Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) is a land registration activity for the first time covering all land registration objects in all regions of the Republic of Indonesia in a village or sub-district area. Full systematic cadastral registration is believed to produce better results and in a relatively short time compared to sporadic cadastral registration. This study examines the influence of land registration and the role of implementing a complete systematic land registration (PTSL) for the community, as well as the obstacles in implementing PTSL in the regions and how to overcome them. Writing with empirical law method. namely research that examines the problem to be discussed, based on facts that are in PTSL in the area of kel. Tegalsari Mandala II city of Medan, and which is then linked to the provisions of the applicable laws and regulations. The types of approaches used are factual approaches, legal approaches, and analytical and conceptual approaches. Home visits are very important if students' problems cannot be handled by the school. So this will make the counseling teacher to make home visits to students who do not obey or even carry out the warnings given by the guidance counselor and other teachers. This home visit was carried out to find out the causes of what happened so that students were late to come to school and also to find out the source of data from parents of students who had problems. In carrying out research in the Field Experience Practice (PPL-1) we used observation and interview methods as instrumental tools. During this research we found several cases that occurred at SMA YP UTAMA MEDAN. One of them is the delay of students to school. We also saw how the teacher's lack of attention to students at the school resulted in a lack of discipline in the time of the students. The teacher at SMA YP UTAMA MEDAN was also less assertive in reprimanding students who made trouble at school. As we know the attention of teachers in schools to students is needed. Because with the teacher's attention to students, students will feel comfortable and will be more obedient to the warnings given by these students. The number of users of the Tik Tok application in Indonesia is currently more than 30 million. Not only among adults, teenagers and even children already have the Tik Tok application on their gadgets. The TikTok application is now not only entertainment for its users, TikTok is also a source of income for many people. TikTok has a very big influence on its users, it can even change the pattern of life, character and also the daily life of each person so that it can have a positive or negative impact, especially on teenagers who are in the phase of finding their identity. Therefore, the authors conducted research to be able to find a solution to this problem. The purpose of this study was to find out in depth the impact of the TikTok application on adolescents in Timbang Lawan village and the effect of group guidance on the positive and negative impacts of the TikTok application. The research method used is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The subjects in this study involved 8 informants who participated in group guidance services. The data in this study were collected through observation and interview techniques. After the group guidance was carried out, it was seen that there was a change in attitudes and habits of teenagers to be more productive than before after knowing the impact of using the TikTok application. RI Law No. i20/2003 states that early childhood education can be carried out through formal, non-formal and informal education channels. Early childhood education is formal in the form of Kindergarten (TK), Raudhatul Athfal (RA) or similar forms, non-formal in the form of play groups (KB) and other forms that are equivalent. Counseling Guidance as an activity to avoid or overcome problems in life. The basic assumption that underlies that PAUD needs guidance and counseling is the current equality of PAUD with primary and secondary education. Early childhood from the age of 10-5 years is the golden age in the human brain development phase. This is sometimes not realized by parents who tend to be indifferent to children's brain development. This problem is very serious if the child's brain development is not known by parents, because it can have an impact on adulthood later. That person should prepare for the golden age. Because during the golden age, children are very easy to remember new things. Selecting a mining location is a matter that is so important in determining the location of a coal mine that must be chosen by a mining company. Several factors or criteria must be considered in determining the location of a coal mine, including soil material content, determination of the UPS (Ultimate Pit Slope), size and maximum depth limitation at the end of the pit, operation, ladder/bench dimensions, geographical and geological conditions, road geometric conditions and drainage system selection depend on groundwater conditions and rainfall in the mine area. From an environmental point of view, coal mining has an impact on changing landscapes, decreasing soil fertility, threats to biodiversity, decreasing water and air quality, and environmental pollution. Once operational, mines and acid mine drainage also remain in the mining industry. Former coal mines can have positive and negative impacts on the environment related to water quality and quantity. