Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the effect of the comparison of oyster mushrooms and cuttlefish in making nuggets on physical quality and consumer acceptability including aspects of color, aroma, taste and texture. The research will take place from September 2022 to January 2024 at Jakarta State University. This research is included in quantitative research with experimental methods on 3 comparative treatments (90% oyster mushrooms with 10% cuttlefish, 80% oyster mushrooms with 20% cuttlefish and 70% oyster mushrooms with 30% cuttlefish). The sampling technique is carried out randomly (random sampling), namely by giving a number or code to each sample, where the code is only known by the researcher. Testing with organoleptic tests, namely hedonic tests carried out on 30 somewhat trained panelists. The results of the hypothesis test showed that a comparison of 70% oyster mushrooms with 30% cuttlefish obtained the highest score for tenderness and oil absorption capacity. The results of statistical hypothesis testing using the Friedman test show that there is an influence of the comparison of oyster mushrooms and cuttlefish in making nuggets on consumer acceptance. The results of this research are that nugget products with a ratio of 80% oyster mushrooms and 20% cuttlefish are considered successful and accepted by consumers because they get a good assessment and are recommended for development and marketing

Abstract

One of the developmental tasks for XII-grade students is determining their career after graduating from high school. The reality shows that many high school students still cannot determine their future career after graduating high school, which can be seen from the difficulty of students deciding between continuing their studies to university or going to work. This is caused by a lack of education regarding career planning held by each school. The inability of XII-grade high school students to determine career planning will impact the students' low psychological well-being. Two factors that influence students' psychological well-being are self-efficacy and self-esteem. This research examines the role of self-efficacy and self-esteem on the psychological well-being of XII-grade teenagers at SMA Negeri 1 Tabanan. This research involved 132 XII-grade students at SMA Negeri 1 Tabanan. This research used non-probability sampling techniques of incidental sampling. The Psychological Well-Being Scale has an Alpha coefficient of 0,946, the Self-Efficacy Scale has an Alpha coefficient of 0,876, and the Self-Esteem Scale has an Alpha coefficient of 0,649. The results of this study state that self-efficacy and self-esteem together play a significant role in psychological well-being. Apart from that, self-efficacy plays a significant positive role in improving psychological well-being and self-esteem does not play a significant role in improving psychological well-being.

Abstract

Linear programming is a computational approach utilized to address optimization issues, specifically those involving the maximization and minimization of objectives. This methodology employs methods based on linear equations and inequalities to determine the optimal solution to the problem, taking into account the given constraints. In this study, linear programming is employed to analyze the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) operating at Meranti Coffee Roastery. MSMEs encounter challenges in accurately determining the maximum profit and optimizing the profit outcomes derived from the sale of Robusta and Arabica coffee beans during the execution of their manufacturing processes. The objective of this study is to provide a comprehensive analysis for decision-making processes aimed at optimizing production and maximizing earnings from the sale of coffee beans at Meranti Coffee Roastery. The study's findings, derived from the utilization of the simplex method, indicate that the most favorable total profit per product amounts to Rp. 225,000. The calculation procedure incorporates the aid of the POM-QM program to bolster the analysis outcomes.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine Barri Red Bricks from Tarakan, Indonesia, using the seven tools approach to find out how the quality of red brick products is controlled. This study employs a quantitative method based on descriptive statistics. Using the stratified randong sampling approach, 210 samples were collected throughout the course of 5 manufacturing runs for this investigation. Checking sheets, flow diagrams, histograms, Pareto diagrams, control charts, spreader diagrams, and cause and effect diagrams were the seven tools used to examine the data. This study's findings included four distinct sorts of defects: cracks (20%), chips (19%), broken 2%, and not ripe (57%). Out of the four categories of machine factors, raw materials, personnel, and techniques, the human element has the most impact on faulty products. The distribution diagram shows that human error is a contributing cause to product defects, while the control chart shows that Bari Red Bricks has managed to keep the defect situation under control.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the Effect of FOMO and Sales Promotion on Impulse Buying during live streaming on Shopee users in Medan. The population in this study is Consumers have made product purchases on Shopee live streaming So the respondents who will be sampled in this study are 110 Shopee users who live in Medan City. Results of the FOMO hypothesis test on Impulse Buying The test results of FOMO on Impulse Buying have a P-Values of 0.000 and t-Statistics 4.598 or this value has P-Values, 0.05 and t-statistics >1.96. this means that FOMO has a significant effect on Impulse buying. Sales Promotion to Impulse Buying The results of testing the hypothesis of Sales Promotion to Impulse Buying have a P-Values value of 0.000 and t-Statistics 5.915 or this value has P-Values 0.05 and t-statistics 1.96. This means that Sales Promotion has a significant effect on impulse buying.

Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze the influence of brand equity on purchase intention for Cornetto Disc Oreo ice cream products in the Medan Sunggal District Community. This type of research is quantitative and associative research. This research consists of one independent variable and one dependent variable. The independent variable in this research is Brand equity (X) and the dependent variable is Purchase intention (Y). The sampling technique used was a purposive sampling method with the criteria being that respondents were over 17 years old, people who live in Medan Sunggal District, and people who know the Cornetto Disc Oreo ice cream product. The sample in this study was 100 respondents. The data collection technique uses a survey method via questionnaires. The results of this research resulted in the finding that the brand equity variable had a positive and significant effect on purchase intention for Cornetto Disc Oreo ice cream products in the Medan Sunggal District Community.

