Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate how consumer repurchase intention in the setting of e-commerce is impacted by electronic word of mouth (e-WOM), trust, and customer happiness. The demographic of this study is the people who live in the North Banjarmasin District, and the research sample consists of 399 respondents who buy at the marketplace. The study used a quantitative design. An analysis method called structural equation modeling (SEM) is applied. The findings of the study demonstrate the significance of these variables in influencing the intention to repurchase, and e-WOM is recognized as a key tactic for encouraging customers to share pleasant experiences with one another. However, e-WOM is negatively impacted by the possibility of disseminating false information. According to research, e-WOM, trust, and customer happiness all significantly influence the desire to repurchase. Reliability of work, completeness of information, and timeliness of delivery can all be used to gauge this level of confidence.

Abstract

The digital marketing communication strategy for Sesek woven fabric on a digital platform with a marketing approach based on the Mix's 8P marketing model in Sade Village, Sasak tribe, Lombok was designed as an effort to increase the digital marketing needed by village girls. This research aims to identify and analyze the effectiveness of digital marketing strategies in promoting Sesek woven fabric, by integrating digital marketing platforms by adopting Marketing Mix's (8P) which involves product, price, place, promotion, people, process, physical evidence and customer participation. The research method was descriptive qualitative and in-depth interviews with Sade village girls craftsmen and consumers of Sade village woven cloth. The research results were obtained using Mix's 8P marketing model, the application of digital marketing strategies increases the visibility and sustainability of the marketing of Sesek woven fabric, which is unique and has cultural value, in the digital era. Practical implications and recommendations for further development in the context of digital marketing of local woven fabric products for village girls and Sesek woven fabric craftsmen

Abstract

This study investigated how consumer perceptions, integrated marketing communication (IMC), and the whole e-commerce landscape were affected by TikTok Shop's relaunch. Customers were drawn to the platform's apparent novelty as a result of the relaunch's increased curiosity. Customer preferences changed as a result of improved features that increased confidence in TikTok Shop's dependability. IMC was essential in deliberately boosting brand awareness using a variety of platforms, including influencer marketing and short-form films. This promoted a captivating customer experience and raised awareness and comprehension of the relaunch. Significant investment beyond TikTok Shop demonstrated dedication to e-commerce innovation, resulting in increased competition and industry-wide improvements. The strategic investment made by TikTok served as a catalyst, encouraging collaborations and platform innovation that could change the dynamics of e-commerce. TikTok's dedication, in short, launched the e-commerce industry as a whole into an exciting new era of opportunities.

Abstract

The National History Museum (MSN), situated beneath the National Monument in Jakarta, is a vital cultural institution displaying 51 dioramas depicting Indonesia's history. This research, utilizing qualitative methods and SWOT analysis, explores the museum's architecture, historical representation, and strategic positioning. The results highlight the integration with the monument, the use of marble, and the significance of the Independence Space. The SWOT analysis identifies strengths (cultural heritage), weaknesses (limited amenities), opportunities (increased interest), and threats (competition and potential damage). The study concludes that developing MSN as a tourist destination is crucial, suggesting comprehensive research, optimized asset utilization, and alternative promotional strategies for increased visitation.

Abstract

Museum Indonesia is one of the many museums in Taman Mini Indonesia Indah. Abstract

West Java is a collection of various types of very beautiful nature with enchanting cultural attractions. The diversity of existing cultures is shown through the diversity of arts that are staged. This art is an expression of human thoughts, feelings, and ideas that differ from their environment and experience. Along with the development of the times, the growing diversity of art created by humans, as well as various forms of types of works of art, Artworks are one of the cultural products of a nation, which is priceless. Angklung is a popular traditional musical instrument from West Java. Angklung musical instruments have been known by the Sundanese people since the royal era, and have grown in popularity since November 2010, when Angklung was listed as Masterpieces of the Oral and Intangible Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO.

Abstract

Museums are institutions that play a central role in preserving, presenting, and disseminating the cultural heritage of a community. In the context of tourism, museums are not only a place to store historical artifacts, but also an attractive destination for tourists who want to understand more about local culture. Museum tourism, with its focus on anthropological aspects, opens the door to an immersive experience of understanding local culture. The Bank Indonesia Museum, as an institution that not only displays the historical heritage of economics and banking but also interprets the role of local culture in that context, offers a unique arena for analyzing the interaction between visitors and local culture. Through an anthropological perspective, this study aims to explore how museum tourism at the Bank Indonesia Museum can be a means of a rich understanding of local culture, as well as how these experiences shape visitors' perceptions and understandings of the cultural richness of an area. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach and SWOT analysis.

Abstract

Currency as a medium of exchange not only has intrinsic value as an economic tool, but also serves as a mirror that reflects the history, culture, and identity of a nation. In the context of Indonesia, the Rupiah currency is not just a sheet of paper or coins but is a legacy that carries the long story of this nation's journey from time to time. Over time, the Rupiah currency has undergone a transformation that includes economic, political, social, and cultural aspects. The rupiah is divided into cents, and its coins and banknotes have various denominations. Bank Indonesia is the monetary authority responsible for the issuance and management of currency in Indonesia. The history of the Indonesian currency reflects the economic development and history of the country throughout time. The collection of artefacts at Museum Bank Indonesia includes a variety of historical objects that reflect economic and financial developments in Indonesia. These include ancient currency, traditional means of payment, banking-related historical documents, as well as other items that have historical value.

Abstract

Tourism has become one of the largest industries in the world and is a major mainstay in generating foreign exchange in various countries. The number of international tourists continues to increase. One of the arts in the city of Jakarta is Ondel-Ondel which is the icon of the city. The art elements in Ondel Ondel also describe how the city is. Art that is always preserved and maintained by the community. The people of Jakarta already have an awareness of the importance of Ondel-Ondel as a tourist attraction that can be favoured The author examines Ondel-Ondel Betawi Art because it has its uniqueness compared to other arts, besides the potential of cultural arts that need to be preserved and known to tourists visiting Jakarta in particular. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach, which is research whose purpose is to provide an overview of a problem, symptoms, facts, events, and reality broadly and deeply that relies on data in the form of text.

Abstract

Tourism is an activity that involves the travel and visit of a person or group of people to a place or area outside of their place of residence for recreational, leisure, business, or educational purposes. The term tourism encompasses various activities such as travel, lodging, food, and other recreational activities undertaken by tourists during the period of their visit. Culinary tourism is a travel activity or part of it that is carried out voluntarily and temporarily to enjoy typical food or drinks. One of the culinary in Jakarta, namely Nasi Uduk is white rice cooked with coconut milk sauce so that the rice is slightly "filled and has taste", served with fried onions, given additional side dishes and peanut sauce. This analysis uses descriptive qualitative analysis and is supplemented by SWOT analysis.
