Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis implementasi Peraturan Bupati Nomor 16 Tahun 2020 di Puskesmas Rajeg, Kabupaten Tangerang, terkait pencegahan stunting. Tujuannya adalah untuk mengidentifikasi implementasi Peraturan Bupati No. 16 Tahun 2020 Tentang Pencengahan Stunting Terintegrasi Di Kabupaten Tangerang, serta hambatan dan solusi dalam upaya penanggulangan stunting di Kecamatan Rajeg. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode wawancara, observasi, serta dokumentasi, penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa Kecamatan Rajeg menghadapi masalah angka stunting yang tinggi. Implementasi kebijakan ini menghadapi tantangan dalam bentuk kesadaran masyarakat yang rendah tentang pencegahan stunting dan kurangnya koordinasi antara pelaku kebijakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perlunya peningkatan edukasi untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat tentang pentingnya pencegahan stunting, dengan memanfaatkan berbagai saluran komunikasi yang tersedia. Selain itu, diperlukan koordinasi yang lebih baik antara instansi terkait melalui pertemuan rutin dan kolaborasi dalam pelaksanaan kebijakan. Penelitian ini memberikan panduan bagi pengambil kebijakan dan praktisi dalam mengatasi stunting dengan pendekatan terpadu di tingkat Kecamatan. Dengan langkah-langkah ini, diharapkan implementasi Peraturan Bupati No. 16 Tahun 2020 tentang Pencegahan Stunting dapat berjalan lebih efektif, mendorong penurunan angka stunting, dan meningkatkan kesehatan serta perkembangan generasi muda di wilayah tersebut. Kesadaran, edukasi, dan koordinasi yang ditingkatkan diharapkan dapat menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung pertumbuhan optimal anak-anak, mengurangi risiko stunting, dan membentuk masa depan yang lebih baik

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Return on Equity (ROE), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) and Current Ratio (CR) on Stock Return in Coal Mining Subsector Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2022 Period. The research method used is a quantitative method with a verificative descriptive approach. The population in this study is coal mining subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2022 period. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling and was obtained by as many as 8 companies. Data analysis techniques are carried out by descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption testing, verificative analysis and hypothesis testing with t test and F test using SPSS 26 software. The results of this study show that: (1) Return on Equity (ROE) partially has a significant positive effect on stock returns, (2) Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) partially does not have a significant effect on stock returns, (3) Current Ratio (CR) partially has a significant positive effect on stock returns, (4) Return on Equity (ROE), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Current Ratio (CR) simultaneously have a significant effect on Stock Returns.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent of The Influence of customer value on customer loyalty users of go-food features in the go-jek application. The location of this research is in Karawang, West Java. The population is all users of the Go-Food feature. The sample is some 100 users of the Go-Food feature, the sampling technique uses the google form. Data analysis using SPSS which has been tested for validity and reliability. The results of this study state that customer value has a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty of Go-Food feature users in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to determine, analyze, and at the same time explain the description of each variable, the magnitude of the relationship between brand image and product quality in the use of branded used clothing, as well as the partial and simultaneous influence of brand image and product quality on purchase intention on consumer use. branded used clothing, using quantitative methods and using descriptive analysis and verification. The inspection tool used is regression analiysis. The sample used in this study was 379 respondents from a population of 30,126.. Field information sorting procedures are complemented by online opinion polls The results showed that brand image and product quality had a fairly strong relationship, namely 0.597. Brand image has a partial impact of 0.231 or 23.1% on purchase intention. Product quality has a partial impact of 0.304 or 30.4% on purchase intention. The simultaneous effect of brand image and product quality on purchase intention is 0.533 or 53.5% so that brand image and product quality have a positive and significant value on buying interest in branded used clothing, while the remaining is 0.465 or 46.5%. influenced by various factors that were not analyzed.

Abstract

In the aviation industry, determining vendors for aircraft materials is an important task that can affect the quality, reliability and safety of aircraft. The selection of the right material for the aircraft is crucial, because it is closely related to the operational sustainability and overall performance of the aircraft. However, determining vendors for aircraft materials often involves a variety of complex criteria and requires an efficient and precise approach. In this study, using the Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) Algorithm to solve the problem of determining aircraft material vendors. The PSO algorithm has proven effective in a variety of optimization problems and offers a population-based approach inspired by group behavior in nature. By utilizing the PSO algorithm, it can optimize the process of determining vendors for aircraft materials by considering criteria such as quality of delivery and average quality score. The results of the research show that the PSO algorithm is able to find the optimal combination of vendors efficiently, thereby helping stakeholders make more informed and result-oriented decisions. In addition, the results of this study also show that the PSO algorithm itself has a weakness, namely being stuck at a local optimum, having difficulty finding global solutions. Particles moving towards a local optimum may reduce exploration effort to find a better solution globally.

