Abstract

Abstract Environmental problems have become a problem that threatens human life as inhabitants of planet earth and everything in it. The community does not fully have awareness of environmental cleanliness. The background is because the community has minimal knowledge and skills in managing the environment and utilizing recyclable waste to produce economic value. In addition to the problem of community quality, the lack of quantity of people who care about environmental management is also a trigger for environmental problems. Therefore an educational tourism village environmental management activity was formed which aims to carry out a community empowerment process in managing the educational tourism village environment while at the same time making changes in terms of environmental conditions to become sustainable. The method used is a description method with a qualitative approach with the intention of collecting, compiling, and analyzing the results of the research discussed. As a result, the community empowerment process in managing the educational tourism village environment can be said to be running according to the plans that have been designed and the environmental conditions are clean and sustainable.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effectiveness of the Jigsaw and Group Investigation type cooperative learning models on the learning outcomes of Civics Theme 9 of grade V elementary school students. Sampling using purposive sample technique with a total of 24 control group students and 24 experimental group students. To determine the difference in the effectiveness of the model, the T test is used in the normality and homogeneity test of the control class and the experimental class is declared normal and equal so that it can be continued for the t test. Based on the results of the t test analysis using the t-test for equality of means with Dig.2-tailed control group and group of 0.019. Because the 2-tailed significance value of both classes is more <0.05, it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that the affective domain in using the Group Investigation Type Cooperative learning model and the Jigsaw Type Cooperative learning model is significant in improving learning outcomes while the results of the t-test analysis or the difference test using the t-test for equality of means with Dig.2-tailed experimental group 1 and group 2 amounted to 0.025. Because the 2-tailed significance value of both classes is more <0.05, it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that the Group Investigation Type Cooperative learning model and the Jigsaw Type Cooperative learning model are significant in improving learning outcomes. This proves that the jigsaw and Group Inestigation learning models are effective in improving learning outcomes.

Abstract

Kosmetik adalah produk yang ditujukan untuk penggunaan topikal yaitu kuku, rambut, epidermis, bibir, dan termasuk juga organ genital bagian luar, mukosa mulut dan gigi. Serum adalah salah satu sediaan kosmetik yang dapat memberikan efek nyaman serta mudah diserap oleh kulit sehingga banyak digunakan masyarakat karena dapat memberikan efek yang lebih signifikan. Antioksidan adalah senyawa yang dapat mencegah reaksi oksidasi dengan cara mengikat radikal bebas dan molekul yang sangat reaktif sehingga mencegah kerusakan sel.Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam literature review article (LRA) ini dengan sumber yang didapat dari Google Scholar dan PubMed yang dipublikasikan dari tahun 2013 sampai 2023.Pola hidup Back to nature dipicu oleh adanya keyakinan bahwa mengkonsumsi obat alami relative lebih aman disbanding dengan obat. Berikut ini beberapa tanaman obat yang dipercaya dapat memberikan antioksidan dan dapat diolah menjadi serum yaitu daun kelor, krokot, kopi hijau, tomat, alpukat, kulit manngis, daun beluntas, daun sirih merah, melinjo dan daun jati. Fungsi utama kosmetik yaitu memperbaiki bau, membersihkan serta memelihara tampilan tubuh tetap dalam keadaan yang baik. Serum memiliki konsentrasi bahan aktif yang tinggi seperti antioksidan dan kulit. Diantara banyak nya tanaman diindonesia yang mempunyai antioksidan dan digunakan dalam pembuatan serum yaitu daun kelor, krokot, kopi hijau, tomat, ekstrak alpukat, kulit manggis, daun bluntas, daun sirih merah, biji melinjo dan daun jati.

Abstract

Nanopartikel hibrid lipid-polimer telah menjadi subjek penelitian yang menarik dalam bidang nanoteknologi dan pengiriman obat. Komponen lipid dan polimer digabungkan melalui interaksi fisik atau kimia yang menghasilkan partikel berukuran nanometer. Selain itu, nanopartikel ini dapat dimodifikasi secara permukaan dengan penambahan ligand atau targeting agent untuk meningkatkan pengiriman obat ke target spesifik. Aplikasi dari nanopartikel hibrid lipid-polimer termasuk pengiriman obat, telah dieksplorasi untuk aplikasi di luar terapi antikanker, misalnya untuk pengobatan infeksi paru-paru dan pembuluh darah yang terluka, pengiriman vaksin, dan bioimaging. Dalam bidang pengiriman obat, nanopartikel ini dapat meningkatkan stabilitas obat, mengurangi efek samping, dan meningkatkan bioavailabilitas obat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah literatur riview artikel (LRA), literatur dilakukan dengan mencari artikel ilmiah yang relevan menggunakan basis data elektronik seperti Springerlink, Elsevier, Google Scholar, Pubmed dan NCBI dengan menggunakan kata kunci seperti Nanoparticles, Drug Delivery, Hibrid Lipid-Polimer. Hasil penelitian didapatkan 30 literatur. Berdasarkan hasil riview yang telah dilakukan bahwa nanopartikel mempunyai potensi yang baik dan dapat dikembangkan sebagai sistem penghantaran obat baru.

