Abstract

The local government of Bintan Regency in this case the Department of Marine and Fisheries has allocated funds in the form of fishing gear facilities and infrastructure including kelong. The efforts of the Bintan district government through the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries have made efforts to improve the welfare of fishermen in Bintan Regency, but whether these efforts have been directly felt by fishermen on the island of Pucung, Malang Village, Bintan District Meeting. Where the majority of fishermen on the coast of Bintan Regency use the Floating Kelong Fishing Equipment. This study aims to determine the profit sharing pattern between kelong owners "Toke" with floating kelong fishermen on Pucung Island Malang Village Bintan District Meeting.. The research was conducted using primary data obtained directly from fishermen in the form of daily reports. The study was conducted for 4 (four) months from April to July 2018. The number of respondents in the study were 78 people. Pucung Island fishermen apply 3 profit sharing patterns for fishing activities using floating kelong, namely: Salary System, 1: 1 and 2: 1.

Abstract

This study discusses the role of extension agents and how marketing strategies are thought to affect the sales volume of the fishermen group in Tanjung Pinang village. In this study the role of instructor variables is seen from performance and competency indicators; marketing strategy seen from indicators of market segmentation, market positioning, market entry strategy, marketing mix; and sales volume of profit and sales indicators. This study uses the SPSS.V.24 program application, showing that partially the Sales Strategy has a positive and significant effect on Sales Volume and the Extension Role has a positive and significant effect on Sales Volume. Simultaneously the Extension Role and Sales Strategy have a positive and significant effect on Sales Volume

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze whether there is influence of, quality of work life and workload to against employee job satisfaciton at Office X. This research is categorized as quantitative research with questionnaire instrument. Population in this research is all employees of Office X counted 41 people. Sampling technique by means of saturated sampling technique or census. The sample in this study is to take the population or as many as 41 samples. The data used in this study is the primary data obtained through Questionnaire. Instrument validity test using Correclation Bivariate formula, while reliability test using Cronbach Alpha. Measurers proved to be valid and reliable for research instruments. Multiple regression analysis is used to test the hypothesis of this research.Based on the results of this study it is known that the results of multiple linear regression test is Y = 2,826 + 0,16 X1 + 1,082 X2 where, quality of work life (X1), workload (X2 and job satisfaction (Y). Then T test results of variable quality of work life does not significantly affect employee job satisfaction (1,488 < 1,68288). Workload has a significant effect that is (22,009 > 1,6828. Test F together there is a significant influence on employee job satisfaction ( 247,626 > 2,85. R square test results give a value of 0,925 which mean 92,5% employee satisfaction variable can be explained through two independent variables, while the rest of 7,5% influenced or explained by other factors not included in this study.

Abstract

This study discusses the customer experience that supposedly affects customer satisfaction of tourists in the province of Riau Islands of Bintan Regency. In this study the variable dimension measured through experinece sense, feel, think, act and relate. Research data processed with using their analysis of multiple linear regression and factor. The results of this research show that customer experience significant influential variable and positive towards consumer satisfaction (customer satisfaction). The result of the research shows that experience variable with dimensions of sense, feel, think, act and relate simultaneously against influential customer satisfaction. In partial dimensions factor sense, feel, think and relate that give may influence against the satisfaction and sense of dominant influence dimensions against customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The application of the concept of aerotropolis (airport city) in various parts of the world requires holistic planning. Aspects that affect the implementation of airport cities must be considered in planning. The linkage between regulations, government support, business schemes, land ownership, and human resources, is an important capital in realizing an airport city. This study is an initial research that aims to identify the results of research that has been carried out in the field of Aerotropolis business management using a systematic mapping study (SMS). The purpose of this mapping is to find out what Aerotropolis topics are being researched. This article focuses on 10 airport cities in the world that have applied the Aerotropolis model in their development, namely Amsterdam, Paris, Dubai, Dallas, Chicago, Memphis, Hong Kong, Singapore, Incheon, and Washington. This study uses a qualitative method by going through a literature study. The search is done through Google Scholar. It is intended that the output of this SMS can describe opportunities with the aim of exploring topics and new ideas in managing the Aerotropolis (aerocity-airport city) business apart from exploiting previously existing topics. Recommendation of study results from Aerotropolis Development with a research focus on Aerotropolis Development Practices. Qualitative methods are mostly used in research on this Aerotropolis.

