Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Innovativeness,Stress, Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Statisfaction, Perceived Risk dan Perceived Trust terhadap Intention to Use yang dimediasi oleh Perceived Usefulness penggunaan layanan Go-Pay pada aplikasi Go-Jek di Kota Payakumbuh. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif kemudian data diolah serta dianalisis menggunakan metode SEM-PLS dengan bantuan software SmartPls 3.2.6. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 160 responden yang pernah melakukan transaksi menggunakan Go-Pay minimal 2x dalam tiga bulan terakhir. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu dengan metode purposive sampling. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa innovativeness dan perceived ease of use berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perceived usefulness, perceived usefulness dan perceived trust berpengaruh signifikan terhadap intention to use, perceived risk berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap intention to use, kemudian Perceived ease of use berpengaruh signifikan terhadap intention to use yang dimediasi oleh perceived usefulness . Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah agar pihak Go-Jek dapat meningkatkan kemudahan dan keamanan transaksi menggunakan Go-Pay agar niat penggunanan layanan Go-Pay dapat meningkat. Kata Kunci: Innovativeness; Stress; Perceived Ease of Use; Perceived Statisfaction; Perceived Usefulness; Perceived Risk; Perceived Trust; Intention to Use.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the mathematical communication ability of grade VIII students at SMP Negeri 1 Sumpiuh (State Junior High School 1 of Sumpiuh) in terms of self-confidence. The research employs a qualitative descriptive approach. In this study, there are three categories of self-confidence: high, moderate, and low. Each category consists of three students who are the subjects of the research. Data collection methods in this study include self-confidence questionnaires, mathematical communication ability tests, and interviews. The results of this study indicate that students with high self-confidence are capable of explaining using their own language effectively, presenting explanations in the form of drawings, solving mathematical problems, and expressing mathematical issues occurring in daily life in a mathematical form, although there are some mistakes. Students with moderate self-confidence can explain adequately in their own language, present explanations in the form of drawings, and partially solve mathematical problems, and they can express mathematical issues in daily life in a mathematical form, although not entirely accurate. Some students with low self-confidence can explain reasonably well in their own language, present explanations in the form of drawings, partially solve mathematical problems with errors, and express mathematical issues in daily life in a mathematical form, but not accurately.

Abstract

Opinion that is present from the public is one indicator of sentiment assessment that can be used to assess a matter. In 2020, the world is experiencing a COVID-19 pandemic so that Indonesia is also affected. On Twitter social media at that time there was a lot of discussion about the virus and the state of government policy at that time. Through these tweets, there are those who agree to provide a response to the policy, there are also those who oppose or disagree. Producing these responses is divided into two types of groups, namely positive and negative groups. In this study, tweets were analyzed using two algorithms, namely SVM and Naïve Bayes compared with and without feature selection by the information gain operator so that information is extracted that public opinion tends to be positive or negative. Comparing the algorithms in this study resulted in the highest level of accuracy using the SVM method plus information gain which resulted in an accuracy rate of 66.7% with a precision of 65.5%, a recall value of 66.9% and an f1-score of 66.2%.

Abstract

The point of this study is to ascertain and examine the effect of Land and Building Tax and Acqustion Duty of Right on Land and Building both partially and simultaneously on DKI Jakarta's Original Local Government Revenue in 2017 – 2022. The population of this study includes data recapitulation targets and PBB-P2 and BPHTB revenues in 2017 – 2022. Through the use of purposive sampling, the sample was selected.. Associative quantitative is the method of data analysis used in this study. t and f tests for testing hypotheses. The outcames of this study show that BPHTB (X1) has a significant positive effect on PAD DKI Jakarta. This is indicated by a significance value (Sig.) 0.011 < 0.05. PBB-P2 (X2) has a negative significant effect on PAD DKI Jakarta. This is indicated by a significance value (Sig.) 0.019 < 0.05. BPHTB (X1) and PBB-P2 (X2) have a simultaneous effect on PAD DKI Jakarta. This is indicated by a significance value (Sig.) 0.032 < 0.05.

Abstract

The implementation of corporate social responsibility become a global trend, along with concern from people for the company’s social environment. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of management ownership, foreign ownership, profitability, and leverage on corporate social responsibility disclosure during covid-19. This research was conducted on the IDX. The sampling method used purposive sampling. 17 property and real estate companies listed on IDX for 2020-2021 period were meet the research criteria with total 34 of observations. Data analysis technique were used multiple linear analysis. The result of this study showed management ownership, foreign ownership and profitability have no effect on Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure. Leverage have significant effect on Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure.

