Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan (JIWP) Diterbitkan sebagai upaya untuk mempublikasikan hasil-hasil penelitian dan temuan di bidang pendidikan . Jurnal ini terbit 4 bulanan, yaitu bulan April, Agustus dan Desember. *Ruang Lingkup* Memuat hal kajian, analisis, dan penelitian tentang perancangan, pengembangan, pengelolaan, pemanfaatan, evaluasi, dan penelitian dalam bidang pendidikan yang berkaitan dengan peningkatan kinerja dan memfasilitasi belajar di lembaga pendidikan formal, non-formal dan informal serta lembaga-lembaga pelatihan. *Deskripsi* Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan merupakan media komunikasi ilmiah bagi dosen, guru, widyaiswara, mentor, mahasiswa, dan praktisi pendidikan lainnya serta pemerhati kependidikan. Jurnal ini dimaksudkan sebagai wadah untuk menyebarluaskan hasil kajian, pemikiran, penelitian, dan evaluasi yang relevan dengan kawasan pendidikan yakni perancangan, pengembangan, pengelolaan, pemanfaatan, evaluasi dan penelitian dalam bidang pendidikan, pembelajaran dan evaluasi. This study aims to determine the effect of tourist attraction and location on the decision of tourists to visit the Jiwa Batujaya Temple during the Covid-19 Pandemic. The approach used by the researcher is a descriptive and verification approach. Descriptive method is one that is used to determine the value of the independent factor, whether there is a possibility of the variable. The results of the study show that there is a correlation between tourist attraction and location with a correlation coefficient value of 0.450 and has a fairly strong criterion relationship level because the value is positive. There is a partial influence of tourist attraction and location on visiting decisions

This study aims to describe the implementation of the VIII A blended learning model at SMP N 3 Langkap Lancar Pangandaran during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is a quantitative research through interview technique. The resource persons are teachers of Islamic Religious Education and Good Character. In addition to using interviews, researchers collect information through literature study. The blended learning method is a learning method that mixes face-to-face learning with online or online learning. The results of the study revealed that from the number of class VIII A students, namely 28 students, the blended learning learning process was carried out since the government gave permission to apply the model. The learning process of the blended learning model is still being implemented until now. The initial preparation for learning is by adjusting the schedule of students who take online learning with students who take face-to-face learning. When the initial application of online learning was implemented in schools, the student's academic achievement value decreased. After students and all aspects of education have successfully adapted to the situation, the average value of students tends to be more stable and even has increased, supported by the use of more practical educational technology.

This paper intends to show the various challenges of salaf (traditional) and khalaf (modern) pesantren in the era of globalization. Islamic boarding schools, both salaf and khalaf, are faced with multiple problems. Problems that arise from the internal side as well as from the external environment. On the one hand, the pesantren must produce people who are religious experts, on the other hand, its output can compete with the demands and demands of the times. The research method used is library research (library research). Sources of data are taken from books, journals, and other information sourced from electronic media. The challenges faced by pesantren include: 1) micro: sources of funds, infrastructure, Kiai authority, and learning patterns. 2) macro: materialism, hedonism and individualism. The phenomenon of customer satisfaction at Hotel X in Jakarta is not yet optimal. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of service quality, product quality, and price on customer satisfaction and its impact on customer loyalty at Hotel X in Jakarta, directly or indirectly. The data analysis used the path analysis method with the research population being visitors to Hotel X in 2015 with a total of 14,825 customers and with the Slovin formula (10%) obtained 100 samples. The results of the path analysis measurement show that there is a positive direct and indirect effect of service quality, product quality, and price on customer satisfaction and its impact on customer loyalty at Hotel X in Jakarta.

Increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of education performance in services is carried out on public works in certain functional jobs with the aim of creating fast, dynamic and professional employees. In its implementation, there are several habits that must be faced by ASN and organizations. The purpose of this research is to analyze the impact of functional positions to certain functional positions on the improvement of ASN performance after changing positions. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews, documentation and observation. Informants who become resource persons are ASN who receive functional positions into certain functional positions. The results showed that the impact of the work of Manado State University employees in Tondano was not optimal, because socialization was still lacking, the increase in the rank of ASN was due to adjusting existing rules, and the need for debriefing/training in the framework of new functional positions. The conclusion from the simplification of work in the form of positions makes the burden on the State even greater because procurement and training for new positions are also not available for all patterns of career development for functional positions for types of positions. Suggestions that can be done are only functional activities paying attention to the professionalism of the previous ASN.

