Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of hedonic shopping motivation, shopping lifestyle on impulsive buying at Lazada for Politeknik UCM students. E-Commerce is one of the most developed business trends in Indonesia currently. The development of the E-Commerce business also occurs in one of the major cities in Indonesia, namely in the city of Medan. People's shopping trends have changed and made the transition to online shopping since the era of the Covid-19 pandemic. The ease of shopping online and the various benefits offered make the development of e-commerce as an online shopping medium increasingly have an increasing development of users This research uses a causal study expecting that the value of the independent variable is the reason for the value of the dependent variable. To prove the hypothesis, the writer uses descriptive method and causal method. The results of this method can be used to prove hypotheses and causation between two or more variables in this study. The coefficient of determination between hedonic shopping motivation and shopping lifestyle on impulsive buying is 0.451. The regression equation is Y = 0.261 + 0.566 X1 + 0.411 X2. The results of descriptive statistics show that the average for hedonic shopping motivation is agree. The results of descriptive statistics show that the average for shopping lifestyle is agree and impulsive buying is neutral. The conclusion from this study is that hedonic shopping motivation has a positive and significant effect on impulsive buying. Shopping lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on impulsive buying. hedonic shopping motivation and shopping lifestyle have a positive and significant effect on impulsive buying.

Abstract

his research aims to determine the application of the TGT strategy in Islamic Religious Education learning. To determine the increase in student learning outcomes in class VIII Islamic Religious Education learning at SMP IT Wildan Mamuju. And to find out the effectiveness of the TGT strategy in improving student learning outcomes in class VIII Islamic Religious Education learning at SMP IT Wildan Mamuju. This study uses a quantitative approach. The type of research used is quasi experimental design research. The population in this study was all 63 class VIII students. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique. The sample in this study was class VIII B which was divided into two groups, namely the experimental group of 16 people and the control group of 13 people. The research instruments used were observation and tests (pre test and post test) with data collection techniques being observation and documentation. The results of this research indicate that the application of the TGT strategy can improve student learning outcomes in class VIII PAI learning at SMP IT Wildan Mamuju. This is proven by the Paired Samples T Test (T test), which obtained a sig (2-tailed) value of 0.00 < 0.05, so it can be concluded that there is a significant difference between student learning outcomes in the pre-test and post-test data. Judging from the results of descriptive statistics in the Paired sample t test, the average (mean) value of the pre-test learning results was 52.5000, while the average (mean) value of the post-test learning results was 78.1875. This shows that the post test learning results are greater than the pre test learning results in the experimental group, so Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted. Therefore, it can be concluded that the application of the TGT type cooperative learning model can improve student learning outcomes in class VIII PAI Learning at SMP IT Wildan Mamuju.

Abstract

The institution of zakat is one of the sources and resources that can be used to reduce poverty. Zakat, which is not at all an act of charity or a voluntary act with good intentions on the part of the giver, is an obligation on the person who pays it. It is the right of the people who need it. By giving zakat, a Muslim and Muslim woman means cleaning up their income and wealth. When the poor take it, they know that they bear no obligation to the giver. The aims and objectives of this research are to provide benefits both theoretically and practically theoretically, namely to enrich and develop the study of legal science in general and especially in Islamic science. Providing references for further researchers and additional library materials for anyone who needs them. Meanwhile, in practical terms, this is to be able to increase knowledge as well as one of the requirements for passing Master's studies and getting an MH degree. And it is hoped that they will be able to understand the legal position of online zakat from a fiqhi perspective. The results of this research show that Zakat is an obligatory worship for Muslims who have assets that meet the mandatory zakat requirements. If the management of zakat payments is carried out optimally, it can become a social instrument to overcome the problem of poverty and unequal income distribution in Indonesia. This means that zakat has a very fundamental meaning. Apart from being closely related to the divine aspect.

Abstract

Regulation of the Director General of Islamic Community Guidance at the Ministry of Religion Number 379 of 2018 instructs that every man and woman who wishes to get married must follow marriage guidance organized by the Ministry of Religion and accredited Islamic religious organizations. Certain laws will be replaced by new laws in the future, which will then be known as Nasakh Mansukh. This thesis discusses the implications of Nasikh Mansukh for the implementation of the Decree of the Director General of Islamic Community Guidance Number 379 of 2018 concerning Marriage Guidance to Prevent Divorce. The results of this research show that the implementation of marriage guidance (Bimwin) in Panca Rijang District, Sidrap Regency for prospective brides and grooms in creating a sakinah family. Nasikh Mansukh's implications for the implementation of Islamic Guidance Regulation No. 379/2018 regarding marriage guidance does not have Nasikh Mansukh, but rather complements and strengthens the previous regulations and can be said to be bayan taqrir.

