Abstract

Employees proactive work behavior is essential in today's dynamic work environment. Leadership strongly influences the proactive work behavior of employees. The purpose of this systematic literature review is to investigate leadership styles that may influence employees' proactive work behavior. The methodology employed stringent inclusion and exclusion criteria to explore relevant journal articles within the Google Scholar database. The review showed that leadership styles such as servant leadership, inclusive leadership, empowering leadership, spiritual leadership, authentic leadership, entrepreneurial leadership, humble leadership, shared leadership, transformational leadership, paradoxical leadership, visionary leadership, authentic leadership, distributed leadership, and ethical leadership strongly influence proactive work behavior. These leadership styles motivate employees to take initiative, seek opportunities, and engage in other proactive work behaviors. Theory explains the influence of leadership on proactive work behavior. These results also have real consequences for organizations in terms of building leadership training programs that enable employees to be more proactive. We recommend conducting additional research on the moderating and mediating effects on the relationship between leadership and proactive work behavior.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of individual characteristics, work environment and motivation on employee performance at the Jebres, Pasar Kliwon, Laweyan and Banjarsari District offices in Surakarta City. This research method is using quantitative. The type of data used in the study is primary data. The population of this research is all employees at the Jebres, Pasar Kliwon, Laweyan and Banjarasari District offices in Surakarta City. The sample technique used in this study was purposive sampling. The number of samples in this study were 72 respondents. The method used for data collection is the questionnaire method. The data analysis technique used in this research is SEM PLS using Smart PLS tools. The results of this study are Individual characteristics do not have a significant effect on Employee Performance. Work Environment has a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance. Motivation has a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the influence of job satisfaction, work motivation, and loyalty on performance improvement at Éclat Beauté House. This research was quantitative in nature. Data collection techniques were conducted through observation and questionnaire completion. Data analysis techniques employed multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of SPSS version 25. The sample for this research consisted of 30 employees of Éclat Beauté House. Simultaneously, variables X1, X2, and X3 (job satisfaction, work motivation, and loyalty) simultaneously had a positive and significant influence on performance improvement at Éclat Beauté House Medan. It is stated as positive because if job satisfaction, work motivation, and loyalty improve, performance improvement will also increase. Conversely, if job satisfaction, work motivation, and loyalty decline, performance improvement will decrease as well.

Abstract

In facing the Era of Society 5.0, society is required to innovate through the local industrial sector and prepare itself to compete globally. The partnership pattern as a Community Economic Empowerment Strategy through MSMEs must be addressed wisely by large business actors and MSMEs by carrying out collaboration that is mutually reinforcing and beneficial for the progress and welfare of MSME actors which will have a positive impact on the community's economy. Empowerment will be very effective through four main factors, namely Human Resources, Government Role, Business Capital, and Partnerships. The aim of this research is to identify partnership-based empowerment in research objects, identify the implementation of Management Accounting in research objects, and create a model of community economic empowerment (MSMEs) to face the era of society 5.0. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The results of the research show that the community economic empowerment provided by the Government (Dinkopdag), a private company (Astra International Tbk), and a facilitator (Wijaya Putra University) to KBA Semanggi Surabaya is in accordance with the partnership pattern to answer challenges in the era of society 5.0 but has not yet fully reached Management Accounting concept in empowerment programs for MSMEs. Researchers found a partnership-based community economic empowerment model that can synergize stakeholders with the community from all components of community organizations

