Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan (JIWP) Diterbitkan sebagai upaya untuk mempublikasikan hasil-hasil penelitian dan temuan di bidang pendidikan . Abstract

The purpose of this article is to analyze the factors that influenced the downfall of the USbased Silicon Valley Bank (SVB). This research is a qualitative research using secondary data as research supporting data. Data collection techniques in this study used document study techniques by obtaining data from websites, articles, books, and other literatures. Liquidity risk management failure, Interest rates of central bank (Fed), as well as portofolio investment missalocation drive the fall of SVB. Liquidity risk management plays an important role in the short and long term sustainability of bank. Therefore, there are efforts should be made to prevent various liquidity problems such as tightening lending, strenghtening coordination between central bank and commercial banks, as well as improving and evaluating the liquidity risk assessment system at related banks

Abstract

This article describes the Capita Selecta of Church History Discourse According to Literature Reviews as a result of research by several historical theoloSgians. The substance of the Church History literature and the opinions of the theologians reviewed were randomly selected by the researchers. This study uses a qualitative method built by the study of literature that is relevant to the research problem. The final result of this study shows how theologians convey their perceptions of theological figures, events and works in church history which are part of the historical story of God's salvation. The final results also show that with a variety of opinions, all theologians state the benefits of learning church history for Christian ministries who are also struggling and grappling in the context of history in this world. Thus, researchers will also show that studying church history will have an impact on ministry, especially in preaching about the Person and Work of Christ as God's gift and eternal metanarration for all humans and other creations of God.

Abstract

The Ability to Write Explnatory Text Using Learning Media Pictures of Natural Phenomena for Grade VIII Students of Banau National Middle School, Ternate City. This study aims to describe and see the extent to which the ability to write explanatory texts is increased by using the learning media of natural phenomena pictures for class VIII students of Banau National Junior High School, Ternate City. This type of research is classroom action research (CAR) with data analysis techniques used, namely quantitative description techniques.. Based on the results obtained from this study that writing explanatory texts using pictures of natural phenomena as learning media can improve student learning outcomes in class VIII of Banau National Junior High School, Ternate City. This can be seen in the results of the first cycle test of 20 students who were declared to have completed learning only 3 students or 15.0% of students who completed the average score obtained was 67.25%. After doing the test in the second cycle, there was an increase with the average score obtained by 86.50% with the number of students who completed 20 students or 100%, because all students met the minimum completeness criteria (KKM) for Indonesian language subjects set at the Banau National Junior High School. The city of Ternate is 73. So it can be said that there was an increase from cycle I to cycle II by using pictures of natural phenomena for class VIII students at the Banau National Junior High School, Ternate City

Abstract

Indonesia will experience a demographic bonus in 2030 of 297 million people. As many as 64% of the population will be of productive age or as many as 190 million people will be included in the workforce. This is the capital for Indonesia to create reliable personnel who have an interest in entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurial interest is an important factor in increasing the number of young entrepreneurs. Respondents were students of 2 SMKs located in Bekasi district, totaling 70 students. Data collection was taken through filling in boxes and interviews and documentation. The data is processed with the help of SPSS 21. The data is tested by reliability and collinearity tests. The results showed that the family environment, self-confidence, and creativity had an influence on the interest in entrepreneurship among vocational students in Bekasi district.

Abstract

Learning requires creativity, innovation, and brilliant ideas so that students are interested in learning more. Media that is boring will make students lazy to learn and quickly get bored. The purpose of this research is to find out the mural learning process at SDN X Tangerang Regency and to find out the effectiveness of mural media on history learning. The methodology in this research is a qualitative method. Data collection by interview, documentation and literature study. The informants were 5 teachers and 5 class V SDN X Tangerang Regency students. The study results show that the mural learning process includes drawing, understanding images and making reports based on the results of observing images. There is an increase in value before and after using mural media.