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of choosing a coal mining location on environmental impacts. The method used in this research is the previous research review method. In which the researcher's efforts to find comparisons, then become inspiration for further research. Mathematics always has an important meaning in life, everything in this world is inseparable from the name mathematics, therefore mathematics is also known as the Teacher of Life. With mathematics, all matters of life can be arranged systematically. What's more, besides managing the affairs of life, mathematics is also a reference in managing the future. The knowledge commonly used in mathematics is forecasting (Forecasting). Forecasting in mathematics is used to analyze conditions that may occur in the future, both in the near and long term. One of the applications of the mathematical method with the forecasting method that can be made is an analysis of the level of corruption in Medan City in 2023. This analysis is made as a reference for related parties so that they can socialize about the laws that apply to criminal acts of corruption in order to realize release to the public. The method used in the analysis of corruption figures in Medan City for 2023-2024 is a quantitative method using a mathematical model, namely Double Exponential Smoothing. The results of the analysis obtained are that the corruption rate in Medan City in 2023-2024 has decreased. However, this figure may not be achieved if corruption is not prevented in a certain way. A method commonly used to assess the stock price of a company based on its ability to generate net income is known as a ratio. The net profit in question is the Earning Per Share itself. while the Net Profit in a company divided by the number of outstanding shares is the meaning of Earning Per Share, Earning Per Share is a reflection of the net income of the shareholders in the company. From the results of research on the consensus stock price itself within 12 months using the PER calculation method, researchers have chosen stocks that will be a priority in making investment decisions with the lowest Price Earning Ratio (PER) value, PT Bank Negara Indonesia (BBNI) shares. with a PER of 9.46X and a potential price increase of 27.03% based on consensus prices. One of the four qualities an educator must possess is teaching ability. The authors recognize the value of teaching competencies, their understanding and application, the challenges educators face in delivering instruction, and the responses to those challenges. This study attempts to explain how Gagne's learning theory can help teachers improve their teaching ability. This is a descriptive qualitative study. The methodology used was a literature review from numerous peer-reviewed scientific journals worldwide. The results of the discussion show that Perspective Learning Theory and Descriptive Learning Theory have been applied in applying Gagne's "Nine Events in Teaching" model. This paper will describe some of the problems that are often encountered in learning Social Sciences (IPS). In addition, social studies learning problems will be explained from the lowest level of education, namely elementary, middle and senior levels. Social studies learning problems for each level of formal education will certainly have differences in each problem. Social studies lessons given at the elementary school level are given by examining several events, concepts, facts and generalizations and related to social issues which contain social studies material, namely geography, economics, history and sociology. Meanwhile, IPS learning at the secondary school level is given in an integrated or comprehensive manner, which is commonly known as Integrated IPS. At the middle school level, social studies lessons have been given separately, such as history lessons, economics lessons, sociology lessons and geography lessons have been taught separately. Each level of education has differences in the application of IPS learning in the learning process, therefore the identification of social studies learning problems will be different for each level of education. When IPS learning is given in an integrated and separate manner, different problems will arise between the two. Social studies learning is known as boring learning, therefore here we will explain some of the social studies learning problems that exist at every level of formal education in Indonesia. At this time, technology is growing and the competition between companies is getting tougher. With the development of technology, more and more hotels with good quality are created. Various factors can influence consumer decisions in choosing a hotel, one of which is advertising on social media, especially Instagram. Advertising on Instagram can influence consumer decisions in hotel selection, this can affect the image of the selected hotel. If a hotel has increased consumers, it will be seen by the community that the hotel has good quality and vice versa. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the attractiveness of advertising on Instagram media on hotel selection decisions. The research method used in this research is the library research method. The results of this study indicate that Instagram has a significant role in the marketing process of the hospitality industry so that it can increase consumer attractiveness in hotel selection. Instagram has a very wide audience coverage which has a huge impact on customer decisions. Keywords: hotel, instagram, decision, marketing
