Abstract

Stroke has physical and mental impacts so that stroke clients depend on their families and need long-term care and recovery. Therefore, family readiness is needed in caring for stroke patients. Through health education using leaflets, we try to help patient family members be ready to care for stroke patients while at home. The research aims to determine the effect of health education on the readiness to return home to families of non-hemorrhagic stroke patients in the Inpatient Room at RSU PKU Muhammadiyah Delanggu. The research used a pre-experimental design method type one group pretest-posttest. The sample was taken by purposive sampling and obtained 32 respondents using the Slovin formula. The instrument uses leaflets and questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses a paired t test. It was found that the majority of families of stroke patients were female (65,6%), aged 46-55 years (37.5%), had a high school education (53.1%), did not work or were housewives (53,1% ), and the family caring for the child (62.5%), before being given health education using leaflets related to the care of non-hemorrhagic post-stroke patients, the majority of family members were less prepared (62.5%) and after being given health education, the majority of family members feel ready (87,5%). There is an influence of health education regarding the care of stroke patients on the readiness to return home to the families of non-hemorrhagic stroke patients in the Inpatient Room at RSU PKU Muhammadiyah Delanggu (p value 0.000 < 0,05).

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of company growth, company size (SIZE), capital structure, (DER), and profitability (ROE) on company value (PBV) in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample consisted of 194 companies, with 49 selected using purposive sampling techniques. The study used multiple linear regression analysis and company financial statement data from 2018-2020. The coefficient of determination function is to measure how much influence between Company Growth, Company Size, Capital Structure, and Profitability on Company Value. The results of statistical testing show that the company's growth partially affects the value of the company. The size of a large or small company will not be able to affect its value. It also shows that if the company increasingly uses long-term debt to finance its assets, it can increase the value.

Abstract

Korean dramas have made significant strides in gender representation in the past decade. However, South Korea continues to grapple with the deeply ingrained roots of misogyny and patriarchy. The study aims to explore how Korean women challenge stereotypes through pop culture of Korean women in a global perspective. The research employs a qualitative approach following Lawrence W. Neuman's framework, aiming to explore the underlying mechanisms and reasons behind the phenomenon. Through this approach, the research seeks to provide a nuanced understanding of how Korea's dramas contribute to the evolving discourse on gender roles in the globalized world. Specifically, the study examines how South Korean women confront stereotypes, particularly through the medium of Korean drama. The results of this study reveal that, despite the complexities within these narratives, Korean women continue to struggle with the challenge of capturing the full spectrum of female realities. In addition, the analysis reveals that women's experiences in Korean drama are shaped by a combination of relatable themes and an engaged audience, paving the way for Korean drama to act as powerful agents of social change, subtly dismantling long-held stereotypes via captivating storytelling.
