Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan (JIWP) Diterbitkan sebagai upaya untuk mempublikasikan hasil-hasil penelitian dan temuan di bidang pendidikan . Abstract

This study aims to see how personal cost of reporting, organizational commitment, and attitudes influence the intention of employees tax on reporting violations (whistleblowing). Data collection techniques in this study used primary data, namely questionnaires distributed to respondents at the research object, namely the Pratama Natar Tax Service Office. The selection of the sample in this study used non-probability sampling, namely the type of saturated or census sampling, where each member of the population was taken as a sample of 102 respondents with a return rate of 98%, so that a total of 100 questionnaires. Completed questionnaires will be processed using SPSS software version 26, using multiple regression analysis techniques. The results of data processing can be concluded that personal cost of reporting has a positive effect on whistleblowing intentions with a significance value of 0,026 < 0,05 so that the first hypothesis is accepted. For the Organizational Commitment variable there is a positive influence on whistleblowing intentions with a significance value of 0,001 < 0,05 so the second hypothesis is accepted. And for the attitude variable it is concluded that there is a positive influence on whistleblowing intentions with a significance value of 0,010 < 0,05 so that the third hypothesis can be said to be accepted.

Abstract

DWI RENDRA AGUNG, 2023 “Pengaruh Kompetensi dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja karyawan PT. Totum Diba Cirebon”. Skripsi. Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Singaperbangsa Karawang. Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Kompetensi dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Totum Diba Cirebon. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan deskriptif verifikatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu data primer yang diperoleh melalui kuisioner. Populasi penelitian ini adalah karawan tetap PT. Totum Diba Cirebon di tahun 2022 sampai 2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan taraf signifikasi 5% pada perhitungan sampel berjumlah 116 orang yang ditentukan menggunakan teknik sampling purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan path analysis untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh dari kompetensi dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan . Hasil analisis korelasi antara kompetensi dan kinerja karyawan mendapatkan nilai 0,770, artinya keduanya memiliki korelasi kuat dengan hubungan positif dan searah sebesar 77%. Hasil uji secara parsial kompetensi dan kinerja karyawan koefisien jalur sebesar 23.5% dan hasil perhitungan koefisien determinasi sebesar 0.128, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa displin kerja memiliki pengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 12.8%. Sedangkan variabel promosi memiliki nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 40.4% dan hasil perhitungan koefisien determinasi sebesar 0.236%. hal ini menunjukkan bahwa displin kerja memiliki pengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 23.6% sedangkan sisanya 76.4% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. Hasil dari uji hipotesis pengaruh kompetensi dan displin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan secara simultan berpengaruh sebesar 0,364 atau 36.4% sedangkan pengaruh dari variabel lain diluar model adalah sebesar 0,636 atau 63.6 %.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and explain the role of brand awareness in mediating the effect of celebrity endorser credibility on purchase intention at Blibli e-commerce. This research was conducted in Denpasar City with a total sample of 120 respondents. Purposive sampling method was used to determine the research sample. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires as measured by 10 indicators using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used to answer the proposed hypothesis is path analysis, Sobel test and VAF test. The results showed that the credibility of the celebrity endorser had a positive and significant effect on purchase intention on Blibli e-commerce, brand awareness had a positive and significant effect on purchase intention on Blibli e-commerce, and brand awareness played a partial role in mediating the variable of celebrity endorser credibility on purchase intention. The conclusion of this research in general proves that brand awareness makes a significant contribution to e-commerce that uses the services of celebrities to advertise products that are marketed with the aim of increasing consumer desire to buy. The implications of this study prove that celebrity endorser credibility and high brand awareness will encourage the intention of potential consumers to make purchases.

