Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effect of the Project Basic Learning (PBL) learning model on student learning outcomes in science subjects in class VI SDN Utan Kayu Selatan 01 Jakarta for the 2021/2022 academic year. This research is action research with two rounds. Each cycle consists of four stages, namely design, activity and observation, reflection, and revision. The target of this research is the students of class VI SDN that the student learning outcomes have increased from cycle I to cycle II, namely, cycle I (51%) and cycle II (89%). This study concludes that the Project Basic Learning (PBL) learning model has a positive effect on the learning outcomes of students at SDN Utan Kayu Selatan 01, East Jakarta, and this learning model can be used as an alternative to learning science

Abstract

The background of this research is how the human resources of the civil service police unit of Malacca district in enforcing regional regulations and regulations of the regional head of Malacca district, and how the level of human resources of civil service police officers can affect the enforcement of regional regulations and regional head regulations that have been determined, so that it continues to run in the corridors and discourses of peace and only have a just society, and can improve the welfare of the people in Malacca Regency. The research method used in this study uses descriptive research methods with a qualitative approach and the research techniques are observation, interviews and literature studies or literature studies with the research location at the Malacca District Civil Service Police Unit. regional head regulations that have been carried out in several sub-districts in Malacca Regency. The results of this study can be found that the resources of the Civil Service Police Unit of Malacca Regency are very necessary in implementing regional regulations and regional head regulations, so that in their implementation the apparatus in question can run in accordance with existing operational standards, so as to prevent the occurrence that may occur in the field. Therefore, every member of the civil service police unit must be given education and training as an effort to enforce existing regional regulations and regional head regulations, and in the future increase peace and can improve the people of Malacca in accordance with the ideals and expectations of the nation and society

Abstract

Protection of children is an activity to ensure the continuity of their lives to be able to grow and develop as the next generation of the nation, where the protection provided always pays attention to the existence of their rights, both juridical and non-juridical, which aims to ensure that children are always optimally healthy and able to move forward. maturity so that they can support themselves, so that due to protection and children are always guarded to avoid all threats and even actions that can endanger themselves. Because of the importance of protecting children, the perpetrators are always given castration sanctions, namely actions given to perpetrators of sexual crimes against children, in addition to the imposition of sanctions in the form of imprisonment and fines, but for children as perpetrators this chemical castration sanction is excluded. The purpose of this research is to find out how effective the implementation of castration sanctions is as a punishment for perpetrators of sexual crimes. While the method studied from this research is normative juridical, namely reviewing from the literature and also regulations from legislation and relating to the problem under study and can also be done by conducting a literature study where the results are that the implementation of castration sanctions in its application is contrary to human rights, and religion and can disturb the psyche of the perpetrator, and a law that applies nationally and not only a Government Regulation must be made so that its implementation is binding on everyone as an Indonesian citizen wherever they are.

Abstract

This paper tries to examine Human Capital from the perspective of Demographic Reformation with various shifts in various demographic variables in it causing demographic transitions in various countries in the world each have different characteristics. Demographic revolution and Human Capital are an inseparable part in terms of Economic Development, Sustainable Social The Asia Pacific for Human Development perspective has an orientation to eliminate poverty, poverty for all mankind, not only that, sustainable development is expected to be able to provide a better life for efforts meeting the needs of society today and for the future wisely there for all mankind in a fair and equitable manner. Sustainable development is an effort to design a new economic, social development model where Human Capital in sustainable development is a capital asset for companies/organizations, able to open up new business opportunities, new jobs for the benefit of an environmentally friendly demographic bonus.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of corporate strategy, enterprise risk management (ERM), company size, and leverage on environmental performance. The object of research chosen is companies incorporated in the primary consumer goods industry, non-primary consumer goods, and health (manufacturing) listed on the IDX in the period 2017 – 2020. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The data that meets the criteria for processing amounts to 97 observational data. This study used a multiple linear regression model as an analysis technique and use PLS to process the data. The results of this study found that the ERM has a positive and Leverage has a negative effect on environmental performance while the differentiation strategy, ERM, company size, and leverage do not affect environmental performance.

Abstract

Various national and regional level reports project that Indonesia's economic growth will be driven by the development of digital technology. Das et al. (2016) predicts that, by 2025, digitalization will have an impact of 150 billion US dollars (US) and additional jobs for 3.7 million people. This potential can be seen from, among other things, the number of start-up technology companies (or commonly referred to as startups) which is growing significantly.). Das et al. (2018) also projects that the potential for electronic commerce (e-commerce) in Indonesia in 2022 will reach 55 billion to 65 billion dollars. The impact will be felt on the absorption of labor, including female workers. This calculation gives great hope for Indonesia to accelerate its economic growth. However, to what extent can growth driven by the development of the digital economy guarantee an increase in the quality of life for all levels of society? Can the digital economy in the future reduce inequality which is currently quite high? Furthermore, the Life Skills program is intended to improve the Life Skills ability which is specifically organized to provide learning opportunities for young people of productive age in order to acquire knowledge, skills and develop an entrepreneurial spirit which is supported by a creative, innovative, professional, responsible mental attitude, and dares to take risks. in managing their potential and their environment as a provision to improve their quality of life. The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of digital literacy in economic technology and the role of life skills programs in reducing poverty.