Abstract

This research evaluated the English Teacher's Modul Ajar in Merdeka Curriculum at the SMAN 1 Pamboang, by evaluating the implementation of the principles of essential, interesting, meaningful and challenging, relevant and contextual, and sustainable in its development. The qualitative evaluation of the English Modul Ajar on the Merdeka Curriculum involved document analysis and student interviews, which provided a detailed explanation of the implementation of the development principles for the five English teacher’s Modul Ajars. The results provide an in-depth understanding of the application of its development principles, as well as providing diverse perspectives from 52 students regarding the application of these principles in learning. Five English teachers' Modul Ajars, which include Compulsory English for Grades X, XI, and XII and Advanced English for Grades XI and XII, generally have implemented all the principles of Modul Ajar development, with some recommendations for improvement, according to the findings from document analysis. Students offered a variety of viewpoints on how the ideas of Modul Ajars development are applied in the classroom. The majority of pupils believed that English teachers applied concepts of developing principles to their teachings.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out how the approaches, strategies, learning methods, techniques and tactics for learning Islamic religious education based on Mandar local wisdom in cultivating the religious character of students at MA BPII Pamboang. The type of research used is qualitative research and the research instruments used are observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique uses data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this research show that: the PAI learning approach based on Mandar local wisdom in cultivating religious character at MA BPII Pamboang can be done by applying a problem-based learning model approach so that students can have an attitude; (1) Malappuq. (2) Pangayaq, (3) Sipakatau, (4) Manarang/ pore akkalanna. PAI Learning Strategies Based on Mandar Local Wisdom for the Formation of Religious Character of Students at MA BPII Pamboang include integration of local wisdom values, introduction to Mandar religious history and traditions, Experience Based Learning, local religious stories and tales, and behavioral models. Islamic religious education learning methods based on Mandar local wisdom in cultivating the religious character of students at MA BPII Pamboang. In this learning method, the class XI PAI (moral beliefs) teacher applies a lecture and discussion learning model to achieve the goal. The lecture learning method is an approach where a teacher actively conveys information and material to students in the form of oral presentations. Mandar local wisdom-based Islamic religious education learning techniques in cultivating the religious character of students at MA BPII Pamboang; (1) Explore local wisdom values. (2) Tolerance and openness, where local wisdom teaches the values of tolerance and openness to differences in religion, culture and views of life, (3) Togetherness and solidarity, (4) Case studies from local wisdom, (5) Application of values religious values and self-evaluation. Islamic religious education learning tactics based on Mandar local wisdom in cultivating the religious character of students at MA BPII Pamboang; (1) Simulations and role plays, (2) Group discussions, (3) Presentations and learning, (4) Use of local languages in learning.

Abstract

This discusses the utilization of video-based teaching materials in the Fiqih subject for Grade VIII students at MTsN 2 Sidenreng Rappang. The research aims to determine the utilization of video-based teaching materials in the Fiqih subject for Grade VIII students at MTsN 2 Sidenreng Rappang. This research employed a qualitative research design, specifically field research conducted directly at the school through observation, interviews, and documentary studies to obtain clear and representative data. The results of the research indicate: (1) The use of video media at MTsN 2 Sidenreng, Lakessi Village, Maritengngae Subdistrict, Sidenreng Rappang Regency, has been in place for several years, starting from the year 2011 with the introduction of liquid crystal display (LCD), and in 2021, the first appearance of a Smart TV as a tool for video playback utilized by teachers at MTsN 2 Sidenreng Rappang in the classroom, particularly in Fiqih lessons where teachers use video media to help students understand the material on almsgiving, grants, and gifts. (2) The learning process, especially in the Fiqih subject, allows students to easily utilize video media, which can be replayed both at school and at home to achieve satisfactory grades, as students are assigned practice tasks at home. (3) The teaching process involves the use of videos created by teachers at MTsN 2 Sidenreng Rappang. Students are given the opportunity to use videos available on the internet or YouTube related to the Fiqih material being taught.

