Abstract

Efforts to increase agricultural production cannot be separated from the participation of agricultural extension workers. The existence of agricultural extension workers can help farmers in obtaining the necessary information and technology. The high and low productivity of a farm is influenced by the difficulty of farmers in adopting new technology. This study aims to determine the level of the role of agricultural extension workers to tomato farmers and the relationship between the role of agricultural extension workers in increasing tomato production (Solanum Lycopersicum) in Nitakloang Village, Nita District. The method used in research is a survey method with a quantitative approach. The sample used was a saturated sample of 37 people, and data analysis using the Likert scale and spearman rank. The results showed that the level of the role of agricultural extension workers towards tomato farmers in Nitakloang Village, Nita District was in the very high category with a value of 90.7%. The role of agricultural extension workers as motivators, educators, catalysts, communicators, consultants, facilitators and organizers has a significant relationship in increasing tomato production. Overall, the role of extension workers has a significant relationship in increasing tomato production. This shows that the greater the role of extension workers, the more tomato production will increase.

Abstract

Corn is the second most important food crop commodity after rice, based on the order of staple foods in the world. The use of corn as a food and feed ingredient continues to increase. Corn is one of the main food crop commodities, which has a strategic role in agricultural development and the national economy. This research was carried out at the Kaswata Farmer Group, Lambara Village, Tanambulava District, Sigi Regency., with the aim of knowing the implementation of extension activities, extension materials, farmers' adoption of agricultural extension. Field Facilitator Farming for the Country in the Kaswata Farmer Group and to determine the influence of the implementation of extension activities, extension materials, farmer adoption of agricultural extension Field Facilitator Farming for the Country on the productivity of the Kaswata Farmer Group in Lambara Village, Tanambulava District, Sigi Regency. The sample consisted of farmers in the Kaswata Farmer Group. The sample was determined by census or the entire population was sampled by interviewing farmers directly with a sample size of 30 respondents. The data analysis model used is descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression method which is first carried out using a Likert scale with scores. The results of this research show that the effect of the extension program is 90.00%. The simultaneous test or F test states that all the variables have a real effect. Based on the t test with a confidence level of 95% and a significance of 5%, the implementation of extension activities, extension materials, farmer adoption have a significant effect on the productivity of corn farmers.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi memberikan kesempatan kepada guru untuk memanfaatkan alat pembelajaran canggih yang dapat meningkatkan keterampilan mereka, memanfaatkan kreativitas, dan mendorong inovasi untuk membekali siswa dengan kompetensi penting. Salah satunya adalah buku digital melalui web seperti Book Creator yang membantu pendidik untuk menyusun materi menarik dengan mudah menggabungkan citra visual, konten tertulis, dan elemen multimedia seperti audio dan video. Tujuan dari pelatihan ini adalah membantu memudahkan guru dalam pengembangan media pembelajaran yang menarik, efektif, interaktif, serta inovatif. Hasil yang didapatkan dari pelatihan ini adalah guru-guru sudah dapat memahami dan membuat buku digital sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan kreasinya masing-masing serta berencana untuk membuat perpustakaan digital.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the ambivalence in the short story Seventeen Syllables (1988) by Hisaye Yamamoto. This study uses qualitative methods. "Seventeen Syllables" was written by Japanese-American author Yamamoto, who focused on the various problems faced by Japanese immigrants to the United States in the late 19th century. She writes stories that capture the disconnect between her original Japanese family and her children exposed to American culture. The ambivalent issue in this short story is illustrated by the main characters, namely Rosie, who is pro-American, and her mother, who faces a cultural gap between Japanese and American culture, which then relates to the relationship between parents and children. This short story shows how differences in culture and values will cause tension and disputes, especially between different generations in an immigrant family, which will put the family in the middle between the original culture and the new culture. With characters representing different cultures and generations, Yamamoto creates interesting stories and complex games. She showed that Japanese Americans still struggle with ambivalence about their cultural identity and the balance of different cultures and values in their lives in America. The stories in Seventeen Syllables represent the voices of marginalized minorities and celebrate the complex struggles for cultural identity in America's multicultural society. This intergenerational conflict often creates ambivalence and confusion, especially when the original and new cultures overlap. With the aim of the issue of ambivalence, this study uses post-colonial theory, which is narrowed down by Homi's theory. K Bhabha which includes the concepts of ambivalence, mimicry, and hybridity.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the news that is currently circulating in the news media and online about the children of tax officials who are abused by children from Banser in the period of March-July 2023. The researcher uses framing analysis in his research to frame the news, there are four stages of framing dimensions Robert N. Entman includes: Define Problem, Diagnose Cause, Make moral judgment and Treatment recommendation. This research uses Robert N. Entman's framing analysis method with a qualitative approach. Until finally there is a news phenomenon that is being widely reported which must have become a new attraction for the public, which is about the son of the former tax director named Mario Dandy is now in the media spotlight because it started from his lover who complained to Mario that he was allegedly threatened by his former lover, David Ozora. David Ozora is the son of Jonathan Lathumahina who is a member of the Cyber ​​Team of Central Management (PP) of GP Ansor, it is suspected that he does not want to break up with his lover Mario because of that, he threatened to spread evidence of indecent photos when he was with David, Mario who heard about it from the lover did not accept then set up a strategy to persecute David.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the difficulty in the ability of basic soccer techniques and the lack of motivation of students' enthusiasm for learning because of boring learning. This study aims to determine how much the influence of fundamental tournament models in improving the ability of basic soccer techniques of class XI students of SMAN 1 Tambun Utara in carrying out PE learning. This research is a quantitative study, using the quasi-experimental method or called a pseudo-experiment with a research instrument in the form of a test. The population of this study was 144 students. While the sample taken in this study using cluster random sampling, the sample size taken in this study amounted to 36 students in one class. Data collection using tests, with the instrument used in the form of a sports skills test sourced from Dr. M.E. Winarno, M.Pd (2012). Because the research data was not normally distributed, this data analysis used the Wilcoxon test with the help of SPSS 25. The results of this study obtained the following conclusions: It is known, the results of the data analysis test using the wilcoxon test get positive ranks with mean rank = 18.50 and sum of ranks = 666.00 so there is a positive increase from pretest to posttest. Which means that there is a positive influence after applying the fundamental tournament learning model on basic techniques in learning soccer games at SMAN 1 Tambun Utara.

