Abstract

The Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency has created a national priority program called the Accelerated Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) as regulated in Ministerial Regulation ATR/BPN No. 6 of 2018. The PTSL program will be implemented throughout the Republic of Indonesia with the aim of accelerating the provision of legal certainty to all land rights holders, thereby helping to prevent land disputes in the community. The research contribution is the identification and analysis of the reasons why some members of the Mundu Pesisir Village community reject the PTFL-PM program. The study found that the response of the community to the program was very positive. However, there are internal family barriers to its implementation. Strategies of the Cirebon Regency Land Office and the Land Data Collector at the Land Office to Ensure the Proper Implementation of the Program are discussed.

Abstract

This research discusses the variations of Cirebon dialect in Indonesian conversations among students at the Faculty of Education and Science, Swadaya Gunung Jati University, Cirebon. The research background is based on initial findings in student conversations, which show the diversity of dialects when communicating in Indonesian. UGJ students come from various regions, influencing their communication styles, thus resulting in diverse variations of Indonesian used as a means of communication among students, including dialectal variants. This study examines dialectal variations based on phonological and lexical aspects. The method used is qualitative descriptive with conversation monitoring techniques among students. The research findings indicate the presence of Cirebon dialect variations in Indonesian conversations among FPS UGJ Cirebon students. Dialectal variations include: Indramayu dialect, Javanese-Sundanese dialect, Arjawinangun dialect, Plered dialect, and Gegesik dialect. Phonological and lexical analysis highlight differences in word pronunciation, intonation, as well as the use of particles, pronouns, nouns, and adjectives.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to find out the experiences of informants with regard to their sexuality and to look at the role of PLUSH in the discourse of 'non-normative' sexuality in Indonesia, more specifically Yogyakarta. This research method is a qualitative research with a'mini' approach to discourse analysis by Foucault, research informants, data collection techniques (interviews, literature studies, documentation, and other media sources), data presentation, and triangulation. The data used came from primary data, namely interviews with the five informants (Bhista (30), Shamil (37), Nakula (35), Abimanyu (23) and Rangga (26), as well as secondary data from reliable sources (documentation from the media, literature, and others). The results of this study are as follows: (1) a world dominated by heteronomous concepts, where general discourse tends to corner non-binary sexuality, as experienced by members of the PLUSH, an LGBTQ advocacy organization. (2) The research contributes to the fields of community empowerment, social movements, LGBTQ studies, and social policy by providing a platform for marginalized voices and documenting new social movements. (3) The research is based on the theory of panopticon prison theory, which is used to describe the experience of the informants in exploring and fighting for their sexual identity in the context of a dominating discourse. It is hoped that further research can involve informants from various sexual orientations such as asexual and bisexual, to provide a more comprehensive picture of non-heteronormal sexuality discourse.

Abstract

In Indonesian criminal law, the status of a Perpetrator Witness (Justice Collaborator) has significant legal consequences. With the entry of this Justice Collaborator regulation, the threat of criminal punishment will be less effective against perpetrators of serious crimes. This will make it more difficult to identify the main perpetrators in cases of crimes committed together, and will be a new strategy to avoid the threat of high punishment because the status of a Justice Collaborator is guaranteed to get leniency for serious crimes committed. The enactment of the regulation on the status of Justice Collaborator in corruption criminal justice which provides a guarantee of a reduction in punishment for perpetrator witnesses is seen as very counterproductive with a very high criminal threat for corruption perpetrators as perpetrators of certain crimes (serious crimes). Most people in Indonesia even strongly agree that the criminal threat for the perpetrators of corruption crimes is the death penalty, so great are the hopes of people who want no more corruption crimes that are very detrimental to the state and the people of Indonesia.

Abstract

Along with its development, the category of sexual gratification emerged which received a lot of attention from the public and law enforcement officials. This sexual satisfaction is different from the satisfaction we know in general. The difference lies in the object. Sexual gratification is a form of degrading women's dignity. In Indonesia, sexual gratification has not been explicitly regulated. Therefore, this research will discuss the regulation of sexual gratification based on positive law in Indonesia and the evidence. From the results of the analysis it is known that sexual gratification can be included in the provisions of Article 12 B paragraph 1 of Law 20 of 2001 concerning Amendments to Law Number 31 of 1999 concerning the Eradication of Corruption Crimes. This can be found in the phrase "other facilities" where "facilities" themselves are defined as the means used to facilitate an implementation. Therefore, the use of sexual service facilities with the aim of achieving all desires is the intention of the party providing satisfaction. Proof of the existence of sexual gratification in eradicating corruption in Indonesia is based on criminal procedural law which refers to the Criminal Procedure Code (KUHAP) in Article 184 paragraph (1) and Article 26A of Law Number 20 of 2001 Jo. Law Number 31 of 1999 uses a reverse or balanced evidentiary system where the burden is on the Public Prosecutor and the defendant to provide evidence of the criminal act of sexual gratification for which the defendant is charged.

Abstract

The Central Processing Plant (CPP) in Central Sulawesi, Indonesia, is one of the largest oil and gas industries in the world. This study aims to determine the magnitude of the greenhouse gas emission load and identify the operational facilities that produce the highest GHG emissions from CPP Donggi. The study results show an emission inventory for 2021 is 7.609ton CO2-eq per year or 365.78 tonnes of CO2 per TJ in 2021, for 2022 is 8.084ton C2Eq/355.50 tonnes CO2/TJ, and dan for 2023 is 7.565ton. The three highest carbon emission-generating facilities are the Gas Turbine Generator, Acid Gas Removal Unit, and Oil Heater. The research contributes to understanding the scale and distribution of greenhouse gas emissions from a specific industrial source and aids in directing efforts for emission reduction.

Abstract

In the context of Indonesia, public health issues necessitate a comprehensive and coordinated strategy involving various stakeholders. Collaborative Governance serves as a means to materialize this approach. The purpose of this study is to identify instances of Collaborative Governance that have been implemented or are currently underway in public health improvement programs. research used a qualitative methodology, with data acquired through an exhaustive literature review. Data reduction, presentation, and conclusion form the three stages of data analysis. Findings from this literature review indicate that Collaborative Governance has been implemented in several public health programs in Indonesia. These programs involve stakeholders from both the government and non-governmental sectors, including communities, non-profit organizations, and industry associations. Collaborative Governance is achieved through regular meetings, coordination committees, and the use of digital platforms to facilitate information exchange and monitor program implementation. Successful examples of Collaborative Governance in public health programs in Indonesia include initiatives for infectious disease control, where the government collaborates with international organizations, pharmaceutical companies, and local communities to enhance health awareness.
