Abstract

Culture-based tourism (Cultural Tourism) is a type of tourism activity that utilizes culture as a tourist attraction visited by tourists in these tourist destinations, tourists will feel and learn about certain cultures. The existence of cultural tourism can be used as an object of tourist attraction that can preserve cultural heritage. Cultural tourism is like a double-edged knife in the use of cultural heritage as a tourist attraction. On the one hand, tourism can preserve the cultural heritage, while on the other hand, tourism activities will damage or negatively affect the cultural heritage because the object will be consumed by tourists (Burn and Holden, 1995). To avoid the negative impact of tourism, good management of tourism is needed, especially in this case culture. If the tourism industry can be managed properly, tourism can ensure the preservation of nature and culture. In addition, tourism can also be a forum for employment for local people around the tourist area. The answer to this research is expected to provide a description of the meanings of patience in practical life so that readers can find solutions to the problems and trials they face. The methodology used is a qualitative approach, by doing two actions, namely; First (TP1), a literature study of the meaning and meaning of patience in the perspective of the Qur'an, and on the views of experts, both in books and Ilmiyah journals. The second (TP2), uses a qualitative approach with the Grounded Theory method, which aims to build a theoretical analysis of the appropriate data and relevant to the practical patience in life. This method is a research strategy in which the researcher produces a general and abstract theory of a certain process, action, or interaction derived from the views of participants. The results of the research are expected to be able to provide solutions to unravel the problems of many people with patient practice which becomes energy in dealing with problems. Abstract

This study aims to obtain precise, correct, valid reliable and reliable data about the Influence of a Child-Friendly School Environment on Student Discipline at SMAN 107 East Jakarta, How much influence between the two is sufficient or moderate and the factors that influence it. This study used the "descriptive analytic koreanal" method while the objects of research were students of class X IPA 1, X IPA 2 and X IPS 2, X IPS 3 at SMAN 107 East Jakarta, totalling 590 students. data collection techniques using questionnaires and tests of 118 respondents. Also equipped with observation techniques and interviews. Meanwhile, in analyzing the data using Product Moment from Karl Pearson. The results of the study are that when viewed in terms of the product-moment coefficient test it produces rxy or ro of 0.511. This shows that ro is greater than rt at a significant level of 5% = 0.174 and smaller than rt at a significant level of 1% = 0.228. Comparing the magnitude of "rxy" with "rt", as is known, the rxy that the researchers obtained was 0.511 while the rt was 0.174 and 0.228, respectively. Thus it turns out that rxy ? rt at a significant level of 5% and rxy ? rt at a significant level of 1%. In this case, it means that there is an Influence of the Child-Friendly School Environment on Student Discipline, the effect is sufficient. This correlation is that discipline is very much needed in a Child-Friendly School Environment

Abstract

Risk management practices have played a crucial role in the performance and sustainability of manufacturing companies. In an increasingly complex and volatile business environment, effective risk management became essential for mitigating uncertainties, protecting assets, and optimizing operational efficiency. Therefore, this study aimed to examine the relationship between risk management practices and the performance of manufacturing companies in Nigeria. Using a quantitative research design, the study employed a cross-sectional survey and analyzed secondary data from audited financial statements of prominent manufacturing entities over a 10-year period (2011-2021). The study focused on two key variables: risk management (measured by working capital and investment capital) and performance (measured by return on assets and return on capital employed). The findings revealed a strong positive relationship between the proxies of risk management, highlighting the importance of effectively managing working capital and investment capital. The regression analysis demonstrated that working capital and investment capital significantly influenced the performance of manufacturing companies, as measured by return on assets and return on capital employed. The results supported the rejection of the null hypothesis, indicating that risk management practices had a significant impact on firm performance in the Nigerian manufacturing sector. It is recommended that manufacturing companies in Nigeria prioritize and strengthen their risk management strategies. This involves optimizing working capital and investment capital to enhance overall performance. The findings provide valuable insights for policymakers, practitioners, and stakeholders in the manufacturing industry, underscoring the need to integrate robust risk management strategies to achieve sustainable growth and competitiveness.

Abstract

The inculcation of noble values and morals is indeed a highlight for every citizen. This is evidenced by the many complaints someone has about the behaviour of neighbours' children who are often labelled naughty and uncivilized. This label has become common due to the lack of education about children's activities and the focus of adults on what they are doing. Unknowingly what the neighbors said to the child was recorded and became a psychic stigma on him. And this is what makes it very difficult for some children to grow up with noble morals. Actions and perspectives in solving this problem are very diverse if we refer to what is understood by the community. Such diverse thoughts certainly become difficult to be used as a reference in solving problems. As a result, children's education and mentality cannot be resolved properly due to the lack of references for applicable solutions. This research uses a descriptive research method. This research method aims to describe, explain and answer the questions being studied in more detail by studying as many individuals, groups or events as possible. The purpose of this research is to encourage the role of parents in the formation of character in children who grow and develop in the surrounding environment so that children can carry out normal lives in general in the world of children.
