Abstract

This qualitative research aims to find out about the Kulo group's marketing public relations strategy by increasing brand awareness at the Kulo coffee shop and understanding the obstacles faced by the Kulo Group's Marketing Public Relations in increasing Brand Awereness at the Kulo Coffee Shop. This research method uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Kulo group office research location. The research subjects were the Kulo Group Marketing Public Relations Team, and consumers at the Kulo coffee shop. The theory used is the Three Ways Strategy which includes push, pull, and pass. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, documentation. Data analysis techniques by reducing data or summarizing the data obtained, then presenting data that has a relationship with the title and then drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that Kedai Kopi Kulo designed a Public Relations strategy to increase brand awareness in accordance with the goals to be achieved and target market segmentation with the Push, Pull and Pass strategy as the strategy. So that makes Kedai Kopi Kulo a coffee brand that is able to develop and compete with other brands.

Abstract

This research specifically aims to describe the personality of the main character Lucas Ford in the novel In a Blue Moon by Ilana Tan. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. This type of research uses library, listening and note-taking techniques. His research is to examine the personality aspects of characters in literary works. This approach will provide an overview of the thought process experienced by the main character which is a form of the id, ego and superego personality aspects. The research results show that the personality of the main character in the novel In a Blue Moon by Ilana Tan includes the id, ego and superego.

Abstract

Marketing communications assist business people or businesses in providing knowledge to potential customers what kind of product to choose, how to get it, what benefits will get, and all information related to the product or service offered. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. With data collection techniques carried out by means of observation or observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation, data triangulation and conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the marketing communications used are still not optimal in an effort to attract buyers in terms of promotions and participants (buyers). This study uses Kotler's theory, namely the marketing mix with the seven Ps (7P), namely product, price, place, promotion, people, process, and physical evidence. physique). This study concludes that the management of marketing communications for Chuseyo Coffee at the Sukasari branch, Tangerang City in Attracting Buyer Interests, namely by utilizing Instagram social media and through online ordering applications, namely Gofood and Grabfood and the marketing communication barriers for Chuseyo Coffee at Sukasari branch, Tangerang City in Attracting Visitor Interests namely lies in promotions and participants, which is why there is a lack of buyers at Kopi Chuseyo, the Sukasari branch, Tangerang City.

Abstract

According to Riskesdas in 2018, the prevalence of prediabetes in Indonesia reached 26,3% of the adult population. An increase in blood sugar can be caused by consuming foods or drinks with high sugar, physical activity, stress factors, smoking habits and alcohol consumption. This study aims to analyze the relationship between sugar sweetened beverage consumption habits, physical activity and stress levels with the incidence of prediabetes in adults in Sukaluyu Village. This research uses a cross sectional design. The sample was determined using a purposive sampling technique of 81 respondents. Consumption of sugar sweetened beverages using the SQ FFQ form, physical activity using the GPAQ form and stress levels using the DASS 42 form. The results showed that there was no relationship between the habit of consuming sugar sweetened beverages (p-value=0,120), physical activity (p-value=0,713) and stress level (p-value=0,324) with fasting blood sugar levels as indicators of prediabetes. The conclusion of this study is that there is no significant relationship between sugar sweetened beverage consumption habits, physical activity and stress levels with the incidence of prediabetes in adults in Sukaluyu Village.

Abstract

Masa Pandemi Covid-19 membuat seluruh bisnis yang ada di Dunia ini mengalami penurunan penjualan, khususnya di Indonesia. Dampak dari adanya Pandemi ini membuat pemerintah harus membuat kebijakan baru untuk pemulihan ekonomi secara konsisten yang ada di Indonesia. Layla Cake Bakery merupakan sebuah usaha yang menjual aneka kue ulang tahun, kue bolu, serta berbagai aksesoris ulang tahun lainnya. Pada masa Pandemi Covid-19 bisnis ini mengalami penurunan penjualan, namun pada Pascapandemi bisnis ini berangsur meningkat kembali penjulannya. Melalui komunikasi pemasaran yang baik, sehingga dapat mengalami peningkatan yang pesat. Layla Cake Bakery menggunakan bauran pemasaran mix 7P (product, price, place, promotion, people, process, dan physical evidence) sebagai alat komunikasi untuk meningkatkan penjualan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaimana komunikasi pemasaran Layla Cake Bakery dalam meningkatkan penjualan. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa dalam komunikasi pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh Layla Cake Bakery berjalan dengan baik dan dapat meningkatkan penjualan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, dalam metode penelitian ini berfokus pada pengumpulan data deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the meaning of the language styles contained in the album "Manusiaku Humanmu Humannya" and to determine the form of teaching materials as recommendations for poetry learning for class X students. This type of research is qualitative research. This research approach uses a stylistic approach that focuses on the meaning of the Mustache and Beard song album entitled "Manusiaku Humanmu Humannya". This research method uses descriptive analysis methods. The subject of this research uses 8 songs which are the best works on the album. This research instrument uses tables with a structured data format. Based on research results from the analysis of the album, the song "Manusiaku Humanmu Humanmu" produces 39 language styles. Consisting of 3 hyperboles, 4 metaphors, 9 personifications, 5 similes, 6 allegories, 6 euphemisms, 5 symbolic ones, and 1 repetition. The language style that is widely used is personification and the language style that is least used is repetition. . Then use it as a recommendation for teaching materials in the form of audio visuals for class X students' poetry learning.