Abstract

Preliminary studies revealed that the Qur'an learning (Tajwid) conducted at MTs Putra DDI Mangkoso still used less varied teaching methods such as lecture methods, causing students to lack enthusiasm and feel bored during lessons. The lack of students' attention to learning will impact their unsatisfactory ability to read the Qur'an. The aim of this research is to determine: 1) Differences in the ability to read the Qur'an among students before and after using the Tahsin method based on the Learn Quran Tajwid application, 2) The improvement of the ability to read the Qur'an through the Tahsin method based on the Learn Quran Tajwid application for students at MTs Putra DDI Mangkoso. This study is a quantitative research using a Quasi-Experimental Design with a Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. The study consists of an experimental group and a control group randomly selected from two classes, VIIIb and VIIIc, chosen purposively and processed using the Random Sampling method. The research sample consisted of 30 students, 15 in the experimental class and 15 in the control class. Results of the study: 1) The initial ability of students to read the Qur'an, especially in Tajwid, is still lacking. Most students face challenges in understanding Tajwid material, such as tasydid, mad, waqaf, and gunnah. After using the Tahsin method through the Learn Quran Tajwid application, focusing on material features such as harokat letters, basic Tajwid, and advanced Tajwid, there was an improvement in test results. In the experimental class, the pretest average score increased from 64.33 (less good category) to 86.67 (very good category) after the posttest. Meanwhile, in the control class, the pretest score increased from 62.00 (less good category) to an average of 68.67 (sufficient category) after the posttest. 2) The use of the Tahsin method based on the Learn Quran Tajwid application effectively improved the ability to read the Qur'an for students. The N-Gain Score calculation aims to determine the effectiveness of the improvement in using a method or treatment. In the experimental class, the N-Gain Score was 65.27, categorized as quite effective in improving the ability to read the Qur'an, while in the control class, the N-Gain Score obtained was 16.95, categorized as not effective in improving the ability to read the Qur'an. Thus, the use of the Tahsin method based on the Learn Quran Tajwid application, focusing on harokat letters, basic Tajwid, and advanced Tajwid materials, for students at MTs Putra DDI Mangkoso, can enhance the ability to read the Qur'an and is effectively used.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the use of the Quizizz application in learning Islamic Religious Education and Character at UPTD SD Negeri 47 Parepare. Then, to find out the implementation of the evaluation of Islamic Religious Education and Character Education learning outcomes at UPTD SD Negeri 47 Parepare using the Quizizz application. And to find out the effectiveness of using the Quizizz application in carrying out evaluation of learning outcomes on thaharah material at UPTD SD Negeri 47 Parepare. This research is a type of experimental research. Experimental research is research carried out to find the consequences of something done intentionally by the researcher. The use of the Quizizz application in learning Islamic Religious Education and Character Class IV UPTD SD Negeri 47 Parepare is in the very good category, namely 84.6% of the ideal score. These results were obtained by analyzing the results of a questionnaire that was distributed to 22 respondents. This shows that learning using media in the form of applications in the learning and evaluation process can have a good impact on the learning process so that it is more varied and interesting. The implementation of the evaluation of Islamic Religious Education and Character Education learning outcomes using the Quizizz application has been carried out according to the specified steps. This can be seen from the results of observing student activities which are in the very good category, namely 89% and teacher activities which are in the very good category, namely 97.5%. The effectiveness of using the Quizizz application in evaluating the learning outcomes of thaharah material in class IV UPTD SD Negeri 47 Parepare can be viewed from two aspects, namely in terms of student responses via questionnaires and in terms of student learning outcomes. Student responses via a questionnaire regarding the effectiveness of using the Quizizz application in evaluating learning outcomes for thaharah material were in the very good category, namely 84.3%. Meanwhile, student learning results showed an increase from the average pretest score of 63.41 to 90.59 in the posttest score. The increase in score obtained can also be seen from the Mean N-gain score, namely 0.7704, from a g value ? 0.7, so that in the gain index category, it is included in the high criteria. Therefore, based on data from the N-gain score, it can be concluded that the use of the Quizizz application is effective in carrying out evaluation of learning outcomes on thaharah material in class IV UPTD SD Negeri 47 Parepare.

Abstract

Islam determines and views the importance of marriage, so that a marriage must go through and consider religious, moral and social grounds. Marriage in Islam is seen as a strong bond and an absolute commitment to social life and to being an honorable human being. One of the issues discussed and the source of Islamic teachings is the issue of marriage. In the concept of Islamic law, there is no absolute provision regarding the minimum age a person is allowed to marry. The Qur'an indicates that the person who will enter into marriage must be someone who is ready and able. This type of research is field research. According to Dedy Mulyana, field research is a type of research that studies phenomena in their natural environment. For this reason, primary data is data that comes from the field. So that the data obtained truly corresponds to the reality regarding the phenomena that exist at the research location. Based on the results of an interview with Mr. Ahmad Yasin, S.H.i (Head Binuang District KUA) then it can be concluded that marriage dispensation is an application submitted by Indonesian citizens who want to get married but are prevented by the specified age limit. They cannot marry until they obtain special permission in the form of a marriage dispensation from the religious court. According to Mr Ahmad Yasin, awareness of the marriage age limit was obtained through outreach carried out by the Ministry of Religion of Polewali Mandar Regency. Based on the results that researchers have obtained, it can be concluded regarding gender analysis of the minimum age limit for marriage in Law Number 16 of 2019 concerning marriage in Polewali Mandar Regency, Protection of Women's Rights and Welfare is important to prevent early marriage which tends to have a greater negative impact against women, such as health risks, interrupted education, and limited economic opportunities. Setting the same age limit for men and women reflects the principle of gender equality and avoids discrimination based on sex in the context of marriage in Polewali Mandar Regency.
