Abstract

This study aims to improve learning outcomes of Biology science learning for class X SMA Negeri Sula Besi Barat District, Sula Islands Regency through Numbered Heads Together (NHT) cooperative learning. The research method used is classroom action research (CAR) using a descriptive percentage approach. At the end of the individual test implementation cycle, to find out how far the students mastered the material in the second cycle. The researcher motivates students to be more serious in working on the questions, this is because the increase in the score of questions obtained in cycle I and cycle II contributes scores to their respective groups and determines the award that will be obtained at the end of the meeting. The research was carried out at SMA Negeri Sula Besi Barat District, Sula Islands Regency. The time of this research was carried out for one month starting from April 27 to May 27, 2020. The subjects of this research were students of class X SMA Negeri Sula Besi, West Regency. The variable in this study is student learning outcomes. The instrument used is a test to obtain data on student learning outcomes. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive percentage data analysis technique. The results showed that the presentation of student learning outcomes after learning using the NHT method in the first cycle was 61.25 and student learning outcomes increased in the second cycle to 86.25 from the data using the NHT learning method to improve student learning outcomes in class X State SMA, Sula District Besi Barat, Sula Islands Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to obtain the proper concentration of IBA and BAP for the growth and development of sugarcane varieties of CMG Agribun shoots on tissue culture. The research method used is a RAL of factorial patterns and a 5% DMRT advance test with IBA and BAP concentrations. There are 5 repeats and 12 treatment, i.e (BAP 0 + IBA 0), (BAP 0 + IBA 0,3 mg/L), (BAP 0 + IBA 0,5 mg/L), (BAP 0 + IBA 1 mg/L), (BAP 0,3 mg/L + IBA 0), (BAP 0,3 mg/L + IBA 0,3 mg/L), (BAP 0,3 mg/L + IBA 0,5 mg/L), (BAP 0,3 mg/L + IBA 1 mg/L), (BAP 0,5 mg/L + IBA 0), (BAP 0,5 mg/L + IBA 0,3 mg/L), (BAP 0,5 mg/L + IBA 0,5 mg/L), (BAP 0,5 mg/L + IBA 1 mg/L). The results showed that the concentration of BAP and IBA had a significantly effect on the main observation parameters. The 0.5 mg/L + IBA 0,5 mg/L treatment gives the best result at the number of shoots of 2.14 pieces and the best number of leaves of 2.44 strands. The BAP 0 + IBA 1 mg/L treatment gives the best result against the shoots height of 1.95 cm.

Abstract

One of the soil properties related to plant growth and development is soil chemical properties. Soil chemical components include soil pH, c-organic, cation exchange capacity, macro and micro nutrients. One of the efforts to improve soil quality that can be taken is the use of materials classified as soil enhancers, namely biochar. One of the plant biomass that can be used as a source of biochar is corn cobs. Corncob biochar is made by combustion of limited oxygen in a prepared combustion pit. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of biochar from coconut shell on soil improvement in terms of soil chemical properties (pH, C-organic, N, P, K, C/N, CEC). The results of the study of soil chemical properties on the growth of shallot plants with the addition of biochar were able to increase soil nutrients such as pH, C-organic 6.81%, nitrogen 0.33%, phosphorus 0.10%, potassium 0.56%, and C ratio. /N 20.64 %, CEC 20.64 meq/100g.

Abstract

Emasculation is removing male sex (stament) from the female parental to avoid self pollinated. The purpose of this research to determine the effect of differences time emasculation to success crosses of black rice x white rice and agronomic character of the crosses parental.This research was conducted at IP2TP Muara, Bogor. The method used was Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with combination factors, the emasculation time factor consist of 2 levels and crosses factor consist of 8 levels, and Randomized Block Design (RBD) with single factor, parental varieties factor (T) consist of 6 levels, repeated 3 time, there are 48 and 18 experimental units with single cross method. Analysis data result used ANOVA test and further testing with DMRT 5% levels. The result of research showed that the diffences time emasculation which combinated with crossing set had significant effect to crosses success percentage. Differences parental varieties of crosses had a significant effect to plant height, flowering age, physiological mature age, fill grain, empty grain, and 1000 grain weight, but not significant to numbers of tillers. The best result is e₁s₅ treatment (Setail/Sintanur emasculation time 08:00-10:00 am).

Abstract

Research on the analysis of children's language acquisition using Brown's theory is formulated with (1) how is Brown's Mean Length of Utterance (MLU) measured?, and (2) How are the results of the analysis of language acquisition in children 2 years 11 months old using Brown's theory? From the formulation of the problem mentioned above, the objectives of this study are (1) to explain about the Mean Length of Utterance (MLU) measurement according to Brown, and (2) to describe the results of the analysis of language acquisition in children aged 2 years 11 months using Brown's theory. In this study using a descriptive qualitative method and made a child with the age of 2 years 11 months named Ashalin as the subject in this study. From the results of the study, it has been shown that Shalin's language acquisition is in stage II, which means language acquisition is still low because at Shelin's current age, she is 2 years 11 months or 35 months with data obtained in the form of 162 morphemes and 249 utterances.