Abstract

Literary works have various values, one of which is religious value. Religious values ​​are religious norms that a person adheres to as a guide to life. One form of literary work is a novel. A novel is a work of fiction with a long storyline, so there are many conflicts between various characters in it. Through Ira Madan, research conducted by researchers has research objectives, namely. (1) Describe the religious values ​​contained in the novel Cahaya Cinta Pasantren. This research uses the theory of religious values ​​put forward byjauhari. Abstract

This research was made with the aim of knowing, analyzing and identifying, the effect of current ratio, debt to equity ratio, total assets turn over, return on equity, dividend payout ratio to price book value. (Case Study of State-Owned Enterprises Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018 – 2022 Period). This type of research uses a quantitative approach using secondary data obtained from the annual financial statements of State-Owned Enterprise companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2018 – 2022. Sampling was carried out by purposive sampling method with the total population in this study, namely 24 State- Owned Enterprise companies, so that the total sample in this study was 45 data, from 9 companies for 5 years. Based on the results of the t test, F test in this study, using the SPSS application version 25 and using the help of the Mircosoft Excel 2016 application, this study obtained the results of the current ratio, total assets turn over, dividend payout ratio does not affect the price book value, debt to equity ratio has a significant negative effect on price book value and return on equity has a significant positive effect on price book value, and current ratio, debt to equity ratio, total assets turn over, return on equity, dividend payout ratio simultaneously affect the price book value.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the influence of Customer Relationship Management (Crm) on D'primahotel Tangerang Customer Satisfaction. The research method used is a quantitative research method with a data collection method, namely a questionnaire. Data collection is carried out by giving several registered and structured questions or a statement to respondents to answer. This research aims to investigate and analyze the impact of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) on the level of customer satisfaction at D'Primahotel Tangerang. Based on the results of statistical tests, it can be obtained that the significance value of the customer relationship management (X) variable for the Customer Satisfaction variable (Y) is 0.000, which means that the significance value obtained is 0.000 < 0.05 and to determine the t table value for this variable is to form equation, where the number of respondents in this study was 100 people. As a result of the data analysis that has been carried out in this research, it can be concluded that in testing using the statistical t test it can be seen that the calculated t value is greater than the t table and it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that Customer Relationship Management (CRM) has a significant effect significant impact on d'primahotel Tangerang customer satisfaction. Customer relationship management (CRM) has a positive effect on customer satisfaction, which means that if CRM d'primahotel Tangerang does not improve processes and serve customers well, then customer satisfaction will decrease further. And vice versa if CRM d'primahotel Tangerang.

Abstract

This research is entitled "The Influence of Advertising in Marketing Communications on the Decision to Purchase Mixue Drinks in Sukabakti District, Tangerang". The aim of this research is to find out how much influence advertising in marketing communications has on the decision to purchase mixed drinks in the Sukabakti sub-district, Tangerang. This research uses advertising theory according to Jefkins (1995:16), where this theory explains how advertising is used in marketing communications. The paradigm used in this research is the positivism paradigm with quantitative research methods. Researchers used data collection techniques using questionnaires and data analysis techniques using a Likert scale. The population used in this research are people in Sukabakti Tangerang who have purchased Mixue with an average age of 21 – 30 years with a sample size of 100 respondents. This research uses the SEM-PLS (Partial Least Square) method using SmartPLS software version 4.0. The results of this research indicate that there is a positive influence of advertising in marketing communications on purchasing decisions.
