Abstract

Customer satisfaction is the most important thing used to attract consumers today. Customer satisfaction is a consumer's feeling of liking or disliking a product after comparing the results of the product with his expectations.The aim of this research is to find out which product, price, promotion and place/location dominantly influence purchasing decisions at the Zea Zahera Manna Furniture Gallery in South Bengkulu. This study uses quantitative research methods, the population in this study is consumers, through a given questionnaire. The technique in taking the research sample using the accidental sampling technique is a technique of determining a sample based on chance, the sample in this study was 45 customers at the Zea Zahera Manna Furniture Gallery, South Bengkulu. Data collection used instruments in the form of questionnaires and the analytical method used was multiple linear regression, determination test and hypothesis testing.Research Results There is a positive and significant influence between products on purchasing decisions at the Zea Zahera Manna furniture gallery in South Bengkulu Regency, which means that the better the product, the more likely it will be to increase purchasing decisions. There is a positive and significant influence between price and purchasing decisions at the Zea Zahera Manna furniture gallery, South Bengkulu Regency, which means that the affordable price of a product will increase purchasing decisions. There is a positive and significant influence between promotion on purchasing decisions at the Zea Zahera Manna furniture gallery, South Bengkulu Regency, which means that the better the promotion is carried out, the purchasing decision will increase. There is a positive and significant influence between place/location on purchasing decisions at the Zea Zahera Manna furniture gallery South Bengkulu Regency, which means that the better the place/location is done, the purchasing decision will increase. There is a positive and significant influence between product, price, promotion and place/location on purchasing decisions at the Zea Zahera Manna furniture gallery, South Bengkulu Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style and work discipline on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of Lebong Regency. The sample in this study was 79 civil servants at the Regional Secretariat of Lebong Regency. Data collection using a questionnaire and the method of analysis used is multiple linear regression, determination test and hypothesis testing. The results of the regression analysis show Y = 2.888 + 0.206X1 + 0.882 X2, this illustrates a positive regression direction, meaning that there is a positive influence between X1 (leadership style) and X2 (work discipline) on performance (Y). Means that if the variables of leadership style and work discipline increase, performance will increase. Intelligence has a significant influence on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of Lebong Regency because the significant value is 0.021, less than 0.05. Work discipline has a significant influence on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of Lebong Regency because the significant value of 0.000 is less than 0.05. Leadership style and work discipline have a significant simultaneous influence on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of Lebong Regency because a significant value of 0.000 is less than 0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of the community satisfaction index for public services at the Amen District Office, Lebong Regency.The sample in this study was 217 people from Amen District, Lebong Regency, who received services from the Amen District Office, Lebong Regency. The data collection uses a questionnaire and the analysis method used is to use the measurement of the Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) value based on the Regulation of the Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform of the Republic of Indonesia Number 14 of 2017 concerning Guidelines for Compiling Public Satisfaction Surveys of Public Service Provider Units which are calculated using the value weighted average of each service element. The Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) score for the quality of public services at the Amen sub-district office, Lebong Regency is 79.20 with service quality B and the service unit performance assessment is "Good" because it is in the value interval of 76.61 - 88.30. This shows that the people who receive services from the Amen Sub-District Office, Lebong Regency, assess the services provided by the Amen Sub-District Office, Lebong Regency as good. The cost/tariff element gets the highest rating with an average score of 3.61 with the Very Good assessment criteria. This illustrates that the community views the Amen District Office of Lebong Regency as providing free services without being charged a fee. The lowest satisfaction score is 2.80 namely system, mechanism and procedure. This illustrates that the service procedures in the Amen sub-district office are not maximized because the processing of documents is still complicated, such as lacking requirements, the official signing the document is not in place.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment and organizational climate on the morale of police personnel at the Lebong Police Station. The sample in this study were 53 police personnel at the Lebong Police Station. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing t and hypothesis testing f. The results of multiple linear regression calculations obtained the multiple linear regression equation Y = 5.954 + 0.425X1 + 0.454X2 . The coefficient of determination of the Adjusted R square value is 0.597. This means that X1 (work environment) and X2 (organizational climate) affect work morale (Y) by 59.7% while the remaining 40.3% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The results of the F test show that the significance of 0.000 <0.05. Because the significance level below 0.05 indicates that together X1 (work environment) and X2 (organizational climate) have a positive and significant influence on work morale (Y). The work environment has a positive and significant influence on the morale of the police personnel at the Lebong Police Station because of a significant value of 0.000 less than 0.05. 0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of the development of human development of Kepahiang Regency in the last five years, namely from 2017 to 2021. It is expected to provide additional information that can help the Kepahiang Regency government in making decisions on what programs can be implemented in Kepahiang Regency to realize a prosperous society in all aspects. The data used was sourced from skunder data obtained from the website of the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) Kepahiang Regency. The data includes population, education and economic data. Data collection in this study through documentation methods. Overall, the Human Development Index of Kepahiang Regency increased from 2017 to 2021. The HDI value of Kepahiang Regency in 2021 was included in the medium welfare category in 2017 with a value of 60.66 and until 2021 it was also in the medium category with its HDI value of 68.62.

