Abstract

The aim of the eyeball research was to see that there was no effect of image on improving skills in playing free ball games in basketball extracurricular students at SMA Negeri 8 Surakarta in 2019/2020. This research is a quasi-experimental study with a pretest and posttest control group design. By giving treatment (treatment) to the experimental group, by dividing into two groups with ordinal pairing, namely the experimental group with imagery training treatment and the control group using the free throw training treatment. The population in this study were all basketball extracurricular students at SMA Negeri 8 Surakarta for the 2019/2020 school year, totaling 24 students. Data collection techniques norms and documentation. The data analysis technique uses descriptive statistical techniques with the help of the IBM SPSS 22 program. The results showed that there was a significant effect of imagery training on the improvement of free throw basketball skills for basketball extracurricular students at SMA Negeri 8 Surakarta It shows that the pre-test average score is 6.75 with the highest score of 12, after being given the imagery training treatment the value increases by an average of 9.00 with the highest score of 14, the percentage of skill improvement is 33%. The results of this study can be concluded that imagery training can effectively improve the free throw skills of basketball games for extracurricular students at SMA Negeri 8 Surakarta for the 2019/2020 school year.

Abstract

Media pembelajaran adalah sarana untuk menyampaikan materi atau informasi kepada siswa. Dengan adanya media pembelajaran yang inovatif dan kreatif mendorong siswa untuk lebih tertarik pada materi pelajaran yang disampaikan. Selain itu media pembelajaran juga efektif untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Salah satu media pembelajaran yang menarik adalah scrapbook. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah ada pengaruh media pembelajaran scrapbook terhadap hasil belajar kognitif siswa kelas VI SD Negeri Blangu 3 pada mata pelajaran pendidikan jasmani dan bagaimana pengaruhnya terhadap mereka?Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh media pembelajaran scrapbook terhadap hasil belajar kognitif siswa kelas VI SD Negeri Blangu 3 pada mata pelajaran pendidikan jasmani. Untuk pengumpulan data penelitian, peneliti menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan desain penelitian studi kasus, yaitu hanya satu kelas yang diberi perlakuan kemudian mengamati hasilnya. Peneliti mengumpulkan data menggunakan metode observasi, tes, dokumentasi dan studi pustaka. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa ada pengaruh penggunaan media scrapbook terhadap hasil belajar kognitif siswa yang dilakukan posttest.Kesimpulan yang didapat dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa scrapbook media memiliki pengaruh terhadap hasil belajar kognitif siswa. Hal ini terlihat dari peningkatan hasil tes kognitif siswa, pada pretest siswa yang mendapat nilai di atas KKM sebesar 71%. Setelah diberikan perlakuan yaitu penggunaan scrapbook, semua siswa mendapat nilai di atas KKM. Dari data pretest dan posttest menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan siswa untuk menjawab pertanyaan telah meningkat setelah diberikan perlakuan.

Abstract

The planting training activity with the vertical garden technique at Dukuh Duwet is one of the community service activities carried out by the KKN UNS 97 group. This activity was held on 20 February 2021 offline in Dukuh Duwet. The main targets of this activity are housewives and the general public. The purpose of this activity is as a persuasion movement to the community, especially mothers, about the importance of preserving the beauty and comfort of the surrounding community, as well as a movement for the processing and utilization of plastic waste. The socialization activities were also accompanied by practical activities in the field, namely the provision of plant seeds in the form of vegetables, which were then carried out for each of them. This activity method is non-formal, interactive, and interesting so that it is easy to understand. In addition, the materials and methods of making a vertical garden are easy to find in the neighborhood. The result of this work program is that the community can participate well and enthusiastically. This activity is also meant to inspire the participants to take it more seriously on a larger scale with a wider benefit.

