Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility is something very important because Corporate Social Responsibility is one of the company's ways to get a good image in the eyes of many people. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of disclosure Corporate Social Responsibility on profitability in banking companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The grand theory used in this research is signal theory, legitimacy theory and stakeholder theory. The profitability variable is proxied by Return on Assets. This research was conducted on companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2018 – 2022. The population for this study was 43 companies with 5 years of observation, which was then determined by using the purposive sampling technique. Samples used in this study is 31 companies. Data from this study is collected using observation non participant technique. The Data analysis technique used in this study is simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility does not affect the profitability of the companies.

Abstract

School building is the main component of supporting teaching and learning and becomes one of the determining factors for improving the quality of an educational institution. The availability of facilities and infrastructure is an important element as a support for the success of the education and teaching process in the school environment, so that proper maintenance and maintenance are needed in the use of the building. In the process of its use, many school buildings are not maintained due to the lack of attention of the school to the quality of the building, so a lot of damage is done to the school building. One of the efforts in dealing with damaged buildings is with renovation and rehabilitation, to determine the handling of it requires assessment of damage assessment on school buildings first through direct surveys, then continued with analysis of the extent of damage to get data on Minor Damage (RR), Moderate Damage (RS), and Severely Damaged (RB). The results of research from 100 elementary schools in Sukabumi City consisting of 7 districts that suffered damage were 92 schools, from classrooms getting lightly damaged (RR) 12%, moderately damaged (RS) 75%, and heavily damaged (RB) 13%, Lightly Damaged Library (RR) 33%, Moderately Damaged (RS) 47%, and Severely Damaged (RB) 20%, teacher room / Lightly Damaged Kepsek (RR) 13%, Moderately Damaged (RS) 80%, and Severely Damaged (RB) 7%, WC Lightly Damaged (RR) 10%, Moderately Damaged (RS) 64%, and severely damaged (RB) 26%, rung UKS Lightly Damaged (RR) 13%, Moderately Damaged (RS) 73%, and Severely Damaged (RB) 14%. From the assessment above, it can be concluded that classrooms and wc must be repaired immediately because they are needed.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on the quality of work in Indonesia. This study is to see both factors of the work environment and compensation whether it can improve the performance of employees of PT Bekaert Indonesia. This study uses descriptive quantitative research methods to examine the effect of work environment and compensation on employee performance of PT Bekaert Indonesia. The research population is the company's production employees. The sample was selected using the accidental method of 68 respondents, using a questionnaire with a Likert scale to collect data. Data analysis using multiple linear regression after fulfilling the classical assumption test and validity and reliability tests. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the work environment and compensation affect employee performance. The majority of PT Bekaert Indonesia employees show moderate performance. The work environment of PT Bekaert Indonesia is mostly moderate. Similarly, the majority of PT. Bekaert Indonesia's compensation is at a moderate level. Research shows that the work environment and compensation partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. The work environment and compensation are factors in influencing employee performance at PT. Bekaert Indonesia by 42.2%.

Abstract

The number seven is a mysterious, unique, magical and meaningful number. Hindu Religion, the number seven is believed to have a special feature because there are seven layers on Earth, namely patala. The process of creating Pitu's work is an attempt to create a new work of art, especially in the field of Balinese Karawitan art. Pitu's work is a musical creation that uses three parts including, part I (kawitan), part II (gegenderan and bapang), part III (cutter and pekaad). The stylist creates a creation percussion which is structurally starting from kawitan to pekaad which is based on the number seven. The media used in Tabuh Kreasi Pitu uses the gamelan Semar Pegulungan Saih Pitu with a seven-tone pelog barrel to be used as a medium for saying. Pitu's creation of tabuh uses several counts of seven which are combined with dynamics, tempo and melodic games that are developed so as not to look monotonous. As an academic artist who has more abilities in the academic field, he should be able to create a quality and weighty work. It is hoped that Tabuh Kreasi Pitu can provide more space for students to be creative by organizing compositional events outside class hours.

Abstract

This research aimed to determine the influence of consumer behavior on the purchase interest of Kpop merchandise. This study was quantitative research. The population for this research consisted of Kpop fans in Gorontalo City. The sample size was 98 respondents. The research was measured using the slovin formula with a confidence level of 100%. Instrument testing involved validity and reliability assessments. The analysis technique employed was simple linier regression, and partial tests (t-tests) were used to the test the research hypotheses. The results of this research indicated that fans’ perception of consumer behavior has a positive influence on the purchase interest of Kpop merchandise. Consumer behavior towards Kpop merchandise is influenced by personal factors, where fans perceive Kpop merchandise as unique and cute items. This can be seen from the descriptive analysis of consumer behavior variables, with the highest average score being 4,31%. In this context, fans of Kpop merchandise believe that statements related to personal factors can echance their purchase interest in Kpop merchandise.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang dapat mempengaruhi minat mahasiswa akuntansi untuk menjadi akuntan internal. Faktor-faktor tersebut adalah nilai intrinsik pekerjaan, penghargaan finansial, lingkungan kerja, nilai-nilai sosial dan personalitas. Sumber data dalam penelitian berupa jawaban kuisioner dari mahasiswa akuntansi. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling yaitu mahasiswa akuntansi yang sudah mengambil mata kuliah auditing. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda. Penelitian ini menghasilkan adanya pengaruh faktor nilai intrinsik pekerjaan terhadap pemilihan karir mahasiswa akuntansi sebagai akuntan internal. Namun untuk faktor penghargaan finansial, lingkungan kerja, nilai-nilai sosial dan personalitas tidak mempengaruhi minat mahasiswa akuntansi untuk menjadi akuntan internal.

