Abstract

The main problems in this research are 1) What are the Judge's Legal Considerations in Decision Number 161/Pdt.P/2022/Pa Ek?. 2) What is the Position of Siri's Husband as the Heir of Siri's Wife from a National Law Perspective? 3) What is the Position of Siri's Husband? As the Heir of Siri's Wife Seen from the Perspective of Islamic Law? This research uses a type of library research with a normative juridical approach. Data collection techniques using document studies (library materials). The theories used are utility theory and legal certainty theory. The results of the research concluded that 1) The judge's legal considerations in Judge Determination Number 161/Pdt.P/2022/Pa Ek were that the panel of judges did not include the husband of the deceased as an heir because there was no clarity regarding the condition of the deceased's husband. And there is no legally registered marriage registration. Therefore, the heirs from the unregistered marriage only fell to the deceased's biological mother and her 2 children. 2) The position of the unregistered husband as the legal representative of the unregistered wife, viewed from the perspective of national law, is that in an unregistered marriage there is no distribution of assets to the wife or children resulting from an unregistered marriage, unless there is an agreement or civil agreement between the husband and wife only. The existence of an agreement in a deed made before a Notary opens up opportunities for wives and children resulting from unregistered marriages to receive a share of the mutually beneficial assets. An unmarried wife/husband can obtain mutually beneficial assets through a mediation or negotiation process between husband and wife, with the help of a legal consultant or the family. 3) The position of the unregistered husband as the wawris expert of the unregistered wife is viewed from the perspective of Islamic law. In this case it can be said that a marriage that does not meet the provisions of maqashid sharia is considered not in accordance with the purpose of the marriage itself so that the marriage is not fulfilled.

Abstract

Stunting is a condition of growth failure in toddlers due to chronic malnutrition so that their height is too short for their age (Nadila, 2023). Approximately 30.8% of toddlers in Indonesia are stunting. Children aged >12 months are more likely to experience stunting than children of the same age. This is due to the older the child, the greater the need for nutrients required to burn energy in the body. Based on the SSGI results in 2021, the national stunting rate decreased by 1.6% per year from 27.7% in 2019 to 24.4%; in 2021, almost all of the 34 provinces showed a decrease compared to the year (Hatijar, 2023). Toddlers need more protein for muscle and antibody formation. Protein needs for the 1-3 year old group are 20 grams, 4-6 year olds are 25 grams, and 7-9 year olds are 40 grams. Animal protein sources can be found in fish, eggs, chicken, milk, and meat, which have complete and high-quality essential amino acid content. Essential amino acids in animal protein are obtained from the food we consume. The benefits of essential amino acids are as wound healers, growth hormone production, increases muscle strength, and regulates blood sugar levels. The results of the analysis of the description of animal protein consumption behavior according to the age group of stunted toddlers at Sidorejo Village in Pulokulon found that 95% of stunted toddlers consume less animal protein.

Abstract

Analyzing patient satisfaction is crucial for assessing the performance and accessibility of health services in light of the rising demand for healthcare. The opinions of patients are becoming more and more weighted in the formulation of policies. The healthcare management in developing countries appears to have mainly disregarded patients' opinions of their countries' healthcare systems. Therefore, this study is patient-centered and aims to examine the factors influencing patients' satisfaction with healthcare services provided by community clinics in rural Kapasia, Bangladesh. A cross-sectional survey was conducted with 434 samples. Exploratory factor analysis was used to find the potential factors that might influence patient satisfaction. The results suggest that health staff explanation about medicine and dosages received the highest rating from respondents (3.86±.39) while the availability of drinking water received the lowest rating 1.93±0.68. The study has revealed that the 3 factors that affect the satisfaction of patients are health staff service attitude and basic amenities in the waiting area. To increase patient satisfaction, health administrators should prioritize the three aforementioned factors and put the right plans into action. The strategic steps required to address the demands of patients in the government healthcare sector are also discussed in the study’s conclusion.

Abstract

Cost estimation is an attempt to forecast or estimate the value of a job by analyzing calculations based on experience or information obtained at that time. Cost estimation has great benefits for project owners, consultants, and contractors. This research is based on cost estimates that provide great benefits to owners, contractors, and consultants, but there are often errors in cost estimates due to the lack of experience and information possessed by an estimator. The purpose of this study is to develop an equation that can guide an estimator in estimating costs with a level of accuracy that is close to the actual cost and speed up the estimation process. The method used in this study is data collection by taking directly from road projects that are in the middle of the ulawesi, data tabulias, correlation and quadratic regression. The outputs to be achieved in this study are scientific articles published in research journals and reports on the results of activities.

Abstract

The high administrative workload often hinders teachers from developing innovative and interactive formative assessments. This study aims to examine the efficiency of using ChatGPT and ClassPoint in improving the formative assessment competencies of English teachers at junior high schools and to analyze teachers' perceptions of these technologies. This research employs a quantitative approach with a pre-experimental one-group pretest-post-test design, involving 9 English teachers from 7 schools. Data were collected through pretests and post-tests to measure teachers' formative assessment competencies and questionnaires to assess their perceptions. Statistical analysis utilized a paired t-test to compare pretest and post-test results, while descriptive statistics analysed perception data. The study results showed a significant improvement in teachers' formative assessment competencies, with scores increasing from 14.89 (pretest) to 31.11 (post-test), supported by a t-statistic value of -17.65 and a p-value < 0.01. The questionnaire analysis revealed highly positive responses, with over 90% of teachers strongly agreeing on the benefits of these technologies in creating diverse questions, speeding up the assessment process, and facilitating interactive formative assessments. These findings indicate that integrating ChatGPT and ClassPoint effectively enhances teachers' formative assessment competencies.

Abstract

This research intends to find out whether the brainwriting strategy can improve the writing skills of the tenth-grade students of MA Putri Aisyiyah Palu or not. The sample selected was using total sampling techniques. The researchers applied the pre-experimental design. The results of the pre-test of the mean score are 55.17. The results of the post-test of the mean score are 68. After delivering the test, the data obtained indicate an improvement in the mean score of students’ tests. The testing hypothesis is conducted to df = n-1 out whether this improvement is significant or not by comparing t-counted 10.68 to t-table 1,745 (df= 16 and ?=0,05). The result shows that the t-counted is higher than the t-table, so the hypothesis is accepted. In other words, the Brainwriting Strategy can improve students’ writing skills in tenth-grade MA Putri Aisyiyah Palu effectively.