Abstract

The habit of playing soccer The people of Tulehu country have made playing soccer a habit that is always carried out in their daily activities. Therefore, it is not surprising that Tulehu Country has been given many nicknames that refer to one of the most popular sports in the world, this nickname includes the football village given by Mr. Djohar Arifin who also founded the Football Village monument. The benefits of sports to develop basic concepts in order to improve sports achievement, especially in the sport of football. This research is a quantitative research with a correlational approach. This method is used to find the relationship or relationship of one variable with other variables. Because r_(xy ) or r_h 0.780 at a significant level of 5% is greater than r_(table ), then at a significant level of 5% and 1% the Null Hypothesis (H_O) is rejected, while the alternative hypothesis (H_a) is approved or accepted. The conclusion that the relationship habits have shown real effectiveness, in the sense of the word the habit of playing football is very influential on the tendency to achieve football players in the country of Tulehu, Central Maluku district

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the PBL learning process at Attaqwa 05 Kebalen Vocational School, Bekasi district, West Java and to determine the effectiveness of the PBL method on accounting credit debit material at Attaqwa 05 Kebalen Vocational High School, Bekasi district, West Java. The method used in this research is a class action research method (CAR). This method consists of pre-cycle stages, cycle 1 and cycle 2. Data collection was carried out by conducting an initial test on the pre-cycle. The second and third tests were carried out after cycles 1 and 2. The test was in the form of a written test, multiple choice of 30 questions. In addition, interviews and documentation were conducted. The result of this research is that the average value of cycle 1 reaches 72.9. The average value of the cycle reached 73.9. This value concludes that there is an increase in accounting learning outcomes on credit debit material for vocational students. Students have a strong desire to be able to improve scores that are still lacking.

Abstract

Religious character values, honesty, tolerance, discipline, hard work, creativity, mutual cooperation, and love for the motherland are important points in character education. Character education aims to enable students to understand character values and ethics in the family, community, and state customs and laws. Ki Hadjar Dewantara's educational trilogy as a character education instrument. Students are able to develop their character or character consistently in making decisions with a character approach amidst the problems of life in today's society. The strategies that need to be used in implementing character in educational units are socialization, exemplary, habituation, development of regulations, capacity building, implementation and cooperation, monitoring and evaluation. The formation of student character education in schools is important for preparing future generations who are good and have strong character to face every changing era.

Abstract

Culinary is currently known as one of the potentials of a tourist destination. Culinary has an important role in the tourism industry because most tourist spending is for food and beverages. In 2017, it was recorded that the culinary sector alone reached a percentage of around 30-40 percent of the sector spent by tourists in Indonesia. The diversity of culinary types found in Surabaya City, East Java has great potential to be culinary tourism potential. When tourists come and want to do culinary tourism in the city of Surabaya, with the current situation in the field it is realized that if you want to have a culinary tour of Surabaya's diverse specialties, it cannot be done in one place easily, but is scattered in various remote places. Therefore, it is necessary to plan a typical Surabaya Regional Culinary Tourism Center as an alternative tourist attraction that presents various kinds of Surabaya's culinary and as a place to visit to enjoy a culinary in Surabaya. This study aims to analyze the potential of Kya-Kya Kembang Jepun as a culinary tourist attraction in Surabaya City. This research is qualitative research, the analysis method used is SWOT analysis. The results showed that culinary tourism in the Kya-Kya has considerable potential to become a culinary tourism destination that can attract tourists to visit.

Abstract

The purpose of the research was to find out how to describe planning for the development of Islamic education learning programs, to find out how to describe the implementation of developing Islamic education learning programs, and to describe the evaluation process in developing Islamic education learning programs as well as the follow-up process in developing Islamic education learning programs at SD NEGERI 060857 school This type of research uses qualitative methods. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the management research on the development of Islamic education learning programs at SD NEGERI 060857 are a systematic process carried out by the teacher. The steps are the preparation of subject matter, the use of teaching media, the use of method and assessment approaches. Its development is the process of implementing teaching and learning in the classroom. Implementation of the evaluation is the result of the effectiveness of learning outcomes. Follow-up activities are a learning process. These activities include; giving assignments, enriching material, providing extracurricular motivation (mandatory congregational prayers, skills in the art of reading the Koran, skills in calligraphy and participating in religious competitions).
