Abstract

The research aims to identify the impact of tourism on the culture of the Urug traditional village; the data analysis technique used the qualitative method where the research carried out observation and interviews and the SWOT technique. The resulting study is the Urug traditional village maintains culture, such as traditional ceremonies such as Muludan, Seren Taunan, activities Sedekah Bumi and traditional houses. Abstract

As the cultural centre of the Betawi Tribe, the Betawi Cultural Village is known as a destination that provides cultural tourism to tourists and is one of the destinations that won 1st Place in the 2021 Indonesian Tourism Village Award in the CHSE Category. Behind its success, there is community participation in it. So, this article aims to find out how they form community participation in the recovery of cultural tourism and see its development from the Environmental and Social sides. This article uses a qualitative approach described by descriptive analysis, in-depth interviews, literature studies, and field observations, assisted with the theory of participation and the view of community-based tourism to analyse the forms of community participation and aspects of its development. The results showed that the community participated in the product in Betawi Cultural Village with a record of involvement that is Spontaneous, Coercive and Induced. Based on the aspects of Community-Based Tourism applied in the development process. The UPK and local communities successfully collaborated to realise the values of the environment and socio-culture and use the CHSE protocol to recover cultural tourism. This is also marked by the award of 1st Place in the CHSE Category Tourism Village Award won by the Betawi Cultural Village. This research is reference material and foundation so that the development of Betawi Cultural Village will be better and widely known in the future

Abstract

The development of a system designed in such a way as to become security that makes everyone feel the need to ensure the safety of everything that includes himself, both from his activities and the assets he owns. This system uses an RFID Reader with a frequency of 13.56 MHz and an ATMega328 Microcontroller that acts as a controller or circuit controller and is tested with hardware and software testing to determine the performance between the software and hardware of the device. This research shows that the RFID Reader can detect E-KTP with a maximum distance of 2.5 cm, and the solenoid will lock back after 3 seconds. The utilization of Renewable Energy is currently a priority in carrying out technology development, one of which is solar energy with solar panels as electrical energy. This research supports efforts to develop energy-based technology that is converted with various supporting components and system authentication designed using the use of control security systems both in terms of administration and information technology-based on population data and uncontrolled system prototypes.

Abstract

Entrepreneurs use endorsements through social media. This study aims to determine the effect of celebrity endorsement on purchase intention through brand image and brand awareness. This study was quantitative research using SPSS 25. The population in this research was potential consumers who knew about the Scarlett brand. Moreover, the sample in this research was 300 respondents. In addition, to test the instrument's feasibility, validity, and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing—the analysis technique path analysis. The results of this research show that (1) celebrity endorsement has a positive and significant direct effect on brand image and brand awareness, (2) celebrity endorsement does not have a positive and significant direct effect on purchase intention, and (3) brand image and brand awareness have a positive and significant direct effect on purchase intention, (4) celebrity endorsement has a positive and significant indirect effect on purchase intention through brand image and brand awareness. Based on the study results, similar business actors suggest that companies should be more selective in using celebrities who promote their products; besides, they should pay attention to exciting content.

Abstract

The AlloBank Festival is a music event for the introduction of Bank Allo, which will be held at Istora Senayan 20-22 May 2022, which will bring in various interesting guest stars such as the main guest stars from South Korea NCT and RedVelvet as well as several major Indonesian stars such as Ari Lasso, BCL, Tulus, Pamungkas, Ran, Hivi and many others. This research is a quantitative study to measure the effect of Guest Star independent variable (X1), Price independent variable (X2), and Event Marketing independent variable (X3) on the dependent variable of Tourist Visiting Decision (Y) to AlloBank Festival with multiple linear regression analysis methods through distributing questionnaires using random sampling of 100 respondents. This study showed that the independent variables of guest star, price, and event marketing had a significant influence on the Decision of tourists to visit the AlloBank Festival.

Abstract

The digital era is one of the eras resulting from the impact of the application of the industrial revolution; therefore, the increasingly sophisticated digital era will also force educators to move faster to follow the flow of technological developments that are currently happening because education today is very important for every human life that is the goal is to promote better intellectual property and social integrity. One of the results of technology development in the digital era that can be used in the learning process in the pandemic era is the combination of offline and online learning, more commonly known as blended learning. The blended learning model is applied in the learning process to support the independent learning program at the independent campus. The independent learning program is a challenge faced by universities in curriculum development in the industrial era 4.0 to produce graduates with new literacy skills. Furthermore, the graduates that will be produced fall into the category of Generation Z, where generation Z is a digitally literate generation, so the learning process must also be digital-based. The results of the application of blended learning are increased student motivation and increased student learning outcomes or increased student achievement in education policy courses.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has indirectly forced teachers to adapt to the learning process. The learning process during the COVID-19 pandemic requires teachers to change their way of thinking, how to interact and how to learn in the world of education in digital form. One of the digital forms that will be used in delivering social studies subjects in class VIII in semester 1 is the development of learning videos with sub-materials of changes in space and interactions between areas due to natural factors. The result of learning videos uses the ADDIE development model, which consists of five stages. Each stage of development will produce data used as an evaluation tool for developing learning video media. Finally, the story of learning videos must go through the validation stage so that the videos can be declared eligible for use in the learning process. The results of the validity of media experts on the development of learning videos get a percentage of 93%, with a very suitable category for use. In comparison, the reality of the material experts on the development of learning videos gets a percentage of 95% with a very suitable category for use. And for the validity of the individual trials, the obtained is 83% with a proper type for help, the percentage obtained for small group trials is 88% with a suitable category for use, and for large group trials, the obtained is 96% with a very feasible type. Therefore, based on the validation results that have been carried out, it can be concluded that the video-based eco-pedagogy developed is an innovation ready to be applied to the learning process in the new normal era.

Abstract

Viral marketing is a trend that can attract consumers' attention through social media. This study aims to determine the effects of viral marketing and brand image on purchasing decisions through e-custrust. This research is a quantitative study using the SPSS 22 program. The population of this study is Avoskin Instagram followers. The sample in this study was 200 respondents. In addition, to test the eligibility of the instrument, test validity and reliability used conventional hypothesis tests and hypothesis tests—path analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that (1) viral marketing has a positive and significant effect on electronic tractrum, (2) brand image has a positive and significant effect on marketing e-traust viruses (3) has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, (4) The positive and significant influence of the brand image on purchasing decisions, (5) e-custrust has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Based on the study results, the advice for company players is to provide more attractive advertisements for consumers, create a more attractive product conception and determine products according to their needs

Abstract

This study aims to determine product quality and price in purchasing decisions. This is because of the current digital era, the development of technology and information is running very rapidly, resulting in increasingly fierce business competition. In the business world, product quality and product price can stimulate a market response. The population in this study was 1230 people, with the sampling technique of convenience sampling with the Slovin formula so that a sample of 302 respondents was obtained. The analytical technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results showed that product quality had an effect on purchasing decisions. In addition, the suitability of the price with the benefits and quality received by consumers will be very sensitive in responding to the level of pricing applied to the product.