Abstract

Human resource management is very important for government organizations in managing, regulating, and utilizing employees so that they can function productively, realizing an effective, quality and efficient work unit that is able to provide optimal services to the community requires the participation of all elements contained in the work unit. the. This study aims to determine the effect of work placement, work experience, and work environment on employee loyalty at the Gorontalo search and rescue office. The research method used is the Quantitative Research Method, according to Sugiyono (2010:65) Quantitative Research Methods can be interpreted as research based on the philosophy of positivism, used to examine certain populations or samples, research methods in the form of numbers and analysis using statistics. The results show that employee loyalty will increase if the Gorontalo Search and Rescue Office places employees according to their duties and functions. The results of this study indicate that employees in the Gorontalo Search and Rescue Office have been placed in appropriate positions. Although the initial findings of the researcher indicate that there are employees who are placed not according to the educational background completed, but from the results of this study it turns out that education is not the main benchmark for employees to be placed in a field, but employees are placed based on their knowledge, skills and abilities.

Abstract

In Indonesia, the number of English learners keep growing. Different methoods and effectiveness in teaching English has been experimented to get a better achievement. But still the systems, methods and techniques have some lacks and still need to have improvement and innovation to solve the problems. The problems are different in every schools, one of the problems currently faced by teachers was the new adaptation to the situation where schools activity turned to online activity. Teachers have to adapt into the new situation where all activities need to be handled through online activity and it becomes the problems for most of teachers who had no preparation and facilities during that time. Thus, the way English teachers adapt intstructional media and how teachers utilize and apply the instructional media especially audio visual media will be the main focus of this research. The researcher used suervey as a research design. There will be five junior high schools included in this study. There are 10 English teachers from different junior high schools in Sungai Penuh. The researcher only chose the junior high schools which are A-accredited. The researcher used questionnaire and interview as the instruments of this particular study. The researcher employed quantitative and qualitative data. The quantitative data were taken from close-ended questionnaire while the qualitative data were taken from interview result. The data analysis results shows that the teachers at Junior High Schools in Sungai Penuh used variatif instructional media in teaching. The researcher found types of audio visual instructional media mostly used among the teachers to improve student’s skills are audio recording (9,4) (hints,stories,conversation) and Videos (8,4) (documentaries,tutorials,teaching) which is very good response. The most used to improve speaking is Song (6,1) and Picture (7,3) teachers have good response towards them. Next, for reading is picture (8,8) and last to improve writing skills song (6,4), picture (6,8), flashcards (5,9), charts (5,7), videos (5,1) also have good response. Audio drama, movies, TV programs, news broadcast are the media that have bad response. Additionally, The most used hardware among the teachers are whiteboard (9,7) printed paper (9,1), smartphone (8,4), computer /laptop (7,7). Radio, recorder, CD player are get low response from the teachers. In adapting instructional media, teachers adapting from concrete object surround the classroom and schools, teachers also utilze digital devices like smartphone and software application like Whatsapp and Youtube. Moreover, teachers adapting the existing media and combined with other media that created by their own to assit them in delivering the materials. In addition, Teachers at five different junior high schools in Sungai Penuh have good views towards instructional media.

Abstract

The precise control of animals is the focus of a new strategy to enhance animal welfare in the poultry industry. We notice that good welfare circumstances significantly impact the health of the birds and the quality of the poultry products, which affects economic effectiveness in the production of poultry. An innovation that can aid farmers in more successfully controlling the environment and birds' health is using technology solutions in various animal production systems. Additionally, as public concern over chicken breeding and welfare increases, resolutions are being developed to improve control and monitoring in this area of animal agriculture. PLF (precision livestock farming) uses various techniques to gather real-time data about birds. By spotting diseases and stressful conditions in the early stages and enabling action to be taken swiftly enough to avoid the negative impacts, PLF can assist prevent reducing animal wellbeing. Abstract

Promotions done by an endorser through social media like Instagram doesn't only use by companies big in activity marketing them, but also can use to promote a product from local MSME brands for increased sale product online. Based on the amount variables and indicators used in research _, the approach sample representative used in the withdrawal sample, so that amount is as many as 80 to 160 respondents. The purposive sampling technique that became part of the non-probability sampling technique will be used for determining the respondents who become the sample. During the research, a set of questionnaires with choice 5 Likert scale answers will be given to the target respondent as the primary data source. After the research data is obtained, the data then will analyze for the validity and reliability test. After the data is found to be valid and reliable, the method of partial least squares (PLS) analysis will use to test the proposed hypothesis. Analysis performed statistics _ includes evaluation of the outer and inner models. The expected results and outcomes of the research produce a reference for the perpetrators MSME business in To do activity businesses that use endorsers as one of the methods for strengthening brand attitude when consumers To do decision online purchases.