Abstract

Stunting is a situation where a child's height is shorter than that of his age. Based on data for 2020, WHO noted that children under the age of five experienced stunting by 21.3%. One of the areas with a fairly high stunting rate in the Jember area is Cakru Village, which is located in Kencong District. The stunting rate in this area reaches 50 out of a total of 503 children in the village. In this regard, the 002 Cakru Village Collaborative Community Service Group took the initiative to develop a work program aimed at reducing stunting rates in Cakru Village, Kencong District. The method used in this study was counseling on stunting prevention at the research location, namely Cakru Village, Kencong, Jember. Respondents in this counseling consisted of 40 mothers under five from Cakru Village, Kencong, Jember where in each hamlet there were 10 participants from Krajan Hamlet, Igir-Igir Hamlet, Tempuran Hamlet, and Gondangrejo Hamlet. The age of the children who were targeted in the data collection was children in the first 1,000 days of birth. The socialization of Stunting Prevention Counseling in Cakru Village, Kencong District, was carried out well. All residents participated in this program enthusiastically, by participating in counseling and answering quizzes (questions and answers) well and understanding the contents of the material.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of the family in forming an entrepreneurial spirit in elementary school-aged children in Bandungrejo Village. To find out the role of the community in forming an entrepreneurial spirit in elementary school age children in Bandungrejo Village. This study uses a type of qualitative research with research subjects namely parents and students. Data collection techniques include the stages of observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis includes data reduction, data presentation, verification or conclusion. The results showed that the role of the family in forming an entrepreneurial spirit in elementary school-age children in Bandungrejo Village included fostering self-confidence, teaching task- and result-oriented children, teaching children to take risks, accustoming children to leadership, accustoming children to having a self-oriented spirit. future. The role of the community in shaping the entrepreneurial spirit of elementary school-age children in Bandungrejo Village includes involvement in making decisions to advance entrepreneurship in Bandungrejo Village, forms of community contribution to increase the role of children in entrepreneurship, work organization to regulate business development and setting goals for entrepreneurial development in Bandungrejo Village.

Abstract

This article explores the role of linguistics and language in shaping thought, behavior, and personality. Drawing on the theories of Ferdinand de Saussure and Benjamin Lee Whorf, the study examines how linguistic categories and structures influence cognitive categorization, impacting individual perceptions of the world. Linguistics encompasses various fields, including phonology, phonetics, morphology, syntax, semantics, pragmatics, and language acquisition, all of which contribute to the understanding and analysis of language. The research employs the branch of pragmatics to analyze linguistic symbols found in the movie Venom: Let There Be Carnage, exploring how these symbols convey meaning and influence communication. The Sapir-Whorf hypothesis is also discussed, highlighting the notion that language can shape one's thoughts and worldview. Additionally, the article examines the relationship between language and personality, emphasizing the potential impact of linguistic structures on behavior and the development of mental health disorders. The study ultimately underscores the significance of language as a powerful tool that mediates between thought and sound, shaping human communication, perception, and identity. The chosen movie serves as a rich source of linguistic analysis, offering insights into the personality of the main character, Eddie Brock, through the use of language.

Abstract

Adanya penelitian ini, berguna untuk mendeskripsikan pemerolehan morfologi pada anak berusia 6 tahun. Masalah pada penelitian ini yaitu, bagaimana perubahan pemerolehan morfologi pada anak berusia 6 tahun, yang dilihat berdasarkan tatanan kata dan turunan kata. Metode penelitian ini yaitu, metode deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek yang digunakan adalah Vicky Nur Ahmad berusia 6 tahun. Penelitian ini menggunakan data berupa bentuk kata yang dilafalkan oleh Vicky. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan terhadap penelitian ini yaitu, sadap, simak libat cakap, rekan, dan catat. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu, (1) berdasarkan kosakata dan pelafalan kata pada anak berusia 6 tahun, maka pemerolehan bahasanya sudah baik. Terlihat berdasarkan banyaknya kosakata yang dimiliki oleh anak; dan (2) berdasarkan afiksasi dan reduplikasi, maka secara keseluruhan anak berusia 6 tahun sudah baik dalam melakukan percakapan. Walaupun, masih ditemukan sebagian kesalahan dalam pelafalannya.

Abstract

Prosedur penentuan standar penggajian terhadap karyawan dapat membantu kegiatan pokok dalam perusahaa, untuk menghasilkan produk/jasa yang baik. Gaji adalah pembayaran atas jasa yang telah dilakukan oleh karyawan yang bekerja terhadap perusahaan selama satu bulan. Gaji sangat memberi peran penting dalam sebuah perusahaan juga untuk karyawan, karena gaji merupakan salah satu faktor pendorong terhadap kinerja karyawan untuk memberikan pelayanan yang baik, juga untuk menjamin kesejahteraan karyawan yang bekerja diperusahaan. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai adalah untuk mengetahui prosedur standar penggajian, dokumen yang digunakan dalam prosedur penggajian.
