ABSTRAK : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi Profitabilitas Perusahaan yaitu efisiensi modal kerja, likuiditas, leverage dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap profitabilitas perusahan manufaktur di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2012 hingga 2015. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling untuk menentukan sampel penelitian, sehingga didapat 9 perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan untuk model regresi 1 bahwa variabel (1) efisiensi modal kerja (CCC) berpengaruh negative terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan. (2) Likuiditas berpengaruh positif terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan (3) Leverage tidak berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan (4) Ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan. Sedangkan hasil untuk model regresi 2 menunjukkan bahwa variabel (1)efisiensi modal kerja (perputaran piutang) tidak berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan. (2) efisiensi modal kerja (perputaran persediaan) berpengaruh positif terhadap profiabilitas perusahaan. (3) Likuiditas berpengaruh positif terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan. (4) Leverage berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan. (5) Ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan.

In building leadership skills, one of the things that is needed is how to establish a leader relationship with employees so that they can produce better performance in the business. Leader Member Exchange (LMX) theory argues that the most effective leadership process arises when leaders and employees cultivate mature, high-quality relationships, not only on the job but also soial-emotional. This research was conducted using qualitative methods to find out how the quality of the relationship between leaders and employees in the family business, Family Handicraft in Tasikmalaya. Conducted through semi-structured interviews to find out in depth and explore the condition of leadership. The results revealed that the leadership conditions in the Family Handicraft family business are of high quality resulting in good business performance amid the Covid-19 Pandemic conditions, characterized by high production demand for exports to Japan in 2021. Business continuity is the main goal for business actors in running their business, but during the Covid-19 pandemic there are many challenges to achieve business continuity. So business leaders need to determine the right strategy so that business processes can continue. In this case the leadership style will greatly affect the direction of the company's motion, so as to create business continuity, leaders who are able to understand goals are needed. So the purpose of this research is to analyze the transformational leadership style in achieving business continuity in one of the Small and Medium Industries (IKM) in Tanjung Pinang City, namely Citra Sari Snack and Catering. The method used in this study is qualitative using semi-structured interview techniques to obtain accurate information and also primary data from the object of research. The result of this research is that the owner of Citra Sari uses a transformational leadership style and to achieve business continuity is done by setting goals, updating strategies, creating innovations, and taking risks.

PT. Telkom Indonesia, which is an industry providing complete communication network services. PT. Telkom Indonesia claims that it is currently one of the industries that provide the most telecommunications and information services. The research procedure used is a descriptive analysis procedure, which is a method of universally describing the facts found by the library research method and field research to be precise at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Project Management Division T-Reg 3 West Java, This matter exists because of management activities, which include planning (planning), directing (leading), organizing (organizing), and controlling (controlling). The leader in the Autocratic type according to the Project Manager of Telkom Regional 3 West Java with a very large rating is 9 with a rating score and a weight of 1.71. This type of Charismatic Leadership is given a Rating by the Project Manager of Telkom Regional 3 West Java by giving a fairly large rating is 8 with a rating score and a weight of 1.44.

On March 10, 2020, the start of the Covid-19 pandemic caused an impact that was felt by several countries, even the government and society. One of the impacts felt was not only a health problem but also attacking the country's economy, for example MSMEs as the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises sector experienced a severe impact due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Based on information processed by LIPI's P2E, the impact of tourism shrinkage on MSMEs engaged in the micro food and beverage business reached 27%. While the impact on small food and beverage businesses is 1.77% and medium enterprises is 0.07%. Contou is one of the coffee shops that has been affected by the Covid-19 pandemic, but it's great that they were able to fight this crisis so that in 2021 Contou will still continue to operate with the strategies they created to survive. After understanding the five theories above, the owner of Contou coffee can be categorized as a leader who adheres to an adaptive leadership strategy. Where, covid-19 is an unexpected event that is not predicted in advance and affects activities at Contou coffee which are based on various health policies to deal with covid-19.

This study aims to determine the effect of competence and compensation on motivation and their impact on employee performance at the Kjesyahbandaran and Port Authority, Tanjungpinang. The study was conducted through quantitative methods with a sample size of 68. Data obtained through questionnaires and analyzed descriptively and Partial Least Squere (PLS) analysis. The results showed that employee competence had a significant effect on work motivation, compensation had a significant effect on employee work motivation, employee competence had no effect on employee performance, compensation had a significant effect on employee performance, work motivation had a significant effect on employee performance. Indirectly, employee competence and compensation have a significant effect on employee performance through work motivation.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Digital Dexterity on employee performance and employee willingness in Limited Liability Companies in Batam City. The research approach used is a quantitative research approach. The sample in this study were employees who worked for companies in Batam City with a total population of 657,642 employees based on data from BPS Batam City in 2021. The data collection method used in this study was to use a questionnaire. The device used was SmartPLS version 3.3.9. In this study, there are two hypotheses proposed. Then, after processing the data, it is known that the two hypotheses can be accepted. The results of testing the first hypothesis (H1) show that the digital dexterity variable has a significant effect on the employee performance variable. Based on the answers from the respondents, it can be seen that Limited Liability Companies in Batam City apply digital dexterity in their companies and can affect the performance of their employees. The results of testing the second hypothesis (H2) show that the digital dexterity variable has a significant effect on the employee's willingness variable. Based on the answers from the respondents, it can be seen that Limited Liability Companies in Batam City apply digital dexterity in their companies and can affect the willingness of their employees

The results of this study aim to determine the effect of relationship marketing and customer value on customer loyalty Barista Coffee Shop & Roastery Tanjungpinang. The population used in this study are all consumers who have visited or consumed more than 2 times the products at Tanjung Pinang Barista Coffee Shop & Roastery. Determination of the sample in this study using the method of Accidental Sampling is a sampling technique based on chance meeting with a number of criteria that are tailored to the purpose of the study so that 96 respondents were selected who met the criteria and were involved in this study by filling out a questionnaire that had been distributed. Data analysis using multiple linear regression, including t test, F test and coefficient of determination. The results showed that relationship marketing and customer value to customer loyalty Barista Coffee Shop & Roastery Tanjungpinang. The results of this study indicate that the Relationship Marketing variable has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, the Customer Value variable has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Based on the results of simultaneous testing of relationship marketing variables, customer value has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. The results of this study can be a reference for the Tanjungpinang area to make Tanjungpinang a citybranding of culinary service providers.

Human resources have a major role in an organization or company. All aspects related to human resources in the end also affect performance, especially in relation to employee performance, in this study the authors focus on Employee Compensation and Performance. This study aims to determine empirically the effect of compensation on employee performance at the Jaya Abadi Cooperative. This study uses a population and a sample of 30 employees as respondents. The data collection technique used an online questionnaire with a google form that was sent to the respondents. The data obtained were analyzed using simple linear regression analysis. The results obtained indicate a real and significant effect of compensation variables on employee performance.

ABSTRACT: This research discusses the role of BP Batam in developing investment value through promotional activities. Promotional activities carried out are a form of Public Diplomacy. Public Diplomacy is a form of the practice of introducing and marketing a resource to achieve the objectives of the National interest. In this study, it was found that BP Batam in carrying out its role in promoting Batam as an investment target area through public diplomacy has played a good role, but the results received have not been able to be successfully categorized because Batam has not been able to compete with special areas in other countries because there are still many obstacles that become home tasks every year.
