As a result, little local historical material is conveyed, and even then depends on the resources available at the school. Based on research conducted in SMA N 3, Pontianak has included local history material, while in SMA N 6, Pontianak has not included it, even though both schools have implemented the 2013 Curriculum. This disparity occurs due to a lack of sources and teaching materials that contain local historical material. Therefore in the future, the writing of teaching materials based on local history material that uses credible and accurate sources must be done so that learning history can be more creative and innovative.

Abstract

Sumba Island is an island located in East Nusa Tenggara Province which is known for its rich culture and traditions because many cultures are passed down from generation to generation from the legacy of their ancestors. The people of East Sumba are a society that is rich in culture, and has all kinds of traditions that are carried out from generation to generation, namely one of them, "papuduk" this tradition is very unique because at every event or encounter between kinship, relatives, or people from outside visiting the area the community East Sumba will definitely greet and embrace the person to kiss "papuduk" regardless of type or status, because it is a sign of respect for the people of East Sumba, symbolizing sincerity and honesty between us and other people. Likewise at SMA N.1 Ngaha ori angu where they apply this tradition in relation to sociology learning media, namely one of them interacts with each other, every time a high school meeting is sure to follow the "papuduk" tradition, namely as a sign of mutual care or a sense of mutual respect each other.

Abstract

Shopee adalah sebuah perusahaan e-commerce yang berbasis di Singapura, dengan layanan yang mencakup berbagai kategori produk seperti elektronik, fashion, kecantikan, makanan dan minuman, dan masih banyak lagi. Selain itu, Shopee juga menawarkan layanan pengiriman dan pembayaran yang aman dan terpercaya kepada para pengguna di seluruh kawasan tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk 1) mengetahui penggunaan ragam bahasa pada iklan Shopee; 2) mengetahui strategi penggunaan bahasa pada iklan Shopee guna menarik minat konsumen; dan 3) mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan ragam bahasa iklan Shopee terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode wawancara kepada narasumber. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) penggunaan ragam bahasa pada iklan Shopee adalah bahasa persuasif, interaktif, deskriptif, dan humoris; 2) strategi penggunaan bahasa pada iklan Shopee yaitu dengan menekankan jingle dan kalimat persuasif untuk menarik minat konsumen; 3) Penggunaan ragam bahasa iklan Shopee berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen karena ragam bahasa yang digunakan pada iklan Shopee mampu mempengaruhi konsumen dengah bahasa-bahasa persuasif dengan menawarkan diskon, gratis ongkir, cashback dan beberapa penawaran lainnya.

Abstract

Technological developments have a positive impact on economic development, FinTech is an alternative to access financial services in a practical, efficient, convenient and economical way. Fintech has been recognized as an accelerator of economic growth during the national economic recovery through digital technology in the fintech lending program which can reach access to financing for the public. trillion to 92.4 million loan recipients. In order to support the development of MSMEs, fintech provides an easy and practical facility for borrowing capital online and there are not many complementary documents such as banking, so that there is a significant increase in MSMEs during the current economic recovery era. In this study using descriptive qualitative research methods derived from reading sources, articles and related secondary data. The results of this study indicate that the Fintech Industry has a positive and significant impact on Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and also increases financial inclusion, because the internet network is extensive and can reach almost all regions, in fact it makes it easier for people to gain access to various institutions, products and financial services according to their needs and abilities as well.

Abstract

Persaingan yang semakin ketat mengakibatkan sebuah usaha harus mencari cara untuk mencapai laba yang maksimal. Diperlukan perencanaan faktor produksi yang baik dengan mempertimbangkan sumber daya yang terbatas. CV Roby Abadi belum melakukan perencanaan yang baik dalam memproduksi seragam angkatan. Sehingga, hasil produksi dan pengeluarannya belum optimal. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu, (1) Melakukan perhitungan produksi optimal pada CV Roby Abadi (2) Mengetahui kombinasi produk dan laba yang optimal untuk seragam angkatan (3) Melakukan implementasi model optimasi pada CV Roby Abadi. Metode penelitian menggunakan model goal programming dan diolah dengan perangkat lunak QM-For Windows. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa hasil perhitungan produksi seragam angkatan pada CV Roby Abadi yang optimal yaitu dengan pendapatan senilai Rp 30.000.000,-, biaya produksi Rp 23.358.600,-, bahan baku kain sebanyak 390 meter, benang sebanyak 3.735 meter, resleting sebanyak 120 pcs, kancing sebanyak 720 pcs, dan waktu yang dibutuhkan sebanyak 874 jam. Kombinasi produk diperoleh hasil optimal sebanyak 30 unit ukuran S, 30 unit ukuran M, 30 unit ukuran L, dan 30 unit ukuran XL, Maka laba yang diperoleh CV Roby Abadi pada kondisi optimal adalah sebesar Rp 6.641.400. Implementasi model optimasi goal programming pada produksi CV Roby Abadi dapat memberikan hasil produksi yang optimal. Sehingga dapat meningkatkan laba pada produksi CV Roby Abadi.

Abstract

The practice of selling at a loss or predatory pricing that violates Article 20 of Law No. 5 of 1999 concerning unfair business competition and monopoly is the focus of discussion in this study. The research discusses legal regulations related to sale and loss agreements which can lead to unfair business competition, and analyzes Decision No.3/KPPU-L/2020 which is related to the case of selling at a loss by PT Conch South Kalimantan Cement. The results of the analysis show that the practice of sale and loss agreements is regulated in business competition law regulations, and business actors who carry out these practices violate the provisions of Article 20 Law No.5 of 1999. KPPU's decision Number 03/KPPU-L/2020 is based on an economic approach and law, and PT. Conch South Kalimantan Cement was rejected, strengthening the decisions of the KPPU and the Commercial Court.