Abstract

A criminal act is a series of actions committed by a person or persons that have legal consequences for the perpetrator. One of the criminal acts contained in Indonesian positive law is a crime of decency (rape). The perpetrator can be one or more people. The research method used is a normative juridical research method with secondary data resources. The results of the study indicate that to uncover a criminal act of rape, it is necessary to have an examination by law enforcement without compromising the rights of the perpetrator and not ignoring the victim's sense of justice. One of the victims' sense of justice that should not be ignored is the disclosure of violence. This is because in the visum et repertum, this element of intercourse can still be proven and explained in it even though the occurrence of the crime of rape has been going on for a long time from the report of the crime. However, for signs of violence on rape victims, this may not be contained in the visum et repertum, considering that signs of violence which are usually in the form of wounds on the victim's body can gradually recover and disappear with increasing time. Thus, the role of visum et repertum can provide clues (corpus delicti) regarding the presence of elements of sexual intercourse and elements of violence, estimate the time of the crime of rape, can also provide results of examination of evidence in the crime of rape.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low morale of a nation requires educational institutions to participate in taking action to assist the government in solving the problem. The purpose of this study is to strengthen students' religious education through the habit of reading and writing the Quran. The approach that researchers use is a qualitative approach, the reason researchers use a qualitative approach is because this research will be carried out by observing objects. In this paradigm social reality is considered as something whole, complex, changeable, and full of meaning, used to examine a natural object. The method used in this study is descriptive because it intends to describe objectively, systematically and actuatically with observational and documentation interview data collection techniques. The results of this study show that the education of students' religious character can be strengthened through the habituation of praying five times every day. Congregational prayer activities are followed by joint duha prayer activities, carrying out Qur'an reading and writing through Istighasyah and high school prayers every day regularly, habituation of memorizing deposits of Arkanuddin material. Abstract

This study aims to identify the curriculum used by the Yaspida Sukabumi Islamic College. This study uses a qualitative approach using descriptive methods. The data collection technique uses in-depth interviews, observation and documentation studies. The research results show that the integrated curriculum provides learning opportunities and possibilities for students. The integration-based curriculum in Yaspida Sukabumi Islamic College is a curriculum that integrates the curriculum of Islamic boarding schools and schools with integrated curriculum components, community-based curriculum, competency-based curriculum, and worship practice-based curriculum

Abstract

Proper use of methods will largely determine the outcome of the educational and teaching process. Thus, educators must be good at choosing and using methods to match the material and teaching materials. Not to forget, as educators need to pay attention to several principles in the use of methods, so that teaching methods will lead to teaching success. The purpose of this study is to examine more deeply and identify Islamic education methods in the Quran. The method and type of data collection in this study is by library research by collecting books, journals and previous research results that support the research theme. This research data analysis technique uses a descriptive analysis approach. The stage begins with reducing data from library sources, then organizing and presenting data, verifying then ending with concluding data to answer the problem formulation. The results of this study show that the use of appropriate educational methods will have an impact on effective and efficient learning. This means that the method has a function and position and benefits in learning as described in the discussion description. In using the method, a teacher must also pay attention to the principle so that the use of the method remains colored with enthusiasm and direction. Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang tipologi bentuk nisan di Makam Datu Taliwang, Sumbawa Barat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan berupa observasi, wawancara, studi pustaka. Ada enam tipologi bentuk nisan yang ditemukan di lokasi penelitian yaitu, pedang, gunungan, bulat, papan, silindris dan menhir. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tipe pedang merupakan tipe yang berasal dari Sulawesi dan sampai ke Sumbawa. Unsur budaya prasejarah, Hindu-Budha terlihat dari tipologi bentuk nisan yang ditemukan dan mengalami penyatuan dengan budaya Islam.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to improve active learning through classroom management. The method and type of data collection in this study is by library research by collecting books, journals and previous research results that support the research theme. This research data analysis technique uses a descriptive analysis approach. The stage begins with reducing data from library sources, then organizing and presenting data, verifying then ending with concluding data to answer the problem formulation. The results of the study concluded that First Classroom Management is the teacher's skill to create and maintain optimal learning conditions, and control them when there is a disruption in the teaching and learning process. Both active learning are the result of joint design between teachers (trainers) and students (learners). The first step, teachers create a climate that allows the learning process to occur optimally. The next step, the teacher together with the students agree on the lesson plan to be implemented. Classroom Management Strategies in learning must increase effectiveness in student learning, including; 1. Creating an optimal classroom atmosphere or conditions. 2. Trying to stop deviant student behavior. 3. Creating Work Discipline. 4. Creating harmony between teachers and students

Abstract

This study aims to determine the interest of Buana Perjuangan University students in participating in the tax brevet program, this type of research is quantitative and is analyzed using the multiple linear regression method with sampling using the Random Sampling method from Buana Perjuangan University Accounting students who are taking or have taken Tax courses . The four variables studied are Career Motivation, Social Motivation, Knowledge Motivation and Economic Motivation and Student Interest in Joining the Tax Brevet Program. by using a questionnaire then carried out validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, model accuracy test and hypothesis test to find out the research results. With the research method that has been done, the results show that career motivation, knowledge motivation have a significant effect, while social motivation and economic motivation have no effect on students' interest in participating in the tax brevet program.
