Abstract

Indonesia is currently developing a variety of creative economies. The great potential in the Indonesian economy that still needs to be optimized is Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) and Sharia Cooperatives. Besides. This is because Indonesia has 83,971 villages by 2023, a high Muslim population, the average age of the population is productive age, the culture of Indonesian citizens who live socially, the need for high capital sources and the need for micro-investment is still high. This research was conducted to obtain a clear picture of the potential of Islamic cooperatives and BUMDes in Indonesia. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method. The data used to examine Islamic cooperatives is sourced from the Financial Services Authority accompanied by case studies. While BUMDes data uses a sample of 632 BUMDes spread throughout Indonesia. The results of this study show that the growth of Islamic cooperatives is visible in terms of assets, market share and turnover. On the other hand, the level of Islamic financial literacy in Indonesian society is also growing rapidly. In addition to sharia cooperatives, BUMdes also have great potential. The development of BUMDes can be measured from the growth of BUMDes' turnover value. Some BUMDes have a turnover of up to tens of billions of rupiah. For the community and government, investing or cooperating in the sharia cooperative and BUMDes sectors is a wise decision. This is because such decisions can provide future profit opportunities while creating a large domino effect for the community and the country.

Abstract

Adaptability and innovation are crucial for company success in today's competitive global era. This research indicates that creativity and adaptive capability are essential components for driving product innovation. The methodology employed is quantitative research with a survey and non-probability sampling, involving 150 participants through purposive sampling. Data analysis was conducted using Smart-PLS 3.0. The study results show that creativity enhances organizational flexibility and responsiveness, enabling effective responses to market changes and challenges. Explicit knowledge, team dynamics, and a supportive work environment are proven to contribute to more adaptive and innovative products. Therefore, to achieve optimal innovation outcomes, organizations should focus on creating an environment that supports creativity and adaptive capability. This study underscores that the combination of creativity and adaptability enables companies to remain relevant and competitive. Managers and leaders must recognize the importance of investing in programs that enhance both aspects for long-term success. However, it should be noted that the findings of this study might be specific to certain industries or regions and may not necessarily be generalized to all types of companies or global markets.

Abstract

Lumajang Regency, located in East Java, has abundant natural resources and has enormous economic potential from the tourism and mining sectors for regional development. However, despite its enormous potential, Lumajang continues to struggle with economic stagnation and social inequality. This shows that the management of its regional potential is still not optimal. This study aims to critically examine the factors that inhibit the effectiveness of regional potential management in Lumajang Regency. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The samples in this study are various information such as statistical data, qualitative research results, and various other sources of information to be further analyzed synthetically. To improve the economy of the Lumajang community in the tourism sector, the local government can use eight stages to determine the process of developing new products to be implemented in the tourism sector. Regional revenue from the mining sector has also not been able to dominate Locally-Generated Revenue (PAD) revenue and improve the economy of the Lumajang Regency community. Lumajang Regency has not yet maximized its two greatest potentials, namely the economic potential from the tourism and mining sectors. There are still many shortcomings that have not been solved in these two sectors.

Abstract

This Research investigates the factors that influence intended consumer behavior towards SMEs' commodities in consideration of a mixed-method approach in Agam Regency. This paper derives from 272 questionnaires and qualitative interviews with 5 key informants, the results indicating perceived qualities, packaging, and price were significant factors elevating behavioral intention, while advertising was not significant. Highlighted here with respect to decision-making by consumers are quality, branding, and price. However, as already noted, SME marketing lacks creativity, engaging content, and professionalism in execution-all these should be seen as impediments to brand development. Therefore, this research is recommendable for small and medium enterprises in bringing significant change in quality, packaging, price strategies, and marketing communication toward improving consumer interests and competition levels against others on the market.

Abstract

Entrepreneurial marketing (EM) has become a critical strategy for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), especially for family-owned businesses in niche industries like Stitching fashion. This systematic review focuses on how entrepreneurial marketing practices in family-owned Stitching fashion MSMEs impact market orientation and performance outcomes. Using the PRISMA methodology, we analyze a range of studies related to entrepreneurial marketing, familiness, social capital, and market orientation in family firms. Findings reveal that market orientation, coupled with strong family dynamics, positively influences business performance, especially in industries that rely on craftsmanship and personalization. The study offers insights for MSMEs seeking to enhance their competitiveness in a market dominated by mass-produced goods. EM and MO: Both family and non-family businesses benefit from integrating entrepreneurial marketing, but family businesses tend to have deeper market connections due to their long-standing relationships and the familiness aspect, allowing for more sustainable EM practices. Familiness and Social Capital in MO in family businesses have a competitive edge due to the interpersonal trust and relational social capital they build over generations, which non-family businesses often lack. This leads to stronger customer relationships and a more effective market orientation. Family businesses show superior performance in market-oriented strategies, particularly when focusing on financial outcomes and customer relationships. However, their reluctance to pursue high-risk strategies, such as those involving technological innovation or optimization-based metrics, can sometimes limit their growth potential compared to non-family firms
