Abstract

Alasan yang melatar belakangi dalam penelitian ini mengacu pada maraknya sepeda listrik yang sedang ngetrend di kalangan masyarakat saat ini namun belum ada regulasi yang benar-benar khusus untuk mengatur sepeda listrik ini dan kurangnya informatif tentang penggunaan sepeda listrik di kalangan masyarakat. Penelitian ini mengkaji mengenai permasalahan di masyarakat yang di tinjau dari perspektif Undang-undang No 22 tahun 2009 tentang lalu lintas dan angkutan jalan, mengenai legalitas penggunaan sepeda listrik di Indonesia dan hak serta perlindungan hukum bagi para pengguna sepeda listrik di jalan raya dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui dan mengkaji permasalahan tersebut.Metode yang digunakan untuk menyelesaikan penelitian ini menggunakan metode yuridis normatif yaitu menggunakan dasar analisis penelitian terhadap perundang-undangan atau beberapa studi kepustakaan seperti litelatur buku, dokemen yang masih berlaku dengan tujuan agar tercapainya penelitian skripsi.Hasil yang didapatkan dari penelitian yang sudah dilakukan oleh penulis dengan cara mencari literatur dari berbagai macam seperti buku dan undang-undang untuk mendukung kajian penelitian dalam pembahasan. Pembahasan penelitian berisi tentang legalitas penggunaan sepeda listrik di Indonesia dan hak yang harus diberikan pemerintah terhadap pengguna sepeda listrik serta perlindunga hukum yang di berikan kepada pengguna sepeda listrik di jalan raya. Kesimpulannya yaitu berisi tentang ringkasan dari pembahasan mengenai keduduksn sepeda listrik sebagai kendaraan di Indonesia dan fasilitas penudukung yang harus disediakan untuk pengendara sepeda listrik. Serta saran yang berupa peningkatan fasilitas dan himbauan kepada pengguna sepeda listrik.

Abstract

Sales promotion is an instrument of communication for retail companies to provide benefits in an attractive form to customers, and sales promotion is often referred to as a type of communication that plays an essential role in growing consumer interest. Price discounts are a form of sales promotion that is most in demand by consumers, so retail management also requires various information related to consumer preferences so that strategies can also be produced that suit the needs and characteristics of these consumers, which in this study is discussed is promo Z. The method used in This research is in the form of a quantitative descriptive method, and the data were obtained using primary sources derived from consumer survei results in the form of questionnaires with answer choices which, of course, are tailored to the needs of the company and secondary sources originating from discussions with various related parties. Based on the consumer survei results divided into levels of awareness and consumer preferences for the Z promo, the results are exciting and beneficial and form the basis for the company's future strategy.

Abstract

This research investigates the experiences of a seasoned teacher who specializes in teaching English to young learners through virtual means. Virtual learning has gained popularity due to its numerous benefits, and the teacher in question possesses a strong background in language and experience with virtual learning, even prior to the government’s implementation of online learning policies during the pandemic. The study explores various lessons encountered by the teacher in her virtual classroom, including learning methodologies, maintaining motivation among young learners during distance learning, and addressing challenges and difficulties. Through comprehensive interviews with the teacher and corroborating evidence from other sources, this study demonstrates the value of teaching English to young learners through virtual means. Utilizing narrative inquiry as a research design, this study presents all significant findings in a narrative format. The results comprise eight key lessons for other language teachers to implement in their own classrooms, whether virtual or direct learning. These lessons include the teacher’s motivation, choice of media, learning methodologies, learning objectives, learning activities for young learners, practical application of English in real life, and exploration of young learners’ language skills during the learning process.

Abstract

The acquisition of vocabulary plays a crucial role within the realm of language proficiency, as words are assimilated in a manner that facilitates comprehension, oral expression, and subsequently, reading and written communication in the English language. One of the pedagogical approaches that can be employed for vocabulary instruction is the utilization of interactive word walls. The objective of this study is to investigate the impact of interactive word walls on students' comprehension and learning experience in vocabulary acquisition through the utilization of word wall approaches. The primary objective of this study is to ascertain the viewpoints of students on the utilization of this technique for the purpose of acquiring new vocabulary. The research design employed a classroom action approach. The findings of this study indicate that the utilization of word walls in vocabulary acquisition can significantly impact learners' comprehension of vocabulary learning, particularly in the aspect of word class identification and comprehension of novel vocabulary terms. Interactive word walls have been found to elicit a favorable response from pupils due to the facilitation of vocabulary acquisition. Nonetheless, there exist drawbacks associated with the utilization of interactive word walls. One of the primary challenges encountered by students while utilizing interactive word walls is to the acquisition of new vocabulary and the pronunciation of unfamiliar terms. This difficulty arises from their limited proficiency in effectively utilizing dictionaries and their lack of familiarity with the process of searching for new vocabulary entries within such resources. The efficacy of the interactive word wall method in enhancing students' vocabulary acquisition can be inferred from the evidence. This pedagogical approach facilitates the identification and comprehension of word classes, hence fostering a more effective vocabulary learning experience. Furthermore, the interactive nature of the strategy successfully engenders student engagement and enthusiasm towards vocabulary acquisition

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research is to learn more about the development of the smoked fish industry in Tongo village, Bone coast subdistrict. Bolango of bone. This research takes a phenomenological, qualitative approach. This study's data was gathered using a combination of in-person interviews, written records, and informal observations. Reducing data, displaying data, and generating conclusions are the data analysis strategies used in this research. Qualitative descriptive research, in which a specific technique is recorded in order to characterise or describe the status of the item under investigation on the basis of known facts, is what this study is. In addition to the information gathered via interviews, observations, and written records. The findings indicated that Tongo Village produces high-quality smoked fish. This can be seen in several interviews with many consumers who said that the quality of smoked fish in Tongo Village was quite good. even though it has good smoked fish, it still has deficiencies in effectiveness and efficiency in the smoked production process and so does the marketing concept used in the process of selling smoked fish, Tongo village still does not use social media assistance as a marketing tool, where smoked fish sales are still Traditionally, it is marketed in markets and also at street stalls. Abstract

