Abstract

Healthcare workers are a key resource in the healthcare system, playing a crucial role in maintaining service quality and patient safety. The various work challenges faced by healthcare workers require a human resource management strategy that focuses not only on organizational performance but also on their well-being. One relevant strategic approach is talent management. This study aims to examine talent management strategies and their impact on healthcare worker well-being through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) using the PRISMA approach. A literature search was conducted in Google Scholar, PubMed, and ScienceDirect databases for articles published between 2021 and 2026. A total of 15 journals that met the inclusion criteria were analyzed descriptively. The study results indicate that talent management strategies, including competency development, career planning and development, reward and compensation systems, effective leadership, and the use of digital technology, have a positive impact on healthcare worker well-being, reflected in increased job satisfaction, motivation, and professional well-being. However, the implementation of talent management still faces several challenges, such as limited resources and high workloads. Therefore, ongoing organizational commitment and policies are needed to optimize the implementation of talent management to support healthcare worker well-being and the sustainability of the healthcare system

Abstract

Emotional intelligence plays a crucial role in how students manage academic pressure, build social relationships, and stay motivated during the learning process. However, many students still struggle with emotional regulation, which can negatively impact their academic achievement. The purpose of this study is to investigate experimentally how much emotional intelligence factors affect students' learning outcomes at Padang City's Khaira Ummah Islamic Junior High School. An associative design and quantitative methodology were employed. A structured questionnaire instrument was used to gather data from 92 respondents in order to quantify emotional intelligence profiles and document student academic grades. After confirming that the data satisfied the traditional assumptions (normality and linearity), a straightforward linear regression test was used to analyze the data. The results of the study show that emotional intelligence significantly improves student learning outcomes (Sig. 0.017 < 0.05). According to the coefficient of determination, emotional intelligence accounts for 24.8% of the diversity in learning outcomes, with other internal and external factors accounting for the remaining portion. The study's conclusions highlight how crucial it is to incorporate emotional learning into the educational process in order to enhance academic achievement in a comprehensive way

Abstract

Pregnancy is a period that is prone to anxiety due to physical, hormonal, and psychological changes experienced by pregnant women, which can have an impact on the health of the mother and fetal development if not handled properly. One of the factors that plays a role in reducing anxiety levels is family support, both in emotional, informational, and instrumental forms. This study aims to determine the effect of family support on the anxiety levels of pregnant women at Duren Sawit Hospital. The research method used is a quantitative approach, with the measurement of family support using the Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (MSPSS) instrument, which has been tested for validity and reliability in various contexts, including among pregnant women in Indonesia, with a Cronbach’s alpha value of > 0.85. The results showed that most respondents were in the optimal reproductive age group, predominantly primipara, and mostly in the first and second trimesters of pregnancy. Most respondents also had high family support. Statistical analysis showed that there was a tendency for higher family support to be associated with lower anxiety levels. However, the relationship between gestational age (trimester) and anxiety level was not statistically significant (p > 0.05), indicating that trimester was not significantly associated with anxiety. Thus, family support plays an important role in reducing anxiety among pregnant women, although it is not the only factor influencing anxiety levels.

Abstract

Ahmadiyya, a transnational movement founded by Mirza Ghulam Ahmad in late 19th-century India, entered Indonesia during the national movement era and, despite gaining limited sympathy, faced strong rejection from mainstream Islamic organizations for its controversial teachings, especially his prophetic claims. This research aims to examine the religious dialectics between the Ahmadiyya Qadian and the Islamic Union (PERSIS) in 1925–1939, with a focus on attitudes and responses This research uses historical methods combined with the social approach and analysis of the theory of charismatic authority from Max Weber to understand the appeal of Mirza Ghulam Ahmad's leadership and the forms of delegitimization carried out by his opponents. The results of the study show that the polemic between Ahmadiyya and PERSIS is not only a theological conflict, but also part of the discourse contestation to determine Islamic orthodoxy in Indonesia. Da'wah media such as magazines and books are important tools in shaping public opinion and spreading ideological arguments. This polemic of the debate reflects the process of constructing religious identity in the midst of colonialism, as well as the efforts of local Islamic organizations in building valid religious authority in the midst of Islamic renewal and transnational ideological challenges such as Ahmadiyah.

Abstract

The performance of civil servants in the Surabaya City Culture, Youth and Sports, and Tourism Office, which declined during 2023–2024, has become a barrier to the effectiveness of Surabaya's work programs and public services. This study aims to examine the effect of work motivation, integrity, and work productivity on the performance of civil servants at the said department. Furthermore, the research applies a quantitative approach. The population consists of 62 civil servants in the Surabaya City Culture, Youth and Sports, and Tourism Office. Moreover, a questionnaire was used as the instrument in the data collection technique. The data were analyzed using multiple regression. The results show that work motivation, integrity, and work productivity have a positive and significant effect on the performance of civil servants in the Surabaya City Culture, Youth and Sports, and Tourism Office. The findings indicate that the improvement of civil servants' performance can be achieved through work motivation empowerment, integrity strengthening, and work productivity optimization simultaneously.