Abstract

This research aims to find out and analyze the learning of the PJOK of basketball games. This study is a quantitative study using survey methods to find out the picture of PJOK online learning in basketball games. Data collection techniques use questionnaires and documents. The population in this study amounted to 169 learners, and samples were taken 20% of the population so that a sample of 35 learners was obtained. The data obtained is then analyzed and tested the validity of data using the SPSS 22 program. The results of the analysis from the study of online learning survey PJOK basketball game in students of class XII IPS Sma Negeri 5 Surakarta can be seen by many learners. This is aimed at the number of respondents who answered well as many as 13 respondents (37%), very good as 8 respondents (23%), less good as 10 respondents (29%), and who answered badly as many as 4 respondents (11%). Concluded from this study, Online Learning PJOK Basketball Games for the effectiveness of online learning PJOK basketball games are in a good category.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the state of PJOK facilities and infrastructure in online learning in the covid-19 era in State Elementary Schools throughout Gondang District, Sragen Regency in 2020/2021. This research is descriptive qualitative. The population in this study were all State Elementary Schools in Gondang Sub-district, Sragen Regency in 2020. Data collection in this research study on the state of Physical Education and Health (PJOK) facilities and infrastructure for Public Elementary Schools in Gondang District, Sragen Regency included observations, interview guidelines. and observation. The data analysis technique used a descriptive percentage formula which was carried out by dividing the total score obtained by the ideal score and multiplied by 100%. The research procedure includes the research stage, the proposal preparation stage, the instrument preparation stage, the data collection stage, the data analysis stage, and the reporting stage. The results of data analysis can be conveyed as follows: (1) facilities and infrastructure that are suitable for use and included in the very good category are Whatsapp Group, the use of Youtube and Google Classroom links including facilities that are suitable for use but need changes, while facilities and infrastructure that are not worth using and included in the very bad category are Zoom Apps; (2) the overall interaction in PJOK online learning has been effective; (3) there are obstacles that occur during the implementation of online learning, namely, less effective learning, limited facilities and infrastructure, difficulty for students to understand the explanation from the teacher, signal constraints, lack of enthusiasm for students, constrained tools used to communicate, and lack of parental supervision; (4) future expectations for the implementation of PJOK online learning, namely that face-to-face learning will soon be re-implemented, online learning is carried out by visiting students' homes with small groups (3-5 children), the online learning implementation system is further improved, with the implementation of online learning It is hoped that there will be a curriculum renewal that is in accordance with current conditions, facilities and infrastructure need to be improved, parental care is needed, the cohesiveness of educators needs to be improved, online learning is carried out with constant monitoring, and students are expected to be more active.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of active student participation in the learning process of physical education, sports and health, so that student learning outcomes are still relatively low. This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of sprinting by applying a play approach in physical education learning in fourth grade students of SD AL QURAN Metro Barat for the 2019/2020 academic year. This type of research is Classroom Action Research. This research was carried out in two cycles, each cycle having 3 meetings. The research subjects were fourth grade students of SD AL QURAN Metro Barat for the 2019/2020 academic year which consisted of 20 students, on the subject of sprinting. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion, it is concluded that the play approach in physical education learning can improve sprint learning outcomes for fourth grade students of SD AL QURAN Metro Barat for the 2019/2020 academic year. This can be seen from the increase in the ability to run fast in the initial conditions (9.675 seconds), cycle I (9.435 seconds) and cycle II (9.24 seconds), so that the increase from the initial condition to cycle II is (0.435 seconds). While the value of mastery learning outcomes in the initial conditions (30%), cycle I (55%) and cycle II (90%), so that the increase from the initial condition to cycle II was (60%).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of physical education learning at the elementary school level during the COVID-19 pandemic in Jombang Regency. This research is a quantitative descriptive study using one variable without making comparisons with other variables. The method used is a survey using questionnaires and documentation. The population of the study was all the sports teachers in the Physical Education MGMP members as many as 130 teachers throughout Jombang Regency. The research sample was 100 out of a total of 130 sports teachers in Jombang who were randomly selected according to the percentage of the total number of teachers. The measuring instrument used in the variable of the implementation of physical education learning is a questionnaire with a Likert scale which has a weighted score of 1-5. The research sample filled out the questionnaire given by checking the column and assigning weights according to the five alternative answers provided, ranging from strongly agree, agree, hesitate, disagree, and strongly disagree. The scale for statements is favourable and unfavorable. The results showed that the level of implementation of physical education learning at the elementary school level during the COVID-19 pandemic, all elementary school sports teachers in Jombang Regency were in the "very low" category of 8% (8 teachers), "low" of 15.0% (15 teachers), “medium” by 46% (46 teachers), “high” by 26.0% (26 teachers), and “very high” by 5% (5 students). Based on the average score, which is 89.62, the identification of the implementation level of physical education learning at the elementary school level during the COVID-19 Pandemic Period, all elementary school sports teachers in Jombang Regency were at the "medium" level.

Abstract

Community service is the implementation of a fitness exercise program for the Surakarta Healthy Heart Club gymnastics trainer during the covid-19 pandemic. This activity was carried out considering the important role of a healthy heart exercise trainer in an effort to nourish and improve people's fitness so that they have good endurance and avoid transmission of the corona virus. A trainer must have sufficient competence, knowledge and training skills to successfully carry out the vision and mission of the Indonesian Heart Foundation. In connection with the above, the purpose of this activity is to equip trainers with competence, knowledge and training skills for trainers of healthy heart club gymnastics in Surakarta. The materials provided to the gymnastics trainers include training in the preparation of exercise programs, fitness exercise materials, mentoring in the implementation of training during the COVID-19 pandemic and evaluation of physical fitness. The methods used in this activity are: 1) Exposure and discussion of physical fitness material, 2) Demonstration and practice for skills material, namely the practice of compiling an exercise program, practicing fitness and coaching practice with mentoring during P2M. This material is important and urgent to be given to the coach of the Surakarta Healthy Heart Club considering the current situation and conditions, namely the increasingly outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic in Surakarta and its surroundings.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and describe the state of the organization, human resources in the organization, achievement development, facilities and infrastructure, training programs and achievements, as well as funding for the wushu sport in the city of Gianyar Bali from 2015 to 2020. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method. The subjects in this study were the vice chairman, coach, and senior Wushu athlete of Gianyar City, Bali. Data were collected by observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the state of the Wushu organization in the City of Gianyar Bali was running well and had clear goals, the administrators, coaches and athletes carried out their duties according to their fields, the coaching that had been carried out had gone through the stages of problem solving, breeding and athletes' achievements, the facilities and infrastructure were quite good and adequate, well-organized exercise program. Based on the results of research and discussion of achievement coaching, there are still things that must be developed so that achievement can increase further. The role of the coach to improve the training program should be given more attention for the progress of the athlete and presented more variedly. The management of sports organizations should be more adapted between the fields. Sources of funds that are managed should be done openly to athletes so that no one thinks negatively about funding.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the application of PJOK online learning in private schools in Karanganyar District. This research is a description of the process of implementing learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is a qualitative research. Qualitative research using data collection techniques with survey methods. The subjects of this study were teachers of PJOK of private junior high schools in Karanganyar District, Karanganyar Regency, totaling 9 people. Data collection techniques are by observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that all teachers strongly support government policies to carry out online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic in a responsible way to carry out their duties properly. Constraints that often occur in the implementation of online learning are internet networks, quotas and communication tools used by students to carry out learning. To overcome this, each school provides print outs of assignments and material package books that can be taken for students who are constrained in participating in online learning. The teacher plans learning according to the latest RPP, then carries out learning using the WhatsApp and Ukline applications. The impact of this application makes all teachers carry out PJOK learning which is entirely carried out using online media.
