Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of implementing e-Filing, eBilling and Tax Knowledge on Individual Taxpayer Compliance. This study uses a quantitative method with a correlational research design. The population in this study are individual taxpayers who have earned income, taxpayers who use eFiling and e-Billing to report their taxes and pay taxes. The results of this study are: (1) There is a positive and significant effect of eFiling on Individual Taxpayer Compliance (2) There is a negative and insignificant effect of e-Billing on Individual Taxpayer Compliance (3) There is a positive and significant effect of Tax Knowledge on Individual Taxpayer Compliance (4) There is a positive and significant effect of the Implementation of e-Filing, e-Billing and Tax Knowledge on Individual Taxpayer Compliance. Abstract

Textbooks are very influential for teachers and students in the learning process. This study aims to evaluate reading materials in textbooks. The researchers used an evaluation checklist framework developed by (Mohamed, 2013). The subject of this research is a textbook that uses an Merdeka curriculum. The result show that sufficient reading materials with a variety of texts is available in each chapter. Reading materials also helps students in reading comprehension. In addition to reading materials, it is also interesting and up-to-date by raising the latest issues. Then in terms of some reading, it is also easy with only a few paragraphs. In addition, the reading length corresponds to the textbook's grade level and uses several authentic materials. This means that this textbook is considered good in terms of reading materials. For the next research, can focus on other aspects such as speaking and listening materials.

Abstract

This study applies the method of calculating the power of each component before designing the implementation of the instrumentation system for monitoring ISMOTA orchid plants. The instrumentation system in this tool can monitor orchid plants by conditioning the temperature and humidity of the plant's soil. There is also a live stream mode because it uses the ESP32 Cam module. Temperature conditioning is carried out on the DHT22 sensor, conditioning plant moisture as input also from sensor readings carried out by the Soil Moisture sensor. the program module to process all existing inputs using ESP32. The output of this system is in the form of 3 types of actuators such as Fan Dc, Solenoid Valve and also Pump Dc. The system will work when the temperature reaches the normal threshold in the range of 21° - 29° to turn on the Dc Fan as a condition for the temperature around the plant. For humidity, system conditioning will be regulated with the output of the Pump Dc actuator and Selonoid Valve to water the plants so that conditions return to the humidity limit, which is at 80%.

Abstract

The goals of this research are: 1) to find out if there is a strong connection between Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) and Reading Comprehension. 2) to find out if there is a strong connection between Reading Interest and Reading Comprehension. 3) to find out if there is a strong correlation between students' HOTS, Reading Interest and Reading Comprehension. This study took place at the eleventh grade of SMAN 1 Colomadu during the 2022/2023 Academic Year. The researcher used a type of research that looked at numbers and relationships between things whic is correlation research. This study involved 26 students who were chosen to be part of the research. The students were selected randomly for the study. The researcher used different ways to collect data, including tests and not tests. For the test, there are 20 questions that measure how well students HOTS and reading comprehension. For the non-test method, the researcher used a set of questionnaire to find out how interested students are in reading. The researcher used multiple linear regression to examine the data. The results of this study showed that : 1) there is a strong connection between a student's HOTS and their reading comprehension. The data analysis shows that the t-value 4. 102 is higher than the t-table value 2. 0342. 2) there is no significant correlation between students’ reading comprehension and reading interest. The data analysis shows that the value of t (0. 008) is less than the ttable value (2. 034). 3) there is weak correlation between HOTS, reading interest and reading comprehension. Based on the analysis of the data, the value of F (8,595) is greater than the value of Ftable (3,28). The findings of this study are expected to inspire students to read more and enhance their abilities to understand what they read and think critically. This research wants teachers to be more imaginative and inventive when they teach reading material. This research can help other researchers who are studying HOTS, reading interest, and reading comprehension.

Abstract

The teacher's obligation to implement authentic assessment has been increasingly emphasized since the publication of the 2013 curriculum. In its implementation, there are still many obstacles faced by teachers, such as the many aspects of assessment and the teacher's lack of understanding of authentic assessment. The focus of this research is to investigate teachers’ beliefs and practices of authentic assessment in assessing students' speaking skills. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study design. The participants in this study were two teachers who had teaching experience of more than 20 years who taught at the same school. Data collection was carried out through interviews and followed by class observations twice a week. The results of this study found that both teachers expressed their beliefs about authentic assessment in terms of authentic assessment concept, assessment reference, authentic assessment task, assessment instrument, and assessment preparation. However, several stated beliefs are not implemented in practice. Based on the findings obtained, the implications in this research indicate the need for guidance to teachers regarding the importance of thorough preparation in assessing students' abilities with established curriculum standards.