Abstract

The capital market plays an important role in the country's economy, one of which is to obtain sources of funds and optimize the allocation of economic resources. An investor must have the ability to understand future capital market conditions when making investment decisions. The construction sub-sector company's share price movement looks quite volatile and tends to decline. There are several factors that can affect stock movements such as the Current Ratio, Debt Equity of Ratio and Net Profit Margin. The method used in this research is descriptive verification method and uses a quantitative approach. The aim is to provide clarity for research with the support of data analysis and literature studies in the form of figures that have been collected. Current Ratio and Net Profit Margin do not partially affect the stock price while the Debt Equity of Ratio partially affects the stock price. the CR, DER, and NPM variables affect the dependent variable, namely the stock price of 61.9%. While the remaining 38.1% is influenced by other factors not examined. The company must make more efforts to improve the financial condition of the company which has a significant role and impact on its share price, so that it can attract investors to invest in the company.

Abstract

Pemberian tugas akhir atau skripsi membuat mahasiswa semester akhir melakukan penundaan dalam jangka panjang yang disebut Prokrastinasi Akademik. Selama Self-regulated Learning dan Grit terjaga dan dikelola dengan baik mahasiswa mencegah terjadinya penundaan pengerjaan skripsi khususnya di Universitas Muhammadiyah Gresik. Variabel dalam penelitian ini diukur menggunakan tiga alat ukur, yaitu alat ukur Self-regulated Learning, alat ukur Grit, dan alat ukur prokrastinasi akademik, yang tertuju pada model skala likert yang telah dimodifikasi dengan menggunakan lima alternatif pilihan jawaban. hasil uji regresi didapat persamaan Y = (97,789 + -,092 + -,799). Artinya persamaan variabel prokrastinasi akademik, variabel Self Regulated Learning dan variabel Grit. Berdasar hasil Uji ANOVA, diperoleh nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 yang artinya terdapat pengaruh Self Regulated Learning dan Grit terhadap prokrastinasi akademik pada mahasiswa penyusun skripsi. Hasil R squar (R2) menunjukan angka sebesar 0,644 yang berarti variabel Self Regulated Learning dan Grit memberikan sumbangan efektif sebesar 64,4% terhadap prilaku prokrastinasi akademik. Sedangkan sisanya 35,6% dipengaruhi faktor lain.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga diri dan invisibility, dissociative imagination, minimization of status & suthority terhadap cyberbullying pada pengguna game multiplayer online. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan Teknik sampling nonprobability sampling menggunakan teknik incidental sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Populasi penelitian ini yaitu pengguna game multiplayer online sebanyak 109 responden. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh simultan harga diri dan invisibility, dissociative imagination, minimization of status & suthority terhadap cyberbullying Pada Pengguna game multiplayer online dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (p<0,05). Pada analisis uji regresi H2 diterima artinya terdapat pengaruh harga diri terhadap cyberbullying. H3 ditolak artinya tidak terdapat pengaruh invisibility terhadap cyberbullying. H4 ditolak artinya tidak terdapat pengaruh dissociative imagination terhadap cyberbullying. H5 diterima artinya terdapat pengaruh minimization of status & authority terhadap cyberbullying. Hasil Uji Square (R2) menunjukkan angka sebesar 0,226, yang berarti variabel harga diri dan variabel invisibility, dissociative imagination, minimization of status & suthority memberikan sumbangan sebesar 22,6% terhadap variabel cyberbullying, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 77,4% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang ditidak diteliti pada penelitian ini. Untuk penelitian selanjutnya untuk dapat menggunakan variabel lain yang tidak diteliti pada penelitian ini seperti kematangan emosi, dukungan orangtua, dan intensitas bermain game, Serta memperluas populasi subjek, dimana hal tersebut dapat menambah data yang diperoleh menjadi luas.

Abstract

This research was conducted to obtain empirical evidence, explain the phenomenon, and make conclusions about the effect of the Scarcity Message and Discount variables on Impulse Buying on Followers of the Shopee Indonesia Twitter Account. This study was conducted using descriptive and verification methods, namely knowing, explaining and analyzing. In this study, a sample of 384 where respondents were selected using purposive sampling. The research variables include the independent variables namely Scarcity Message (X1) and Discount (X2), as well as the variable Impulse Buying as the dependent variable. The data analysis technique uses the Likert scale technique and path analysis using the Succesive Interval Method (MSI) tool, the Microsoft Excel 2019 computer program and SPSS version 23, The results of this study prove that there is a correlation between Scarcity Message and Discount and has a relationship with low and unidirectional criteria. The results of hypothesis testing partially, the Scarcity Message variable and the Discount variable have a significant effect on the Impulse Buying variable. There is a simultaneous effect of Scarcity Messages and Discounts on Impulse Buying on Followers of the Shopee Indonesia Twitter Account.
