Indonesian Journal of Society Engagement (IJSE) merupakan jurnal tahunan yang membahas praktik dan proses keterlibatan masyarakat. Jurnal ini terbit tiga kali setahun (April, Agustus, dan Desember). Untuk itu kami menyediakan forum bagi para akademisi, praktisi, dan perwakilan masyarakat untuk mengeksplorasi isu-isu dan merefleksikan praktik-praktik yang berkaitan dengan rangkaian penuh aktivitas masyarakat yang diikutsertakan. Jurnal ini merupakan online peer-review yang didedikasikan untuk publikasi penelitian berkualitas yang berfokus pada penelitian, implementasi, kebijakan tentang keterlibatan masyarakat. Kami berharap jurnal ini dapat menyebarkan isu-isu pelibatan masyarakat di seluruh Indonesia. Indonesian Journal of Society Engagement diterbitkan oleh Lembaga Kajian Demokrasi dan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat (LKD-PM). Jurnal ini memberikan kesempatan untuk berbagi wawasan terperinci dari berbagai pemahaman dan praktik yang terkait dengan layanan masyarakat. Keterlibatan Masyarakat berarti pengembangan masyarakat, layanan masyarakat, pemberdayaan masyarakat, penjangkauan masyarakat, dan penelitian tindakan. Jurnal Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (JPkM) Indonesian Journal of Society Engagement (IJSE) secara khusus menitikberatkan pada permasalahan pokok dalam pengembangan ilmu-ilmu di bidang pengabdian kepada masyarakat di antaranya : 1. Abstract

This community service activity aims to provide training and counseling to produce a generation of superior human resources. the method used in this activity is in the form of training and motivational encouragement delivered in the form of lectures and audiences conducted face-to-face. The objects in this activity are the students of MTs. Baitis Salmah Ciputat, and this activity is carried out in the Multipurpose Room of MTs. Baitis Salmah Ciputat which is located at Jl. Baitis Salmah Ciputat Mosque, Sawah Baru Village, Ciputat District, South Tangerang. The results showed that after the implementation of this activity, the students showed an increased enthusiasm to continue learning both at home and outside the classroom and understood how important it is to have superior human resources who are able to compete nationally and globally, and to be a human being who benefits his fellow man, his family, religion and nation and state. Students understand the character in the Pancasila Student Profile and can practice in accordance with Pancasila Values.

Abstract

Community service activities Scientific Manuscript Writing Training Journal Investigation Volume 3 Number 1 March-June 2022 For Teachers throughout South Tangerang City aims to help elementary / junior high school / junior high school / high school / vocational school teachers in South Tangerang City in writing scientific manuscripts that will be published in journals with ISSN. The training method is carried out using the method of assistance, discussion, workshop and technical guidance (bimtek) of writing scientific manuscripts in accordance with journal manuscript standards. The training results were obtained as many as 8 elementary school teacher manuscripts (62%), 3 junior high school teacher manuscripts (23%), and 2 high school / vocational school teacher manuscripts (15%) published in the journal INVESTIGATION Volume 3 Number 1 March-June 2022. The publication of teachers' scientific manuscripts in the journal INVESTIGATIVE is certainly very helpful for teachers in fulfilling the obligation to journalize their scientific manuscripts, so that they are not constrained in increasing classes or positions.

Abstract

Curug Village, Gunung Sindur District, Bogor is geographically in the middle of an industrial environment. The diverse profiles of the people in Curug Village have encouraged the Curug Village Head to optimize his environmental resources. The Curug Village Government wants to empower the environment and its people so that their Regional Original Income can increase. Departing from the aspirations of the people and government officials of Curug Village to have a tourist area that has an impact on increasing people's income and regional original income. PPDM in Curug Village as a form of implementation of research results related to. Optimization of groups in the community that are in accordance with the urgency of the needs of the Curug Village community. The PPDM team provides solutions to the problems of the Curug Village community who want to increase community income with a holistic approach based on research in the fields of Communication, Negotiation and Diplomacy, and Finance, as well as BUMDes. Thus it is hoped that by using the formation assistance approach, empowering groups based on the economy, tourism, by utilizing the resources of Curug Village in the form of land which is the location for Edutainment Tourism. Diverse human resources are an added value for providing assistance so that the community has independence and is able to accelerate village development in the areas of goat/sheep livestock, rabbit farming, fish farming, ornamental plant cultivation, processing of fish products, and self-employment. The final results in the first year are expected that Curug Village can have an agreement for an edutainment-based science-techno-park model.