Abstract

Islamic banking has the ability to survive (durable) in times of crisis, has competitiveness and is efficient in improving the national economy. The commercial aspect of the economy can be seen from the existence of the financial services sector and the halal industry, while in the legal aspect, Indonesia has legal pluralism - the customary law system, the Islamic legal system and the western legal system. The formulation of the problem is How are the steps and strategies for Indonesia so that Indonesian Islamic Banking becomes a leader in the world halal value chain? The method used in this research is normative juridical with quantitative analysis approach. The conclusion of this study is that the position of Islamic banks in the economic system and national legal system has a strong position to become a Muslim country to become a leader in the development of the world Islamic financial market and global halal value chain by utilizing regulatory and policy support that supports the development of a halal value-based economy and Islamic banking and support the development of the world's halal industry that meets the expectations of the community

Abstract

This study discusses the analysis of the views of the community towards correspondence in the use of manuals. This research use qualitative research methods. Qualitative methods used to answer research problems related to data in the form of narratives sourced from interviews, observations, document multiplication. The purpose of this research is to analyze how the manual view. However, the results obtained from this study are how the public’s perception of the quality of Correspondence in the Use of Manuals in Indonesia generally assesses that it is still not as expected, this can be seen, among others, from the number of complaints or complaints from the public at the Ministry of Defense such as regarding procedures and convoluted working mechanism, not transparent, less informative.

Abstract

This revolution era of oil fuel ( BBM) represent requirement of whole world society. Oil fuel not again bizzare goods because without existence of oil fuel hence entire/all activity and production will be burdened by for example motor and car can be run with existence of oil. Target [done/conducted] by this research is to know influence of[is quality of facility and service to satisfaction of consumer exist in SPBU 21.385.08 Town Paradise fruit Sub-Province of Bengkulu south. In this research of used sampel counted 120 people by using method of purvosive sampling with the meaning taken at random which is coincidence come to SPBU buy oil fuel. Result of got research by using meotde analyse doubled linear regression [is] the quality of facility and service have an effect on signifikan to satisfaction of consumer that is both variable of x its value of him 0,000. Base decision making if variable of signifikansi less than 0,005 hence expressed to have an effect on Value of VIF and of Tolerance both [of] variable of[is quality of facility and service both of the same value of VIF below/under 10 and tolerance above 1,0. Inferential that quality of is same facility and service - is same do not have symptom of multikolonearitas. From result of enumeration by using SPSS can know by coefficient value of determinasi of R is 0,843 so that R square equal to 0,711. Matter this means that Variable value of X have an effect on to variable ( Y) equal to 71,1 % while the rest 28,9 % influenced by other variable which do not check in this research

Abstract

Based on the calculation results of the three models above, it can be concluded that the company's performance is generally in good health or has no potential for bankruptcy, this is indicated by the results of testing with the Springate and Grove models. Based on Zmijewski's calculations, the company is categorized as bankrupt. In Table 3 the percentage of predictions and reality in the Springgate and Grover model shows 100% results, this means that the Springate and Grover models are more accurate in predicting the bankruptcy condition of a company. The Zmijewski model has an accuracy rate of 0%. Prediction results with reality are not in line. In the final results of the research based on the Springate and Grover models, the company is said to be in good health or not bankrupt, while the results using the Zmijewski Model are said to be bankrupt, although the research results say the company is bankrupt, in reality the company is still running today.

Abstract

Along with the times, more and more innovation changes are made by each company in order to get bigger profits and compete to create new things. Therefore, many people are curious and want to try these innovations in order to carry out convenient and easy transaction activities with a more transparent technology system. With Fintech, many people want to know how to use Fintech itself, for the sake of changing activities in people's buying and selling transactions. With the diffusion of this innovation, entrepreneurs/MSMEs provide payments through Fintech because teenagers like modern things. This study aims to find out how big the influence of the diffusion of Fintech innovation on changes in economic activity in transactions in the world of buying and selling, and also the public can feel the benefits of the fintech. Researchers used qualitative methods in conducting this research, and used a descriptive approach, namely the data collection was carried out by documentation, literature study, and interviews with several parties. This study shows the results that many residents, especially the people of Medan City, have implemented fintech in buying and selling transactions.