CV Bina Karya adalah perusahaan jasa dibidang konstruksi pipa gas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan keselamatan dan kesehatan selama proses produksi berlangsung, karena perusahaan ini belum sepenuhnya menerapkan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja, contohnya pemindahan pipa yang cukup berat dibawa oleh 2 orang pekerja. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif yaitu menjelaskan penerapan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja diarea proyek, metode yang digunakan yaitu HIRARC ( Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Risk Control) dengan tahap pertama yaitu mengidentifikasi potensi bahaya, kemudian penilaian terhadap potensi bahaya dan tahap terakhir yaitu pengendalian potensi bahaya. Hasil penelitian ini berdasarkan identifikasi potensi bahaya terdapat sebanyak 16 kasus potensi bahaya, dengan penilaian resikonya yaitu terdapat sebanyak 56% atau 9 kasus potensi bahaya dengan risiko rendah (low risk ), sebanyak 13% atau 2 kasus potensi bahaya dengan risiko sedang (medium risk) dan sebanyak 31% atau 5 kasus potensi bahaya dengan resiko parah (extrem risk ).Saran untuk pemilik perusahaan yaitu melakukan pengendalian administratif, seperti: menjalankan program 5R yaitu resik, rapi, rawat, rajin, ringkas; melakukan pengecekan sekala berkala pada setiap mesin yang digunakan; memasang rambu-rambu keselamatan seperti safety sign, adanya SOP yang jelas untuk setiap mesin dan rambu-rambu peringatan bahaya.

Abstract

Model EOQ (Economic Order Quantity) merupakan salah satu pengendalian persediaan material yang digunakan manajemen untuk mengatur bahan baku. EOQ terkait dengan analisis lain, terutama Safety stock dengan Reorder point. EOQ memungkinkan perusahaan untuk menentukan tingkat jumlah pembelian bahan baku sumber daya yang ideal, sehingga biaya keseluruhan dapat dikurangi seefisien mungkin. Penelitian ini mencoba memperkirakan kuantitas ideal perencanaan pembelian bahan baku tahun 2018 berdasarkan permintaan, agar persediaan bahan di gudang tidak menumpuk. Teknik penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan, dan data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan catatan data persediaan bahan baku di PT. Pindo Deli Pulp And Paper Mills 1. Hasil penelitian metode EOQ dapat diketahui kuantitas pemesanan paling ekonomis sebesar 867 ton, safety stock yang harus dimiliki di gudang per bulan 72 ton dan Reorder Point Paper Machine 3–4 harus melakukan pemesanan kembali jika persediaan digudang sebesar 532 ton. Persediaan maksimum atau Maximum Inventory dalam gudang per bulan nya untuk Paper Machine 3–4 sebesar 1.039 ton.

Abstract

Mutual funds are a good place to invest for novice investors to get profits in the future. Therefore, mutual funds really need to be studied by including macroeconomic variables, namely inflation and exchange rates. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of inflation and exchange rates on Net Asset Value (NAV) of equity funds. The method used in this study is the Error Correction Model. The results show that in the long run the inflation variable has a significant positive effect on the NAV of equity funds. However, the exchange rate variable has a significant negative effect. Furthermore, in the short-term estimation, inflation has no effect on the NAV of equity funds. Then the exchange rate has a significant negative effect. Simultaneously (together) in the long run has a significant influence on the NAV of equity funds. This is inversely proportional to the short-term estimation results which state that simultaneous inflation and exchange rates have no effect on the NAV of equity funds. The data used in this study is the period 2018 – 2022.

Abstract

Electricity is a form of energy that is an essential need for almost all individuals in carrying out daily activities. An example of the use of electricity in everyday life is as a source of light, both inside the house and for street lighting. In the context of utilizing wind energy as an efficient alternative, one approach is through the use of generators. A generator is a device that has the ability to convert mechanical power into electrical energy. This innovation has renewable characteristics, so it can be applied in electricity generation through wind sources. The focus of this study is to identify the voltage and current generated by wind turbines to produce electrical energy. The experiment was conducted using a 15 Ω resistor at a wind speed of 2.6 m/s. The test results showed an average voltage value of 0.300V and a current of 0.099 mA at a wind speed of 2.6 m/s.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the influence of brand image and price perception on the Mitsubishi Xpander and determine the influence of correlation, partial and simultaneousness on the Mitsubishi Xpander purchasing decisions in Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi, and Karawang Regency. This research method is a type of descriptive quantitative research. The study population was 260,803 with a sample size of 190 people calculated using the formula Hair et al. The results of the descriptive analysis research showed that brand image variables were considered agreeable, price perception variables and purchase decisions were considered very agreeable, while verification analysis showed that there was a correlation between brand image and price perception 49.7%, partial influence of brand image on purchasing decisions 31.4% and price perception on purchasing decisions 51.4%, simultaneous influence of brand image and price perception on purchasing decisions 52.2%. Mitsubishi Xpander company, Mitsubishi Motors, should pay attention to several dimensions that have weak values in measuring the variables of this study, namely the cultural dimension of brand image by approaching the community in getting new consumers, the dimension of affordability of product prices in price perception by making price adjustments or reducing production costs so that they can be reached by all groups, The dimension of brand choice in purchasing decisions by promoting products to be known by all circles.