Abstract

The rapid growth of digital news consumption in Indonesia has not been matched by accurate audience mapping, leading to suboptimal content personalization and monetization. This research aims to identify reader segmentation across the top five online news media outlets in Indonesia  Detik.com, Kompas.com, Tribunnews.com, CNN Indonesia, and TVOneNews.com  in order to formulate appropriate Online Value Proposition (OVP) strategies. Using a quantitative approach with K-Means Clustering algorithm on behavioral data from 100 respondents, the optimal number of clusters was determined using the Elbow method. Research variables encompass demographics, content preferences, access frequency, reading duration, and device usage. Three primary clusters were identified: Cluster 1 (Working Women Entertainment Reader) dominated by established professional women favoring entertainment video content; Cluster 2 (Executive Millennial National News Interest) male professional "heavy readers" accessing news over 20 times per day; and Cluster 3 (The Lifestyle Trend-Seeker) Gen Z active TikTok users preferring lifestyle content. Cluster 2 provides the greatest economic potential via traffic volume, while Cluster 1 offers economic stability through household purchasing power. Media outlets are recommended to adopt differentiated OVPs including rapid news summary features (News Bites) for professionals and aesthetic visual content for the younger generation.

Abstract

Generation Z now constitutes over 23% of Indonesia's workforce, yet the automotive manufacturing industry characterized by hierarchical culture, zero-error tolerance, and outcome orientation faces persistent challenges of quiet quitting and high turnover among young employees. This research explores Generation Z (Gen Z) employees' perceptions and expectations regarding organizational culture and leadership styles within Indonesia's automotive manufacturing industry. Driven by phenomena of quiet quitting and high turnover rates among young workers, this research employed a qualitative phenomenological approach. In-depth semi-structured interviews were conducted with eight informants four Gen Z employees and four direct supervisors at PT XYZ, a major two-wheeled vehicle manufacturer. Results reveal that Gen Z perceives the industry as a zero-error tolerance environment and does not categorically reject authoritative leadership when functional-technical in nature. However, they strongly expect a shift toward a learning culture and coaching/mentoring leadership. Loyalty is not directed toward the organization abstractly but toward direct supervisors who act as 'cultural filters.' Motivation is driven by structured technical challenges and expert power recognition. The research recommends 'extreme accountability' strategies granting greater ownership to young employees to enhance engagement and retention in the Industry 4.0 era.

Abstract

Sei Gohong Tourism Village in Palangka Raya possesses significant ecotourism potential combining peat ecosystem uniqueness, orangutan conservation, and Dayak Ngaju cultural heritage. However, post-pandemic recovery has been hindered by damaged facilities, weak human resources, and suboptimal stakeholder synergy. This research aims to analyze internal and external factors and formulate a collaborative ecotourism management strategy. The method used was qualitative descriptive with IFE, EFE, and SWOT matrix analysis . The results of the analysis showed an internal score of 2.70 and an external score of 2.95 , which means that the natural and cultural potential is very strong  and the market opportunities are very supportive, but hampered by weak infrastructure, human resources, and management. Synergy between stakeholders has also not run optimally. Abstract

The mining industry is one of the strategic sectors in the Indonesian economy, but its capital-intensive characteristics cause operational costs, especially mining exploration and development costs, to greatly determine the company's financial performance. This study aims to analyze the correlation between exploration costs and mining operating expenses on the net profit of PT United Tractors Tbk for 25 years, using annual financial statement data for the period 2000 - 2025, as well as looking at how PT United Tractors Tbk developed from a heavy equipment distributor to a mining contractor and as a mining concession owner from 2020-2025. The research method used was a quantitative approach with simple linear regression analysis, using secondary data from the company's annual financial statements. The results of the study show that the deferred mining exploration and development costs have a significant effect on net profit, any increase in mining costs will increase net profit. It can be concluded that the efficient management of mine operating costs is essential to maintain profitability. Therefore, companies are advised to continue to evaluate and optimize costs to remain competitive amid fluctuations in the commodity market.

Abstract

Indonesian Migrant Workers (PMI) increasingly use digital financial services for remittances, savings, payments, and family financial management. However, access to digital services is not always accompanied by adequate financial literacy and cybersecurity awareness. This community service program aimed to strengthen PMI's practical capacity in personal financial management, debt control, simple investment screening, digital financial recording, and protection from cyber risks. The activity was conducted online via Zoom Meeting on 21 October 2025, with 90 PMI participants in Hong Kong. The method combined interactive counseling, case simulation, application demonstration, guided practice, discussion, and pre-test–post-test evaluation. The results show improvement across all measured indicators: understanding of personal financial management increased from 48 percent to 82 percent, debt and simple investment literacy from 42 percent to 79 percent, ability to recognize digital fraud from 39 percent to 76 percent, ability to use digital financial applications from 35 percent to 71 percent, and awareness of personal data security from 44 percent to 85 percent. The program indicates that integrated financial and digital literacy education can support migrant workers' financial resilience and safer participation in the digital economy.