Abstract

Indonesia merupakan negara hukum. Hal ini dicantumkan pada pasal 1 Ayat 3 Undang - Undang Dasar 1945 yang berbunyi “Negara Indonesia adalah negara hukum". Atas dasar hal tersebut, maka setiap kegiatan apapun di masyarakat pastilah memiliki hukum yang mengatur hal tersebut baik hal negatif maupun hal positif. Negara hukum yang baik merupakan negara yang menjamin hukum berlaku untuk kedamaian warga negaranya. Dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi hukum pada aksi kejahatan Klitih yang ada di Yogyakarta. Sebagaimana yang kita ketahui, aksi kejahatan klitih adalah salah satu kejahatan yang marak terjadi di Yogyakarta dimana para pelakunya tidak segan untuk menghabisi nyawa korban yang dituju. Menurut beberapa sumber bacaan, aksi kejahatan klitih bukanlah hal baru di Yogyakarta, aksi kejahatan klitih sudah ada sejak 1990-an yang didominasi oleh segerombolan anak remaja. Banyak dampak negatif yang terjadi pada aksi kejahatan klitih ini yang salah satunya adalah menimbulkan kekerasan terhadap seseorang yang bahkan sampai meregang nyawa seseorang. Keresahan warga akan semakin meningkat apabila aksi kejahatan klitih ini terus berlangsung dan eksis hingga saat ini. Adapun implementasi yang dilakukan pemerintah dalam memberantas aksi kejahatan klitih ini dengan basis collaborative governance sebagai upaya menangani dan membimbing para pelaku dan calon pelaku untuk menjadi pribadi yang lebih baik lagi dan meninggalkan kesesatan yang mengakibatkan adanya tindak kriminal. Implementasi hukum disini bertujuan untuk membuat para pelaku dapat jera terhadap kejahatan yang mereka lakukan serta aksi kejahatan klitih tersebut dapat segera ditangani dengan baik.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a book to help mothers who have children at the age of complementary feeding so that they can find out more information related to child growth and development, types of eating disorders, Montessori education and the importance of motor stimulation in children, and contains games that can help fine motor stimulation in children aged 6-24 months. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the PPE (Planninng, Production, Evaluation) development model by Richey and Klein. This pocket book passed validation from material experts and media experts as well as feasibility tests carried out to the Principal and parents of students at KB TK Semut-Semut The Natural School and mothers who have children at the age of complementary feeding at Posyandu Anggrek 2. The results of this study indicate that the assessment obtained from material experts is in the field of Montessori 93.1% with a very good category, in the field of nutritionists 75% with a good category, and in the field of psychology 95.4% with a very good category. The assessment of media experts was 96.7% with a very good category. The results of the assessment in the user feasibility test include one to one test 75% with a good category, small group test 94.5% with a very good category, and field test 95.7% with a very feasible category. The results of the above research conclude that the book Train Children's Motoric: Games to Help Sensory Aspects at the Age of 6-24 Months is suitable for use as needed.

Abstract

Tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) is one of the leading commodities in the aquaculture sector. Nila Salin Village in Sedari Village, Cibuaya District, Karawang Regency is an area is a center for saline tilapia. There are several problems such as low quality of human resources, mastery of technology and marketing results. The purpose of this study to identify and analyze factors (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats), analyze alternative strategies, and determine priorities of saline tilapia business strategies. Data in this study were obtained by quantitative methods, primary and secondary data were obtained by observation, interviews, and literature. Data analyzed using IFAS, EFAS, SWOT analysis, and Grand Strategy matrices. Based on the data processed and analyzed, total IFAS score is 3,257 and total EFAS score is 3,289. In SWOT matrix, alternative strategies were obtained, namely SO, ST strategy, WO strategy and WT strategy, and the development of tilapia farming business (Oreochromis niloticus) in Sedari Village located in quadrant 1 with coordinate points (0.779, 0.786). IFAS and EFAS analysis shows that the development of tilapia business (Oreochromis niloticus) in Sedari Village is to take advantage of opportunities, through SWOT matrix, eight alternatives were obtained which used as development of saline tilapia business.

Abstract

Sedari Village is an area that has quite good potential for cultivating saline tilapia The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative with a sampling technique using Purposive Sampling, namely a sampling technique with certain considerations and data collection is carried out by interviews, observation, literature study. The data obtained is processed using income analysis, BEP, and R/C ratio. Based on observation data, a calculation of costs is produced, these costs include an average variable cost of IDR 18,706,500/season. The average fixed costs are IDR 3,595,833/season, the average income received is IDR 27,900,000/season, the average income received is IDR 5,597,667/season, apart from the analysis of income and receipts, the data is also processed using Break Event Point analysis (BEP) and R/C ratio analysis. The business of rearing saline tilapia in brackish water ponds exceeds the break-even point, with a Production BEP of 5,932kg, Price BEP of IDR 14,388, and Revenue BEP of IDR 10,896,463. The business of rearing saline tilapia in brackish water ponds in Sedari Village, Cibuaya District, Karawang Regency has an R/C ratio of 1.25 so this business is declared feasible to operate and run.
