Abstract

This study aims to increase the motivation and learning outcomes of class X students of SMA Negeri 2 Maumere through the application of the STAD type cooperative learning model with ecosystem materials. This research is a classroom action research (CAR) with two cycles of action consisting of action planning, action implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this study were students of class X IPA I SMA Negeri 2 Maumere with a total of 36 students. Data collection methods include students' learning motivation in STAD type cooperative learning and test result data which is carried out at the end of each cycle. Data analysis was carried out in a quantitative descriptive manner. The results showed that students' learning motivation increased by giving a questionnaire in the first cycle with a total of 36 students who had attitudes or interests with a sufficient category of 10 people, good 8 people, very good 2 people and less 16 people, while in the second cycle there was an increase with the number of students who have attitudes or interests with categories, enough 5 people, less 2 people, good 25 people, very good 4 people. Learning outcomes showed an increase in the percentage of students who completed classical learning, increased from 69.44% in the first cycle, an increase of 100% in the second cycle. The increase in the value of students' learning motivation in each cycle shows that the STAD type cooperative learning model can increase the motivation and learning outcomes of students in class X IPA I SMA Negeri 2 Maumere.

Abstract

Intercity and Inter-Provincial Bus (AKAP) as a mode of mass transportation must meet Occupational Health and Safety (K3) requirements in various aspects. In addition to maintaining health and safety for all bus passengers and crew, the implementation of K3 serves to maintain the reliability of the transportation system. This study aims to determine the application of K3 to land transportation modes, namely AKAP passenger buses in Klari Terminal, Kab. Karawang. Qualitative descriptive research method, data collection techniques are carried out by observation, interview and documentation techniques. The implementation of the K3 program for AKAP passenger buses at Klari Terminal has been carried out according to the applicable standards, but for the facilities and infrastructure in the vehicle, all vehicles are suitable for operating according to the AKAP passenger bus standards.

Abstract

This study is aimed to find out the language styles in five Dorothea Rosa Herliany’s poems in 2020/2021. Saint Rosa 1, Saint Rosa 2, Visitors to History, Children’s Games and Melancholy Memo. The source of data in this study is a book entitled Santa Rosa Saint Rosa Dorothea Rosa Herliany [Poems] written by Dorothea Rosa Herliany, edited and translated by Harry Aveling, published by Indonesian Tera in 2005. The method of data collection in this study is documentary. The data gathered through documentary method were analyzed by using descriptive method. It was found out that Saint Rosa 1, Saint Rosa 2, Visitors to History, Children’s Games and Melancholy Memo contain several languages styles in terms of hyperbola, litotes, irony, antithesis, personification, simile, metaphor, allegory, ellipsis, repetition, parallelism and chiasmus.

Abstract

The current pandemic that is engulfing the world has had a profound impact on institutions in the world. education. So that the learning process during the pandemic is carried out with a bold system. Courage-based learning is also carried out by schools in elementary schools in the Sekarteja village, East Lombok. So this research was conducted in the Sekarteja sub-district which has three schools, namely SD N I, 2, and 3 Sekarteja. The author conducted this study in order to correlate IT skills with learning outcomes, by comparing the values ​​obtained before bold learning and after daring learning in the same subject. The data was obtained by providing an online questionnaire which was distributed through the walisiswa Whatsapp group. Questionnaire value data obtained through the SPSS application. The author processes the data with the analysis of Descriptive Statistics Frequencies in processing the data that has been processed so that it becomes the average value of the subjects related to the value components: questionnaire scores, B. Indonesian subjects scores, Subject scores, Natural Sciences, subjects scores, Mathematics, Social Studies subjects scores, and mean scores before bold learning on similar subjects. Bivariate correlation analysis was used to compare the average value on the map concerned in the face-to-face learning and learning process with the aim of classifying the results of data processing into criteria to become information and evaluation. The criteria made by the author are: very less 0-25, less 26-50, enough 51-75, good 76-100. This research is carried out so that schools can find out the correlation of courageous learning with student learning outcomes, so that schools can make improvements to the bold learning system.