The success of village development is an indicator of community welfare in the village. Meanwhile, development in a village is said to be successful, inseparable from the intervention of all existing elements. The community is seen as an important element in the process of implementing urban development, so community participation is important in its success. The role of the community can be seen in real terms, starting from the involvement of planning (Musrembang) to active participation in its implementation. The main reason for community involvement is none other than the planning carried out must represent the interests and needs of the community, so as to improve the welfare of the community.

Eggplant (Solanum melongena L) is one of the sources of food that is well known by all levels of society. Eggplant is one of the most popular menus in various circles. Besides its delicious taste, eggplant can also be processed into various dishes. internal and external factors in the development of eggplant farming and the strategies used in developing eggplant farming in UNIPA gardens. SWOT analysis is used to answer research problems. Determination of 15 respondents using purposive sampling method. Research results: In the strategy of developing eggplant farming in the Practical Garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, UNIPA uses strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges. The right strategy for developing eggplant in the agricultural practice garden is in quadrant 1 or an aggressive strategy, namely using strength to take advantage of existing opportunities, including: 1). take advantage of awareness of a healthy lifestyle by continuing to use organic fertilizers and maintaining product prices. 2). One of the agricultural sub-sectors that play an important role in the national economy is plantations. Coconut is one of Indonesia's potential plantation commodities. In the Indonesian economy, coconut is one of the strategic commodities because coconut plants have the ability to produce continuously throughout the year. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach, namely the data obtained in the form (words, pictures, behavior) are not stated in the form of numbers or statistical figures but in qualitative form which has a richer meaning than just numbers or frequency. This research was conducted to describe the community's perspective on coconut oil agricultural products from PCP Rotat sluice in Wairotang Village, East Alok District, Sikka Regency. The Wairotang village community has a very high perspective and strongly supports the production of PCP Rotat sluice coconut oil, this can be seen from the routine purchases for consumption purposes. The community's expectation for the Pintu Air coconut oil product at PCP Rotat is that all households in Sikka district will use PCP Rotat coconut oil

The aims of this research are (i) to know leadership style and motivation about which one the most dominant influence variable of teachers’ performance in Senior High School State and Private District Obi Ternate. (ii) to know the most dominant influence between leadership style and motivation of teacher performance in Senior High School State and Private District Obi.This study used data collection technique by questionnaire. Total sample are 90 teachers. Data analysis used qualitative analysis to describe leadership variable deductive, participative leadership, democratic leadership, goal oriented leadership, motivation of teachers’ performance, qualitative analysis by multiple linier regression to know the influence between independent variable with dependent variable and hypothesis test with F test and T test respectively for simultaneous test and partial test. The result showed that variable with positive influence and significant with teachers’ performance in Senior High School State and Private District Obi are deductive leadership about 006 significant values, democratic leadership about 0,008 significant values and work motivation leadership about 0,002 significant values. Meanwhile the variable that has positive influence but doesn’t significant are participative leadership is 0,063 values and goal oriented leadership is 0,988. While the most dominant influence variable to teachers’ performance in Senior High School State and Private District Obi is motivation around 0,002 significant values.

This study aims to determine the prospects for the development of tomato (Solanum lycopersicum) farming in the gardens of the Faculty of Agriculture, Nusa Nipa University. The results of the interviews were processed using purposive sampling method and SWOT analysis. The results showed that 1).there was an identification of internal and external factors consisting of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats that supported the prospect of developing tomato farming. 2). The development of tomato farming is in quadrant I or an aggressive strategy, which uses strengths to take advantage of opportunities, namely: optimal utilization of production facilities and locations as places for production activities; optimizing land use with skilled labor in maintaining the quality of production for the prospect of organic tomatoes; strengthen the management of commercial farming in meeting the level of consumption of organic tomatoes.