Abstract

The Indonesian nation has several rules in its government, regulations or national identity are contained in Pancasila. In Pancasila there are five precepts or five basics that contain national values. These values ??must be applied from early childhood. Moral values ??and character values ??in children can be formed from Pancasila values. The moral of early childhood is the conscience possessed by children to behave in accordance with the rules in society. Moral development is marked by the understanding and awareness of the individual to act in accordance with the rules that are required to be applied since the child reaches an early age. The character of the child is a description of the child's behavior that can be judged from the norms of the community environment. This study aims to analyze children's learning to improve the morality and character of children for the Indonesian nation in the future. Through a literature study research method approach, there are findings that children's moral and character cultivation of Pancasila values ??from this research can use various methods and media. Methods and media that can be used to teach children include playing methods, storytelling methods, demonstration methods, and many other methods.

Abstract

Honesty is a fundamental life value that must be taught to early childhood. Teaching children to always say, behave and behave honestly will be a useful lesson for their life in the future. Instilling honesty from an early age will generally be more easily absorbed and instilled by children into a good habit until they are adults. The application of an honest attitude in the life of early childhood is very necessary and needed in everyday life because an honest attitude is a good and commendable attitude. Honesty is needed in various aspects of life. At Al-Urwatul Wutsqo Kindergarten, teachers make learning methods through traditional games to build understanding of children's honesty character.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how giving stimulation using plasticine wax games has an effect on children's fine motor development in preparation for writing. The method used is by filling out a questionnaire using a Google form which is disseminated online. The results of the fine motor research analysis through filling out the questionnaire obtained 35 respondents, namely parents with children aged 2-6 years. As many as 31.4% of respondents have children aged 6 years, 40% of respondents have children aged 5 years, 8.6% of respondents have children aged 2 and 4 years. . These students are given a stimulus using a plasticine candle game. Stimulus is given by educators as well as parents at school and at home. Plasticine games help the child's fine motor development process develop optimally. Optimal fine motoric development of children determines children's writing skills.

Abstract

Community service activities Training for Scientific Manuscript Writing of Investigative Journals Volume 3 Number 2 September-February 2023 for Teachers throughout South Tangerang City aims to assist elementary / junior high school / junior high school / high school / vocational school teachers in South Tangerang City in writing scientific manuscripts that will be published in ISSN journals. The training method is carried out using the method of assistance, discussion, workshops and technical guidance (bimtek) for writing scientific manuscripts in accordance with journal manuscript standards. The results of the training were obtained as many as 8 elementary school teacher manuscripts (57%), 4 junior high school teacher manuscripts (29%), 1 high school / vocational teacher manuscript (7%), and the P& K 1 manuscript (7%) published in the journal INVESTIGATION Volume 3 Number 2 September 2 September 2023. The publication of teacher scientific manuscripts in the journal INVESTIGATION is certainly very helpful for teachers in fulfilling the obligation to journal their scientific manuscripts, so that they are not constrained in class or position promotion.

Abstract

Creativity plays a major role in improving the welfare and quality of human life. Creativity for teenagers is needed because creativity bridges us towards a more advanced future. With creativity, young people can develop their ability to be entrepreneurs in order to open new jobs for the unemployed and young people who have no experience in business or other fields. In this case, we, a team of PKM lecturers from the Management Study Program, Pamulang University, have held a PKM activity with the theme "Increasing Youth Creativity Through Motivation and Training". Solutions to problems that will be carried out in this PKM include preparation, organization, education and training, self-empowerment and integration, implementation and termination. The output targets in this PKM are PKM journals and online news which are expected to contribute to improving the quality of human resources, especially teenagers at the Pesona Pamulang Pondok Petir Complex, Depok RW 15, Pondok Petir Village, Bojongsari District, Depok, West Java.

Abstract

It is undeniable that the Covid-19 pandemic has hampered the economy in Indonesia since almost two years ago. In 2020, most industries in Indonesia experienced a significant decline in sales. In addition, Indonesia is also projected to experience the slowest economic recovery process compared to other developing Asian countries. In this case, family businesses in Indonesia are also affected. For this reason, anticipatory steps are needed to secure the continuity of the family business which is part of the strength of MSMEs in Indonesia. The method used in this Community Service is to provide knowledge, share experiences and provide motivation on how to manage household finances and do family business marketing digitally. This activity is carried out while adhering to the Health protocol. The results of this Community Service activity show an increase in knowledge, insight, and motivation for housewives at the Pesona Pamulang Pondok Petir Complex, South Tangerang. Next there will be further cooperation in finance and marketing.

Abstract

The training method is carried out using the method of mentoring, discussion, workshop and technical guidance (bimtek) writing scientific manuscripts in accordance with journal manuscript standards. The training results obtained as many as 8 elementary school teacher manuscripts (67%) and 4 junior high school teacher manuscripts (33%). The publication of teacher scientific manuscripts in the Journal Investigative Volume 4 Number 1 March 2023, is very helpful for teachers in improving the quality of scientific manuscript writing and is very helpful in raising groups.