Abstract

Students are expected to be able to become developed human resources and be able to serve society in the future. However, before reaching the personal stage expected by the institution, students often experience unpleasant experiences such as anxiety when practicing. Anxiety is an emotional state characterized by physiological arousal, unpleasant feelings and feelings of worry that something bad will happen soon. This literature review was carried out to collect more research data and the causes of anxiety in students taking practical exams in certain subjects. The method used for this literature review search was through Google Scholar and Research Gate with journal criteria of a maximum of 10 years. The research sample that is the focus of this literature review is students who took practical exams in their courses. The results of the literature review show that the causes of anxiety are divided into two, namely internal factors and external factors.

Abstract

Penelitian bertajuk “Pengaruh Konten Instagram @backpackerkorea terhadap Minat Berwisata ke Korea Selatan pada Komunitas Nctzen Purwakarta” ini dilatarbelakangi oleh data yang menunjukkan bahwa Indonesia memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap jumlah kunjungan wisman ke Korea Selatan pada bulan Juni. -Agustus 2022, sebanyak 27 ribu wisatawan Indonesia berkunjung ke Korea Selatan. Selain itu, pembukaan bertahap Korea Selatan untuk wisatawan asing pada 1 Juni 2022 mendorong banyak masyarakat Indonesia untuk berwisata ke Tanah Air. Oleh karena itu, banyak perusahaan, khususnya biro perjalanan, yang memanfaatkan teknologi, termasuk platform media sosial Instagram, termasuk akun @backpackerkorea, untuk menarik wisatawan dengan menampilkan destinasi wisata menarik dan unik di Korea Selatan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji pengaruh konten Instagram @backpackerkorea terhadap minat berwisata ke Korea Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan survei eksplanatori kuantitatif dengan populasi 172 orang dan sampel 114 orang, ditentukan dengan tingkat kesalahan 5% menggunakan tabel Isaac & Michael. Metode pengumpulan data meliputi kuesioner dan tinjauan pustaka, sedangkan analisis data meliputi uji normalitas, uji regresi sederhana, uji t parsial, dan uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa isi pesan Instagram @backpackerkorea tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berwisata ke Korea Selatan. Sebaliknya, intensitas dan daya tarik konten mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap minat, dengan tingkat pengaruh sebesar 28% pada komunitas NCTzen Purwakarta yang ditentukan melalui uji koefisien determinasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh citra merek dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui GoFood di Kota Tangerang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini ialah pengguna jasa layanan GoFood di kota Tangearng dengan kriteria pernah melakukan pembelian minimal satu kali dalam kurun waktu satu tahun terakhir. Teknik sampel yang digunakan yaitu purposive sampling dengan metode non probability sampling dan jumlah sampel sebanyak 400 responden. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa citra merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dan juga kualitas pelayananberpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui GoFood. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa keputusan pembelian melalui GoFood di Kota Tangerang sangat signifikan.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the impact of WhatsApp media intensity on the growth of elementary school students' self-efficacy. In the context of the current digital era, the use of social media such as WhatsApp has become an integral part of daily life, including in educational contexts. However, there is still a lack of understanding of how intensive WhatsApp use can affect the development of students' self-efficacy at the elementary school level. This research method employs a quantitative approach using questionnaires to collect data from 90 samples of elementary school students who actively use WhatsApp. The data is then statistically analyzed to evaluate the relationship between WhatsApp usage intensity and students' self-efficacy growth. The findings of this study indicate that WhatsApp media intensity has a significant impact on the growth of elementary school students' self-efficacy. These findings underscore the importance of paying attention to social media use in educational contexts, as well as the practical implications for designing more effective learning strategies in the current digital era. In conclusion, this research provides valuable insights into the role of WhatsApp media in enhancing elementary school students' self-efficacy and highlights the importance of integrating technology in educational contexts to support holistic student development..
