Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan (JIWP) Diterbitkan sebagai upaya untuk mempublikasikan hasil-hasil penelitian dan temuan di bidang pendidikan . Jurnal ini terbit 4 bulanan, yaitu bulan April, Agustus dan Desember. *Ruang Lingkup* Memuat hal kajian, analisis, dan penelitian tentang perancangan, pengembangan, pengelolaan, pemanfaatan, evaluasi, dan penelitian dalam bidang pendidikan yang berkaitan dengan peningkatan kinerja dan memfasilitasi belajar di lembaga pendidikan formal, non-formal dan informal serta lembaga-lembaga pelatihan. *Deskripsi* Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan merupakan media komunikasi ilmiah bagi dosen, guru, widyaiswara, mentor, mahasiswa, dan praktisi pendidikan lainnya serta pemerhati kependidikan. Jurnal ini dimaksudkan sebagai wadah untuk menyebarluaskan hasil kajian, pemikiran, penelitian, dan evaluasi yang relevan dengan kawasan pendidikan yakni perancangan, pengembangan, pengelolaan, pemanfaatan, evaluasi dan penelitian dalam bidang pendidikan, pembelajaran dan evaluasi. Abstract

Rute pendistribusian produk dari Distributor perusahaan PT. Immortal Cosmedika Indonesia Sub. Garut ke para customer selama ini kurang optimal, karena dalam pengiriman produk selama ini hanya menggunakan perkiraan driver mana saja yang akan dilalui dalam satu kali pengiriman hanya dengan melihat jumlah permintaan tanpa mempertimbangkan kapasitas, rute pengiriman dan jarak tempuh dari gudang ke lokasi customer dan metode nearest neighbor yang digunakan untuk menentukan rute pengalokasian distribusi serta melakukan perhitungan biaya transportasi yang melibatkan fixed cost dan variable cost. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan rute pengiriman yang efektif menggunakan metode Saving Matrix dan Nearest Neighbor kemudian untuk mengetahui penghematan jarak serta penghematan biaya transportasi. Perbandingan rute distribusi produk di PT. Immortal Cosmedika Indonesia Sub. Garut yang pada awalnya perusahaan melakukan pengiriman dengan total jarak tempuh 461,6 km/ Bulan. Setelah diberlakukan metode saving matrix total jarak pengiriman perusahaan mengalami penurunan yang signifikan yaitu menjadi 399,1 km/Bulan dan untuk biaya transportasi rute pada awalnya yaitu sebesar Rp. 1.461.600.-, sedangkan pada biaya transportasi usulan yaitu menjadi Rp. 1.398.900.-. Dengan demikian didapatkan pengehematan biaya transportasi dengan selisih sebesar Rp. 62.500.-. Maka metode Saving Matrix dan Nearest Neigbor terbukti dapat menentukan jarak, rute dan biaya menjadi lebih minimum dari sebelumnya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Capital Adequacy Requirement (CAR), Operating Expenses on Operating Income (BOPO), and Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) partially on Return on Asset (ROA). This research is included in quantitative research using secondary data from Sharia Commercial Banks in Indonesia registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK) taken from 2017 to 2021. The results of this study show the effect of Operating Expenses on Operating Income (BOPO) and Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) on Return on Asset (ROA). This study also found that the Capital Adequacy Requirement (CAR) has no effect on Return on Asset (ROA). This research can be a reference for the management of Sharia Commercial Banks (BUS) in improving their performance, especially in improving company performance.

Abstract

This research is a qualitative research. The method used in this research is literature study orlibrary research the purpose of this is the collection of data through literature. Companies must have an organizational culture because it is very important to provide direction for each employee in achieving company goals. With the existence of an organizational culture, it will have an impact on the company, namely organizational culture becomes the basis of ethics to shape the desired behavioral character of members so that it can support company performance, increase consistency in work and organizational members feel they have an identity that is a pride and characteristic of the company. One of the ways to build an organizational culture to develop a company is by promoting organizational culture. Socialization is one of the company's ways of communicating with employees about everything related to activities within the company and the culture that exists in the company so that employees can understand as a whole. The process of disseminating organizational culture can be done by 1) selecting prospective employees, 2) placing employees in certain jobs, 3) exploring the field of work, 4) giving awards and evaluating employees, 5) being loyal to the organization, 6) enriching news and events regarding various topics related to organizational culture, and 7) there is recognition and achievement promotions given to employees when they have carried out their duties properly.