Abstract

SpongeBob SquarePants is an animated film that is loved by children aged 6-11 years, even teenagers and adults often watch this film. SpongeBob films are among the most popular animations because they often take references from popular culture. Do you know why the main character in this film is named SpongeBob? As we all know, SpongeBob is a sea sponge who is innocent, passionate and playful. However, there are several things in this episode of the animated film that still cannot be solved or what are often called problematic. The purpose of this study is to determine the characters and narrative functions in the SpongeBob episode Dying for Pie animated film using Vladimir Propp's theory.

Abstract

This research is a classroom action research with the aim of improving students' speaking skills using the Project Based Learning method through Instagram reels media. The subjects of this study were 35 class VII D students of SMP Negeri 7 Jakarta. This research was conducted for three cycles with the stages of each cycle as follows (1) planning, (2) implementation, (3) observation, and (4) reflection. The data collection technique used in this study was by using observation sheets for students' speaking skills activities and speaking skills tests. The results showed an increase in the average value of students' speaking. The average value obtained in cycle 1 with a percentage of 52.85% is in the "Pretty Good" category, cycle II reaches 76.67% which is in the "Good" category and in cycle III with a percentage of 87.92% in the "Very Good" category ”. There was a change in the average value of students' speaking skills when doing cycle III was due to changes in behavior such as students being enthusiastic, not embarrassed, not afraid, looking confident, and concentrating on the lesson. The results of the research that occurred on the increase in students' speaking class using Instagram reels media with the Project Based Learning method.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the financial literacy of Pontianak 5 Public High School students. The method used in this research is descriptive method with a survey research form. The subjects of this study were students of SMA Negeri 5 Pontianak. The data collection technique used interview sheets and direct observation and the data analysis technique used in this study was descriptive qualitative analysis. Based on the results of the research, it was concluded that the financial literacy of students at SMA Negeri 5 Pontianak has an ideal score on the financial literacy indicator with an average value of 76%. The current value is in the range of 60.1% to 80%, which indicates that the value is in the high category.

Abstract

Currently, the assessment of regional development success is still limited to economic growth and poverty factors. However, evaluation based solely on economic factors is not accurate enough because high economic growth does not always guarantee the happiness of society and can even worsen social inequality. Therefore, one of the important priorities in development is to create economic growth that can improve the welfare of society equally, without creating gaps between social groups. The well-being and social progress in a region can be influenced by the happiness of its people. Happiness can be used as a measure to assess the welfare obtained by individuals. In this study, clustering of happiness index based on provinces in Indonesia was conducted using the K-Means algorithm in RStudio. Through the K-Means clustering analysis, the results of this study can be used as a reference by the government in formulating strategic plans or making improvements to increase the level of happiness and welfare of the Indonesian society. There are three methods to determine the optimal number of clusters: Silhouette method, Elbow method, and Gap Statistics. In the comparison of methods, it is observed that the optimal cluster formation occurs with 2 clusters, where the Elbow and Silhouette methods yield the best results. The data was processed using the K-Means method, resulting in 2 groups: 16 provinces with a high-level happiness group and 18 provinces with a low-level happiness group. From the evaluation using the Silhouette Index, a value of 0.4005945 was obtained at k=2, indicating that this cluster falls into the weak structure category.

Abstract

Employees are one of the essential elements and assets within an organization or company. The presence of Turnover Intention among employees certainly has a negative impact on the company's image and performance. This study was conducted on housekeeping employees in co-living spaces in West Jakarta, who potentially have a high Turnover Intention due to the lack of career clarity in their current jobs. The aim of this research is to analyze the Perceived Organizational Support, Person-job Fit, Meaningfulness of Work, Work Engagement, and Turnover Intention among housekeeping employees in co-living spaces in West Jakarta. The sample used in this study consisted of 260 housekeeping employees in co-living spaces in West Jakarta. The testing was conducted using Structural Equation Model (SEM) in the AMOS software, with data collection procedures involving questionnaires and literature review. The results of this study indicate that employees feel a lack of Perceived Organizational Support, Person-job Fit, Meaningfulness of Work, and Work Engagement in their jobs, which leads to the presence of Turnover Intention among employees. There is a significant positive influence between Perceived Organizational Support and Person-job Fit on Work Engagement. There is also a significant negative influence between Perceived Organizational Support and Turnover Intention, which is mediated by Work Engagement. Therefore, companies need to provide clear career development paths for employees to reduce the level of Turnover Intention.

Abstract

In seeking the truth, humans use philosophy and science. Philosophy and Science (science) are interrelated. In fact, there are several sciences that do not use philosophy in developing science. Therefore philosophy plays a very important role in the development of science. Philosophy continues to develop, the development of this philosophical thought began in the ancient Greek era to contemporary times. The four periodizations include ancient times, medieval times, modern times, and present times. The emergence of the Renaissance is the beginning of the modern century. Many figures contributed to the Renaissance which continued in modern times. The purpose of this research is to describe the development of philosophy and science in the Renaissance and modern times. The type of research used is library research. The Renaissance era was marked by rapid progress in various fields of science, especially astronomy. There are several famous figures in this era, including Nicholas Copernicus, Johannes Kepler and Galileo Galilei. In modern times it is also continued about the discoveries that have been made in the Renaissance era. Modern science started with Isaac Newton (1643−1727) and Leibniz (1646−1716). There are several streams in the modern century, including rationalism, empiricism, criticism, and positivism