Abstract

Optical Distribution Point or ODP is a supporting feature for fiber optic services that acts as a drop optic cable termination point or a place to share one optical core to customers. For the smoothness of the network, it is necessary to validate the panels contained in the Optical Distribution Point. Panel name validation in Optical Distribution Point (ODP) is a process of verifying or standardizing ODP panel names to become panels. The standardization of panel names aims to equalize panel names in ODP, as well as to integrate Telkom Indonesia's other tools (Unknown, Definition and Functions of Optical Distribution Points or ODP, 2020). The ODP panel name validation process is carried out using the UIM tolls. UIM is a production equipment management information system that provides presentation and production equipment techniques at PT Telkom. The UIM application is an application used by Data Management officers.Panel validation on ODP is carried out by retrieving panel ODP data in Microsoft Excel, then validating it in the UIM (Unified Inventory Management) tool.

Abstract

A sound system is a system used to generate and amplify sound in a variety of applications, such as music concerts, theatrical stages, and home audio systems. One of the important components in a sound system is an amplifier or system amplifier, whose job is to amplify the audio signal so that it can drive speakers with good sound quality. This study aims to perform performance analysis in the manufacture and design of amplifiers on sound systems. The method used includes component selection, circuit design, and testing the performance of the amplifier being built. At the manufacturing stage, the components used are selected based on the desired specifications, including the types of transistors, capacitors, and resistors. The amplifier circuit is then designed based on the principles of electronics and the desired design. The results of the performance analysis can be used to improve the amplifier design, make component adjustments, or choose a better alternative. In addition, performance analysis also provides a better understanding of the characteristics of the amplifier in producing sound quality.

Abstract

Integrating 21st-century skills into textbooks is very important to accommodate students' needs for the 21st-century skills to face the global era. This study investigates the integration of the 21st-century skills in the Merdeka Curriculum English Textbooks for the tenth-grade students. Content analysis was employed as the research design. The researchers used checklist method as the instrument and analyzed the findings by using a descriptive approach. The result of the analysis revealed that 11 of the 21st-century skills were integrated into the textbook, including the essential skills such as critical thinking, problem-solving, effective communication, collaboration, creativity, and innovation. The textbook also includes various other skills, such as media literacy, leadership and responsibility, information and communication technology (ICT), productivity and accountability, initiative and self-direction, social and cross-cultural, and flexibility and adaptability. The 11 skills are included through Nunan’s (2004) task components, namely goals, inputs, procedures, learner roles, and settings. The integration is also completed through other strategies, such as pictures and quotes. In conclusion, this textbook has fulfilled skills which required by current context of education, so that students are capitalized by the appropriate characteristics.

Abstract

The study aims to describe the novel's actant and functional schemes The Kris by Panji Sukma. This research is qualitative research with an analytic descriptive method. The subject of this research is the novel The Krisby Panji Sukma. Meanwhile, the object of this research is an actan and functional scheme. Data collection techniques in this study are reading techniques, note-taking techniques, and library techniques. Data analysis techniques in this study are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of the analysis show the potential structure found in the novel Kris Panji Sukma's work totals sixteen schemes which are excerpts from the events in each chapter of the novel. There are ten perfect schemes and six imperfect schemes. Imperfect schemes are dominated by the absence of constraints. The results of the functional model analysis include the entire storyline based on the accounting scheme that has been found. Based on the sixteen functional models disclosed, two incomplete functional models were found. The incompleteness of the model is due to the hanging story. Functional models in novelsSang Dagger Panji Sukma's works are diverse. It is marked by the variety of issues raised in the novel. However, each chapter in the novel has the same common thread, namely talking about keris. The results of this study can be relevant to the teaching materials of literary texts on novel materials. The utilization of research results is expected to be able to add references to Indonesian literary texts that are worthy of being studied by students.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the financial performance at PT. Altek Metalinti Jaya for the 2019-2021 period in terms of liquidity ratios, solvency ratios, profitability ratios, and activity ratios. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The processed data is the company's financial statements PT. Altek Metalinti Jaya Period 2019-2021. The method of analysis utilized is called quantitative analysis, and it makes use of numerical data processing as a tool for conducting and interpreting investigations. The next step is a time series analysis, which compares financial ratios from one period to the next. The examination of financial ratios, including those for liquidity, solvency, profitability, and activity, is done using ratios. With the results of research on the liquidity ratio seen from the current ratio in good condition but on the quick debt ratio, the company is not in good condition, from the solvency ratio seen from the ratio of debt to assets and the ratio of debt to equity, the company is in good health, and from the profitability ratio seen from the gross profit margin ratio, net profit margin, operating profit margin, the company is experiencing financial condition instability and from the activity ratio seen from the asset turnover ratio, working capital turnover ratio, fixed asset turnover ratio, and inventory turnover ratio, the company is in a condition that good because the proportion in this ratio has increased every year.