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of product quality and Wardah Skincare brand trust on customer loyalty mediated by customer satisfaction. The type of research used in this study is quantitative. The data source for this research is primary data. The population in this study were all people and all Indonesian people. The sampling technique in this study was Non-probability Sampling. The sample used in this study was 120 respondents. The data collection method uses a closed questionnaire type. The data analysis technique in this study uses Partial Least Square (PLS) using the help of SMARTPLS Software. The results of this study are that product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Brand trust has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Brand trust has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction significantly mediates product quality on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction significantly mediates the relationship between brand trust and customer loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze product quality, price, promotion and brand image of iphone phones on purchasing decisions. This research method is quantitative. The data source for this research is primary data. The population in this study were all people who used iphone phones. In this study using nonprobability sampling techniques with Incidental Sampling techniques. Nonprobability Sampling. The number of samples in this study were 210 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis and Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis with Smart Partial Least Square (PLS). The result of this study is that product quality has no effect on purchasing decisions. Price also has no effect on purchasing decision variables. Promotion has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. Brand image has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that influence student entrepreneurial interest in the digital era. This research method is quantitative. The type of data used in the research is primary data. The population of this study were students of the management study program at Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta. The sample technique used in this study was purposive sampling. The number of samples in this study were 234 respondents. The method used for data collection is the questionnaire method. The data analysis technique used in this research is SEM PLS using Smart PLS tools. The results of this study are Entrepreneurship education has a negative and insignificant effect on entrepreneurial interest in UMS Management students. Self-efficacy has a positive and significant influence on entrepreneurial interest in UMS Management students. Digital literacy has a negative and insignificant effect on entrepreneurial interest in UMS Management students. The family environment has a positive and significant influence on the entrepreneurial interest of UMS Management students. Motivation has a positive and significant influence on the entrepreneurial interest of UMS Management students.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of work-life balance mediated with job engagement and organizational citizenship behavior on turnover intention. This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study is all married female workers in the city of Surakarta. Later samples will be taken that can be generalized to represent the existing population. The sample is part of the number and characteristics of the population. Determining the sample size for this research used the Malhotra formula with the formula for the number of questions multiplied by six (6), so the number of respondents is 144 respondents. The sample determination in this research was carried out using purposive sampling. This research uses primary data collection techniques using interviews assisted by questionnaires. This research also uses the help of the Smart-PLS (Partial Least Square) approach data analysis application. From the results of the analysis that has been carried out, this research can be concluded as follows: Work-life balance has a significant positive effect on turnover intention so that the first hypothesis is supported. Work-life balance has a significant positive effect on job engagement so that the second hypothesis is supported. Work-life balance has a significant positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior so that the third hypothesis is supported. Job engagement has a significant negative effect on turnover intention so that the fourth hypothesis is not supported. Organizational citizenship behavior has a significant negative effect on turnover intention so that the fifth hypothesis is not supported. Work-life balance has a significant negative effect on turnover intention, mediated by job engagement, so the sixth hypothesis is not supported. Work-life balance has a significant negative effect on turnover intention, mediated by organizational citizenship behavior, so the sixth hypothesis is not supported.

Abstract

The aim of the author in conducting this research is to determine the effect of green banking on company value in the 15th Infobank Index for the 2020-2023 period. The method used by the author in conducting this research is descriptive analysis method and simple regression analysis. Data processing was carried out using IBM SPSS STATISIC 25. The population of this study was all companies in the INFOBANK 15 Index for the 2020-2023 period with the number of samples taken according to the researcher's criteria of 11 companies. Partial test results show that Green Banking has a positive and significant effect on company value on the INFOBANK 15 Index. This means that the higher the Green Banking contribution, the higher the company value on the INFOBANK 15 Index. The magnitude of the influence of Green Banking is 0.216 or equivalent to 21.6% in a positive direction, which means that if the Green Banking variable increases by 1%, the company value will increase by 21.6%.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the comparison between Government Regulation number 23 of 2018 and Government Regulation number 55 of 2022. In this research, it is explained about changes in the MSMEs tax rate, which in Government Regulation number 23 of 2018 is explained for taxpayers who have gross turnover below Rp. 4.8 billion in a year with a tax rate of 0.5%, but if the individual MSMEs tax has an annual turnover of not more than Rp. 500 million, then it will not be subject to final income tax on MSMEs Government Regulation number 55 of 2022, as explained in government regulation number 55 of 2022, it is explained that individual and corporate taxpayers who have business turnover below Rp. 500,000,000 will not be subject to final income tax 0.5%, however if the taxpayer has a business above Rp . 500,000,000-RP. 4.8 billion in one tax year will be subject to a tax rate of 0.5%. The aim of the research with the title "Comparative analysis of Government Regulation number 23 of 2018 with Government Regulation number 55 of 2022 in terms of MSMEs tax regulations" is to compare the new regulations with old regulations regarding the comparison of MSMEs tax regulations in two government regulations, namely Government Regulation number 23 of 2018 with Government Regulation number 55 of 2022. The author carried out activities during the research using the literature study research method. A method that uses searching for the data or sources of information that we want by adjusting a research title. The results obtained from this research lie in the nominal differences in non-taxable income for business distribution