Abstract

Pentingnya peningkatan mobilitas cerdas di Kota Jakarta sebagai solusi terhadap kemacetan dan polusi udara yang disebabkan oleh peningkatan jumlah penduduk dan penggunaan kendaraan bermotor. Dalam konteks implementasi konsep kota pintar, peningkatan mobilitas cerdas melalui sistem pelayanan transportasi umum menjadi sangat penting untuk menarik minat masyarakat beralih dari kendaraan pribadi ke transportasi umum. Secara umum transportasi massal, MRT (Mass Rapid Transit) menjadi alternatif yang diharapkan dapat mengurangi kemacetan di Ibu Kota Jakarta. Dengan fasilitas yang disediakan, seperti AC, toilet, tempat duduk, CCTV, dan tingkat keamanan yang baik, MRT Jakarta diharapkan dapat menarik minat masyarakat untuk beralih ke transportasi massal. Konsep MRT ini dianggap aman dan cepat, serta memberikan solusi transportasi yang diminati oleh masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang pentingnya peningkatan mobilitas cerdas, khususnya melalui MRT Jakarta, sebagai solusi untuk mengatasi kemacetan dan polusi di Ibu Kota. Temuan dan rekomendasi dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi pemerintah dan pembuat kebijakan dalam meningkatkan efisiensi transportasi dan mempromosikan penggunaan transportasi umum sebagai pilihan utama dalam mobilitas perkotaan yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Knowledge of personal menstrual sanitation allows women to misbehave in the act of personal menstrual sanitation which can cause vaginal discharge, venereal diseases, skin irritation and urinary tract infections (UTIs). The purpose of this research was to find out the relevance between knowledge level and behavior of young lad about menstrual personal cleanliness at the Ministry of Health Surabaya Polytechnic, DIII Nursing Study Program, Tuban. The study design uses correlation with a cross sectional approach. The population in this research were female students level 1 & 2 of the Surabaya Ministry of Health Polytechnic, DIII Nursing Study Program, Tuban. The sampling mode used is total sampling. The instrument in this study used a questionnaire, and the data was analyzed using chi-square test. Based on statistical check results obtained (p = 0.287 <0.05) which means there is no relationship between knowledge and personal hygiene menstruation behavior in DIII Nursing Study Program students in Tuban, with knowledge results in the good category 67.1% and behavior in the sufficient category 48 .2%. It is expected that the respondent will carry out personal menstrual hygiene actions properly and correctly.

Abstract

HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Virus) sufferers need to be treated to reduce the amount of virus in the body and prevent opportunistic infections and their complications, antiretrovirals (ARVs) are consumed for life, on time, and with discipline. Based on the available data, there are still many patients who do not adhere to treatment. The purpose of this study is to analyze the VCT Polyclinic at RSUD dr. R. Koesma Tuban, namely the Relationship between Family Support and Compliance with Taking ARV Medicine in HIV Patients.Collaborative analytic research design with a cross-sectional approach. The study population was 227 HIV patients who were taking ARV treatment at the VCT Polyclinic at RSUD dr. R. Koesma Tuban from a sample of 138 patients. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The research variable is independent family support, the dependent variable is adherence to taking ARV medication. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire which was analyzed using the Spearman Rank Correlation test.The results showed that most (65.9%) patients had good family support, and most had good medication adherence (64.5%). After the Spearman Rank Correlation test was carried out, it was obtained p = 0.000 with p <0.05 indicating a strong significant relationship between family support and adherence to taking ARV medication (0.691) with a result of p = 0.000 with p <0.005.This shows that family support is very important for HIV patients to take treatment, because with good family support HIV patients are obedient in taking treatment.

Abstract

Penggunaan produk Korea Selatan di Indonesia sedang berkembang begitu cepat. Pada akhir-akhir ini, toko yang menjual produk Korea di Bali jumlahnya meningkat salah satunya Toko Balikita. Tujuan dilaksanakannya penelitian berguna dalam memaparkan mediasi peran brand image terhadap pengaruh celebrity endorsement pada niat beli konsumen di Toko Balikita. Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan kepada orang yang akan melakukan pembelian dan belum pernah melakukan pembelian produk Toko Balikita dengan sampel 110 responden dengan alat bantu kuesioner dalam bentuk google form, menganalisis data mempergunakan path analysis dan uji sobel. Brand image Toko Balikita memengaruhi positif bersignifikan dalam memediasi celebrity endorsement kepada niat beli konsumen. Celebrity endorsement memiliki kapasitas untuk meningkatkan niat beli calon konsumen terhadap produk Toko Balikita dengan membentuk brand image kuat dan tetap tertanam dalam ingatan konsumen terhadap produk Toko Balikita. Implikasi dari penelitian ini yaitu pentingnya peran selebriti sebagai endorser dalam pemasaran produk atau layanan di Toko Balikita. Perusahaan atau toko lain pun bisa mempertimbangkan mempergunakan selebriti sebagai cara untuk meningkatkan daya tarik produk mereka di pasar. Hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan dasar empiris bagi perusahaan untuk melanjutkan atau mengembangkan strategi pemasaran berlandaskan celebrity endorsement dan brand image yang telah terbukti efektif.

Abstract

Flood is a seasonal disaster that occurs in Ciledug District, Tangerang City with an average water level of 1-3 meters. Factors such as overflowing Angke River, lack of water catchment areas, drainage that is not functioning optimally, and lack of community participation in protecting the environment affect this. The research was conducted with the aim of knowing the root causes and actions that need to be taken in implementing flood management in Ciledug District, Tangerang City. The research method was carried out in a descriptive-qualitative manner through observation, interviews, and documentation, to then be processed through data triangulation. The results showed that the implementation of the handling of the Regional Disaster Management Agency (UPT BPBD) in Ciledug District was in accordance with the concept of flood management from George Edward III's theory. Shown by a decrease in the number of flood points, a more controlled volume of water, and a shorter duration of water absorption. The community, especially the Tajur sub-district feel the positive effects of this implementation. The concept of flood management can be a guide for the government in improving flood management policies in the future to improve environmental health and community welfare.