Abstract

On March 10, 2020, the start of the Covid-19 pandemic caused an impact that was felt by several countries, even the government and society. One of the impacts that is felt is not only a health problem but also attacks the country's economy, for example MSMEs as the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises sector are experiencing a severe impact due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Based on information processed by LIPI's P2E, the impact of tourism shrinkage on MSMEs engaged in the micro food and beverage business reached 27%. Meanwhile, the impact on small food and beverage businesses was 1.77% and medium enterprises was 0.07%. This research is intended to see where the Covid-19 pandemic has grown and how it impacts the economy in Indonesia, especially MSMEs. Afifuddin Suhaeli Kalla said that income from MSMEs has decreased by 70% since the Covid-19 pandemic and this decreased turnover was also felt by Jiwaku's business after the PSBB was implemented. government because the city of Bandung has been exposed to the virus. This research was conducted to identify what MSME players were doing in order to maintain their business during the Covid-19 Pandemic. This research aims to describe and describe what strategies MSME actors want to try in order to be able to continue to survive and become more responsive to changes in the business climate through a SWOT analysis. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research approach and SWOT analysis to digest and create a strategy formulation.

Abstract

The sales growth of retail companies has faced a shrinking trend over the past 5 years. Many companies face financial difficulties because of the incident. There are several companies that in achieving the target of making a profit experience losses and have the potential to go bankrupt. This study aims to predict financial distress using the zmijewski and grover testing model in retail companies listed on the IDX. This study uses analysis with the Zmijewski model and the Grover model, using descriptive statistical analysis and hypothesis testing with the one-sample t-test. Based on the results of the analysis with the zmijewski model and grover retail companies listed on the IDX do not experience financial distress, descriptive statistical analysis shows that the model with the highest level of accuracy is the zmijewski model of 1.43, hypothesis testing with a sample t-test one sample of retail companies has no financial potential distress.

Abstract

The development of technology and information today makes the domestic goods delivery service business increase every year. This causes the opportunity for the entry of courier service companies to be wide open so that it can result in a business in the field of courier services that is increasingly competitive. Competition to compete for potential customers and retain existing customers is an increasing challenge and must be faced by PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) in marketing its delivery services. PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) especially PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Pekanbaru has implemented Experience Marketing in it’s business processes. However, in the last 3 years, based on Consumer Complain Handling (CCH) at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Pekanbaru, it has tended to increase, meanwhile Revenue from the Mail and Package Delivery Business tends to decrease. The purpose of this study is to analyze and find out how much influence Experiential Marketing has on Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Pekanbaru. The population taken in this study were customers who had transacted more than 3 times at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Pekanbaru. The sample selection technique used is non-probability sampling, with the number of samples used as many as 180 samples. The data analysis method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). From the results of research that has been done, it can be concluded that Experiential Marketing has a significant and positive effect on Customer Satisfaction. Experiential Marketing also has a significant and positive effect on Customer Loyalty, and Customer Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

Sebong Pereh Village is one of the villages traversed by the Tanjung Uban-Lagoi road, Bintan Regency. This road is a main road which connects tourists to Lagoi tourist area. Along this road has tourism potential which could be developed because of its location on the coast. The development of tourism planning for the rest area at this location requires the role of the community, especially the residents of Sebong Pereh Village themselves. Community participation is also one of the keys in planning the construction of this rest area where local residents themselves will manage the place. The knowledge and perception of residents regarding the concept of a rest area is also one of the basis for planning this tourism activity. Based on the results of the questionnaire, the community agreed with the construction of a rest area in the area. Geographical factors, facilities, and attractions are some that need to be considered. In addition, this community-based rest area also requires support from various parties such as relevant stakeholders and the government