Abstract

This study aims to describe SD Inpres Beru students learning difficulties in writing skills in grade II students. This study uses qualitative research methods with data collection techniques used are interviews, observations and documentation. The respondents of this study were second grade teachers and second grade students found 7 people. The data analysis technique used in this research is research from the theory of Miles and Huberman, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that the role of parents and teachers in shaping the character of children's manners already knows how to respect, appreciate, help others properly and children will act or behave in accordance with what has been taught by parents and teachers at school.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the online learning system on interest in learning at STKIP Kie Raha, especially in students of the Geography Education study program. The technique of collecting data in this research is through observation techniques, literature review, and distributing questionnaires. The instrument in this study includes the independent variable (X) which is an online learning system and the dependent variable which is (Y) is the student's interest in learning. Testing of the instrument was carried out with normality test (Pearson Product Moment correlation), and reliability test (Cronbach's Alpha coefficient). Data analysis was carried out by simple linear regression, and to see the strength of the relationship between two variables, the Spearman Rank correlation test was used. The results of this study indicate that the online learning system can have an influence on student interest in learning. However, the effect here shows a negative relationship between the two variables. This can be seen from the negative regression coefficient value. It can be concluded that if online lectures increase, students' interest in learning decreases.

Abstract

This study discusses Good Governance in the Karawang Cerdas scholarship program conducted by the Karawang Regency Government. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with data taken through interview techniques, observation and documentation studies. After that, the data were analyzed through three stages of reduction, presentation and drawing of initial and final conclusions. The purpose of this research in general is to find out and analyze whether the implementation of the Karawang Cerdas scholarship program has been running optimally in accordance with the principles of good governance. The results of this study indicate that the actualization of the Karawang Smart scholarship program is still not optimal, where there are technical errors, lack of transparency and incomplete information in addition to the emergence of new problems in Karawang that hinder the allocation of Karawang Cerdas. However, as a rule, the Karawang cerdas Scholarship is considered to have met the eligibility standards because the regulations have been made well in the Karawang Regent Regulation Number 66 of 2018 concerning the Karawang Cerdas Program.

Abstract

The experiment was carried out at the Screen House, Faculty of Agriculture, Singaperbangsa University, Karawang, which is located in Pasir Jengkol Village, Majalaya District, Karawang Regency, West Java. The design used was an experimental one-factor Randomized Block Design (RAK) with 3 replications. There were 10 treatments, namely A (Control), B (Atonik 1 ml/L water), C (Atonik 1.5 ml/L water), D (Atonik 2 ml/L water), E (Onion Extract 10 ml/L water ), F (OnionExtract 15 ml/L water), G (Onion Extract 20 ml/L water), H (Bean sprout Extract 10 ml/L water), I (Bean sprout Extract 15 ml/L water), J ( Sprout Extract 20 ml/L water). In testing the effectiveness of the type and concentration of ZPT on the success of grape stem cuttings (Vitis vinifera L.) Jestro Ag5 variety did not have a significant effect on the time of shoot emergence, number of shoots, number of leaves and root length. However, it has a significant effect on shoot length, root weight and root volume. Treatment C tended to give the best results on the observation parameters of the number of shoots 7 mst and 8 mst of 28.27 cm and 32.06 cm, respectively. Meanwhile, on the parameters of root weight and root length, treatment B gave the best effect of 22.27 g and 14.17 ml, respectively.

Abstract

Pollination is a key factor in achieving high yields in hybridization. However, rice pollination is a very sensitive process because it is related to the receptive period of the flower. In general, the recommendation for pollination time is 10:00-12:00 the day after emasculation. Seeing the basis of pollination time which is only carried out within one day is an opportunity to test the difference in pollination time, this aims to find out how long the pistil can remain receptive and to know when the pollination time is right. The research was conducted at IP2TP, Bogor. The method used was Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 2 factors. Analysis data result used ANOVA test and further testing with DMRT 5% levels. Treatment S6W1 gave the highest yield of 48.33 grains, significantly different from all treatments. The second highest result was obtained from S1W1 but not significantly different from S6W2, S4W1, S3W1, S6W3 and S5W1. The inclusion of pollination time 2 and 3 days after emasculation in the ranks of the second-highest yielding success of the cross can be categorized that pollination time can be carried out 2 or 3 days after that although there is a decrease in yield.