Abstract

This research is motivated by differences in the eating habits of students of MAN Insan Cendekia West Halmahera (Boarding School) and students of SMA Negeri 11 Tidore Kepulauan (regular school). The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a difference in the relationship between diet and nutritional status with the level of physical fitness of students in the two school models. This research was conducted at MAN Insan Cendekia and SMA Negeri 11 Tidore Kepulauan. The subjects of this study were 60 students of class X, consisting of 30 students from MAN Insan Cendekia and 30 students from SMA Negeri 11 Tidore Kepulauan. The data was collected by using a questionnaire and measurement test techniques. Dietary data were obtained using a 24-hour food recall instrument and a questionnaire, nutritional status data were obtained by measuring height, weight, arm circumference and head circumference calculating Body Mass Index (BMI), data on physical fitness levels using a 40 meter running test, jumping test. upright and sit down test to calculate the standard TKJI. The data analysis technique used product moment correlation with a significant level of 5%. The results of this study indicate that there is a relationship between diet and nutritional status with the level of physical fitness, namely the r table value of o, 361 <r count of 0.472 for regular schools and the value of r table of o, 361 <r count 0.538 for boarding school . These results indicate that there is no significant difference between regular school students (SMA Negeri 11 Tidore Kepulauan) and boarding school (MAN Insan Cendekia Halmahera Barat).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the use of Microsoft Sway learning media in learning to write descriptive text with the background of the lack of use of Microsoft Sway in learning and the lack of student motivation. This research is a qualitative research. The subjects in this study were seventh grade students of State Junior High School 2 Kutaluya. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research method. Data collection techniques in the form of student assignments and learning outcomes of writing descriptive text. The data analysis technique in this research is descriptive analysis. The results of this study are: 1) Before using Microsoft Sway learning media, there are problems with students, namely the lack of student motivation in learning to write descriptive text. This is due to the lack of effective learning media used by teachers. 2) After using Microsoft Sway learning media, students were very enthusiastic about the use of learning media used by teachers (researchers). The results of this study can be said to be effective, because it can increase students' enthusiasm for learning and learning motivation.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to get the right slope of the gutters for growth and yield of Shallot (Allium ascalonicum L.) varieties of Bima. The experiment was conducted in the village of Nagrak , East Darangdan District, Purwakarta District, West Java Province. from June to August 2021. The research used experiment method with design of Randomized Group of a single factor, consisting of 7 treatments and 4 replication namely A (1%), B (3%), C (5%), D(7%), E (9%), F(11%), G (13%). The parameters measured in this study were plant height, number of leaves, number of tillers, number of tubers, tuber diameter, wet tuber weight per plant, wet tuber weight per installation, dry tuber weight per plant, dry tuber weight per gutter. The results showed that the administration various type of gutter slope affected plant height, number of leaves, number of tillers, number of tubers, tuber diameter, wet tuber weight per plant, wet tuber weight per gutter, dry tuber weight per plant, dry tuber weight per gutter. Shallot (Allium cepa ascalonicum L.) Bima variety. Treatment E (9%) gave the highest yield on tuber weight per gutter (159,92 g), with the number of tubers per plant (7,92 tuber).

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the financial performance of PDAM Kabupaten Pulau Morotai using financial ratio analysis based on liquidity ratios, activity ratios, solvency ratios, and profitability ratios. In addition to the financial ratio analysis, the researcher interviewed several key informants. The balance sheet and income statement PDAM are secondary data, while interviews with informants are primary data. The findings of the financial ratio analysis research at PDAM Pulau Morotai Regency are based on liquidity ratios seen from the Current Ratio in 2017-2019; the company's condition is in a deficit, the Fast Ratio in 2015-2019 is in good condition, and the cash ratio is relatively poor. When viewed from asset turnover ratio and total asset turnover, the company's condition in 2015-2019 was not good because the turnover obtained was only one time. When viewed from the Debt Ratio (debt ratio), the company's condition in 2015-2019 is quite good because it can pay all of its debts. The company's capital is greater than the company's debt, primarily the company's debt is 20%, and the company's capital is 80%. When viewed from the Operating Income in 2015-2019, the financial ratio indicates that the company's condition is not stable because the profit generated is a deficit. ROA from 2015 to 2019. The company's situation is problematic because risks offset the profits generated. ROE is also in a horrible state. According to the findings of this study, PDAM Morotai Island Regency is less stable in financial performance when viewed from the profitability ratios, risky when viewed from the company's activity ratio, average in financial performance when viewed from the company's solvency ratio, and finally good in financial performance when viewed from the PDAM Morotai Island Regency's PDAM Morotai Island Regency's PDAM Morotai Island Regency's PDAM.

Abstract

Reforms have brought changes to civil servants, including the police of the Republic of Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to find out the partial leadership style had a significant effect on Sikka Police investigators. In accordance with the formulation of the problem and research objectives, this research design uses descriptive research methods. Determination analysis results obtained a coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.567 which means that the three independent variables in this are able to explain the variations in the performance of the Sikka Police Investigator's performance of 48.90%. While the remaining 51.10% is explained by other variables that are not included in this research model.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the obstacles to the professionalism of certified educators faced by teachers when carrying out online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. The methods used are interviews and qualitative descriptive. The subjects of this research are professional teachers who have been certified educators in several senior high schools in Sikka Regency. The results showed that the obstacles experienced by teachers during teaching in online learning were that many students could not participate in learning activities. This was due to the lack of facilities owned by students when learning online because not all students had smartphones as learning media using online. can follow because the internet network is not good.
