Abstract

The purpose of the study was to analyze the effect of transformational leadership on employee performance through the Islamic work ethic of employees at the KUD Tani Bahagia, Gondang District, Mojokerto Regency, East Java, Indonesia. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study is the employees of KUD Tani Bahagia Gondang Mojokerto, totaling 75 employees. The data analysis technique used SEM-PLS with Smart-PLS 3.0 software. The results of the study found that transformational leadership has a positive effect on employee performance. Transformational leadership has a positive effect on Islamic work ethics. Islamic work ethic has a positive effect on employee performance. Islamic work ethic mediates the positive effect of transformational leadership on employee performance. The implication of this research is the importance of implementing a transformational leadership style in order to advance the quality of employee performance in the hope of increasing work activities, increasing and developing capital factors and strong business strategies, but also having to pay attention to human resources with good Islamic work ethics and have the value of good manners.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of leadership styles and organizational culture on performance Clerk at the Regional Secretariat South Sulawesi province in this study was an employee at the Regional Secretariat South Sulawesi province with the number of samples as much as 85 respondents used to process data. Method of data collection in this study is a questionnaire, interviews and documentation. Methods of data analysis using the method of descriptive and quantitative methods with multiple linear regression analysis used to measure the influence of leadership styles and organizational culture on performance Clerk At the provincial Regional South Sulawesi Secretariat which consists of leadership style and organizational culture. Based on a test of the free variable F (leadership style and organizational culture) together have a positive and significant influence against a variable is bound (the performance of the Employee). Through testing (R) correlation coefficient obtained that level of correlation or relationship between leadership style and organizational culture on performance Clerk is a high relationship that is 93.7%. Organization and culture is the most dominant factor affecting the performance of the employees of the Regional Secretariat In South Sulawesi Province.

Abstract

This study aims to provide evidence regarding the effect of liquidity, leverage, profitability, and firm size on the company's ability to pay taxes. The sampling method used in this study was purposive sampling, while the statistical methods used in this study were simple regression and multiple regression. The number of samples taken are 10 coal sub-sector mining companies listed on the IDX from 2018-2020. The data is processed using SPSS 22. The results showed that the coefficients of liquidity (CR) and profitability (ROE) were 0.142 and 0.380. This means that liquidity and profitability have a positive and insignificant effect on income tax. Leverage (DER) and firm size, which have a positive and significant effect on income tax, the coefficient values are 0.616 and 71.28

Abstract

This study describes human resources (HR) development and training at Mitra Packindo Machinery Surabaya. The research uses qualitative methods using data collection techniques in observations and interviews with informants. The author determines the purposive sampling technique to examine informants within the company. The informants who attended this study were one person in the Supervisor position, one person in the Digital Sales position, one person in the OM (advertising and promotion) section, one person filling the Operator position, and two people in the Warehouse Staff section. Researchers involve the triangulation strategy to test the legitimacy of the information. The results of the review show that the strategy used is proven to be feasible for educating, for example, the interaction of preparation for future workers using learning techniques within the scope of the organization and direct training, while in the representative development process, the technique used by Mitra Packindo Machinery is the job rotation method, basic for substitution and further reuse of research methods

Abstract

This study aims to measure the impact of losses on economic development in South Kalimantan Province. This study's economic development indicators include the Human Development Index (HDI), Economic Growth, and Gini Ratio. In comparison, the indicators of the impact of environmental damage are the number of disasters, the number of losses, and the number of people affected. The data used is secondary data for the period 2009-2021 sourced from DLH, BNPB South Kalimantan. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative and SEM. The findings obtained from this study are 1) The Number of disasters has no significant effect on losses because of the value of CR (1.888) < 1.96 and probability (0.059) > 0.05. 2) The amount of loss has no significant effect on the number of affected people because of the value of CR (0.774) < 1.96 and probability (0.439) > 0.05. 3) The amount of loss has a significant effect on HDI because of the value of CR (3.358) 1.96 and probability (0.000) < 0.05. 4) The amount of loss has no significant effect on the Gini Ratio because the value of CR (0.087) < 1.96 and probability (0.931) > 0.05, 5) The amount of loss has a significant effect on Economic Development. After all, the value of CR (2.354) 1.96 and probability (0.019) < 0.05, 6) Contribution figures are only indicated by the level of losses to Economic Growth (13.38%) and HDI (24.12%). At the same time, other disaster indicators analyzed do not show any contribution to the components of economic growth.

Abstract

Berkah Mulya Jaya (BMJ) is a business engaged in the workshop, spare parts for carts and tricycles. In addition to producing workshop products, the company also receives services such as lathes, welding, cutting and ironing. To maintain market share in current conditions, companies must maintain business continuity by implementing a persuasive communication strategy. Implementing this strategy will impact consumer interest in buying the company's products and good business relationships. This research aims to determine whether the company has effectively implemented persuasive communication in attracting consumer interest. The research model used is a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data collection techniques used interviews and direct observation of eight informants, namely business owners and company consumers. The results show that BMJ has implemented a persuasive communication strategy to attract consumers' interest. The strategy tools used in persuasive communication are commitment, social proof, liking, and authority.

Abstract

In early 2020, the world was shocked by the case of the spread of the Covid-19 outbreak which is increasingly widespread, but this has an impact on tourism activities. In Indonesia, one of the tourism sectors that feel the impact is the business of a travel agency or travel agent. In order to stay afloat in this pamdemi, of course, travel agents need a marketing strategy to sell their products. This research aims to find out what marketing strategies are used by travel agency businesses or travel agents to stay afloat in the Covid-19 pandemic with a case study of PT. Patih Indo Permai Tour and Travel. The method used is qualitative-descriptive using data triangulation consisting of, interviews to the Company, Customes, and Stakeholders (Tenants) at PT. Patih Indo Permai Tour and Travel. The results of this study are known to PT. Patih Indo Permai Tour and Travel affected by Covid-19, PT. Patih Indo Permai Tour and Travel conducts a Market Diverensification Marketing Depreciation Strategy, which sells products that are different from the previous products (providing SWAB Antigen / PCR Test services, renting out some office space, and opening cooperatives). The strategy was successfully carried out to meet the needs of the office and stabilize the company's revenue.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of gender, educational background, and age of the CEO on funding policies and investment policies in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Population and sample research are manufacturing companies that publish annual reports on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2013 to 2017. The sample used is 105 samples. The statistical method used is linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS. Results of the study prove that the CEO's background does not affect funding policies and investment policies. CEO age has a negative effect on funding policy but does not affect investment policy. CEO gender has a negative impact on funding and investment policies.

Abstract

A humanistic approach to learning views students as whole individuals and has their uniqueness, potential, and intelligence. The humanistic approach seeks to humanize humans by developing students' potential and helping them achieve self-actualization through various models of humanist learning methods and strategies. This study aims to find out how the implementation of the humanistic approach in learning at the State Elementary School II Bakalanpule and what factors support and hinder the performance of the humanistic approach in learning at the State Elementary School II Bakalanpule. This study used qualitative research methods. Researchers obtained data from interviews, observations, and documentation. The data analysis technique used consisted of data reduction, data presentation, data analysis, and concluding. The method of checking the validity of the data uses triangulation in source, technical, and time triangulation. The study results indicate that the implementation of the humanistic approach in learning has been applied by the teachers of the State Elementary School II Bakalanpule through (a) education that is fun, free, does not restrain students, and emphasizes the activeness of students through several learning models. (b) supporting factors include complete facilities and a supportive school environment; students can be invited to work together in learning to create a humane learning atmosphere. (c) the inhibiting factor is the teacher's ability to operate IT