Abstract

The growth of social media in Indonesia creates a lot of spectrum that helps to grow the society’s awareness for a lot of things. Thus, include the realization of how massive sexual harassment has evolved and happened while the law enforcement and the law itself still not ready to handle those phenomenon. This paper will analyze on how social media as a tools for digital activism that helps to indicate the problems and spreads the awareness to Indonesia society about the current situation of sexual harassment in Indonesia and how much progress that the society takes to eradicate this type of crime. This paper will include the data from news site , new media and social media. The method used is the normative juridical research method is a method of literature legal research by conducting it through research primary research materials are laws, government regulations and secondary materials, namely journals, books and websites

Abstract

Pandemic COVID-19 is an outbreak of the condition of the spread of the corona virus (COVID-19) throughout the world. This requires many countries, one of which is Indonesia, to carry out high-scale social restrictions according to the rules of the central government. This condition has an impact on the world of education where previously teaching and learning activities were always carried out offline (face to face) but now must be done online (online). The COVID-19 pandemic has caused students to experience emotional separation from their immediate environment such as family, friends, decreased performance, study period, and experienced pressure due to quarantine. Psychological well-being is needed in order to create a maximum and comfortable learning process for students. This study aims to explain the factors that can increase the Psychological Well-being of Students during the COVID-19 Pandemic. The literature review was conducted on 10 literatures with varying characteristics and number of respondents. The results of the literature review show that there are 6 types of factors that can improve psychological well-being, namely emotion regulation, gratitude, social support, time management, psychological capital, and coping strategies.

Abstract

Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tingkat motivasi karyawan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil uji dengan SPSS Motivasi memiliki nilai 0,219 > 0,05 yang artinya variabel motivasi kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan di Papua Language Institute. Untuk pengetahuan manajemen berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil uji dengan SPSS pengetahuan manajemen memiliki nilai 0,006 < 0,05 yang artinya variabel pengetahuan manajemen berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan di Papua Language Institute. Sedangkan hasil uji telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja dan variabel pengetahuan manajemen berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dengan hasil uji dengan SPSS pengetahuan manajemen memiliki nilai sig 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai F hitung 22.930 > F tabel 3,24 yang artinya variabel motivasi kerja dan pengetahuan manajemen berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan di Papua Language Institute.

Abstract

Problems in public transportation "Si Benteng" prompted the Tangerang City Transportation Service to launch the "Si Benteng" public transportation innovation based on problems at PT Tangerang National Global. Postpositivism research paradigm, qualitative research approach and descriptive research with data collection techniques through conducting in-depth interviews with selected informants with high credibility, field observations, and researcher documentation during the research in an effort to obtain relevant information and a high degree of accuracy. The purpose of this research is to find out that PT Tangerang Nasional Global provides behavioral training to drivers, the development of strategies and solutions that must be developed so that people do not have negative perceptions of the "Si Benteng" public transportation program in Tangerang City.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian normatif yang membahas Urgensi Pemekaran Daerah dan Otonomi Daerah dalam Perspektif Hukum Positif. Undang-Undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2014 tentang Pemerintahan Daerah yang dikaji berdasarkan pendapat para ahli tentang pemekaran daerah, peraturan perundang-undangan yang menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan ini menunjukkan bahwa otonomi daerah atau pemekaran daerah sangat diperlukan, khususnya bagi daerah-daerah terpencil dalam rangka mendekatkan dan memperlancar penyelenggaraan pelayanan publik serta menjamin kesejahteraan masyarakat hukum daerah. Tentunya pemekaran daerah juga harus diimbangi dengan pengawasan yang ketat dan baik agar pemekaran daerah tidak disalahgunakan sebagai wadah elit kekuasaan untuk memenuhi kepentingannya tanpa mengutamakan kesejahteraan masyarakat.

Abstract

This study aims to describe women's empowerment through the anugrah waste bank and describe the supporting and inhibiting factors. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method. Collecting data using observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. The research subjects consisted of the chairman, 2 administrators, and two customers. The results of the study show that efforts to empower women in providing additional income are through waste savings owned by customers and additional knowledge. Women already have the awareness to take part in waste bank activities and the importance of a woman being empowered. Women's participation is as a customer and administrator of a gift waste bank. The level of control cannot be maximized because it is still limited and uneven. The supporting factors are the availability of adequate resources and the support from the government and BNI 46. The inhibiting factors are the unavailability of a special building for waste bank activities. The conclusion is that women's empowerment has been running, even though it is not optimal, but it has been able to help customers increase their income. Suggestions from researchers are to hold training again and be more active in conducting outreach.

Abstract

Land is utilized and used for the prosperity of society physically and spiritually, the condition is to maintain its sustainability. Based on Article 4 paragraph (1) of Law Number 5 of 1960 concerning Basic Agrarian Regulations, it states that land in a juridical sense is the surface of the earth, which includes the surface of the earth that is on land and the surface of the earth that is under water, the sea. Article 4 of Law Number 5 of 1960 basically regulates the meaning of rights to land, which includes the surface of the earth, which can be applied to the granting of rights underground and in the airspace. This empirical normative legal research method is basically a normative legal approach with the addition of various empirical elements. The land dispute between PT Pertiwi Lestari and residents and Perhutani originated from the developer company's claim over 791 hectares of land in the West Telukjambe area. The ownership claim was based on ownership of a Building Use Rights certificate issued by the Karawang Land Office in 1998. Namely HGB certificate No. 5 village Margamulya, HGB certificate No. 11 Wanajaya village and HGB certificate No. 30 Wanajaya village. According to article 18 of the Basic Agrarian Law, in the public interest, including the interests of the nation and the State as well as the common interests of the people, land rights can be revoked, by providing appropriate compensation and in a manner regulated by law.
