Abstract

Batching plant is better known as a concrete processing plant, all of the tools are specially designed to mix or combine materials to form concrete. Sources of potential hazards that exist in the work environment are caused by the batching plant machine, the use of heavy equipment transportation, and office areas. The purpose of this study is to analyze the potential hazards that could occur in the work environment to carry out control or prevention at PT. X. This research was a quantitative descriptive study, to analyze occupational health and safety risks using the HIRARC method. The number of respondents was 4 people including management, SHE (Safety Health and Environment), and 2 operators of PT. X's batching plant. The variables of this research are risk identification, risk assessment, and risk control. The instruments used were observation, document review, and interviews using risk analysis guidelines with the HIRARC method. The results of this study indicate that the potential risks that could occur in the work environment include 14 work processes that could cause as many as 31 hazards with 42 potential hazards. The results of the research findings of hazard were grouped into 4 risk ratings, at a very high-risk rating there were 0 risks, at a high-risk rating there were 8 risks, at a medium risk rating there were 27 risks, and at a low-risk rating, there were 7 risks. Based on the result, it could be stated that this study, is the implementation of risk analysis using the HIRARC method as an effort to prevent potential hazards that could occur in the work environment at PT. X can be controlled by installing OHS signs, training workers, machine maintenance, maintaining the workplace/supervision at work, using equipment and working methods in safe conditions, providing PPE (masks, gloves, catelpak /vests, helmets, earmuffs/earplugs), involve competent workers to make a risk analysis with HIRARC

Abstract

The KIA Handbook is a manual that contains information sheets and records of health services for mothers and children. However, the use of the KIA handbook has not achieved maximum results because the documentation system is still done conventionally. This study aims to analyze and describe the input, planning, and organizing factors that affect the completeness of filling out the KIA handbook. This study uses a literature review method. Journal searches were obtained from the Google Scholar database using keywords and inclusion criteria. The steps of data analysis are: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The article search results obtained 34 articles published in national online journals using the Google Scholar search engine with keywords and inclusion criteria, namely: time period, language, subject, type of article, and theme of article content. The conclusions in this study are: (1) The input factors that affect the completeness of filling out the KIA book from the midwife's side are knowledge, attitudes, skills, while from the mother's side, namely in terms of knowledge, (2) Planning factors that affect the completeness of filling out the KIA book are service SOPs. Antenatal care at the Puskesmas is made by the Puskesmas based on the integrated antenatal service guidelines set by the District Health Office, and (3) Organizing factors that affect the completeness of filling out the KIA handbook, namely cooperation and joint commitment by each part involved such as: Health Office, Head of Puskesmas, Implementing Midwives, Local Government (Districts), Pregnant Women's Families, and Employers

Abstract

ECOWAS, since 1991, has adopted various instruments which, at least in part, focus on the promotion of democratic governance within member states. Also, for the second time this year, military officers headed by Captain Ibrahim Traore have seized power in the West African state of Burkina Faso, saying they acted because former military ruler, who ousted his democratically elected predecessor in January, failed to address a growing Islamist insurgency. This paper makes an assessment of ECOWAS performance in this respect. Also it discusses the recent developments in Burkina Faso. It concludes by drawing lessons from both the successes and failures of the ECOWAS experience

Abstract

Tahfiz is very closely related to cognitive processes that involve memory. Process, store and retrieve knowledge or information when needed. Today, educational institutions that make tahfiz a massive flagship program have emerged. This type of research is research and development which aims to: 1) Determine the needs of the students of the Tahfiz al-Quran Muhammadiyah Islamic Boarding School Ibnu Juraimi Yogyakakarta for the tahfiz al-Quran at-Tanwīr method. 2) Knowing the steps for developing the Tahfiz al-Quran at-Tanwīr method at the Tahfiz al-Quran Muhammadiyah Islamic Boarding School, Ibnu Juraimi, Yogyakarta. 3) Knowing the advantages and disadvantages of the tahfiz al-Quran at-Tanwīr method. Researchers collected data using interview, questionnaire, observation, and documentation techniques. The conclusions of this study are: 1) The results of needs analysis and problem identification indicate the need to develop the tahfiz al-Quran at-Tanwīr method at the Tahfiz al-Quran Muhammadiyah Islamic Boarding School Ibnu Juraimi Yogyakarta. 2) Globally, the steps for developing the tahfiz al-Quran at-Tanwīr method are divided into 3, namely: Operational instructions for success requirements, operational instructions for implementation, and operational instructions for guarding. 3) The advantages of the tahfiz al-Quran at-Tanwīr method are that it provides convenience and a strong initial foundation for memorizing the Koran, facilitates tadabbur and knows the location, number, waqf, and meaning, and writing verses so that it is hoped that it will facilitate the cultivation of quranic characters. While the shortcomings of the tahfiz al-Quran at-Tanwīr method are: The ability to understand and store heterogeneous student information, the duration of time is longer, and the delivery of information must attract the attention of students.

Abstract

Fishery is one sector that is important for human life, because most of human needs come from fisheries, one example is the need for catfish. Currently, there is a gap between crop yields and community needs, which is indicated by very high demand while yields are low. Therefore, this study was conducted to predict catfish yields using a linear regression algorithm so that community needs are met. The method used for the training process in this study uses Multiple Linear Regression. Multiple Linear Regression is an analysis conducted on the dependent variable / dependent variable and two or more independent or independent variables. In contrast to simple regression which only has one independent variable and one dependent variable. Predicting the size of the dependent variable using the independent variable data which is already known. The results of this study analyzed the value of Root Mean Squared Error, and Mean Absolute Error. The result of the line equation from the training data for catfish harvesting is yˆ = -310.6119 + 0.0759x1 + 0.0245x2 + 0.6104x3

Abstract

One of the many development goals is to improve the performance of the economy in order to be able to create jobs and organize a decent life for all the people which in turn will realize the welfare of the population. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the minimum wage on the unemployment rate in Indonesia and to determine the effect of the human development index on the unemployment rate in Indonesia. The method used is quantitative method with multiple linear regression analysis and statistical test using t-statistical test. The results showed that the wage level had a positive and insignificant effect on unemployment. Meanwhile, the human development index has a negative and insignificant effect on unemployment
