Indonesian Journal of Society Engagement (IJSE) merupakan jurnal tahunan yang membahas praktik dan proses keterlibatan masyarakat. Jurnal ini terbit tiga kali setahun (April, Agustus, dan Desember). Untuk itu kami menyediakan forum bagi para akademisi, praktisi, dan perwakilan masyarakat untuk mengeksplorasi isu-isu dan merefleksikan praktik-praktik yang berkaitan dengan rangkaian penuh aktivitas masyarakat yang diikutsertakan. Jurnal ini merupakan online peer-review yang didedikasikan untuk publikasi penelitian berkualitas yang berfokus pada penelitian, implementasi, kebijakan tentang keterlibatan masyarakat. Kami berharap jurnal ini dapat menyebarkan isu-isu pelibatan masyarakat di seluruh Indonesia. Indonesian Journal of Society Engagement diterbitkan oleh Lembaga Kajian Demokrasi dan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat (LKD-PM). Jurnal ini memberikan kesempatan untuk berbagi wawasan terperinci dari berbagai pemahaman dan praktik yang terkait dengan layanan masyarakat. Keterlibatan Masyarakat berarti pengembangan masyarakat, layanan masyarakat, pemberdayaan masyarakat, penjangkauan masyarakat, dan penelitian tindakan. Jurnal Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (JPkM) Indonesian Journal of Society Engagement (IJSE) secara khusus menitikberatkan pada permasalahan pokok dalam pengembangan ilmu-ilmu di bidang pengabdian kepada masyarakat di antaranya : 1. Abstract

This Community Service activity aims to provide socialization and training for teenagers who are under the guidance of the Margonda Orphan Compensation Agency, Depok where children who take shelter in this institution need knowledge of digital skills in development efforts. The method used is by giving lectures or presenting material directly, consisting of an explanation of what digitalpreneur is to the use of e-commerce in building an online shop. By knowing the concept of digipreneur, teenagers can understand the potential of entrepreneurship which is supported by the ability to utilize technology.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) or commonly known as SMEs, are an important sector in the Indonesian economy, especially in the Kel. Keranggan area of South Tangerang. In this digital era, the use of information technology, especially digital marketing, is the key to increasing MSME product sales. This paper aims to analyze the use of information technology to increase MSME product sales with digital marketing in a particular area. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with a case study in a particular area. Data were collected through direct interviews with UMKM actors, document analysis, and field observations. The results of the study show that the use of information technology for digital marketing has a positive impact on the sales of UMKM products in the Kelurahan Keranggan area. Digital marketing helps businesses reach a wider market, increase brand awareness, and build better relationships with their customers. The use of information technology with digital marketing is an effective strategy to increase UMKM product sales. There is a need for ongoing training and mentoring for UMKM actors so that they can utilize information technology effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service is to provide understanding and material on the importance of preparing Project-Based Learning-based learning modules, providing skills training to teachers in Vocational High Schools (SMK) in making or compiling Project-Based Learning-based modules, and providing assistance and training in teachers in Vocational High Schools (SMK) in creating or compiling modules based onProject Based Learning. This service was held at SMK PGRI 39 Jakarta. The service methods used are lectures, questions and answers, and simulations. The participants of this service activity are teachers of SMK PGRI 39 Jakarta. The results of this service can have a positive impact, including: teachers can improve their ability to prepare teaching modules by understanding each component of the preparation of teaching modules, teachers are more enthusiastic about preparing teaching modules regularly, and teachers are motivated to continue to improve their pedagogical skills. It is hoped that this service can add useful knowledge in terms of the preparation of teaching modules regularly, especially project-based teaching modules that are relevant to learning objectives at SMK.

Abstract

The digital economy encompasses online business transactions, electronic commerce, digital services, and the digital creative industry, offering opportunities for growth, innovation, and efficiency while also challenging privacy, data security, and the digital divide. Alumni have significant potential in the digital business world, with access to education, experience, and extensive networks. Some findings suggest that electronic money positively impacts economic growth, but legal protection challenges remain, such as consumer data breaches and the need for regulation. The PKM team provides outreach to alumni and active students on legal developments in digital business. Lectures and training methods are used to impart understanding of legality and legal protection in digital business. This outreach successfully enhances participants' understanding of legal aspects, such as business identification numbers (NIB), business permits, tax obligations, trademark registration, copyright, product regulations, and intellectual property protection to avoid legal risks and enhance their business reputation.

Abstract

Community Service Activities (PkM) in the form of Scientific Writing Writing Training for Link and Match Vocational School Students, South Tangerang City, Banten aims to help students write good and quality scientific papers. Training is carried out using mentoring methods, discussions, workshops and technical guidance (bimtek) in writing scientific papers in accordance with existing standards. The results of the training showed that the abilities of the students who participated in the training were good. Based on a brief assessment carried out by the resource person, it can be concluded that the participants' ability to write scientific papers is good. Even though there are notes for some participants that are still lacking, from the aspect of the standards for writing scientific papers it can be said to have met them. This is certainly very encouraging because the material presented during the training can be digested and understood by participants well, so they can put it into practice when writing scientific papers.  In terms of quantity, the number of scientific papers produced by participants during the training varies. There were participants who were able to write two papers, but there were also those who did not complete one paper. This output will later be used as material and input in perfecting training methods and techniques in subsequent activities.
